no, there are no solutions, coin swap won't work, "kill hacked coins" just doesn't make any sense at all. please think before posting: study how a blockchain works, how the mini blockchain is different, and how an exchange works. coinsmarkets opened withdrawals recently, for everyone to retrieve their coins (not only xcn but all the coins they had, which were all frozen). |

You also know very well what happened dozen times, over and over again from hacks to exchange that only traded stolen/hacked coins... to exchange where we lost most of it (btc38, coinsmarkets, etc) None was done to black list those coins and make exchange work for community and not for thieves..... as btc38, thailand and other did in past I can't control what exchanges do. But I can do the best within my possibilities, and that's exactly what I did and will do in the future. Besides, both btc38 and coinsmarkets allowed withdrawals so they didn't steal any coin. And we did all we could to block the hacked funds but we have no power over the exchange balances, because they are not on the blockchain but into their database. We contacted them and that was all we could do. |

You can not simply upgrade to the 2.0 GUI wallet, your old wallet file WILL NOT WORK.
You have to fuck with a bunch of files. This reflects poorly on the Dev team. They are not able to produce a working GUI wallet with compatible wallet files. Nor have they produce a simple tool for converting wallets.
the procedure is documented and you can come to discord anytime, people will help you. codebase is just too different to make the wallet files compatible. This is all after they allowed cryptonight ASICS to mine on their chain for over a week, they only hardforked after they got 51% attacked.
It wasn't a 51% attack. We hardforked earlier to make the thief run dry. Of course this brought some confusion because it wasn't planned, but we believed it would be much more important to make the attack worthless, for the coin holders good and for the big project picture. The INTENSE team reflects a lot of incompetence, and they do not stay true to their time-frames AT ALL.
sorry if we were ahead of our schedule with the release of the v4 fork, we will try to be more precise next time :-) besides, you forgot to mention that we had to fight at least 3 attacks on the chain, which we promptly deflected, while doing or usual homework. Appreciate you chiming in. Does this imply you will never make the old wallet files compatible ? and I think you pushed V4 too early. You have to watch a 30 minute guide to have an idea how to even swap your wallet over for fucks sake. I don't really wana dedicate an hour just to get my coins back. We couldn't wait, because the coin was unusable without the new wallet. Thank the hacker. Besides, I transferred two addresses from the old wallet to the new one in less than 10 minutes, using the cli. |

I wrote a txbot to exercise the network and gather some information about daemon load and network speed.
First of all cryptonite transaction are about half the size of the typical bitcoin ones. That means you can have about 8000 txs in a 1MB block. Note that cryptonite has dynamic max block size so that isn't the limit.
Second: the daemon, on a reasonably powerful machine, can handle 30 transactions per second and they are digested by the network without any issue. Memory pool was almost emptied on every block found, as expected.
Next step could be using the txbot on 3/4 machines and see if the network is stable, and how the block sizes increase.
We can help there mate ... Though it would have to be under Centos 7 x64 - not Ubuntu. #crysx It's plain php, you can run it anywhere ;-) |

You should be using version 2.0 only. Older versions aren't working properly. |

i do not see it on there, do you have a link to the xcn market? anyone can put in a request on cmc, but needs to be at least $1000 daily volume. I know is 10K volume to add an exchange. They changed the amount? Its $1000 volume to add a market. I think they changed it a few months ago.  they might add it anyways ;-) |
