4461  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Thoughts on potential portfolio on: May 16, 2023, 07:06:39 PM
Hi all, I would like to invest ~1.5k into alts, I understand BTC is the safest but I would like to (sensibly) maximise my gains and hence looking for a couple low market caps that could grow quicker. Looking to hold until mid/end of 2025. This is how I am looking to diversify, appreciate all your thoughts:

Eth $300
Atom  $200
Matic $200
Fantom $200
Dot $200
Injective $200
Ada $100
Quant $100
Hbar $50
Near $50

You can't be looking for a low market cap project and be investing in the project you have listed, those project are high market cap or over priced. Ethereum is already in billions of market cap so if you're looking to maximize your investment, why would you invest in a project with high market cap.
Other projects you listed are over priced or just been hyped like Hbar that's been hyped on Tiktok and youtubers with the influencers shilling the project without giving any unique quality why we should invest in them. It's just among the top pick but no reason is given and that's why I won't invest.
If you're investing in mid table coins then your suggestions is okay but if you want a low market cap coins then search for those that are below 1 million market cap with good fundamentals as you would make a 100x by those projects reaching a 100 million market cap.
4462  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Most altcoins are fake (wakanda) on: May 16, 2023, 06:39:39 PM
The first Africa crypto project was established to steal people's money, when wakanda came out in towards July 2021 and did the burn in September, many people wasted their hard earn money to buy enough, I personally use $300 to buy wakanda which accumulate 2billion plus, but since then, wakanda never rise for once, only going down, my money is less than $10 remaining.

Please what is the aimed of those people doing fake crypto currency?

There aim is to steal people's Bitcoin so they can have more Bitcoin to profit from when the bull market comes. Most altcoins are created because the founders know people are looking for the next tending project to invest into. Wakanda Inu had a good version but the founder had other plans.
Enough money wasn't used to market wakanda inu like other memecoins that millions were been used for the marketing of the project. Coins like Shiba Inu used millions for their marketing and that's why they're very popular today. Wakanda inu founders made alot of money but didn't care about the community.
They abandoned the project and that's what made many investors lose money for investing into the project. If wakanda inu wants to survive they need rebranding and have to disassociate themselves from the Inu trends or they'll be seen as another scam project looking to profits from the name.
4463  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: MicroCap buying "technique" !!??!! on: May 16, 2023, 12:39:23 PM
99% of my holdings are Top100 coins but I decided for the first time to invest some of my profit into Rejuve.ai as a very long shot.

Since I bought it's dropped by 50%  ...... so my question is when you buy a microcap moonshot do you place a stop loss to try and get it cheaper if the price drops significantly or do you simply buy and hold in the hope/belief it will make significant gains come the bull run.

After buying a token, I don't set stop loss because I believe the project before investing in it. I'll monitor the project to know why it's dumping before taking a decision. If the dump is caused by the general market then I won't sell or set a stop lose but if the project is dumping because of other reason, I sell.
If the whole market is dumping because Bitcoin is dumping then there's nothing you can do as no project can stand against the movement of Bitcoin because Bitcoin control the whole market. If you decide to sell in this instances, you would miss the future gains you should have gotten.
Always observe your investment, know the reason behind why anything is happening so you don't regret the decision you take. Also keep spare money so you can buy more tokens if the price reduces after you have invested. Don't invest in a project if you don't believe it to be successful.
4464  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: PEPE AI Scamcoin ? on: May 16, 2023, 12:31:49 PM
no one knows for sure if it's scam coin or meme coin unless there's some verification on their smart contract code, it could be rugpulled, for all i know, but generally memecoin are speculative and manipulated much more like scam coin. though considering the fact that it got listed in coinmarketcap maybe it's just another meme coin.

