5381  Economy / Trading Discussion / Reasons why they get it all wrong when trading. on: July 10, 2021, 05:19:04 PM
Trading is one of the many ways to participate in the cryptocurency industry and one of the most profitable ways of earning. Trading can be very profitable if you know exactly what you're doing. Traders aren't jokers therefore before you decide to become one, you have to know or have the following characteristics to help guide you. You have to be very smart, the market isn't a friend to fools. You have to be very discipline because if you're not discipline, the market has many ways of taking you off your track with distractions of fud or fomo that can make you lose focus. Here are some reasons of mine why I feel traders get it all wrong when trading.

The number one reason behind every trader picking interest in trading is to make profit, if you aren't making profit then it'll preferably to stop trading and try understanding why you aren't making profit but when a supposed trader refused to stop to reexamine themselves but continue in losses with the hopes of things turning around automatically, they get it all wrong.

As a trader you should be okay with making some losses as there's more lessons in losses than profit, a profitable traders can get so full of themselves that if they're not cautious, they could make a very serious mistake that could end their trading career. When a traders begin to get afraid of losses then they're doing it all wrong and if things aren't address in time it would result in that same losses they were afraid of in the first place.

Traders can't help it buts trust exchanges to help store their funds they used for trading but you should never over trust an exchange to keep all or very large amount of funds on them, if not you're doing it all wrong. If your trades has been very profitable, consider withdrawing some of the funds to your personal wallet as no exchange is hacked free, they can be hacked at any moment and you wouldn't want all your eggs to be exposed when the snake come attacking.

Like I earlier said, traders should be self discipline, when a trader begin to become too greedy he or she is doing it all wrong. Profit taking is a key skill every trader should learn as it's very vital in becoming a successful trader.
5382  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How a post should be on: July 08, 2021, 07:03:26 PM
Provided your post weren't meant to meet some weekly posts count by the campaign you're working for then it should be fine. How do you know such posts, is by simply reading it. This posts has less generic content in them. The contributors of the post are usually interested in adding to the discussion on ground. They aren't just posting because they have to but because they want to.

Our posts should be an expression of ourselves so if there's any need for corrections we can get that from more experience users. Don't be afraid tit join any discussion you're interested in, if you're wrong we have those willing to correct and guide you. We should not make quality discourage users with less knowledge from contributing on the forum, remember this forum wasn't created for the so perfect but to accommodate all. Although that privilege shouldn't be misuse by spamming the forum.
5383  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Next ETH on: July 07, 2021, 08:54:36 PM
Hello guys, what is the next eth in your point of view?? I can see next eth is Polkadot.

What does polkadot has in it's blockchain that can be said to compete with what Ethereum is offering, the only reason there's even a discussion between the Ethereum blockchain with others is because the fees on the Ethereum blockchain is ridiculously high, if that problem can be solved then ethereum will have no completion statement again.

5384  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Ignorance and greed, that's the cause of it all, everyone be warned. on: July 07, 2021, 08:35:42 PM
Aside from worrying about newbies about making indecisive decisions due to ignorance, we should also pay attention to those who have been long in the game already but still makes careless decisions due to greed.

Perfect, that's why I emphasize on everyone been a victim to the scams and not just the newbie. We have put mush focus on newbie that we fail to realize others are also been victimized by this scammers. The reason isn't different from that of the newbie though as it's usually greed that this scammers target, which is why they come up with the best juicy offers they have.

Users already existing in the industry should be aware of most of these scams tricks by now so they can't give the excuse of ignorance instead they're ashamed of their greed and hide behind them not knowing.
5385  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: [EDU] What to do if you fall victim of a Scam on: July 07, 2021, 08:19:36 PM
You may not get your money back but by reporting the scam you save someone else from being a victim.

I think this is the only good that comes out from reporting scam and nothing else. You reporting the scam as a victim would never bring back your lost funds. If you noticed on the forum different scams are been reported like daily but yet we still hear stories of victim of this same scam technique that have been previously reported on the forum been used, successfully on them.

