481  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Swedish ASIC miner company kncminer.com on: December 04, 2013, 05:16:13 PM
I understand that the first batch of Jupiters had to make over 70 coins to break even in BTC and that was going to be tough...  but how can you look at a Neptune and say that it will produce less than 10 coins.    My two jupiters today still create 1 coin a day (combined).      The risk is very different than it was with purchasing Jupiters when BTC was at $100.

unless you've got 2 November Jupiters pushing 700GH/s each I find it had to believe you can mine 1 BTC a day.

please explain how you're doing this if it's true.
or is it a mistake and you're calculations are incorrect.
482  Economy / Auctions / Re: The 3rd Round Auction for the AntMiner S1 Dual Blades, 120 units, 24 hours on: December 04, 2013, 01:23:01 PM
wow, it's amazing more units were available and even higher prices.
you think a real manufacturer who wanted a real long term business would seriously do this?  I'm not going to answer this, and I can see where the USB prices are heading.

oh wait another week. oh we have problem.  just another couple days. and on and on and on...

Just pure GREED.

if you had 120 units what would you do? sell them all to a single reseller for 2BTC each, or pull an avalon and ask for 5.5BTC each? or would you do this, and let people decide what they will willingly pay for it?

last i checked thats not greed, its good business

good business & good economics.

what comes to my mind when I see this... is 'car salesman', you what most people think of car salesmen.

anyone see this?  - started way back, May 18th 2013

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=209553.0

and look at this:  (looks like Samuel Noi accidently spoke italian)

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=209553.msg2362848#msg2362848

anyone remember this? - this began June 23rd, and is when I began reading about Labcoin.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=241033.0

this would be all evidence.

BTW. maybe we should first have lawyers name, company name, web URL, and phone numbers (office and mobile number).  If visualspade can ask the lawyer if it's ok with this information to be PMed to all share holders and see what he says. and also before paying him ask him what are our chances of justice.  And if there's great chance of getting justice, would he do a no WIN no pay arrangement.  If not, there are lawyers that will do this arrangement, just have to ask.  In Australia there are this sort of lawyer firms and it's worth a try.  Not for the money, but like some are thinking if we can trust this lawyer, is a great question.  I feel I can trust visualspade but the lawyer I wouldn't know.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Off topic story... My father was totally cleaned out by a lawyer because lawyer knew from the beginning that there was no way my father could win and took my father a ride and for every thing he had.  Obviously my father didn't have a clue and trusted this lawyer.  Some lawyers are criminals themselves and they know how to cover their tracks.  This is an old story and happen about 30 years ago.  Also this happens frequently with divorce cases even today.

@bobsag3

I know the BlackArrow launch is 2/24 but I was wondering when you estimate you will be shipping your X-1s to customers
Same date.
how are you so certain about the same date?
and don't they have to ship to you first before you can ship to your customers?

495  Economy / Securities / Re: [LABCOIN] IPO [BTCT.CO] - Details/FAQ and Discussion (ASIC dev/sales/mining) on: December 03, 2013, 08:43:33 AM
Hi guys,
great news finally Smiley

Who's the lawyer? Can I get in touch with him?

this would be good for somebody to actually be able to meet in person with the lawyer.  Just to show we're from all parts of the world and we mean business.

BTW, is the lawyer in Italy? And could you give us his/their web site, company name, etc.

we do need this information as we're all here for some action, and we're paying this law firm.

497  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Announcement: Bitmain launches AntMiner solution, 0.68 J/GH on chip on: December 03, 2013, 05:14:38 AM
Hi Bitmain,
it's me again, any news on USB AntMiner U1's pricing / availability?
Sorry, but I have many customers asking me daily when, when, when.  I don't want to let them down or I may loose them.
Regards,
merv77

merv77 and cxboyminer, U1 is under some final testing and re-check. If we ship a usb miner with something wrong, it will make your customers even more down. From the most recent progress, we estimate that we still need one more week to solve some problem. Let's relax and let's face the reality that developing a hardware will not always be fast and smooth. To provide a product on time is kind of pressure, though much less than having taken preorder but delay the shipping. That's why we again feel so right and lucky that we did not and need not to accept the preorder money.

If we announce U1 is ready, we will mean the U1 is stable and efficient. Price and order method will come together. Order-payment-shipping will be a super fast move, let's work together to change the business practice of mining rigs.

Advertisement again: we will auction 120 units on auction board tomorrow. See you~
Thanks Bitmain for the update, wish you luck with finding the problem and hopefully takes less than a week  Smiley
Cheers
