481  Economy / Gambling / Re: Thought's on many major fiat-crypto payment gateways ditching casino business's? on: August 25, 2023, 03:04:49 AM
Why would a crypto casino care whether it can or cannot strike a deal with a fiat payment gateway?
Well, I think there are still individuals that may prefer that especially if they're just starting in crypto or some individuals want it as an alternative for a crypto casino so these casinos still put it an option to some.

Don't know the deal with Stake and BC.Game adding it as an option but I don't think they'll put it there to just ruin their reputation. Either the OP is just making some story or there are miscommunication between these payment gateways and the casino. The OP didn't even make an update or provide more information about this.
482  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Jerwin Ancajas vs Takuma Inoue - Nov 15 on: August 24, 2023, 06:59:24 PM
I think Ancajas has still that power to dominate in this match and besides he's more experienced and likely will be motivated to defend that belt. I voted for Ancajas with a KO here. I was in a hurry to click the title as it was Inoue but didn't realize it was his younger brother lol.
483  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Avoid Airdrop Scam on Trust Wallet via Links on: August 24, 2023, 06:12:36 PM
This isn't new and likely these airdrops are done automatically when  these malicious actors see if you're have an active wallet being involved on airdrops as well. Good thing crypto wallets these days have that feature to hide these lousy tokens on your wallet so always update it and exercise the necessary procedures to secure your wallet.
484  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: FIBA Basketball World Cup 2023 - Betting and Discussions on: August 24, 2023, 05:14:26 PM
And if Australia has a lot of NBA players, then yeah, I would agree to what @wheelz1200, maybe they could land on a good spot in this tournament. But obviously, US team will be favorite here, but it will not be easy for them to just steam roll others teams even if they are composed of NBA players.
Basketball has already been evolving. While the NBA is the most popular league in the world, we cannot guarantee that it has the best players. This tournament will be a testament to determine which country truly has the best players. Even though Team USA is the heavy favorite, we wouldn't be surprised if they win. However, I still believe that there will be surprises, and the USA might not even reach the Finals.
NBA is the most prominent league not because they are popular but rather most skilled player all over the world wants to be on NBA as their target league for there career. I think you mean USA since NBA doesn't represent USA alone. Most of the All Star on NBA now came from different country which is why other country is now much stronger compared before when only few NBA star represent their country. Most of the favorite country aside from USA contains star player from NBA like Canada and France.

Competition on FIBA is tougher now for USA since other country is already have NBA star players that represent their own home country. Team USA will have a hard time dominating the world cup with their current young line-up.
Well, they aren't the depending champions and that alone is the testament that it's a tough environment for USA Basketball and with that roster I guess it wasn't the best roster they deploy for the World Cup. I think Serbia, Greece, Slovenia, and Spain are favorites here as well since they are likely the dark horses in this competition.
485  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Appromixly how much time needs to recover BNB $310 price on: August 24, 2023, 03:50:53 PM
I have brought more than 4 BNB when it's price on around $307. after, that SEC call break the market. but, i'm still holding and i don't know it's future probility. so, it's dead or again it will recover?
afterall, how much it will take it to recover?
I think when the FUD is gone for BNB that will be an easy break, maybe the start of the bull run will reclaim that valuation. It's far from dead considering SEC isn't the perfect organization to how they exhibit their ruling in the crypto industry and that's enough on how XRP is likely winning the case. There's no one would really know how much it will take to recover unless charges are drop or there has been some agreement between the two.
486  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Responsible Sports Betting Shop Operations on: August 24, 2023, 02:52:19 PM
Might be a good call by that manager but I think saying not to come again is likely displeases that guy for sure. I think an easy approach would have been more appropriate for the guy, I mean maybe the guy can handle himself already and he take responsibility in it.

They just have different perspective but I think the manager just want to help in case he's really addicted already and that thing is commendable.
487  Local / Pilipinas / Re: BTC or ETH? on: August 23, 2023, 05:24:02 PM

Na hawak natin or Hold pa?

Medyo matagal ako hindi nag phone or batad sa BTC news and all kung baga lay low from social media and News. Sana my makapagshare and advice T_T . Seryoso guys.

488  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tips on How to Stay Safe and Avoid Scams When Gambling Online on: August 23, 2023, 03:38:00 PM
Don't click links too often, always have some 2FA when you're dealing with anything related to finances online, buy a hardware wallet, etc. There are too many ways you can avoid scams but they are getting more clever than ever as well, and in gambling, it isn't an exception that you'll get a handful of DM's promoting or giving you some pitches of how good they are or their products. My advice is to stay vigilant as ever and be doubtful when needed especially when you're dealing whether it's just about crypto, gambling, investments, etc.
489  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do star players affect the odds of a match bet? on: August 23, 2023, 02:23:47 PM
My question is simple, do star players really affect the odds of a bet, or wager or stake on a match, putting into consideration the four levels of contribution in a match, as I mentioned earlier?
Bookies are still managed by humans and yes that will affect the odds if a star player is around or not, it definitely will. Even if it will be managed by an AI I think that will still have an effect if AI will depends on the statistics. I think there are still levels you haven't list there and there are too many factors to consider aside from having or not the star player/s.
490  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What micro games is best for you? on: August 22, 2023, 05:01:38 PM
By my definition of micro games, It’s a game that let you bet small amount such as penny that has an option to scale up slowly.

