You will never find satoshi unless she wants to be found. Period.

I don't think Satoshi Nakamoto is a girl.

I found so many posts here from people quoting their discussion with Nakamoto. And from what i learned, satoshi is a male. I don't really know why he vanished, but i guess some guys on the forum have the answers (@hilarious @theymo)
But even if someone manages to get the ID of satoshi and if he is still alive, what would be the benefit ? The actual core team is capable to handle the development of Bitcoin, and i think that it is the most important point.
Let Nakamoto rest in peace if he is dead, or live his life if he is alive. I am sure that he had his reasons for leaving and i remember someone posted something about this, where he was going to reveal a key information before vanishing, a member of the forum reported this information last year, but i can't find the post.

If you want to develop from scratch it will take long time till you will finish the beta plus bugs ...

Try to find something similar to convert to your needs if you can.

Regards,
Doesn't Matter actually.What would you do with that information anyway ?

I want to create poker game and choose framework now
Try to find some open sourced projects, those could be a good base to build from

Both are right, but i believe that my sollution is the best as you will get the scripts for some games ready to use, just needs some changes.
The problem with dice games or gambling games isn't related to how hard it is, because it isn't (as long as you don't cheat) it is just time consuming because a lot of aspects must be taken in count.
You should also use module.exports to manage easily the basic gambling functions.
Try to be as modular as possible, it will save you a lot of time.

yes, but i get good experience coding and increase my level Smiley

Great !
this kinde of platform doesn't really needs skilled programer, instead, it requires a lot of dicipline and a lot of comments, this way you won't be lost, and don't fall in the "It's my code" trap, it happened to me, just 5 minuts away and i forget what i was doing, then got lost in the code (it happens to everyone, don't laugh)
Also, don't put all the code in the same file, create one for each game or game section, with a common.js file, or create modules.

Hey guys,

And here it is Smiley Took a bit longer, I know, my fault  Undecided

Regards,
Alex.

At least, i was waiting for thins since a long time, thank you Alex.
EDIT: well, i got 0 tokens, i don't know if it is a bug or because of my low level.

How about reproducing it ?
Copy paste the sources and launch them from a local machine, just retrieve the Ajax calls and adapt an API to use them with a database (i suspect reddis), then you could start working on the frontend, as it is better to use NodeJS, you could use some templating engines or use boilerplates, which will give you a boost to release quicker.
You cannot copy the back-endcode.Chrome dev tools won't allow you to have access to the backend code.If it was possible,most reliable websites would have thier algorithms used worldwide.Only DOM manipulation is possible.

How about you open your console and type
Quote
I Am Retarded = Stupid person (') -Dk in d4 a$$ towel head
and see what happens.
With your javascript skills,it will throw a run time error 'Intelligence Undefined '. // Haha, you are killing !

The back-end must be built (or rebuilt ?) this is why i advised to rebuild a database and an API based on the cotent of the Ajax calls, an experienced developer don't need this to work, as he can simple adapt the script to his needs, but as crank may be a newbie in this case, i thought it it would be better to give him some directions.

Or, you can just buy a ready made script with full features. (i don't make or sell such scripts)
567  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [POLL] Projects By CODE Quality on: April 05, 2017, 11:03:30 AM
the problem with this question is that majority of people using altcoins are not interested in the code and what they offer, they just want profit from pump and dump (more money). and most of them don't even have the knowledge to check the code.

bitcoin
well it is obvious. the start of bitcoin was with Satoshi and then very knowledgeable people like Hal Finney who is a cryptography legend helped with the code and for the past 8 years it is being battle hardened and any but is found and fixed and improved.
not to mention all the code review it has gotten.

litecoin
is bitcoin. that is enough. the code is similar, it is actually a copy and the developers are good and has stayed around for the 7-8 years and have been working on it.

Lisk
i agree with what you said about it. i have not used it myself but i have read a lot about this coin and how easy, user friendly and fast it is specially with the usage of Javascript.

