"Move the entire fund management infrastructure to another exchange" Is definately the best option for the investors i think.

503  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Cryptostocks - BTC,DVC,LTC denominated Stock Exchange/Crowdfunding Platform on: September 23, 2013, 06:20:52 PM
Are any exchanges offering Free Securities transfers?

I hate to say it but I think Cryptostock is dying a slow death due to Vircurex problems taking most of the operators time.
I think there has been such offers before from some exchanges, not sure if there is any such offers today.

But today it looks like we lost 2 more exchanges, Burnside announced that BTC-TC & LTC-Global are closing it's doors, last trade date 7 october, last day site is up for people to transfer there funds out and save impostant information was 31 october i think.
So however badly cryptostocks have been managed before they effectively lost 2 competitors today witch might give them a bit of an upswing now.

what's he up now?  must be around 7000-8000?
In total im pretty sure he's up close to what the site is down under the expected performance sofar, possibly slightly more. The site is expected to be up 12 251 btc now but is only at 2 243 so the site has underperformed by 10 009 btc.
A week ago or so the site was up 6545 now it's only up 2243, he is probably behind most of that so 4300 btc there and at his earlier visits he took 3900 btc from the site i think, if all his wins from before is in those 3900 mentioned before. In total it would mean it's 8200+ btc unless he also plays under some less know alts playng slightly lower, then it may be way more he has won or cheated the site for if he has found an exploit that someone mentioned him saying.

Just tried to load site on my phone. It's broken in both chrome and Firefox. Looks like CSS doesn't load.

Confirmed on PC as well.
Yea some update to the site today has broked it for me on firefox and PC to.

It's likely not an update, rather a DDOS.
Might be because a DDoS, but the Q&A and that things dident show op on the front page before, but maby the page loads wrong because of the DDoS ?

509  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: [ANN] BTCJam - Peer to Peer Bitcoin Lending on: September 19, 2013, 08:53:05 PM

New and existing user please take note;

1) BTCJam does not respond to emails requesting answers to simple questions.

2) Do not make use or rely on their automated payment system - it does not work.

3) If their site goes down - your credit rating is negatively affected if you can not make any payments due.

What 'n nice system to use, as long as they can collect their 4% - stuff you (this is the message I get load and clear from them over the past week)

Utterly disgusted.

Hamburger
You shouldn't have to be affected negative when there site fails, they really should fix such things as soon as possible, not your fault if you can't log in because the site is down or if the automatic payments fails. If the site gives you negative rating or if you have to pay extra fees because of there faults they really need to fix such bugs immediately.

His personal coins are just as our own, and is counted in commision profit.  He has every right to divest/invest just as we do and take out risks. He is not required to actually invest at all with his coins.

The site is more than fair to investors, its a gamble as much as gambling there, you are investing in a casino with huge variences, today the site was over 7000 coins, if you were there and divested you would have made a very good profit.  Over time the 1% line will enroach, it will take 100 mil btc wagered in my mind, the 1% is statisical and causes issues for people who think they will make 1% straight.

The liquidity in the site is a HUGE bonus overstocks, but restricts Doogs exit strageties, you should feel privileged he is doing it this way.

He needs to raise commision to 15-20% to hire site upgrades out immediately, imo.

I didden't mean he dosent have the right to divest/invest when he likes, i just say he dosen't only profit from commision, he also profits (just like the rest of the investors) by investing in the bankroll and the expected profit for him is way higher than it has been sofar historically.

I was there and saw that nakowa had the site to up +7000 btc at some point, so up 500 btc or so from the 6545 btc it was at some point a few days ago but you can't expect to hit the exact top(and if everyone did that there would be no bankroll left) or bottom on every rollercoasterride, even thou i personally divested at a good point today and skipped the downturn the site took after that...
Site's still ended at down 1200 btc now from what it was at a few days ago, before celest/nakowa come back  and took another bite at it and he/she still seems to have an unrealistic returnrate on his/her bets, just like the times when he/she was playing at JD before.
511  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Just-Dice.com : Invest in 1% House Edge Dice Game on: September 19, 2013, 07:09:57 PM
But since Aug 7th the current USD averaged per the site has dropped to about $700k USD per day, from the celeste, bug and others hay days.  Also per Chart #1 shows that the red trendline shows per day totaled wagered in USD is slightly decreasing.  This is possible due to many things, additional competition, lack of players due to lack of bitcoin growth, and imo mainly increase in the price of BTC in USD as seen in USD.

