481  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Bounties are boring and discouraging these days on: March 28, 2020, 12:12:14 PM
Hunters are really passing through hard times. i think it time this has to stop. admins should henceforth dismissed all bounties here.  it is discouraging.
those that offered to pay ends up dumping their token on the exchange.
those that were successful during IEO/ICO campaign refuses to pay(digibits/NOIZ). Cooking up stories up and down. these are bounties that ended two years ago. Payment still pending.
the rest disappeared the moment sales failed or mid way to the campaign.

They should just end it. this forum should just end it.

I don't know that there are still people who give an attention to bounty campaigns. For the recent months and even years that have passed, there was a drastic distrust among every bounty projects as most were ended up being a scam leaving the campaign participants having nothing but a wasted effort. As a matter of fact, it would all depends on this forum's users if they would give the bounty projects an attention or not. Also, there are legitimate bounty projects yet no one knows until one reaches its success.
482  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: value increase on: March 28, 2020, 11:34:32 AM
Does my bitcoin i have in my wallet (like 70 bucks) increase / decrease over time depending on bitcoins worth?

It would depend on what price you bought it and what price you would sell it. It is just simply buying with an exact amount yet due to bitcoin's inflation and volatility it would change constantly. Yet, in the end, the only main thing is you've invest a single amount, and the rest would depend on how you would manipulate it and use it in trading, more especially if you would trade it for a daily basis or just hold it for a long term run.
483  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Pag usbong at pag babalik ng cryptocurrency. on: March 22, 2020, 12:00:56 PM
484  Local / Pilipinas / Re: COVID-19 at ang market. on: March 22, 2020, 11:48:06 AM

Quote
Bitcoin was born in 2008, during the winter of our financial discontent. It has already weathered much to be here, and it seems unlikely to give up anytime soon. It will emerge from this current calamity stronger than ever. Decades are not measured in days.
source: https://twitter.com/tylerwinklevoss/status/1238846113236627461

485  Local / Pilipinas / Re: 🔥 🔥 WARNING!! 🔥 🔥 PLUS TOKEN DUMP 13K BTC!! KAYA NAMAN PALA.. on: March 22, 2020, 11:23:42 AM

Can it affect the price?

If the 13,000 BTC are sold, and done so over time, it is not likely to have an immense impact on the short-term price trend of Bitcoin. But, if it is market sold in large amounts, there is a possibility it leads to a cascade of liquidations across margin trading platforms.

As such, renowned technical analyst and trader Jacob Canfield said that it is time for caution and due diligence in the market.

488  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Right time for gambling addicts to come out of addiction? on: March 19, 2020, 03:27:14 PM
As we all know , Coronavirus has impacted each and every industry in the whole world and sports isn't an exception .

If you take a look at this  , https://www.nytimes.com/article/sports-canceled-coronavirus.html or https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5232295.0 you will get to know how many tournaments across different sports have been affected .

But the question is , is this the right time for gambling addicts to come out of addiction? The assumption I am making here is  that the gambling addicts are addicts on sports betting and not casino game addiction or poker .

Why this question is because although I wanna bet on sports ( which I have been doing every week since 8 years ) now I cannot .

Gamblers whom are addicted to gambling wouldn't find this pandemic as a valid reason to stop them from gambling. Yes it would somehow literally stop them now, but soon after this would all end, the gamblers would continue. Why? Because gambling isn't just a hobby or a source of pure satisfaction. Some people found gambling and betting be their primary source of income. most may be judged as addicted, but somehow this pandemic had negatively affected their jobs.

This is, maybe, only the right time for them to spend time with their families and use their money while on quarantine. And this must somehow enlighten them that they can do other stuffs to be a source of income such as trading or just simply holding good cryptos.
489  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why there are so many people who get addicted on gambling? on: March 19, 2020, 03:00:37 PM
Gambling is everything especially for those what we called compulsive gamblers or those addict on gambling, but it made me realize, why they get so addicted in gambling? if gambling can be the reason for them to lost their money, properties, relationship to family and friends, mental health and physical health. I know that there are gamblers who play because of fun and entertainment, but actually there are so many ways for us to make ourselves entertained without even losing our money.

But anyway, I can not judge and blame all those people because we are all different, we have different story in life.

Gambling is simply fun. You earn money while you somehow think of a strategy on what would be your next bet and why. You think you are thinking logically but instead in reality gambling simply gambles your intellect. Yet, it overall made you satisfy each and everytime you hit the right bet and multiplied your money for two or more. And in the end of the day, luck drives us to give it another shot tomorrow. And then the addiction goes on and on until you'll realize that you have nothing left to gamble. That was my experience after I bet aggresively as I've tested not my intellect but only my pure luck in which is the most dumbest thing one must never do.
490  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What To Do? (For People Who Mostly Gamble on NBA Games) on: March 19, 2020, 02:27:08 PM
So what do you do nex?,  now that NBA has canceled some of the games this season? Will you just also  get a hold of being a gambler for the meantime? Or try another sports?