Project listed on coinmarketcap shouldn't be a guarantee that the projects are legit and not going to scam. Coinmarketcap isn't a scam busting sites, they're just like other sites used for tracking cryptocurency so they can list any cryptocurrency that comes into existence, it doesn't matter if they're scam or not.
Many scam projects are not known to be scam until they finally scam there investors. PEPE AI isn't a good project for me to invest in. They just came out and it's because PEPE cryptocurency is trending so they just want to ride on the fame of the coins to sell theirs that's why I don't trust them.
Without PEPE been popular, PEPE AI won't have come out so I'll invest in the real PEPE instead of investing in the duplicate that can rug pull. Whenever a new coins starts trending, scammers launch their tokens with similar names to confused investor to thinking they're investing in the same project.
4465  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: PEPE time to buy NOW? on: May 16, 2023, 12:24:00 PM
I would wait for more drops in price before I buy, I'm also monitoring the Pepe coin and waiting for the right opportunity to enter the market. Looking at how Shiba Inu dumped, I think we shouldn't rush into buying pepe at this moment.
But if I were you, I'd stop doing that and waste my time. Hundreds of hype coins die after the huge blowout and never recover. Though we can never tell if this will also happen to Pepe coin but can't hide also the fact that it was a meme coin and have no use-case which is impossible to get over after the dump. If you are really wanted to invest in hyped coins, I suggest you to look for another that is just about to start, not like Pepe that it was done already.

PEPE hype isn't over, it'll pump in the bull market, Binance exchange listed it because they know they can pump it. Binance exchange always pump coins they listed after investing in it. They'll be using this period to accumulate as many PEPE as they can so when they pump it, they can make huge gains.
Before that pump, the token will dump first that's why I said I won't be investing into the project right now, I'll wait until the first stage of the hype dies which is what's happening now. When they're out of the news then I can invest but it won't be much since memecoins are not guaranteed investment.
Not many memecoins make it to Binance exchange and since PEPE just made it over there then it'll be among the whales investment for the bull market. So if we want to profit as the whales do then we have to invest into the projects they invest also and PEPE is one of those projects.
4466  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: PEPE time to buy NOW? on: May 15, 2023, 04:25:05 PM
The PEPE  is down to 0.000001 value  now is good time to buy yes?Huh?
https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/pepe/
Binance aproves PEPE as a good oportunity.11.5
Elon musk made a Tweet about PEPE 10.5

I would wait for more drops in price before I buy, I'm also monitoring the Pepe coin and waiting for the right opportunity to enter the market. Looking at how Shiba Inu dumped, I think we shouldn't rush into buying pepe at this moment. We could still see it dropping next years as memecoins dumps very easy.
Pepecoin is looking like a project that can give very good return but timing the market to get in when it's almost at the bottom or at the bottom would be great and increase the chances of getting good return. Memecoins would join Shiba and dogecoin when memecoins pumps in the bull market.
The price is dumping as I checked the market but still it isn't a good opportunity for me to buy, I'll keep observing and when it's the right time I'll buy. For those that are losing, you can sell and wait for the price to drop more then you buy again to increase the quantity of coins you owned.
4467  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: People with quick rich attitude always mess up with alt coins on: May 15, 2023, 02:36:46 PM
I have mentioned multiple times in past here that people should be cautious with alt coins. If some coin has moved up like 100% or more in just 24 hours, it does not mean that you should also purchase the coin. You should first understand the reason behind prices moving up. Then, you should also analyze the benefits and demerits of the project.

If you invest in a coin that just pumped 100% without knowing the reason behind the pump then you're not a serious investor. As an investor you should know why a coin is dumping or why it's pumping before you invest unless you don't care about losing your money as that's what will happen.
Altcoins can be pumped without any reason as pump groups and shillers are pumping the altcoins to look for losers to dump their bags on. Don't chase after pumps as they're not a healthy way to invest. Always research on a project to know what's going on before you invest into any altcoins.
Safemoon is not a good project to invest into, it's an old memecoin and no longer trending because we have hot ones now and getting listed on Binance and other top exchanges. If you want to invest in memecoins let them be the ones trending but sell before the hype dies so you don't lose.
4468  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bounty hunter is considered as investors with a big patience. on: May 15, 2023, 01:57:31 PM
I was joining bounty from year 2017 till present i have experience joining different signature and social media campaign with good  earnings and there are also campaigns that is not profitable  and sometimes there are campaign that doesn't pay, because the project does not reach the hard cap when they launch ICO, most of the projects pays token that is not listed on exchange and we need to wait a months or maybe a year before we can sell our tokens and get the profit and sometimes we also buy tokens from the good projects that we promote and hold, can we considered the patience of the bounty hunter same as the investors patience?

