Ok but if in the future I Want to transfer bitcoin from my offline wallet how does it done?
This part I didn't understand
when I creating offline wallet how i Do the transfers?
1. Transfer bitcoin from xapo to your newly generated bitcoin address with transfer option now.

2. You can import your offline wallet (you have to do this to transfer bitcoin from that wallet) to blockchain.info web wallet using private key which will be generated along with that bitcoin address (on right hand side).

3. To import private key to blockchain.info wallet this guide can help you https://blockchain.info/wallet/paper-tutorial

4. Remember you have to generate different bitcoin address (offline wallet) everytime you want to store remaining bitcoin for future if you don't want to keep any of your private keys online.
562  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Wont high fiat inflation makes huge transaction fees irrelevant? on: April 08, 2017, 05:23:33 PM
why bitcoin is made to pay a coffee ? That's the real question ...
LOL yes bitcoin is meant for micro transactions on start but now it is very suitable for bigger transactions like above 100$. Current fee is around 30 cents if you only have one input and output, so that count only < 0.30% fee if you are sending more than $100 per transactions. That is way cheaper than any other processors.
563  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Transfer Bitcoin on: April 07, 2017, 07:44:25 PM
First of all thank you for the help
- couple of question, you mention that it needed to be done on offline computer, if i have a computer that was connected to the internet but when i start it i will disconnected it and never go online again is that OK?
- Like I said I have the bitcoin in xapo do I need to transfer it to the wallet I Generate on "bitaddress.org.html"
- I Cant transfer money from my offline wallet is that correct? do i need to go online and then transfer it to somewhere or what? ( I didn't understand this part )
-  And do you have any video of these maybe step by step?

Again thank you very Much!

- You can do it both in offline or online computer but most secure is to generate in offline computer.

- You have to send bitcoin from xapo wallet to that bitcoin address (it will be in left side when generated) starting with 1xxxxx . Try by sending small amount at first

- After you send bitcoin you can check balance of that bitcoin address by visiting https://blockchain.info/address/yourbitcoinaddress

- YOu need to store both bitcoin address and private key in secure place. Yes this is offline wallet and to use those bitcoin you have to import its private key in future to web wallets like blockchain.info

- You can search for tutorial about how to import your private key to blockchain.info web/mobile wallet or to electrum wallet.

You can send me PM in future if you have any confusion, thanks

Step 1. Download github file of https://www.bitaddress.org/ from this link https://github.com/pointbiz/bitaddress.org

Step 2. Now unzip the files you have downloaded from above github and transfer those files to an offline computer.

Step 3. Open bitaddress.org.html file from that unzipped folder in offline computer (you can use any unused old computer which you will never connect to internet again).

Step 4. When you will move your mouse for few times, a bitcoin address and private key pair will be generated and you can actually save them in any form you like. You can just select print option and save them as pdf file or you can print it out if you have a printer connected to that computer.

Step 5. Now just move that file with private key + bitcoin address to Fully formated USD stick.

Step 6. You can scan bitcoin address area with your blockchain.info mobile wallet to watch your bitcoins or to share your cold storage address to others.

Step 7. Now just format your old computer so that it will not leave any trace of your wallet.

Step 8. Store that printed paper or USD stick in very safe place and without reach of anybody else other than you.

Hope this will help you. Good luck....

565  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin scaling: Looks like all roads lead to LTC on: April 07, 2017, 06:59:35 PM
Personally I hope Segwit does activate on Litecoin, so all of the subtle bugs in Segwit can be found. Then we can do a post-mortem and find the total technical debt it has caused, without killing Bitcoin...
However the bugs that may not be found with litecoin after segwit activation can still be found in bitcoin because both are based in different consensus Algo and have different daily transaction volume and number of active nodes.

Support for segwit is still struggling to pass 70%.
566  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: BTC-e down right now? on: April 06, 2017, 07:29:54 PM
They are live now and working but its better to pull out all your cryptos from there before they go under another DDOS attack. Specially take out your litecoin and don't keep any orders open there. Litecoin is having lots of dump and pump in last 15 minutes.
567  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Any such service like the freebitco.in website investment? on: April 06, 2017, 05:07:44 PM
You can invest in few gambling platform that are giving good returns but there is also risk of some loss if someone win big. Crypto-games.net, yolodice.com etc are few good sites to invest into.
568  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Bit Rewards Club => scam ? on: April 06, 2017, 03:48:27 PM
Gone through there investment calculator http://bitrewardsclub.com/calculator.php
and found that they are claiming around 27% return monthly which can't be true with real mining these days due to high mining difficulty. This is also a proof that they are just selling virtual mining like HYIP, they are purely scam cloud mining service. Don't trust them..