The average price per BTC wagered is $95.10 using CoinDesks BPI index with total current USD wagered now over $100.1 USD.  As you can see price dropped dramatically after startup, had a lot of play in celeste days with prices under $100 per coin, and now has risen back over $120 per coin.

But for instance in the last 2 weeks the site has averaged 21.27 BTC per day.  Thus meaning for 14 days of work, (Doog and Deb both appear to be averaging about 40-50 hours per week), site running costs, and ultimately any major marketing or possible payment for site development comes from that 10% commision, which in last 2 weeks was ~30 Bitcoins ($3,750).

Big gamblers will come and go over time so it's not strange that the avg bet per day is lower sometimes and higher other times, the site has also had some ddos problems lately so the numbers don't speak the whole truth, A better indicator to look at would be the number of players that that bet at just-dice each day and trends on that and not the amount they bet. Over time im sure just-dice will take over more and more gamblers from SD as JD is the number 1 competitor to SD and also has lower houseedge than SD.

Why you ask let me run some numbers to show what Doog is missing out on while letting us reap the rewards without the risk of a stock market share crash.  Unlike companies with stocks when sold and someone is holding the bag because they could not sell, like SD.

Since inception the site is up 6144 BTC, for an average of 68.27 BTC per day.

Some notes to remember as again I suggest to Doog if he is going to keep site running in this manner which is absolutely amazing considering the liquidity of it, he should raise commission to 15-20%.

Site was up 5378btc last time i looked, 0,4964% on avg after another visit of "nakowa (2548)". Just-Dice has sofar underperformed 0,5036% on avg and thats over 1 083 000 btc wagered, so basically the site has underperformed by 5452 btc in profit sofar that's missing from what is expected.

It's hardly the correct time to talk about raising the commission, come with that argument when the site is within 90-110% of expected profit overall, when the hisorical avg profit is back in the region of 0,90%-1,10% then it might be a good time to take such thing up to discussion if a commission of 10% would mean to small amounts in profit for dooglus.
As long as the site is making profit and dooglus also is invested in the site(witch he of course should be) he also makes profit on his 3000+ btc's.
So to simplify things, sofar if the site had been at around 50 000 invested all the time and had made the expected profit he should have made 1083 btc in commission and 584 btc on investing in the bankroll.
Now the site has underperformed and invested amount haven't been the same all the time and commission was lower than 10% in the beginning, but in the future, oner the next 1 000 000 BTC wagered that is the numbers he expects to profit on running Just-Dice....

I think dooglus is a nice guy and he's doing a great job but as long as the avg profit is down in the 0,4x-0,65% range that's really no good proof of that the site is fair to the investors.
The only proof on that department will be when the site avg out over time where it's supposed to be at close to 1,00% profit.
As far as i know there is still no zipfiles beeing made avaliable off all bets that's posted at some file-hosts at regular intervals so people can download it and have a look at it. There is also no possibility on the site to easily get all bets on a single player so investors have little to no chance at checking if there is any accounts that is likely to be run by the operator draining profit from the investors.
512  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Earning Bitcoins on: September 18, 2013, 08:03:12 PM
You can earn bitcoins on https://bitcoinera.net/ starting in november, but you can already build referrals starting right now.
Bitcoinera.net is a bitcoin bank which pays interest on deposits and you can earn free bitcoins by referring other people to the site.
For example from first tier referrals you earn 1% of their deposit every month!

