Seriously...your using a telephone as an ease of utilization example? Really bad example, phones started as a giant peace with no real need for technical understanding, you had to pick up and press a button and ask the operator to connect you with the person who you want to call which happened to be a person's name instead of a number... then technology evolved while we were using phones, they add something each time... and now we end up with the smart mobiles that operates as computers....it surely didn't happen over night but it took many decades to get here. |

So many bitcoin articles on the forex news sites its almost spam and all of them spouting doom and gloom speculoligy. The pro-bitcoin sites are nearly as bad, they'll be predicting bitcoin curing cancer next but at least they're wont be spamming it, the forex sites are putting out at least 5x the usual number of articles. Maybe someone on the internet wrote an unbiased article on bitcoin and they want to push it down the searches before it lays eggs :/ Maybe it was that titcoin article in Playboy  Not that, allot of people jumped on after the $1160 bubble, they are the one who kept the price this high for long time, so this is the last hope of saving their investment before the real crash, I saw that happens to many investments before... They made fun of us and they've called us the nerds that prepared Bitcoin for its for institutional investors and legit firms, thing is the nerds has made a killing, but the get rich quick will get burned really hard, because this time is different. |

Pretty well... so like i said 1am UK time we will hit 377 +/-5 2 more spikes, and by the time China is eating corn flakes, we'll be close to 377.  but don't hold me to exactly 1am. might be a few hours late. you keep saying the same thing over and all over again, suppose you hit $377, then what ? why is $377 important to you ? what would this change? it is $377, it is not like we are going to hit $600 or $800, I am pretty sure that even if you hit that (377) mark (which I really still doubt) this wouldn't change shit, because you always go $10 north and $20-30 south, and trade side ways till the next crash.... I still think that Bictoin Price is a bubble that will burst to pre-bubble price ($100-150), after that we will have a slow and boring growth. I don't know if 377 is exactly right I don't know if my timing is right. But I am sure of the direction. And i am sure 277 was the bottom and I am sure you'll never get to buy at sub 330 again. BTW I don't know where he got the math from, but at the time with the real rare liquidity (only a couple of millions Bitcoin in existence with satoshi holding a million himself) you could really pump the shit of Bitcoin with only $10K and I mean really pump the shit of it.
it didn't require much to pump the price till 2013 really because huge holders from mining hoarding the coins and causing and really low liquidity, any amount more than $1000 could pump the market few %...
TBH, while more than 60% of all Bitcoins are still held by just few people, and the volatility and the bursting bubble (the lost of value against $) and the lack of protections for consumers...Bitcoin is way worse than FIAT at this stage, I believe and I am very bullish about the long term success of Bitcoin, but short Term, I don't see what perma-bulls are seeing...

It came from nothing, so how can a percentage gain be worked out? it didn't come from nothing, when you mined Bitcoin you did basically have a cost of production which was pretty much the cost of electricity when leaving your computer ruining all the time, which at the time wasn't that big cost (CPU mining) $1= 1,309.03 BTC and Theymos thought it was overpriced  which really was at the time, considering that anyone could mine more for the same cost. |

Nicely on target for 1am UK time (clocks go back tonight in the UK) for the 377 target. There will be some swings after we hit it. but they will be relatively small from here. We are going up from now on. After we hit the peak, we will trend sideways with slow but fairly steady growth. Some swings to keep the traders happy. Yesterday I said we will never hit 330 ever again. Today I will say that when we hit approx 377. then I doubt we will ever see sub $350 again. If you are shorting, consider closing and taking the hit. $275 was the bottom 23.6% of peak ($1163). same as $62 (23.8%) was the bottom of the April 2013 peak ($260). You don't have to have trust in what I predict. But don't discount it.
EDIT: Cup and handle complete on some exchanges... Still not buying it, when the 1W chart show a clear sign of reversal, only then I will buy back, and I don't care if the price will be $500 by then, because I will be sure that it is a clear sign of a reversal. you can throw your mambo-jambo reversal shit on me now, but I don't give a shit until I see it. |

... Good point. The idiots who bought @ $1k just don't get it. Well i never bought any coins , i listen to Andreas advice, i earn them . Got like 13btc so far in last couple of months. But again price doesn't matter, bitcoin is protocol not only a currency and it didn't fail and it probably can't ever fail as a protocol . What gear are you using? Blue collars or white collars, either one can earn bitcoins. 13 BTC in two month is a decent-sized farm, would like to know what gear/pool he's using. He said he earned them and not mined them... as for changes goods or services for Bitcoin. |

Well, to the delusional bulls out there, the price is decreasing slowly (which is good for you), it gives you a wide window of time to rethink your positions, I think if you bought at less than $100 and you didnt cash out a bit of your holdings yet, then it is really time to think about taking some profits while you still can, because once we go down, it will take a long time to recover...

Arguably, conventional slavery was on its way out anyway, morality or no. Though it still does exist in some places. Well it still exist everywhere, when most have less chances for educations than the elites which result them to work for the rich 1% elites at a minimum wage job to barely survive. what do you call that ? I call it modern slavery. and don't tell me it is not possible to have a better system, yes someone has to do that Job, I agree on that, but that one has to be fairly paid, take Switzerland as an example, I love their payment scheme. |
