It is 1-0, against Barca in Estadio de Gran Canaria. Las Palmas had an early goal in the first 12th minutes of the game to take the lead and since then Barca have being finding it difficult to equalize the goal. Barca defense is porous and Xavi needs to do something about this. Palmas is a weak club and they are not as strong as Barca, so I believe that Barca will have a welcome back in the second half. Barca needs to win this match because they are on the 5th position with 10points behind Real Madrid and Girona. This is a very bad season for Barca as they are struggling with their matches, unlike like them. Munir El Haddad was the player that was able to find the back of the net within 12 minutes.
Although, Barcelona has managed to equalise in the 56th minute making the score line 1 - 1, but I am not impressed by the statistics I saw in the internet. Barcelona is not obviously dominating the match as they are supposed to. Their weak opponent is giving them equal and opposite reaction. Honestly, Barcelona is not doing the best for themselves this season and I don't know why it is so. They have not make big transfer market mistakes and instead they even promoted their young kid Jamel who is doing wonders. Barcelona deserve more than they are this season. I've been here on the forum more then 10 years and always helped to moderate it by reporting spam and bots. I have done more then 3000 reports with 99% success rate, received good feedback from others and am DT1 most of the time, also between most recognized members in Polish board, active there frequently. Keep reporting spam frequently.
If it is about being a good candidate, I am certain that you qualified and being able to emerge the winner of the voting of your people is another evidence. Is worth to add that I am mod in Altcoinstalks forum for Polish local board from a very long time, i was mod in German and Dutch section when it was still new, am also a judge in court where people can apply for help when they get in trouble.

I was impressed with Liverpool defeating Newcastle 4-2. It seems like Newcastle is getting out of their top performance and they might not be able to keep their place in Top 4. Liverpool was very effective in attack(and yes, the simulation by Diogo Jota was ridiculous). I hope that Salah isn't heavily injured and he will recover soon. Let's wait and see for how long Liverpool will keep a consistent top performance. Arsenal and Manchester City also fail to be consistent, so I can't make a clear prediction which team is going to win the Premier League.
Salah is not injured, he performed well against Liverpool despite missing a penalty, he succeeded with his second penalty. I 100% agree with you. They are currently playing really well. Bellingham has been the star player for Real Madrid. But the thing is they actually need a new number 9 for them. Since Benzema left that place has not been replaced. Joselu did come but not as a permanent replacement. I wonder if they will get Mbappe this Winter.
I also heard rumors about Real Madrid not signing any new players this season. If this is true Real Madrid may still be able to do it but it is going to be a lot tougher considering the injury list and tough schedule.

This is January transfer window and it would be coming up anytime soon, Real Madrid will make significant signings this year and I pray good players brings good performance. Karim Benzema departure really affected the club, it's been a total struggle for them to net goals, if not for Jude Bellingham who have filled in the space of Benzema and have scored quite good counts on goals, he's also leading on the scorer leaderboard. Real Madrid top nine spot is vacant though Carlo Ancelotti is trying his possible best to shape his squad. He's using Rodrygo and Brahim as force attackers because Vinicius Júnior is out of action due to injury sustained. I am of the opposite opinion with you guys. I can say that Benzema's absence is not greatly felt by Real Madrid, just like Messi did to Barcelona. Ancelotti is an experienced coach who knows how to cover his ass to avoid leakages. Besides, before Benzema left Real Madrid, he wasn't that consistent. He was injured and his appearance wasn't stable, which made the team to adapt without him. Although, Vinicius was very active then. If Ancelotti truly want to continue with this squad he could do that, he will only face major problems when Bellingham is injured. |

The first half of the Premier League I think it is over and Liverpool found themselves leading comfortably as the second team following them is Aston Villa,a team of which you cannot expect the same consistency as Liverpool or other strong teams,that is the luck of Liverpool now as they have absolutely everything under control and would be disastrous for them to lose this Premier League title now that Arsenal and City are a bit down and Tottenham is almost out of the way,things have changed dramatically from the start of the season and Liverpool appears to be the most consistent team and the strongest contender to the title,gone are the days when City looked invincible,they are losing like clowns now.
The tempo with which the English premier League of this season started has really changed. Who would have thought that Tottenham would drop down to 5th position when they started with a clear unbeaten record. Another wonder that happened in this mid season is that Westham and Brighton are now above champions league Newcastle United and Manchester United. The third wonder is that Manchester city is stylishly running away from the first position. Not to forget that Aston villa is another wonder at the top and it seems that we gonna trust them more than Arsenal. Another wonder is that Everton who was going about 5 matches unbeaten has now gone 3 matches lossing. There are more wonders to unfold this season. |

 The results were satisfactory and in line with my expectations in the second half of the game, it was much more aggressive. Liverpool in the first half had quite a hard time penetrating the opponent's defense and couldn't change the score, Mo Salah received a penalty but unfortunately it was still saved, if the first penalty was successful then he would be the top scorer. However in the second half Jurgen Klopp immediately maximized periodic attacks which made Newcastle United's defense shaky. 4-2 was clearly enough and this victory Liverpool extended their position at the top of the standings. Congratulations to Liverpool because they did what many people expected them to do. It was looking like something very difficult for Liverpool to do, especially as the Liverpool's talisman missed the first penalty. But then, he was able to score the second penalty. The match produced alot of goals which I did not actually anticipate. But Liverpool knew what they wanted and it seems they will not let Pep and his boys to do it again this season, if not, it will be a slap on the English premier League. This is the only reason that I am supporting Liverpool over Arsenal this season. Arsenal does not show the audacity to be champions, they need change of mindset. |

This rule is the wrongest thing I have read on BTT. It's your contest, you have the right to say the contest is open for newbies to full member. You cannot open it for all ranks and still advice that lower ranked members should be allowed to win. You are indirectly saying that higher members shouldn't participate or should produce rubbish in order to allow lower ranks to win. Please, amend your rules because this is context, a newbie could be more creative than a legendary member.