Before anyone falls victim of scam, it all on that user either for been greedy or ignorant. We should make the security of our funds our top priority, never believe some random users that contacts you online. Do understand that if that user was already successful, they won't waste their time contacting random users like yourself. Don't trust anyone with your funds don't even trust the well known exchanges.
5386  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽UEFA EURO 2020 Discussion Thread | Current Phase: Finals in June 2021! on: July 05, 2021, 07:41:12 PM
We have seem strong teams get knocked out...the likes of the Netherlands, Portugal, France, Germany, which leaves me thinking it's anybodies tournament at this point.

We still have strong teams like England and Italy and I think the winner will come from thai side of the semi's. England has been very impressive in this tourney like in their last game, not conceding any goals. That's quite a record right there and Harry Kane is very confident as you can see I. The way he plays.

This isn't affecting only only Kane but all england squad are they're hyped and ready the bring the trophy home. The England squad is complete currently like they have all aspects checked out for. The strikers, defender etc are very smart provided you scarified yourself for the greatest good
5387  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Cryptocurrency will always be threat to government on: July 05, 2021, 07:31:46 PM
The government always go against things when they are not fully in charge and having control over it.

Not all government but since majority are doing this I understand the need to generalized. Government like that of US and China, including others giving Bitcoin a hard time, all know the true potential the currency has to disrupt the existing currency which had failed. They fight it because they don't want it to succeed but failing to realized they're actually giving Bitcoin more publicity by so doing.

It must not always be this way though, they government don't have to always see bitcoin as a threat instead they can see it as an improvement on the existing currency industry and make it to good used as country like El Salvador has done by legalizing it.

5388  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it possible to make good profits through ICOs? on: July 05, 2021, 07:15:12 PM
Hi there, I was looking at a couple of ICOs on CMC today (especially at Safelaunch) and it's been a while that I started to analyze the "results" of some previous ICOs like Centrifuge, Bytenext and other random coins.

Centrifuge isn't launched yet, the version of the coin trading is IOU which means it doesn't represent the value of the coin although from research online it seems that the project will turn out to be a success as they have very strong development ongoing. ICO is quite old as we have better alternative in IFI but you have to be very careful as scammers are using the opportunity to defraud many investors.

Sites like CoinList are known for the quality project they introduce to the market but I doubt you can get in on any of their sales as multiple accounts are all over the web and queue is very long compared to only Launchpad sites. You can simply wait for this coins to get listed and buy them instead of risking getting scammed from presale.
5389  Other / Meta / Re: Bitcointalk has lasted a long time. Good job. on: July 01, 2021, 06:26:04 AM
Bitcointalk is a part of bitcoin history and it will last as long as bitcoin exists, or as long as theymos and moderators are alive to maintain everything.
Great work of everyone who contributed for years and keeping this place alive and surviving all the attacks..

Just curious though and not trying to wish bad on anyone most especially our forum owner at the moment but if something was to happen to theymos that resulted to him not having control to the admin panel of the forum. Are there already measure put in place to help keep the forum running.

It could be anything like death (not wishing for that) or illness (not also wishing for that) but if this were to happen, how will the forum continue functioning. I remember I read Satoshi gave the forum to theymos before disappearing which is why the forum continue functioning and not die off as someone else was in charge. How'll we function if theymos is no longer in charge and unfortunately the forum wasn't handled over to someone else before that happened.
5390  Other / Beginners & Help / Ignorance and greed, that's the cause of it all, everyone be warned. on: June 30, 2021, 06:47:55 PM
Although this warning has been said enough, still many fall victim to scams thats are very stupid, just using you common sense you should know, that offer is to juicy to be true and quite unrealistic but because the average user in the community wants to make money as fast as possible, they end up falling victim to this scammers.