All we can do now is to wait until the virus would be fully eradicated and the whole world to be fine. COVID had been rough on us which cancelled almost everything. And with regards to gambling and betting, it is much preferable to gamble on online sports/esports and do other stuffs to gain money such as trading and holding. The best we could do now is buy a lot of good and reputable coins while the market is still bearish and red. But still, focus on preventive measures before having fun in gambling. Keep safe.
491  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: CORONAVIRUS IMPACT ON SPORTS GAMBLING on: March 19, 2020, 01:52:14 PM
Now that almost all sporting events all over the world are cancelled, those wanting bet of sports events are left with having to find alternatives. What are the majority doing?

Are some giving up and trying to become reformed gamblers?

Are some gambling on casinos instead?

What are alternatives most sports betting users are now switching to?

There are a lot of online sports betting most specifically on eSports. E-sports doesn't require to be happened in a crowded people or be an event that requires physical attendance. E-sports betting is the best alternative so far yet it do somehow require a lot of studying and spectating before giving a bet on a team or a person. Yet, e-sports gambling doesn't usually gambles cryptocurrencies, but instead an item or a rare skins/HUDs depending on someone's bet.

Corona might have stopped the actual sports gambling, but it somehow opened an opportunity to the growing community of esports.
492  Local / Altcoins (Pilipinas) / Re: XRP Price to $14 - Any thoughts? on: March 19, 2020, 01:03:23 PM
In the next bull run, Do you also believe that XRP will reach this high or do you think that this is impossible?
Are you one of those crypto investors that dislike XRP because it is centralized and most prefered to invest in other cryptos like bitcoin and ethereum?

As the article said:
"It is believed that crypto investors dislike XRP because it is arguably more centralized than Bitcoin or Ethereum."

Source: XRP Price Could Reach $14 Breaking Out from Two-Year Bear Market

Mark my word na December of this year malapit na yan sa 14USD or maybe lalagpas pa. Why? Ang rami nang preferred ang XRP as an alternative sa ibang crypto due to its fast transaction in a very cheap fee (na almost 5 pesos lang ata recently). For almost everytime last year paangat ang takbo ng XRP kahit na mabagal.

493  Local / Altcoins (Pilipinas) / Re: Altcoins hodler on: March 19, 2020, 12:24:33 PM
Im curious to know kung gaano nyo na katagal hawak ang altcoins na hinohold nyo at hanggang kelan mo ito balak i hold?

Naniniwala ka ba na may chance magkaron ng altcoin season this year o naka rely lang talaga ang price ng alts sa bitcoin?

To be honest almost 2 years ko na atang hindi pinakikielaman yung mga holdings ko, oo I trade some of it para somehow mag grow kahit maliit lang, pero preferred ko kasi yung long term trading eh which is holding. Sobrang laki rin kasi ng tiwala ko sa cryptocurrency, hindi lang tiwala na lumaki ng sobra yung price nito, kung hindi tiwala na rin na soon iaadopt na to ng bansa bilang common way to pay something or even sa kahit anong transactions, and may chance rin kasi itong maging sobrang popular sa mundo in a way na baka halos lahat is gumamit na nito at mas lumaki pa ang chance na lumobo ang presyo nito.

SObrang laki din ng tiwala ko na mayroon itong chance ngayong taon dahil for sure after nitong COVID-19 pandemic, marami na ang magbabalik sa crypto trading at baka marami na rin ang magprefer nito as an alternative kesa sa pag gamit ng physical money.
494  Local / Altcoins (Pilipinas) / Re: New altcoin payment for Pornhub on: March 18, 2020, 03:54:54 PM
Those coins are good coins, Puma pay I guess the only coins among the 4 with a low volume and are not listed in Binance yet.

For me, this is good for both the coins and pornhub, it's a win-win situation as with the millions of users of pornhub, that would help to increase adoption on altcoins being listed as a payment method, more porn sites to follow, that would be good.

So dapat po bang mag invest na din sa Pumapay like maghold na ng mga coins na supported ni pornhub? like anlaki na ng market at viewers ng pornhub and kahit mga gumagawa dito is sobrang laki na din ng kita dahil na nga sa ads, paid/premium videos, and memberships. But then, most likely po ba kapag supported ng isang malaking kumpanya ang isang coin as their mode of payment or transactions, malaki din po ba ang chance na lumaki yung price nito sa future?

