541  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: If You Had 20Bitcoin To Trade With... on: November 23, 2016, 12:30:29 PM
Distributing in few places is better than focusing only on one or more than 3.
This must be the right option to go with 20 bitcoins. If I have 20 bitcoins I will start trading in Forex, bitcoin and altcoin markets. Also I will prefer to invest into new ICOs, as they are very much promising to have multiple returns in quick time.

When we are having more options to trade, we will have risks also distributed and it will get chances to have some consistent returns on daily/weekly basis.

But still there are many places if we analyze it well, for example forex, ico and altcoin trading is a large range.
For someone 20 bitcoins is a huge money but for hard worker traders is a good starting amount.
542  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How Many Millions of People Use Bitcoin? on: November 22, 2016, 12:37:20 AM
I don't have any info about the number of people using bitcoin but if we make some calculation then I think that we should include also the people who use altcoins.
Because at least they used bitcoin to buy altcoins(during the ICO or on exchanges) so they are counted also as bitcoiner.
543  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: "Everyone already knows about bitcoin" no.. no they do not.. on: November 22, 2016, 12:31:45 AM
Every time I go to the bank I like to ask them if they have heard of BTC, most of the time the answer is no.
I do ask a lot of people about BTC.. a restaurant near me.. near ish use to accept it as well, I asked to pay with it, they said it no longer exists.. .... ...

Most people I find still have zero idea what BTC is unless they are friends with the likes of us.. I don't think we are even in early adoption stage.. we are in "the chasm" .. it would appear we are going to survive though... appear anyways..

I dunno just something I have taken note of.

Pretty much everyone that has heard of it assumes it's worth like 5 cents and shits themselves when I say it's $1k (Cad) .. we are in very interesting times with BTC.

Seems you are advertising bitcoin in your city and the community should be thankful to you Smiley
I don't ask people if they accept bitcoin or not because I don't want to spend them neither to insist them to invest because they would be afraid investing in something online.
544  Economy / Economics / Re: The dream of getting rich with bitcoins on: November 22, 2016, 12:29:59 AM
Maybe not to get rich, but sure as hell to earn a decent amount of money with bitcoins.

How much money did you earn with bitcoins? Or did you lose some?

One of my bad experience is when I lost few bitcoin in exchange and haven't got back yet, but/and I took a good lesson.
These were my first bitcoins that I invested with my savings money for months/years and I got scammed by exchange hackers.
545  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Circle CEO on BTC: Nobody Will Be Using Bitcoin in 5 to 10 Years on: November 22, 2016, 12:28:29 AM
Isn't circle the company that has brought the bitcoin into iMessage app? Making bitcoin payments through iMessages?
Maybe he is right but since I don't know any dark websites, don't know how much is bitcoin popular there but I don't agree with him.
546  Economy / Economics / Re: what your plan for future ? and how to manage your time ? on: November 22, 2016, 12:23:08 AM
hello Im sure every one have "plan" for future
and please share what do you do to manage your time? to get your dream ?

i have dream to have 100BTC at 5year, but it's very hard to realize it

~Elyas772~

Your dream to have 100BTC in 5 years is possible but also impossible depending on your situation, work, savings etc.
100 / 5 years = 20BTC per year or 1.667BTC per month or 0.416BTC weekly which is really hard to earn, what's your plan to earn those?
547  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Gradma knows about bitcoin. on: November 22, 2016, 12:17:46 AM
When I saw this video few days after it was uploaded on YT I was thinking that a good amount of people in U.S know about bitcoin.
I think it is more popular than in any country in the world (except china), it's good that people are aware for bitcoin but it's not completed untraceable.
548  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: If You Had 20Bitcoin To Trade With... on: November 22, 2016, 12:13:41 AM
I would stay away form new altcoins as they might be scam, i would trade bitcoins/fiat

Same here,i prefer more to trade on Bitcoin and Dollar rather than trading with alt coin because we have so many cases of dumping. But if we already know the detail and the alt coin really have potential, why not.But i am not into long term for alt coin because i am still not have more info about this.

It is your own preference but I prefer more to deal with altcoins and bitcoin because it is faster maybe.
And I believe that if I start trading in dollar or any other fiat to bitcoin and vise versa they would ask me for ID.
yes i am also agree with you, as 20 bitcoins is such a good amount of money to be invested in different places i will equally distribute the amount in different places and will also reserve some for gambling as i am also found of gambling.

Those that you want to spend on gambling I wouldn't do so I wouldn't suggest anyone to take a step in this field because you will lose them.
Another bad thing is that you can be addicted by this (dirty) game. Distributing in few places is better than focusing only on one or more than 3.
549  Economy / Marketplace / Re: What type of products you would like to buy with Bitcoins? on: November 22, 2016, 12:10:55 AM
Guys there have been several months that I'm unable to find someone or a website who accepts bitcoin.
I'm looking to buy a Macbook Pro as seen in this thread but still can't find any.

Take a look at this site https://e4btc.com/products?search_api_views_fulltext=macbook+pro

It is a bitcoin only electronics store. I remember to have seen this around in some threads a few months back.
They have great selection, and for bitcoins only.

I haven't personally tried this site out yet, so do your own due diligence. Check everything before sending your coins.

Haven't seen this before but the price are very expensive and haven't seen these prices anywhere.
For example the cheapest macbook pro 15 is about $2,436.23 (+$500-$600) more than from official apple store + it's an older model.
In this case buying something with bitcoin doesn't worth.

Guys there have been several months that I'm unable to find someone or a website who accepts bitcoin.
I'm looking to buy a Macbook Pro as seen in this thread but still can't find any.
Did you try to find it in purse.io which is mac book and easy to find it..
If you can not found it in purse.io you can look for amazon and request it in purse.io to buy the macbook you want..

I have looked there but seems that I need to pay some fees and orders over $1500+ are filled very rare.
If it was a small deal of $50 it gets filled within a short time and I need that to be shipped outside u.s
I thought that if we use purse.io there is an rebate but they are just giving addition plus only for us country shipped or outside shipped could be addition payment fee..
But you can also try overstock i saw it in merchant in my wallet here in local and i think you can find yours there without any additional fee.. or only additional fee for shipping..

I checked the prices there and seems that they are way overpriced and they ship ony in u.s, canada, mexico and australia.
Thanks for your suggestion but still looking to Spend few bitcoins in a good macbook pro including shipping.
556  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How much would you have now if you bought btc instead of your first smartphone? on: November 20, 2016, 12:09:18 AM
If you bought btc instead of your first  smartphone, here's an easy way to tell how much it would be worth now
(NOT FOR THE FAINT OF HEART LOL)

http://bitcoininstead.com

If I didn't had the phone (instead of buying bitcoin) then maybe I wouldn't be aware that bitcoin exists.
The compare is very clear and people will compare the prices in 2030 and will be surprised of the price of 2016

559  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: Buying ICONOMI / ICN shares on: November 19, 2016, 11:36:30 PM
Since the number of people selling or buying ICN is decreasing now the price has been changed recently and I'm looking for sellers.
Why not you consider buying ICN tokens from exchanges instead of looking for sellers here. I have sold my ICN tokens got through their promotions into Karaken exchange and then I have bought few of them back from there itself. Instead of struggling in finding sellers and dealing with escrow, you will get chances to simply finish off your trade in quick time,

I am looking for someone that is looking to sell them not in exchanges, I'm not in hurry but just want to save at least 0.25%.
