When I've seen someone have those referral links and I can see that the way he introduces it is not that humble, I would usually not sign up under his links, and most people right now are doing this, like if they saw a referral link, they would usually go direct to the website, not under them. Changing of terms and conditions without notifying the users or gamblers is normal with online gambling websites? It's your friend's fault for hiding it with his wife. I understand why his wife acted that way cause what's the point of being married when your husband is hiding things from you that he gambles and he never shared his winnings with his wife. Martingale strategy is like trying to jump on water if you keep losing on losing until your finds are long gone. Not like I am denying its functionality. I would be very worried to follow that method with very limited funds. I sometimes feel like betting all your money at once on one game can be even better than martingale. You win all or you lose all. When you are doing martingale you ask for multiple losses which decreases your chance even further hahah. So risky.
Martingale is the still the most well known gambling strategy as it is pretty easy to understand also. I went to a buddy to a "real" casino last weekend and he was planning to start with martingale on roulette after we hit 2 black numbers. I talked him out of it but he was convinced that he would always make money. In the long end, that is true but you will need an unlimited bankroll. Most times we players make things very difficult for this casinos who are already passing through some deep scrutinizing from the legal bodies.