Not only the newbie are falling victim to scam, everybody is not minding your experience. You might have not been fooled by the doublers but the crowdfunding scammers are making a living off milking you. Looking at the price this project are placing on their worthless tokens (since they don't have a worth yet as they're unreleased project), it's just ridiculous how people line up to buy them.

Every week there's a news of project that did ICO,IEO,IDO or whatever they call it this days, scamming investors. Yet they still have numbers of investors queuing up to invest when a new one is launched. Why, because of greed. Already there are thousands of altcoins out there why do you think the new ones coming will be better? They're just another hype project that will be dumped on the market when release.

Lets not let greed get the best of us, ignorance isn't an excuse, get yourself informed, don't go buying overpriced projects just because you want to be among the first investors so you can dump on others. Not only the newbies are been fooled, we all are and it has to stop.

5391  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Market is recovering, what steps are you taking? on: June 28, 2021, 08:37:51 PM
Over the past weeks the market was dipping everyday that if you bought the week before, you was already at lost by the next week. This frustrating market cause may Investors to stop buying and waiting for the buttom. I just opened my binance app and noticed market is recovering, and I just wanted them know what the community at large is doing but I'll see the individual response just to pass time while we wait for full market recovery.

what are the decisions you're making now, will you wait for this new market development not to be a trap before investing again or you'll risked it and buy more coins?
5392  Economy / Reputation / Re: Updated status: Am now a HERO member on: June 28, 2021, 08:14:14 PM
Once again thanks to the forum, Administrations, staffs, those who I have had electric Intelligent conversation with, those whose post has not lead anyone astray, and thanks to everyone at large.

What a nice way to end your self congratulation post, it's has been long since I saw such type of post on the forum. I thought people no longer celebrate their ranking up on the forum. We shouldn't discourage user from celebrating themselves as it serve as a motivation to users like us with lower rank to improve on our writing qualities and someday we'll be celebrating our very our ranking up.

This is a well deserved achievement and very soon you'll be heading to the legendary rank, already you have started earning merits to rank you up again, hopefully when you're celebrating next time I'll be congratulating you with a higher rank as well.
5393  Economy / Reputation / Re: Is this a punishable offence? on: June 27, 2021, 09:05:12 PM
Is it a punishable offence for one to promote a site that is tagged a scam?

Yes it's and I'll explain in the simplest way possible. If a project is believed to be a scam and has been tagged, anyone seen promoting it is seen as an accomplish to the scam. You're basically saying this project is worth the patronage, atleast that's what the signature ad reads to most users. Before you wear a company ad, you have to be ok with the operations of that company and if you're not then you're a hypocrite. Why promote what you don't agree to, just for the money? Nah that's low.

Since the project have been tagged a scam, all those promoting it are aiding in the scamming of community members and since the dt system was introduced to help tackle that anyone with the dt privilege is doing what is right doing to protect the community. Don't promoting scams, anybody doing so is no different than the scammers themselves.
5394  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The right time is now! on: June 27, 2021, 08:44:57 PM
Markets are like gambling someone needs to lose if you want someone winning, so, play it smart. as you mentioned, now is a great opportunity.

This reason is why people lose in the market, they see it as another game to gamble on and not read the market to understand what the candles are saying, people don't have to lose for you to win in the market. We have trillions of Dollars moving around enough for those with the right knowledge to profit from

Your buying in price is someone else selling or taking profits price and that's the circle the market makes continuously which is why we can all profit from the market if we take our time to learn trading or investment.
5395  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Shiba Inu coin and storing them safely? on: June 27, 2021, 08:34:34 PM
Hi I am a Newbie when it comes to crypto, I was hoping there is a way to store Shiba Inu and some other coins offline?

Shiba Inu is an Ethereum based tokens so any wallet that holds ethereum based token is capable of holding Shiba Inu. Metamask is the wallet I used for holding some of my Ethereum based token, you can make use of that for your Shiba and it would be safe provided you don't exposed your private key, just stored them there and don't connect that specific wallet to unknown sites.

