Hey guys i have a little problem i need some help with i had to download the wallet again because something
happen to my computer but now i am 98.78% synced with my old wallet.dat file in place but i see no old addresses
transactions etc what can i do to get this to show up? thanks in advance.
Edit: Also note when i try to delete the new wallet.dat file and start the wallet back up it shows back up
so i have 2 wallet.dat files in the dmd folder.
Check the properties of the dat files:size and date, Remove the newest one, keep the oldest, don't delete just yet.move to the desktop. Close the wallet first. You can't have two wallet.dat files in the diamond folder.. Restart the wallet. Hi ok i moved the new .dat file to my desktop and i have my back up .dat file in place problem is when i restart the wallet another new .dat file is there with my old one?  i am thing maybe i am using the wallet that keeps an updated blockchain? use -rescan and -reindex I get this message with both "Method not found (code -32601)" When you first start your wallet and the wallet.dat file is missing in it, a new file wallet.dat, in the diamond folder (without coins) is automatically created. If you want to put the old file wallet.dat in place of the new one, then you need to close your wallet and delete the new created file wallet.dat. After that, in its place you need to put your old file wallet.dat in the diamond folder and only then, again start the wallet. Be sure that your wallet starts empty without errors (remove all unnecessary files or even blockchain if required). Use the installer https://mega.nz/#!lQBTwCgJ!kZOWTcFCACwoeeANrq9jUhXpbm_rT6pGyz2FFVOIQss and save your blockchain not on drive C, but on a USB flash drive or removable disk, selecting your path at startup. Remember that you should have at least 3 gigabytes of free space! When you see that everything has worked and your new empty wallet starts without errors. Then close it and replace the new (empty) wallet.dat file with your old wallet.dat file with the coins. |

My wallet's password doesn't work. It's either because I was hacked, or I might've just forgotten it (I created the wallet around a week ago, so it's possible). But my diamonds are still here, so I hope for the latter. Is there a way to get access to my wallet? Any advice?
If you forget the password and you have no clue for this, then I'm sorry to inform you that there is no other way to access your coins. |

I think that the empty tokens created on the ETH platform (100 million Ziber tokens will be issued) have nothing to do with Diamond. If you do not understand the difference between tokens and a crypto currency with its own blockchain, then you'd better keep money in fiat  Just to clarify - Diamond is aimed at the antiques market, works of art and jewelry. How many DMD will I need to have in my wallet to run masterdone? Is there some minimum?

Will it be profitable to run mastermode with for ex. 200 DMD, on which kind of profits monthly can I count than?
For run Masternode you must have 10,000 DMD. You can choose almost any operating system for this. Windows, Linux or even the Raspberry platform. By approximate calculation, each MN owner will receive about ~9 DMD per day (assuming there are 100 active MN in the network). The exact income depends on the total number of active MN in the network (If in network is many active MNs then the less will be you revenue). |

Really looking forward to DMD's future. The whitepaper really does open up a whole area of things to do and it's good to know that i'm thinking a long similar lines, even before i read to the end of it! Masternode Hosting Service sounds very interesting as well.. Even without taking into account the difference of certain technical specifications Diamond has a great name. it's its own brand and it distinguishes us from other abcdeCoins using Masternode or POW & POS system |

I did not expect such machinations from Cryptopia  Earlier it seemed to me that this is a good exchanger and they will not conspire with scammers using premine*  I hope that people have a head on their shoulders, that they would bypass such a coin side. |

Any predictions if / how the BIP148 madness in August will affect DMD?

I see that CBX is trying to fight for life, but in my opinion, the value of an asset is also determined by its emission.
You are trying to add to your algorithm a masternode (PPN) system and thus increase the attention of users.
But at the same time, the overall inflation of this coin will become even more than 2% in theory and 6-12% in practice.
So what then is the meaning of such an asset as a means of accumulation?

Same coin. Make sure you update your wallet before trying to send any coins to an exchange. Also, if we are going that old school, Vircurex is dead. It hasn't been on the right blockchain for around a year. Ok, Thank you for this information |