So how is this gonna work then ?
When will the first monthly interest payments be payed, 1 november, 30 november or something else, november is not very exact ?
Also will the first payment be for a month(30 days) or will people that deposit early, now for example, more than a month before the first payment date, will they get more than a full(6,00%) months interest payment the first time you pay out interest ?
Basically what is the first date that will generate interest for those that deposit money in your online wallet/bank site ?
513  Economy / Securities / Re: [bitfunder] SatoshiPoker - Searching pre-IPO investor for marketing budget on: September 15, 2013, 01:41:51 AM
Could you please explain a few things how many shares in total is there will be in SatoshiPoker is the numbers lavafish mentined in another post 100 000 000 that is on bitfunder the total number of shares in SP and the 5% he mentions whats going to be sold ?

Hi!

....
We are looking to sell 5% of our company's shares, to get 400 BTC in fundings to get ourselves listed on the above sites.
Does it really cost that much to get listed on Bitfunder, 400 BTC ?

So far we had 2 investors comitting themselves to investing each 1% in our company, but under the condition that we fill the entire amount, as with 40% of the needed investment we can't execute our strategy making investing pointless so far. We are still looking for 2 max 3% sale of shares.
So you want to sell 5% of the company pre IPO and what, 5% after IPO  to the public ?

We had everything wrapped up but one of the investors backed out at the last moment. We are still open to sell at most 1% of the company. If interested, please send a PM

I think you mentioned somewhere(on btcjam i believe it was) before that you were one of tree (original) owners in SP, but on bitfunder there seems to be 13 different people owning shares now, the 3 biggest owners only have 74 445 833 shares, around 74,4% if 100 million is the total, even if it was 4 owners and not 3 you said before, then the 4 biggest owners only have 85 800 000 shares or 85,8%. The numbers that is mention in this thread and others dosent seem to add up, has 25,6% or maby 14,2% of the shares been sold pre IPO.
So has more than the mentioned 5% been sold already ? Maby shares for 1136 btc or even 2044 btc then ?

"....Considering all above, I believe that 8000BTC is an absolute undervaluation of our company. Thats all. Gotta run, I have a mission to lead."

What is the valuation of that SatoshiPoker is worth way more 8000 btc based on ?
What is the price per share pre IPO that you sell it for ?
8000/100 000 000 = 0,00008000 btc or 8000 satouchi per share then ?

Where do you have any numbers avaliable for preIPO investors and potential investors after the stock IPO's at bitfunder. Pokerscout (that you mention when comparing to sealswithclubs) don't have any numbers for SatoshiPoker on players(Players Online, Cash Players, 24 Hr Peak, 7 Day Avg) and i havent seen anything metioned what the avg bet, rake or profit is for SatoshiPoker for any weeks in the past, only some mentioning that numbers have gone up ?
514  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Satoshi Poker IPO on: September 15, 2013, 01:18:30 AM
Is 100 million the total number of shares in SatoshiPoker, meaning 100% of the company ?
Does "we(lavafish)" beeing you personal or is that all shares all the original owners in SP may sell ?

519  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Withdrawal Bee-Ess from Mt Gox on: September 12, 2013, 03:26:49 PM
I withdrew BTC from my Mt. Gox account more than 8 hours ago, and the transaction has yet to appear on the blockchain. Here's the lame response I got from Gox when I complained:

Quote
Hello,

Thank you for the email. Few BTC withdrawals are delayed because of the multiple transactions requested at the same time causing network congestion. The transaction should eventually go through and we will update you once it is complete.

Best regards,

Mt.Gox Team

Is that lame or what?! Network congestion!?!?!? PLEASE!!!!!!
Clearly a lie from Gox, there insolvent at the moment so they cant pay all people all of there BTC/Fiat at the same time, hopefully they solve it in the long run, by making it back on fees and sooner or later usgov will have to give them there USD back...
520  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Anyone else not able to withdraw BTC from MTGOX? on: September 12, 2013, 03:23:44 PM
I have the same problem with a larger amount.

Emailed support and got the same "there has been a delay". Why is there a delay for just fcking send the btc? MtGOX is now a bucket shop now?

Most likely MtGox don't have enoth btc either now when large amount of people try to withdraw btc from them.

It's about time MtGox puts all cards on the table and tells people exactly how bad the situation is after usgov stealing there usd's at dwolla and when MtGox expects to have full coverage for all btc and fiat at there site.