An investors patience is because they believe in the project that they're invested in. If they didn't believe in the project, they would had sold. Investors patience is self voluntarily and he can decide to sell at any time to get out of the investment when he noticed it wouldn't favor him at the end.
Bounty hunters patience is force on them because they're been paid in tokens that they have to wait for months to be able to sell and there's no guarantee that they'll get a good value for the tokens they received which is why they always sell almost immediately the tokens gets listed on exchange.
Hunters are working for projects and expecting them to be paid while investors are using their money to work for them. They are in no level with bounty hunters. Bounty hunters are not investors, they're marketers and they also work for the investors because if they promote well, the investors make more profits.
4469  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you like Meme Coins ? on: May 15, 2023, 01:29:50 PM
These days everyone is talking about the Meme coins and they are trending. Do you like investing in MEME coins ?

Do you like Meme coins and what are your Opinions on Meme coins. I understand Meme coins have no use case but they have hype and that's what you need to make money. Yes, the narrative of Meme coin is very short lived but it may give you 50x or 100x returns within no time.

You don't have to like a project to invest in it and profit. I didn't like Solana when it came out but that didn't stop me from investing as I knew it'll get hype and get lots of support from the big players in the market. I wasn't wrong and I made good profit from Solana.
Memecoins are good for investment but you have to be extremely careful even more than your investing in the normal altcoins that have good product. Memecoins should be invested in with very little money so if the coin doesn't get the recognition it needs to grow you won't lose.
Not every memecoin is good for purchase as some are just scams from the begining and not planning on doing anything to the developments of the project. Why Shiba and doge gained recognition is because the developers are always working on the project.
4470  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Promising altcoins? on: May 15, 2023, 01:21:03 PM
Ethereum (ETH),Binance Coin (BNB),XRP (XRP). how to choose how to distribute the interest on them?

Do you mean how to distribute your capital investment in the following altcoins, if I was investing in this project my distribution will be 50% in Ethereum and 50% in Binance coin while I give 0% investment in ripple because it's a dead project and shouldn't be invested into.
The other two projects aren't overpriced as people are saying, Ethereum has a very good ecosystem that'll keep improving as more developers are working on improving it. Binance coin will also be receiving huge support from the dominance of Binance exchange so it has room to grow.
Both Ethereum and Binance coin has reduced due to the bear market but they would rise when the bull market starts in the future. Now is a good time to buy them and hold for the the bull market so you make enough profit.
4471  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Questions of the day for gamblers on: May 13, 2023, 05:56:16 AM
If a casino claims to decentralized,  then I believe  same thing should also apply to their games and transparency  should also be seen to prove this decentralization.

Well I don't think one should boldly hit their chest to claim good when playing on slot machines because these games are basically  luck base but of recent I've heard of slot machine who gives extra chances to players to show their skills which means slot is also skill based but I think its more of luck than skill.

I don't know  of any slot that has to regulate their own games and I wouldn't have to even play on such slot machines if I ever get to find out that the games are been regulated by them because there isn't any chances of winnings over there.
4472  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Politicians behind the development of gambling platform on: May 13, 2023, 05:43:47 AM
A politician in the Philippines claimed to have had a hand in the development of the very controversial e-sabong platform he operated e-sabong so he can make a lot of money so he can use for the campaign, and his family to win local elections because the election in the Philippines is very costly many candidates are buying votes to secure their win, there were reports that he murdered their family's opponent because of e-sabong.
Do you think that government should have a rule or a law for election candidates not to have a franchise in any form of gambling, in fact, there are a lot of politicians who are operators of illegal small-town lotteries this is to accumulate funds they can use for election campaigns.

Congressman confirms past stint with e-sabong when it was not yet banned by gov’t
in my country even though gambling is illegal, there are also reports that many officials have gambling businesses but are operated in countries such as Vietnam and Cambodia

After all, gambling has a large market share, so it's no wonder that many politicians have side businesses such as casinos or nightclubs

