I can't see were this figure comes from... It is a maximum cap. We are not saying minimum amount or expected, just a max. we needed to estimate the value of a blockchain that has dPoW (bitcoin level security with PoS efficiency) and zcash privacy and iguana tech and make sure that even in an overbought situation that ICO investors will have a very good chance of making money in the aftermarket trading Maybe it is on the high side, maybe it isnt, but it is a max number and we are fine if less comes in. What is your estimate for the value of a fully working komodo? 30k is a big market cap too start with wont make me feel confirtable if i was a investor. |

If you just invest into altcoins to quickly sell just after the ICO , you will likely not get anywhere. Try and understand altcoins and invest for the long game. More like huge losses/. If you invest in a ico invest in a winner with a known dev. Who is the dev of this scam? Where is his introduction video? Where are his social accounts dating back 10 years? EVERY SINGLE PERSON ON THIS THREAD IS A BOUGHT ACCOUNT. I am bringing up real concerns and not one person try's to address them. From what I've read so far, you want to develop a coin that does not require mining. I was wondering how P2P transactions will be verified if you do not have miners at work, or am I missing something?
Probably proof of stake, like other coins. NXT, NEM. I would assume PoS as well. And while a lot of coins feel that you have to offer massive interest rates, you really don't -- the toll staking takes on your system/electricity is negligible, so running the wallets non-stop isn't an issue for most people. No extra coins besides the first 100 mio. It uses the eth network for transactions so no need for mining or PoS. 100mio coins thats it. I like that. A hard cap is awesome. And technically it'll decrease each year from people losing private keys, sending to the wrong addresses, etc. Even then it doesnt mean your coins will be getting more divident |

I was with WARP from the very beginning. I bought some ICO and sold them with a profit. I keep almost 20000 warp in my exchange wallet and DEV disappeared. This irresponsible act has murdered this nice project, I think
It can be revived, just it needs some work and trust needs to come back in this project |

Its hard to get the fundamentals of this token atm,
Cause we dont see any fee price and the aim is to raise approx 1,3 mil dollar.
And for that amount to have a ROI eventually it needs to raise 1,5 million (inc 15% for the foundation)
Thats a pretty big amount to earn in fee's cause that means a lot need to be invested on your platform.

And the team can use this time gap to establish a legal entity as they promised. Makes a second ICO much more serious. I Think they should just launch the coin the features will be developed over time and never be ready at start, so if they launch the coins with the initial features and keep working on the next features, as soon as the coin go up they can make a donation page. If the coin will go up in value i think they can easly get some nice amount of btc with donations. Cutting features will be awefull to the coin and a waiste of its potential, but rome wasnt build in one day and people will contribute if you show them your serieus cause that eventually will increase their value aswell. |

Actually i like the concept, just the conditions doesnt add up a lot.
For example there are many rich people in Ethereum after the boom and i wont be surprised if 650k coins will be made but lets count 2 conditions.
Info ; 5% fee for costumers , 82% of the fee for investors
Lets try to get a Roi in 2 years (really slow but just as a indication) And lets get a total investment amount of 1000 coins, we need a return of 1,37 ethereum a day.
4,1% of every transactions go to the investors (5% x 0,82) so lets count the min and max of the invest amount.
MAX 650,000 coins
650x1,37= 890,5 equil to 4,1% so that means 890,5/4.1x100 = 22260 Ethereum need to be daily rented to ROI in 2 years.
Min 100,000
100x1,37= 137 equil to 4,1% so that means 137/4.1x100= 3341 Ethereum need to be daily rented to ROI in 2 years.
Tell me if i messed up my calculations somewere but this is serieus a lot of money and i dont see Golum making a revenue of this kind anytime soon.

I totally agree with that! I also totally agree! No problem, but what if more funds will be needed in the future for the development? Many coins have such funds, and 93.5k XEL isn't anything substantial, but it can grow to nice $$$ over years, so XEL will have an advantage over other coins. Why can't we vote it? You cant vote to breach a treaty. Even if there would be a 90/10 majority it would be wrong cause in its initial terms it was exactly stated that those funds will be deployed. But that being said, no one hinders you/us to setup another development fund that is donated voluntarily. The voting for changing the supply isn't breaching the treaty? For sure nobody gets confiscated his funds in a forceful way. Altering the total supply might be a change to the initial plan, thats right, but i doubt that even in front of a court a claim would have any chance of being heard. Its basically nothing else than a https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stock_split which happens everyday in the world of finance and is nothing to complain about as you are not being confiscated anything. While in your scenario someone would be forced to give away value that he didnt want to give away. Thats something COMPLETELY different. But like i said there is always a way to do this by free choice. Also the devs could take some of those BTC and buy XEL with them, just to be sure to profit from an eventual rise in XEL value. Taking BTC and buy XEL from them wont make any sense aswell, cause they give btc to themself then so that is actually the same. What you can do is Make a donation wallet and people can donate (IF they want ofc) 10% of the coins they get extra, that will come to a nice amount of coins aswell.