570  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin AND the Altcoins are moving up.. Pushing ATH's for global CC markets.. on: April 04, 2017, 10:56:31 AM
it's recovering a little, but yes, most of the new money in crypto is moving into altcoins, so that's quite a bad sign for bitcoin since it's a sign people trust altcoins more than bitcoins.

And it's also a sign that if we stay in our current direction, bitcoin won't remain the market leader for long.

Action is required right now or else we lose our advantage over altcoins.
--> People don't trust altcoins they are just putting their money into bubble which may burst overnight just like how ETH price has dumped in last few days. Next one could be LTC... Grin

--> Bitcoin still have 69% dominance and when all this block size debate will be over, this will grow back.

--> Yes we need segwit activation as soon as possible rather than network split with BU.
571  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcache & Megaupload 2: A first look at encrypted anonymous content delivery on: April 04, 2017, 10:49:44 AM
His IPO/merger/whatever was already rejected by Canadian authorities, how long until the FBI busts his operation again?
Bitcache had successfully got around 1 million $ on crowdfunding https://bnktothefuture.com/pitches/megaupload-2-bitcache

Are they still looking to raise more with another IPO/Merger?
572  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is Like The Price Is DROPPING Now ( NDE-MO ) on: April 02, 2017, 04:43:17 PM
I just got surprised to see price trying to jump over $1100 which is good sign and within next few days we may see over $1200 if this trend continues. Support level at $1000 is really nice so trend look bullish right now.
573  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: If you could choose three altcoins to invest $100 each. on: April 01, 2017, 02:44:11 PM
Price of burst is still lower than 0.01$ and i see lots of potential it have and can be good to hold for future. Few other coins that are still undervalued are kmd, byteball and monero.

575  Economy / Economics / Re: At what exchange rate would you call Bitcoin dead? on: March 29, 2017, 04:55:13 PM
Rather than waiting for price to dump hard and reach to near zero number, i will sell bitcoin everytime when it hit new ATH and wait for some correction so that i can buy few cheap coins.

I will only call bitcoin dead and will left using bitcoin, when it will hit $0 per bitcoin price.  Wink
576  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I think the potential for Bitcoin is ONLY JUST BEGINNING. on: March 29, 2017, 04:52:36 PM
Times are tough at the moment. Tensions are running high.. BUT..

Don't Panic.

Hang in there.

We are soooo close now..

On tough times like this just play with few alts and multiply your bitcoin.

Yes don't panic, buy more when price dumps hard. We all know bitcoin price will pump again after every correction.

Yes, Hold your bitcoin tight.

We are only 8 months away from the real action.  Grin
577  Economy / Gambling / Re: FORTUNEJACK.COM |Deposit 777 play with 1777 mBTC |Live Casino, Slots, Betting on: March 28, 2017, 07:11:00 PM
Fortune Jack seems like they are falling apart before our every eyes.
Apart from their decision to increase minimum amount you can withdraw, all deposits/withdraws are processing instantly. I have just made some cashouts and it went through without any delays.
578  Economy / Economics / Re: resistance and support level on: March 26, 2017, 07:00:13 PM
how can i work out the current resistance support levels for bitcoin ? any advice would be appreciated
We may see some resistance at $1000 but support is building at around $950 right now. Price is moving so fast so hard to analyze the trading chart right now but buy support is building very quickly, so its time to buy back some cheap bitcoins if you have sold when price was on peak.
579  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Using an API on: March 26, 2017, 06:51:05 PM
You can use blockchain.info api but you have to request api key for your service before using their api service.
Here is their api and guide for python https://github.com/blockchain/api-v1-client-python
580  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin unlimited died on: March 26, 2017, 06:46:48 PM
If BU died.

What would the price of btc be, 1 month after BU's death?

 Huh

What does everyone think about this?

Would it be funny if BU died and the price of bitcoin shot up to $2,000+.

Would people laugh if the best thing BU could do to for the future of bitcoin, was to cease to exist?
It looks like they are already dead.

Price of btc will recover to over $1300 which was the price before rumor about possible hard fork spread out.

Expect few miners all people looks like still support bitcoin core's segwit.

It will be amazing not funny  Wink