Well we all know that we've  got ot of underdogs in the industry who are  constantly  cheating the common man and I've heard several news about politicians and government officials getting involved in gambling  mostly in Asian countries and at some point, I've always known Asians as one of the greater number of tye population who embraces gambling.
Whatever thencade might be, we all want to make profits but I'm sure of the major reason why I don't want or agree that politicians shouldn't get involved  in gambling so as not to bet any attempt to wanting to loot national  funds through casinos and you'll agree with me that if they own the casino, it will be more easier tooot money through their platforms.
4473  Economy / Gambling / Re: Limited in every bookmaker on: May 13, 2023, 04:40:16 AM
Well and irresistible offer and how sure are you that I wouldn't want to resist  your offer😊.
Well I don't know why you have been resisted in almost every bookmaker and don't you think something is already fishing somewhere ?
@op don't you think it will be more better you give us more clue on why you have been resisted on all the platforms and bookmakers and just an added clue that the forum and its users would prefer to see and know what this your irresistible offer might be and I personally  will want to see prove that your offer is truly irresistible .
4474  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Advice when you are going a bit far in gaming and betting on: May 13, 2023, 04:32:16 AM
it should also reasonable in setting a budget that is not huge you should not using percentage on it you should set like $50 and you family should aware on it so that they can check on you time to time . If in physical casino you should only bring cash and not card and just enough money for your budget for playing. Above all it is really best to have self discipline on your self so that no matter how much your budget is you cant still loss it all
Agreed , we must allocate a certain amount in every gambling gaming
as in this we will prevent from losing more because the more we lose is the more we are chasing that amount.
so if we will have specific fund , then we have no option to chase that losses.
good advise mate and very reasonable to follow , but the problem is can we truly do that?it is an easy said than done lol.

I really don't know how  people manage to set their budgets online casinos because there were time I had to visit offline  or better still  physical casino and most times I have to carry ong just the amount of money I'm willing to gamble with and at some points, I have to head back hike as soon as the money is finished because most times the games become more interesting  especially  when you already exhausted  the money you came to gamble with.
Having a budget for gambling is at some point  seem impossible  and it actually requires alot of dedication.
4475  Economy / Gambling / Re: What is a web3 casino for you? on: May 13, 2023, 04:21:49 AM
Lately we have seen a lot of online casinos that are considering themselves as Web3.0 but in reality it’s just a name, they don’t over a real Decentralized experience for players.
So i want to know from you what’s are all the features an online casino should have to be considered as web3.0 casino?

1. For a Web 3.0 casino to be considered decentralized, it must be constructed using blockchain or other decentralized technologies.
2. Cryptocurrency payments and withdrawals should be accommodated by the casino.
3. It is crucial for the casino to provide provably fair games, which ensures that game outcomes can be verified and not tampered with.
4. Smart contracts, which are self-executing contracts with terms and conditions directly coded into them, must be used by a Web 3.0 casino.

In addition  to all you've said, and they have to be totally  decentralized and wouldn't have to ask for kyc at any point in time and not asking for kyc at some points either at a trigger point or not.
And I also agree with your point of building  and developing  their games on a blockchain  or decentralized  terms and payments should be on blockchains which is in cryptocurrency.
But I also know that one of the things that will slow the adoption of web3 is the fact that it might require a very high internet  which might make its adoption a little bit difficult especially  in underdeveloped areas and communities.
4476  Economy / Gambling / Re: A reminder for gamblers to avoid FortuneJack (ongoing lawsuit, 120k usd stolen) on: May 12, 2023, 02:17:57 PM
I understand this situation and i don`t ask any private information. But i think it would be correct to inform the members about the result. I think that information about appeals not so value, but the result decision of the court we must know. And it doesn`t matter who will win - if you decided to move to the court we have to believe their decision.

Agree since how would people believe this if there's no update regarding on the lawsuit filed against them? Its like he just want people to believe that there something like that to happen and no question or update will be ask since you just need to believe him. That's crazy action and people will not gonna buy that since people need to see some information show before they believe on their accusation against the platform.
It is possible that someone, who just begin to gamble will not risk and choose the other casino. He willn`t make any research - just negative feedback and the gambler chooses another casino.
But anyway we need this information and the result of the court, such situations are possible for any casino and we must know about it and the reaction of the casino support can help us to make a decision about the casino.
We should just assume they are innocent until proven wrong. Many things can happen when funds are stolen. Fund are stolen from banks on regular bases and we still use them, so lets see first what will the court say.
The rate  at which many people speak so ill about the business  of others and internationally  create fear about other leioles effort is already getting very alarming.
I think op has already earned  a red trust from this very post and I hope we all learn from this act and make proper investigations before spreading  fear about the business of another man and I also agree with other users who boldly said that banks steal money regularly  from us and yet we still trust them with our monies.
Fortunejack has been a very reputable  casino and over the years has shown commitment and there is no need spreading  fear simply because they have a lawsuit against them as who knows if they might be given victory in court.
4477  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Advice when you are going a bit far in gaming and betting on: May 12, 2023, 02:05:24 PM
This is just the basics, but anyone should be aware of it:

Budget: set it BEFORE you start gambling and stick to it.
Have a break from time to time, it is important to let your brain stop and consider.
Avoid drugs / drink as much as possible, they will make you loose some control innevitably.
Seek help if you feel you are no longer in control. Make a phone call to a friend or go out and speak with someone.