Ethereum
should not even be in there. the has had some serious bugs and they are not even fixed yet and there are lots more bugs in it.
and as for the wallet and the code, it is very terrible and nobody is satisfied with the experience they get with this platform.

PIVX
it is new and i have yet to check it out but the feedback i have been seeing seems very good and the project seems promising.

Thank you for your quality post, at least someone in this section is able to give valid arguments about coins.
Yes, i took my time to take a decision aobut adding ethereum (not for ETC which is even worse), the thing is that it is a popular cryptocurrency, especially because of the price, but i had to add it.
I also don't understand how developers are still interested by ETH because when i tried it, i felt like you described, a terrible experience with several bugs, when they started it was much better then now.

what best JS framework for create similar game?
what best JS framework for create similar game?
That depends on a lot of things.
 -> You want to develop the game from scratch ? You can code yourself ?
 -> Maybe just hire a developer and he would do the needful ?
 -> Maybe buy the code online ?

 If you really want to start from scratch,you have n number of choices.
 ->Your front-end depends on your framework of choice like angular,react,jquery,etc
 -> It's just not one framework,you need to design the entire architecture which will get complicated.

How about reproducing it ?

Or
The best thing to do is to work on it yourself, with your own knowledge. you can even mix languages/frameworks if you are good enough at handling them.
Joel have good advises, stick to them.
570  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ripple - the world leading cryptocurrency? Is it possible? on: April 05, 2017, 10:05:00 AM
What does "joined Ripple" mean? Are those banks using the public RCL? What are their issuing account IDs? Do they use XRP? What does their workflow look like? How much payment volume do they run through RCL per day? Unless these questions are answered, this is VAPORWARE.

I asked these shills to name just 1 single MAJOR reputable bank.
And i have NEVER gotten a reply back.. no matter how many times i ask.

89 banks my god damn ass.
Bank of Nigeria ? does what exactly now ?

Ripple is a train wreck of bullshit.. where would i even begin ?
It needs to die with fire !

Historic coin.. first ICO.. thx assholes  Angry
First shitcoin fined by FiNCEN.

Need more ?
Wait for the next kidiot spam topic posted here.. there will be more of course  Roll Eyes

I agree with spoetnik about the banks informations, it sounds really fishy !
But i wouldn't say that ripple is a shitcoin, it is just a FIAT available digitally only.
I don't really care about how many banks or major banks are working with ripple as i don't use any freature of ripple because they are centralized, and i don't like this.
Also, note that the idea of a "major" bank is totally impossible, you should learn more about banks before talking about "major" bank (which doesn't exists).
There are dozens of specialisations in the banking world, like commercial banks, financial bank (flat rate banks, marging banks, hybrid banks), financial services banks (exchanges ...), loaning banks, investment banks, risk management banks, offshore banks, trusts banks ....
Each one offers a special product, and sometimes with some big banks like Natixis, City Group, BNP Parisbas, you canhave several products in a single institute.
For example, BNP Parisbas offers a complete set of "products", thus it could be designed as a major bank, but why it is bound to S&P ? and why S&P is affected by every single event in the banking world (it is not a major bank, just a rating bank) ?
571  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: A Guide For Altcoins Rating on: April 05, 2017, 09:53:14 AM
Thanks for the advice!
I heard about this coin a while ago on the forum and at the time I was looking for coins to invest in. However, I could tell clearly from their website that their coin offered nothing new. Still, I didn't expect them to be dodgy in this way.

Out of interest, how long did it take to find out all that information?

About two hours because i found the names behinde NOVUSOFT LLC in CT, and i had to google them also to find if they are related in a way or annother to the bitcointalk Novusphere project. It could take more time depending on how deeply you are digging, also more informations can be gathered with social medias.

