561  Economy / Speculation / Re: The reason it's hard to predict the BTC price right now and in the near future on: July 24, 2015, 01:24:58 AM
Global deflationary depression

Things like oil and gold are down, cash liquidity in other areas drying up.  The fact that Bitcoin actually went up during this time period seems like a kinda bullish sign.  If governments print money to try and fight it, the money doesn't actually circulate, it just goes into pockets of people who already had millions in the bank.  The demand for super luxury goods has been going up because of this, while the normal economy goes down.

Eventually, these people playing musical chairs with stocks and fiat notes will have to leave it for something else, presumably things like gold, bitcoin, or both.  The only question is how low is everything going to go before it explodes upward.

Considering BTC went from absolutely worthless to 4 billion in 6 years is already a huge sign, too bad most people can't see the potential yet and the money will flow in as the fundamentals of our civilization until now (the old school money bankster system) crashes. Things will go very ugly for a while, but we are already ahead of all of that, we made the right move by getting wealth out of that scam and getting it inside the most important human advancement since the internet. I pitty those that simply still DO NOT get it.
562  Economy / Economics / Re: A Resource Based Economy on: July 24, 2015, 01:03:37 AM

Nice capitalist propaganda. Unfortunately, there is no such thing as, nor can there be, a "free market". We are all bound by the limitations of reality and universal natural laws.

What's so unnatural about people wanting to voluntarily trade for mutual benefit?

I think he may mean that since free will is probably not true, free market is by definition a non sequetur, a fallacy. There's no freedom really. Everyone is limited by genetics and environment.
563  Economy / Economics / Re: Ridiculous Banking Fee's on: July 24, 2015, 12:43:07 AM
One of the reasons Western Union will be one of the first to go as the first victim of Bitcoin's superiority is the fact they are charging ridiculous fees to poor people all over the world to do transactions. They are the culprit of billions of unbanked people. After Bitcoin, a person with a nokia SMS phone will be able to be his/her own bank. Game over banksters, Bitcoin makes all of you deprecated.
564  Economy / Economics / Re: Litecoin revolutuionises - Bitcoin doesn't on: July 24, 2015, 12:29:40 AM
Litecoin will remain less then BTC on price.   It always has and always will.

You can even hear talks from litecoin's creator describing how he wanted to be silver to bitcoin's gold.  He is a genius person.  And if you listen to all the effort he put in to have a fair launch it's pretty amazing.
The best you can hope for LTC is to act as a catalyst when BTC for some reason goes in panic mode, like the blocksize stuff. I think that confussion is what made people buy LTC for a while, which was probably fueled by LTC whales pumping the price artificially to boot.
565  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: OpenBazaar - decentralized eBay on: July 24, 2015, 12:13:41 AM
ebay besides fees allows to reverse the transactions... the same way  as paypal allows dispute after 30 days soo those for sure makes any seller sick and thinking camon really chargeback a product sold last month. This is on the way and well potencial is huge and will become the best way to sell and buy anything besides get more attention into bitcoin world.

True, the chargeback mechanism in ebay is exploited on a daily basis to screw up legit merchants, but I think BTC having no chargeback features as of right now may also arise some unexpected problems, like a legitimate chargeback being needed. How would you go about it if you needed to return a malfunctioning product or something?
566  Other / Off-topic / Re: Bitcoin and Porn on: July 24, 2015, 12:00:20 AM
well i got your point but several people that pay to see porn are marryed ,has family ,soo most of them looks to a feature that allows them to be hidden ,bitcoin can hide those people ,but well besides the porn industry would be good to achieve music ,there is already some place that allows to pay with bitcoins music?

what ? no why married people watch more porn ? no way unmarried people watch more porn because they dont do the real thing ( mostly ) and once you are father there are even less chances you will watch porn or you are porn addict when you have children

recently i discovered xotika.tv live cams only with bitcoins.. where you tip girls directly with bitcoins.

And the girls withdraw bitcoin to wallets

You made total 4 posts and in all you talk about this site, looks like your own site ?

Yeah I would agree with you, but I have a feeling people in bad marriages would pay more. Unmarried or married I feel like is not a demo you want to trade off.