Anything else anyone can think of? Like... read this post before gambling? Tongue
This is a typical  recall to stay in control and not get addicted.
But I also think that the issue of having a budget is one of the major challenges gamblers are facing now in the industry  and there are cases where people loss control as a result of losses and most times it seems impossible  to stay in control as one might tend to want to chase losses especially  as a newbie or when one couldn't afford them go of their losses.

Taking a break should be preached more in order to keep tye mental and emotional health  and state always in check and I think more sensitization should be preached on this.
4478  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Referral bonuses are waste of time on: May 12, 2023, 01:56:24 PM
No i could not think that Referral bonuses are waste of time. Some times refaral bonus can give us big profit. So we could not naglate it.Refaral system grow our working speed and referal bonus give us bog motivation even big profit. For referral  bonus of any project could successful. So referral system also very important i think.
But all of that still comes back to the luck of each person who shares referrals where they can get rich people who like gambling.
If you are lucky, you will definitely get big gamblers who will later benefit from our referrals, but if not, only a few will get it.
Even so, there's nothing wrong with always trying to share referral links in several places where there is potential for other people to register through our referral link.
I agree that referral bonuses in casinos are usually for good casinos and mostly depend on luck. It is important to check the terms and conditions to understand the validity of the referral bonus. Expires after a certain period and cannot be claimed later failure to claim them initially defeats the entire point of mentioning new players in the first place. These will often relate to the overall quality of the casino. The terms and conditions of the scheme need to be clearly mentioned on the site. Finally, it is wise to check how to claim before registering at the casino.
I don't think referral  bonuses are based on lucks because I'm very sure that there are very lucky people in the world that wouldn't need to have any idea and put in any effort to claiming referral  bonuses.
But I'm sure that referral  bonuses are based on skills and hard work and most times the referral  bonuses are favorable to those who have large audience and niche of trusted followers who have interest in gambling  and listen to them and most times, referral  bonuses don't favour the common person.
In other words,  people who want to get into referral  programs  should be ready for the work load and not just expect an easy source of passive income.
4479  Economy / Gambling / Re: $100 to $2519 on Strikebits.com today! on: May 12, 2023, 01:40:31 PM
Great work you've done for yourself but I guess this post is expected to encourage and not any form of brags
I don't know why a newbie accounts just sprouts up from nowhere and lay claims on making huge winnings from a totally anonymous or new site and also giving credits to the persumed casino and still give out links to people to register on them
Well I don't know how others operate over here but I don't actually click on links I'm not sure of and I barely gamble on any site that looks too new or promoted  by someone with a red tag on their profile.
4480  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Another betting fraud in Brazil - part 2 on: May 12, 2023, 01:21:47 PM
I've only been hearing about news of fixed matches and I never thought of the possibility  and how it is been done because I've always pictured it to be a very expensive business and u was sure that if it was truly possible to fix .at he's, then I must be truly expensive but at the long run, it doesn't really seem expensive to fix up some local matches as I'm sure it wouldn't be easy or anything close to easy to fix International matches.

I hope that tge law carries out tye appropriate punishment on all the offenders involved in this kind if act so it will serve more as a lesson to other criminals  and wolves in sheep's clothing because acts like this are reasons why the gambling is still fighting global adoption easily.

Two things, a big syndicate is behind this and there are players willing to fix games in exchange for big money, this is very bad for every sports organization, players are getting good figures and they accept sponsorships, this is a big black for any sports organizations, it ruins people's trust and this will have an impact on the reputation of the organizations and possible a big reduction of gate receipts and viewerships
The only way to regain their status is for the organization to prosecute everyone involved and don't make a sacred cow or make an exception, the fastest or the earliest time that they can fire and charge these people the better.
I also think  most of these players involved  in this practice are already very shallow minded and I see no reason why I should sell my future over some few token now that I would have gained massively in the future.
This issue is becoming very rampart in the gambling industry  and I suggest it's high time we strive to put an end to all of this as it is killing the spirit  of trust in the gambling industry.
There should be serious regulations  and punishment attached to anyone who is found  involving in any form gambling malpractice  and match fixing
