23 employees including it and his wifey, on last count, including landscaper, snow removal guy, cafeteria lady, runners etc.

https://www.cryptocoinsnews.com/bitcoin-mining-company-gawminers-sold-1-million-worth-hashlets-24-hours/

like he doubled it  Roll Eyes since then. To do what exactly?

https://www.cryptocoinsnews.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/09/GAW-Team.jpg

Are you using GAW math?  I only count 22... Wink

If he was using GAW math there would be 440 people in that image.

that makes sense with the old gaw hardware, at the pool it was 20x less hashes

Right, that's the problem.  Those are people's asking prices, that isn't what it is worth (what people are actually paying for them).  I can list one on ebay for a million dollars, that doesn't mean it is worth a million dollars.  If you look at sold listings, these things are actually going for 20ish, and that is WITH ebay buyer protection which you obviously can't offer.

The ones selling for more then that are collector grade, mint condition, sealed in the box brand new, etc.  You don't even guarantee yours works, which limits it's value to the gold inside, minus the cost to recover it; you need to be selling them for less then ebay, not more.  It obviously doesn't make much sense for anyone to give you 100 for 25 worth of gold that they then have to spend money to extract.

that's fine by me, i'm willing to let it go for the price of scrap, only if people a willing for the postage cost, if not, like i said, i'll scrap it myself no biggy its not the rare 1MB cache version. the process does take a few weeks though (letting the acid eat the metals that the gold is sputtered on, leaving the skin-like gold behind. acid peroxide ftw!)

Postage should not be more than 10$, at least sending it as a certified letter.

i'll look into it today, i'll head up to the office with the item packaged up and ask them

you and i were wrong over the price, but you were closer, its $18 by air, i was going off the websites pre-paid packages with insurance and sig on delivery.

OK, let me know the total.

0.15btc, its yours..

i just had to go over it, 0.09btc + 0.06btc

It's funny that everyone assumes Kano is a Christian, and not Atheist or Agnostic.

what brought that up?

Uhh...what do you think?  "May God be with you" etc.   Huh

Edit: I think I've said enough, just a personal rant that really doesn't belong here.

better not have anything to do with any religious people then, people might think otherwise about you.

i talk to a Satanist, does that make me one?

ones ideological and philosophical beliefs does not automatically move onto another when they talk about it to them.

490  Bitcoin / Mining / Re: How did I solve 1 Block this quick? on: February 10, 2015, 10:29:38 AM
Well, maybe I'll let them keep a few bitcoins and let them know I found them, but there will be one hell of a transaction fee for my services.  Or if I found a wallet with something like 47,000 bitcoins in it, I'll tell the owner I just decided to retire from PC repair work, and their computer is my last job, and it's free.

This is unlikely to happen, most of the people who call me for PC repair are too ignorant to understand the concept of Bitcoins.

And finding nude photos on a computer is actually pretty rare for me.  I usually spend little to no time looking through their photos, I just Copy and Paste the photo folders to a hard drive in my testing PC and them back their drive after the work is finished so I can save them from the non-running PC and be their hero.

Most photos I do see in the folders are something like 300 photos of their 3 year old little brat at the park, or their aunt Wanda's trip to the Spam festival.  I have no interest in looking at them.

Dang man! I can see that put a large dint in your trust rating, just one sentence is all it takes!

I'm in such business, if i saw they had a wallet, I'd make sure they can still access it on the new install, if they like me, they can pay my services in btc. but STEAL from them?! I don't even look at their photos if I can help it! (new install of OS, move data back to appropriate spots, install picasa, let it load photos) and you probably even taking nudes off their own system!

I've even serviced system that have Business records worth multi-millions! and they still come back for help!

if you were working in my town, I'd roll you out quick smart and probably have the feds on your ass.

How about stopping attacking people and start providing proof of these 10TH miner?

You're advertising april delivery, that's just barely three months away so proof should be abundund...

Thanks in advance!

Product under development and we can't share images of Product development process due to some copy security, It's secret Product development process  because we don't want that someone copy our idea. Today is February 10 and starting delivery exact date is April 15, PreOrder ending date @31 March. It's very short time. If you can't believe us on Pre-Order then don't worry you can order after March then you can verify product performance , I think this better option for you.

Thank you for your time because time is very Precious.

you know, avalon has the same "its our idea!" mentality, they still show chips and working test units, same with friedcat, he is very secretive on how his chips are made and work, but he still shows his test chips on PCB, spondoolietech is draconic about his secret chips, but guess what? pictures, even lets other companies used the chips. but you cant?

Also, the last 5 people on this forum that said "It's secret Product development process  because we don't want that someone copy our idea." turned out to be fake and a scammer, we all just want proof you are not doing the same. obviously you cant, so conclusion, Guilty until proven innocent, sho us what we need, and you will get orders dribbling out of your ass

Just received an email from GAW saying all of their S4's are on sale for the low price of $550.

Nice to see they're more than happy to sell off all of their mining gear.

same here:

I would offer 20$ for the Pentium

hmm, i can pull 0.5g of gold out of that thing, that's about $25 in gold there..

and there is half a dozen of them on ebay for $100'ish now

0.1btc and postage is on you though

http://www.ebay.es/itm/Intel-Pentium-Pro-SL22Z-512K-/131422714851?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_3&hash=item1e99677be3

28EUR

25$ with postage to Europe
just to let you know, im basing the pricing off this:
http://www.ebay.com.au/sch/CPUs-Processors-/164/i.html?_from=R40&_nkw=pentium+pro

25usd? that's 0.11btc, not 25EUR? that's 0.1275btc? hell, 25AUD is 0.09

now let me get this right, 25eur, I'm assuming you're from around Spain? That would be Express Post International with signature on delivery and tracking be about $83aud that's 0.28btc, to deliver it to Spain.

..and you said 25 with postage? you're saying 25 is including postage? not 25 and add postage? (sorry, the term "with" when it comes to money doesn't sit well with me, its a "and add" term that people say i have added postage with the figure)