Also they just bot their streams with users and "fake" tips, most of their users and views don't speak and don't fit the profile of a bitcoin cam site user. I can't back this up but a model told me and I don't want to name her. So take this statement with a gain of salt.

there is divorce for bad marriages if you are not living your life and your bad marriage is killing you inside just got divorce then become a porn addict.

i have seen many account just made to promote this site at each thread about porn or cams whatevery just like another above me yes i can bet they have fake streams as looking at their promotion stratagies

Not that easily, divorce is very expensive and you lose half of your wages so usually it is cheaper to keep her.

Yes it is sad, but again this is why my site will prevail and keep our leadership.

Indeed, laws are getting worse and worse and in some cases you can lose more than half of your wealth, properties etc.. a mess. So you better take extra measures when buying porn if you are married, here Bitcoin will come pretty handy. You never know how your wife you react if she knew you buy porn.
567  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: extinguishing Western union on: July 23, 2015, 11:46:10 PM

It's obvious to anyone with grey matter and a long term vision: Western Union is the next Kodak. A company that charges ridiculously 30% fees just because they can get away with it DESERVES to be extinguished, and it will. Bitcoin will crush every single competitor in the business, it's unavoidable.
568  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is NOT a currency debate! on: July 23, 2015, 11:28:25 PM
I like what andreas antonopoulous says when he is comfronted with the "bitcoin is not a currency" argument, he simply says: "I've been living on Bitcoin for 2 years, not using anything else but Bitcoin. No amount of PhDs and research will prove to me that Bitcoin isn't a currency."
569  Other / Off-topic / Re: How many Bitcoins are lost forever? on: July 23, 2015, 11:19:06 PM
There's no way to tell but there are many reports like this
1k Bitcoins lost  Cry
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=388169.0

It's even more than 1k BTC... I'm really sad when I have to read stuff like this, it hurts me inside :/
It's sad how many people spend on ButterFlyLabs, this fucking shitty scam.
As a pioneer, you are expossed to lots of scams, thats why you must research extensively before risking a single satoshi from your wallet. They are too valuable to be lost on scams.
As for lost Bitcoins, something is for sure, at least 1 million is lost forever (Satoshis ones).
570  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: I was bored. So i wanted to buy a game on Steam... on: July 22, 2015, 05:21:00 PM
I remember there was a site to buy steam giftcards directly, you just bought them by using your personal BTC address, not even Bitpay needed. I forgot the URL.
571  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How many services do you use for trading on: July 22, 2015, 05:16:57 PM
for bitcoin i like 1broker and kraken, i don't want to deal with ID gargabe and crap like that

for altcoin poloniex and bittrex also cryptsy which has a nice volume

Doesn't kraken need ID credentials? Also, Poloniex requires your name since a month ago or so when they where pressed by Fincen to do so.
572  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: i want to know what is the escrow in the site on: July 22, 2015, 05:15:46 PM
If you are going to use a escrow from this website which is a good way to go about this, make sure that it has good thrust. There is a small risk of the account being bought by someone with an agenda, but it's unlikely someone with Hero+ status will ruin an account to scam someone for some BTC, considering how valuable a Hero+ account is and how easier it would be to make money by being a good escrow.
573  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: ¿Start mining? on: July 22, 2015, 05:12:03 PM
ASIC used to mine Litecoin and ASIC used to mine Bitcoin is different. That is, you can not mine Bitcoin with the ASIC you use to mine Litecoin and vice versa.

Which is your language? I or any other use will point you to local sub-board(if any) of your corresponding language which will be better for you.

Yeah, I know why I want to buy only one with which you get a higher profit.

My language is Spanish

Maybe he is from a place where their electricity is very cheap. Some people are still making solid, monthly BTC gains by running a couple Antminers, so it's worth looking at.
574  Economy / Economics / Re: Can economies grow ad infinitum? on: July 22, 2015, 05:10:35 PM
no it cannot, and this crisis it the best demostration, we reached the point where debts cannot repay themselves

their whole printing mania is coming to an end, but banks know that by reducing cost and fees on trasaction with blockchain technology they can keep printing for some time

Well, that is because the very fundamentals that are run under this economy are false ones. What if the underlying mechanism to run an economy is Bitcoin? There we wouldn't have fictional QE and whatnot.
Of course nothing grows forever, i dont think it's physically possible, but we could be having a lot more continuous progress without fictional crashes every X years if the entire world economy ran under BTC.
575  Economy / Economics / Re: What don't we know about the Chinese economy? on: July 22, 2015, 05:08:25 PM
What don't we know about the Chinese economy?
What are things which the general public doesn't know about the Chinese economy?

