502  Economy / Economics / Re: US economy is booming, but people are not seeing it. on: May 09, 2021, 07:08:05 AM
Certainly the fully diluted with brrr money stock market is booming!
As for the real economy it is still unclear what the recovery will look like, it's far too early to see that.
Inflation could kick in very hard while the purchasing power of Americans will get smashed.
I don't buy into this fake recovery.
503  Economy / Economics / Re: Tesla still an unprofitable automaker on: May 09, 2021, 06:56:15 AM
If you'd go on the official Tesla website instead of guessing about what you heard you will see for yourself that the Standard Range Plus Model 3 costs $33,690 (and if you are a California resident the price shown include the $1,500 California Clean Fuel Reward and potential incentives and gas savings of $4,300).
Model 3 Long Range is priced at $42,690 and the Performance stays at $51,190.

Paris Saint Germain hoped to reach the final act of the Champions League for the second consecutive season, but failed to achieve this goal: defeated twice in a few days by Manchester City, it has abandoned the European scene.
Pochettino needs to shake his team quickly, Rennes is awaiting. Lille won 3-0 over Lens on Friday night and consolidated its leadership.
PSG need to win against Rennes or it can say bye bye to the title!

Juventus, Barcelona and Real Madrid need to find a way to settle the dispute or they could face huge legal and reputational backlashes. The project is over why are they trying to keep it alive? I don't get it really.
This story's gonna have huge consequences.

Superleague, news from spain Spain: "Juve, Real and Barça out of the European cups for two seasons".
Cadena Cope claims that the measure has already been decided and will be made official after the Champions League final.
The Spanish broadcaster Cadena Cope has made a sensational rumour about the Superleague case: Juventus, Real Madrid and Barcelona would be excluded from the European cups for the next two seasons.
Is that gonna happen?
509  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: May 08, 2021, 05:55:21 PM
Amazing game that of Napoli and now Atalanta, Juventus and Milan need to win to keep pace if they want to get to the next Champions League.
No more words for Inter, super impressed! Another nice bet win thanks to them (Inter wins + over 3,5 goals).

A detailed plan to mass destruction, a plan good for those who are able to create pump & dumps. There is no science behind this shit and the fact that it worked that way in the past doesn't mean is gonna repeat in the future.
good luck
511  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: When Altseason ? on: May 07, 2021, 11:08:08 AM
Damn the alt season!, dammit!
Has not altcoin season been starting since last year? I can't believe if that cycle was true. An altcoin is still growing when bitcoin is very stable. We didn't see any increase happened with bitcoin since ethereum has been growing so much. TBH it's quite difficult to determine whether we have entered the altcoin or not.

People are arguing altcoin season is happening anytime wben bitcoin stabilizes.
I would argue it is the opposite, the price of bitcoin stabilizes because people think its price is too high and they slowly but surely prefer to invest in altcoins, this makes the price of bitcoin even more stable and it definitely marks the beginning of an altcoin season, however people need to be careful as the price of altcoins can easily crash and this could be the case as sooner or later people will want to convert their profits back to fiat or bitcoin and they will leave altcoins behind and many retail investors will lose their money when they try to hold their altcoins not realizing that holding altcoins is most of the time a mistake.

Altseason attracts a lot of people to the cryptocurrency industry and a lot of newbies come. But cryptocurrency continue to be very risky. That people who do not want to risk can invest in the professional investment pools like https://defiscale.io/ that invest money in gambling and finance and offer a stable income to investors.

that link you provided is a scam! we've already mentioned it previously, if you wanna lose your money so be it  but please don't share this scam here on the forum.
512  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: travelling internationally with a hard wallet on: May 07, 2021, 11:04:59 AM
Best thing to do is not to travel with any wallets. Only with the mnemonics that can safely accessed when you land and settle somewhere else. That's what I did before the pandemic hit, I realy on software wallets where I'm in control of the keys (with HD wallets is much easier).
I'd never cross a border with an hardware wallet, that's stupid.
513  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: May 07, 2021, 10:55:59 AM
Mourinho reputation can be low but he loves when the team and the city is on his side. Like what happened in Milan when he won everything with Inter you'll see he's going to become again a one man show and bring Roma to new heights.
514  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Europa League Discussion Thread on: May 07, 2021, 10:48:51 AM
Maybe Roma could win tonight after that disastrous performance in the first leg. Man Utd might not want to go too hard on them again. I might place a big single bet on Roma winning, I know it's difficult but I hope the player's pride will prevail!
It will depend which squad will put up for the game Solskjaer today. If he gives the opportunity to play for young players to gain experience, then Roma can win. It is very important for Fonseca to win, although he has already lost his place in the team, but victory should be a matter of honor. To leave with dignity, victory must be confident.
Nice profit for me! I knew Roma could win this match because Manchester United gap was too big. The players showed some balls after the huge defeat in England.
We could have witnessed another all-english european final, but Villareal will be the opponent for ManUTD.
I don't think they have any chance of winning honestly.

About tonight, the chances of seeing a balanced match like the first leg are very high. Chelsea remains slightly favorite for qualification, but Real Madrid is in a good overall state and could turn everything around. Both should score a goal on each side this time as well. I'm not betting tonight, too difficult to predict.
I'm feeling a bit relieved since I didn't place my bet, I could have lost 50$.
I was expecting at least one goal by Madrid but that didn't happen, we witnessed a perfect game from Chelsea.
And now, it's time for the English Derby!

46.80%, https://taproot.watch/miners

How much time does it typically take before those other miners start to signal for an upgrade? Do they take their time until the last, maybe 500 blocks, before we see 90%? Or can anyone tell that for this round, it is slow?
Just wild guessing: smaller pools want to wait until the end only to be able to then unlock the upgrade and be remembered before going back to the void  Grin
Anyway, if that's the case about having separate locations, they need to get the ball rolling and start signalling everywhere they operate.
I'm hoping Jimmy Song was right about Thanksgiving...