TBH not a fan of pornsites but then the salary you can get with crypto and pornsites combined is just huge.
495  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is it true that Corona Virus may effect trading? on: March 18, 2020, 03:25:59 PM
Is it true that Corona Virus may effect trading?

Is it true that Corona Virus is affecting Cryptocurrency trading? If so then I have some ideas which may help to prepare the vaccine in short period of time to control the Corona Virus. However I am unable to find a forum where I may share my ideas.

At first I've thought that the calamity wouldn't affect the cryptocurrency trading and the whole crypto market at all. Yet recently the market went red, as the virus spreads throughout the globe. Despite the fact that trading crypto doesn't require any physical contact nor done in a certain place where people are crowded, what makes the market itself (the traders) really is a huge factor. And with the calamity continuously spreads, many must be careful first and have their own priorities as well. Some may have still find a way to trade, yet some have different mindsets than the others. Therefore, it had affected it so much.
496  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you stop gambling in a time of crisis? on: March 18, 2020, 02:57:45 PM
Guys, in moments such this we are living, with a crisis just ahead of all of us, do you stop gambling?

In my case I have to admit that I will stop for a while.
When I see some crisis or a decrease of my salary (I have my own business), I immediately cut some stuff and gamble are one of the first I stop, like going out and trips too

So, what's your opinion?

Why stop? this is the best time to gamble as most people were quarantined in their own houses with nothing to do at all. Yet, gambling requires discipline of course. Despite the fact that we wouldn't be too busy right now (but some would still have their jobs taken at home), it is still preferable to rather be focused on the calamity than not giving an attention onto it. Yes it is a good choice to stop gambling for a whie, yet you can do somethings like buying cryptocurrency while it is at its low price in the market, then hold it and just trade it after months or years.

To those who couldn't stop gambling amidst the calamity, it only means they are somehow addicted onto it, making the gambling itself to gamble their life's decisions.
497  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Focus on your goal. on: March 18, 2020, 02:22:33 PM
I have read so much thread asking on how could they earn from this forum, actually there is no wrong on asking about that, let us not be hypocrite we are all here to earn money and to gain knowledge.

This forum is applicable for gaining that both, that is what I like the most in this forum, Our earnings in this forum will come if we get old here, just focus on creating useful posts and creating information that will help people who will read your posts.

Knowledge is very important because we can us it for our future to become a better person.

It is too ironic to see you post on beginners and help, making dozens of threads, and motivating others yet it seems your threads wasn't that helpful enough. Why? Because there is a lot of thread similar onto this whereas most users have seen and most are already tired of replying. Soon you'll realize that focusing on your goal wouldn't be enough. Be practical. If you want to achieve it. Work it hard. and not post with redundant ideas. And 3 months from now posting and doing the same thing wouldn't give you any success. Hence, try another way to "share knowledge" instead.
498  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Be patient, be wise and be courteous. on: March 15, 2020, 12:01:51 PM
As a beginner in this forum, all we need to focus or to prioritize is to gain and acquire knowledge, this is the most important things that we should have in this platform, do not mind your earnings, yes we are all here because of that, but let this things sink on your mind, earning will come at the right time when you will become more knowledgeable about crypto world. It is better to invest and store knowledge first before money because knowledge is for future use.

Do not be so greedy in everything, do not let yourself fool by spammers and hackers in this virtual world, there are a lot of hackers here that will offer you a good earnings if you log in on their website, which is really not true because that is their technique or their way to access your account if you log in on their website, which can result to hacking.

And the best thing we should do is be courteous, respect everyone in this forum not only those people who have a high-rank level but also the beginners. As a human, we all need respect.

I am happy to know that you already realized that. Having knowledge will eventually put you into advantage over the others. Like on trading, if you know how the market move or how a certain coin behaves because of the concepts that you know, you will have a greater chance to win the trade. On the other hand, those who lacks knowledge, most of them, probably will be the losers.
499  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: Corona Virus in the Philippines. on: March 15, 2020, 11:52:30 AM

Hello,
I'm looking for someone who has money to help me to invest with. I have really reliable crypto calls - which are profitable and I need additional money to put it in.
First I will provide you all my trades (just to make sure about my trade success, for a specified period of tiime) and after that you can follow up my trades with your money on your account and send me commision after sucessful trade.
So I can provide you realtime trading orders for , you can see my trades and when you are ready.

I believe you will be having a hard time to find anyone here that will accept your offer, specially you do not have any trust records and just a new member here. And also, I guess no one wants to risk their money to someone they do not know. Some will say that you will be scamming them. Btw, good luck if someone risked for your offer. Make the best out of it.