I play slots, mines, dice and live game show. What I really like the most in terms of return is slow games because it can give you a possibility of high return on small bet in random manner unlike dice and mines that you need to setup the difficulty just to have a chance to get that target huge profit.

What micro games works well on your gambling style?
I think dice and slots only for me and besides these are my favorites although I play sometimes with crash. Well, I find it easy to sometimes play with them on automatic mode although I get wrong sometimes on the multiplier I set that ends up draining my portfolio, it happen I guess two times already.
491  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cockfighting? on: August 22, 2023, 04:34:25 PM
Adding knives is the worst part. Do people really enjoy two animals using knives to cut each other up?
This is nothing. People are capable of a whole lot worse. For example, a British nurse got life in prison for killing 7 babies sometime back for her own messed up reasons which is insane of you think about it.

Many people love watching animals and even humans fight to the death thanks to their inner killer instinct basically.
Exactly. Besides, it depends on the culture you're in and there are countries that was living on it for over centuries. If it's about the money and the fame you'll get, people would really ignore empathy over these animals. I'd rather see it on animals rather than those people fighting to death because it is sickening.
492  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Any thoughts on Friend(dot)tech circulating now on Twitter? on: August 21, 2023, 03:32:29 PM
Not sure the trend will stay strong as some are just making money when the price rise up already and sold. Wanted to know anyones opinions. Or does anyone also try it already? They have a point system which updated every friday but not sure what this for, could be an airdrop thing.
As long as there's that point system that's being promised to have some sort of use case on the system and the rumor about an airdrop, I think it will continue. The points they will share will range for 6 months and there's rumor as well that they have partnered with VC firm Paradigm and don't know the exact number but it was around $50M. This is just a thing I saw on Twitter.
493  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: August 19, 2023, 04:54:01 PM
Adrian Wojnarowski is reporting this morning that the NBA is launching an investigation into the circumstances surrounding James Harden’s claim that Daryl Morey is a liar and got him to sign a contract under false pretenses. The drama takes another step forward. I’m not sure what the NBA can do though. Maybe nullify the contract?
That's a big claim and hope Harden isn't serious about it. He maybe want to get out at Sixers but I didn't think that it will come to this claim, that's totally a bold statement. I think it will nullify the contract and perhaps NBA should get involved with it, they should do. Harden now goes to Taiwan with Howard? lol Roll Eyes Grin
494  Economy / Gambling / Re: BitCase | Crypto NFT Roulette | Case opening | Free spins on: August 19, 2023, 03:40:11 PM
The only evil on the forum is your profile. Stop littering the thread with flooding and negative comments. If you have proof of scam or that roulette is not paying money = provide it. If there is no evidence, then why are you writing? Are you a competitor? Or do you have envy? Play to your heart's content on other roulettes if you don't like this one. But do not slander, your words are empty.
Well, you're thread looks like a spam thread with those positive comments from newbies and it smells really a scam tbh. This is a forum and you should know that people tend to give their opinions here. The thing is, we really do think that you're promoting shady and you could try better the next time. Mind me, whatever is thrown to you is not empty, it's just a fair warning.
496  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Dreaming That I'm Playing In A Casino, Do You Have One, on: August 19, 2023, 01:28:57 PM
How about you have you experienced dreaming that you are playing in a casino, is this alarming to you?

Resource :
https://gamblershelp.com.au/lets-talk-gambling/gambling-dreams/
I mean is just a dream you can do better in reality or perhaps correct it if you still have some reasoning. I don't find it an alarming thing on my own point of view of course, I'll handle it by myself or if I won't I'd seek professional help. I think it's the way we associate dreams and how do we live with that culture, best is to avoid if it's alarming in real life.
497  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: As a gambler do you have a potential winning amount limit? on: August 19, 2023, 11:10:10 AM
My main focus on this thread is in this question: as a gambler do you place your bet according to the weight of your financial need or you're always okay with whatever amount that comes out as potential win no matter how small amount?
For me, any amount will do as long as it was the lucky amount I've won. I don't know what you mean by "betting by weight of financial needs" but is that you should be betting base on your portfolio amount or the maximum winning amount you need to stop gambling?
498  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling discussion effect on: August 18, 2023, 09:54:24 PM
What’s the effect of gambling discussion here to you? I’m thinking to quit participating on signature campaign that involves gambling discussion in an event that my gambling activities is increasing above my normal habit.
For now, nothing that much as well been busy with trading and IRL stuffs but when I have the urge to gamble especially sports betting I tend to do so. I don't think you need to stop participating in it, you can always remind yourself that you don't have to gamble just because you're seeing this section. We all have lot of choices and we're free to choose it.

I know you'll understand me and those who wish not to connect their wallets. I'm just being cautious after all the wallet draining scenario that happened in the past.
500  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Some smart guy converted $1000 to 1 million in one day with $BALD coin on: August 18, 2023, 06:08:48 PM
Probably just some liquidity exit from the owners themselves and it's likely the obvious case. Well, Base network was just launched/opened weeks ago and I guess it doesn't start well with these scams especially the memecoins. The thing is, Base will here to stay and I think you should just pick the real winners on it, I don't think memecoins will be on my list for Base, I'd stick more with defi products.