It's pretty obvious the real crisis will be the one China and not in Europe. What we've seen in Greece is shit nothing, wait until the Chinese fictional bubble of bad quality mass produced products break. In my opinion it will happen sooner or later and it will be way worse than Europe having problems with a couple countries.
576  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin's Killer App is Money on: July 22, 2015, 04:48:56 PM
It is so perplexing to me that people keep saying "we don't see Bitcoin's killer app yet." This is such a ridiculous statement.

Bitcoin's first killer app is money.

How many new ideas go from a market cap of zero to $4 B in 6 years?!?! Answer: extremely few. If Bitcoin were a startup itself, it would already be well beyond "Unicorn" status.

Of course, the additional applications of Bitcoin and the Blockchain are endless, but it's first killer app is clearly already here, and 4,000,000,000 cash US dollars agree with that.

Of course it's money, those people that are constantly searching for new ways to use the blockchain are underrating it's main use: money. But make no mistake, Bitcoin as in money will take over the world sooner or later, we are on the early days, give it time and it will be clear money was always the #1 use for it.
577  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BitPervy: Share Porn and Earn Bitcoin on: July 22, 2015, 04:47:13 PM
Just another unique service on the Bitcoin world  Roll Eyes

This week, BitPervy, an adult entertainment site, which enables users to share porn for digital currency had its soft launch for users to test out its bitcoin revenue sharing system.

BitPervy founder explained in a Reddit thread:

Quote
“Currently revenues are split 50/50 between members and the site, but if you own 5% of the shares then you earn 5% of the portion of revenues distributed to members.”

More informations on this Article on CoinTelegraph : http://cointelegraph.com/news/114931/bitpervy-share-porn-and-earn-bitcoin

What are your thoughts on this matter guys ? I personally kinda against this idea because it just make bitcoin looks bad when you are using it just for Darkweb & Porn ... so yeah

What do they mean with "sharing porn"? Do you have to share original content (recording your own porn)? Because otherwise, how is it legal to share porn? That's basically pirating other people's work.
578  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is wealth boring? on: July 22, 2015, 04:45:33 PM
The key part is how you get your money. If you have to work a repetitive job with a lot of commuting to arrive to boot, it's pretty damn impossible to enjoy your wealth. If you are born rich and all you have to do is enjoying the passive income of your family then you'll never say it's boring.
Unfortunately most are doomed to doing a job all day to have some money. Unless BTC goes to 100k during the next 20 years of course, then good fucking luck because i'll be retiring.
579  Economy / Speculation / Re: Price of Euro after grexit? on: July 20, 2015, 01:10:22 AM
I would say near to 1:1 ratio. There will be a huge shock if the euro turns out to be less worth than the us dollar one day.
In my opinion its not going to happen in long term Euro will gain from this and with the strong economy back up its could be up against USD

I think what we are going to withness is simply none other than a big dead cat bounce, the cat being greece and the bounce being the eurozone giving them 50 million and a couple more months of dicking around with a debt that everyone knows will never be paid. After that, here comes 1:1 euro/dollar parity.
580  Economy / Economics / Re: The euro is a disaster even for the countries that do everything right on: July 20, 2015, 01:04:51 AM
Some of you seem not to understand that Euro per se is not the problem at all. It is just as you would blame bitcoin for online black markets or money laundering.
Greece did not bankrupt because they accepted Euro as their currency! The problem is economy system, spending more money that you got and insane debt creation.
Also donations from Eurozone are not good way to improve economy of countries with bad economy as they create more debt than it is possible to pay.

Not every country is going to be an industry giant or come up with something really clever that gives them money, or have a lot of oil reserves. Some countries life off their tourism as the first way of revenue, Greece was one of them, until it made it into the headliness by being a near bankrupt country.