Don't just invest and forget about your investment as Shiba is one of those coins you'll have to take profit when the opportunity is made available as it'll be constantly pumped and dumped just as dogecoin is been pumped and dumped.
5396  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Elon Musk made tweet about animal coin again. Time to buy doge and Shiba Inu? on: June 27, 2021, 08:27:03 PM
The manipulations of Elon Musk, thousands of new investors entered the market this year. I guess that's the only positive side Smiley

I don't see that as a positive either as that means more noobs for the market to handle which is why we're experiencing this much decline of price for just a correction. This should have bounce back since but we still have selling pressure form retail investors which are mostly the new comere to the market.

Sad thing is, many invested in project that won't survive this bearish market especially the memes coins. Many will die with the bear when the bull market begins, money will be moved from over hyped projects to those that can actually stand a chance and complete in the market due to the problem they're solving.
5397  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: why meme coin is crashing on: June 27, 2021, 08:16:30 PM
If you want to invest in such MEME projects, you must invest in the initial stage. If you invest in the initial stage, you can get benefit from such a project, but if you invest later, you can definitely get stuck in such a project. Then your chances of loss are much higher.

Exactly which is why we're advice to stay away from meme coins as they're just hyped nonsense. They're worthless and only surviving because of some celebrity preying on the gullible nature of the market. We're always wanting a approval from famous Individuals and they're using that privilege to enrich themselves.

If you're not among the very first investors to discover a meme coin, chances are you'll get dumped on. Better look for solid project that can restand the bear market and invest in them.
5398  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Investment opportunity of earning returns of 5% Daily. Genuine or Fraud? on: June 26, 2021, 01:39:46 PM
I have been introduced to a group on Telegram named ‘Elite-Hashmining.com ‘ which promises fixed returns of 5% Daily with minimum investment of $100 and can be easily withdrawn after 3 days.

Just as others have said, this is a scam but let assume it was real for a second, you'll be doing yourself more harm than good participating in this service. There's no benefits in giving your money to others to trade for you when you can learn and acquired that skills and make money for yourself and probably charge others to learn from you.

At first it might be very difficult to learn but do understand that anything worth doing isn't always easy but when you dedicate your time and resources to any course you become good at it. Don't go after quick money and you'll be just fine in this industry instead focus on investing your time and money into valuable project like bitcoin and some are projects wanting to add to the value of the industry and not copycats.
5399  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will stable coins take control of Bitcoin as crypto adoption in the future? on: June 26, 2021, 01:15:10 PM
A stablecoin is a cryptocurrency that is backed, added, or backed by an underlying asset. low volatility with stablecoins being the main benefit to continue to attract both individual and institutional interest. Exchange rate stability is useful for both holders and those trying to integrate Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies into the wider financial system.

Stablecoin could overthrown Bitcoin at the most valued coin according to market capitalization but that won't be happening anything soon. Maybe when Bitcoin has exhausted it's hyped then the stablecoin can come in to have a piece of the cake but until then no altcoins van be said to overthrown Bitcoin as without Bitcoin, there's no cryptocurency.

Several altcoins has tried but will keep failing since they're yet to understand how the space was meant to function. Stablecoin has potential in them to get global adoption since they're less volatile than other cryptocurency currently in existence although there has to be billions stored in them for that to be achieved.
5400  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it worth investing in coins you believe in? on: June 26, 2021, 12:18:28 PM
Everyone seems to be spamming to the moon to the moon, but most people seem to be selling.

That's because that's what the industry is turning Into, we want the moon fast but aren't willing to help the project build a project that can take them there. Which is  why many are falling victim to scam that promise the moon just to decieve the masses into buying into their scams without any intention of actually using the money raise to finance the project but just disappears.

If you believe in any project, you invest and promote it because without promotion others won't know what that project can offer. Many authentic projects are out there but lacking publicity instead the over hyped scams are gaining publicity and soiling the reputation of the industry.