I use to run this kind of investigations, even if i don't invest, and usually i take up to 4-5 hours, if after this i have nothing, then i rate them 7/10 because you can never be at 100% sure that a project is legit, even ZR coin isn't 100% sure, don't think that sacha ivanov is a trust token, he just works as an escrow for the project, so he is not involving his reputation, which means that in he end, it is totally the same.
572  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ripple - the world leading cryptocurrency? Is it possible? on: April 04, 2017, 08:45:03 PM
Ripple is a crypto currency who is compliant with banks requirements, everything is transparent (at least for the accounts) and it is centralized, there is no coin generation or anything, just a central authority who emmits money, like central banks do.
It is totally possible/normal for them to work with bank institutions because of the traçability of the funds.
In other words, XRP is a FIAT currency in the form of a crypto currency.

Do Not Recommend any players to continue depositing money here as casino is been involved in shady behaviour and has an open scam accusation https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1855440.new#new

I request Casino Owners to reply in opened scam accusation thread.As much as you would like to discuss it privately,your casino's rep will be evaluated on your transparency.

Jantsen is right, you have to answer to the scam accusation.

575  Economy / Services / Re: ParaDice.io Signature Campaign on: April 04, 2017, 08:11:18 PM
Dear manager please review your rates for pay to participants for signature campaign I will join your signature I am currently looking for a signature campaign which pay high. Your signature design is also not good looking you can hire a good designer for that.

Yes, ModGirl is right about the rates, it is by far the lowest rate i ever found on bitcointalk.
Signature campaigns are great, especially when it commes to launch a project, but it have a price.
Your PPP rate for members is usually made for newbies. Full member's common rate for a campaign like this one is around 50k-40k satoshi for a fair price, or you can go with 65k for a high pay.

I personally like to see these ads as i found a lot of valuable informations, yes, i click on the links. But you should definitly reward the members with higher rates, because else, it won't work.
576  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Sci-fi coin online status. on: April 04, 2017, 07:53:15 PM
How about asking Blockchain Mechanic to provide you with a Codex-like system in order to use all these coins from a single wallet in spv mode ? it would be nice to unite them all under the Sci-Fi project.

I personally hold some GPL, because i like the Ferengis, and i found this coin to be suitably maintained by a capable Dev.

Thank you Vampirus for the time and work you provide for these coins.
577  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: what framework use this app? on: April 04, 2017, 07:13:32 PM
Hi,
what framework use this app?
jQuery?

games.bitcoin.com
Doesn't Matter actually.What would you do with that information anyway ?

Jquery for front-end along with Scss for styles.Their header section of the file actually shows the scripts used.

Code:
 <link rel="shortcut icon" type="image/x-icon" href="/static/images/bitcoin_coin_32.png" />
    <script type="text/javascript" src="/static/bitcoinjs-min.js"></script> <!-- this must come first -->
    <link rel="stylesheet" href="/static/videopoker_EVERYTHING.css?_=1485230419" type="text/css" media="all" />
    <script type="text/javascript" src="/static/videopoker_EVERYTHING.js?_=1491227565"></script>

I'm not sure of the back-end.Must be php.

No, they use JS, i am sure it is a nodeJS application because of the structure, and have a look at the Ajax calls, they don't send to .php files, they send to /something
They could have used mod rewrite to hide this, but i don't think it is required. when you check the sources, you will find that all the informations present in the page including back-end functions are included, depending on the page who is open, but the calls are all directing to files without extention.
You can do this with express, app.on('/server', function .....}); this is how to do it, then you have just to set some params.
578  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / [POLL] Projects By CODE Quality on: April 04, 2017, 06:42:01 PM
I recently noticed that many users in the forum don't know what means "Code Quality", so please avoid posting about the coin's prices, this thread is focused on the coin's "Code Quality" not the price.
Please also consider explaining your vote, the reasons who lets you think that a coin have a good code quality.

As i am the OP i will start :

Lisk: I like the efforts they deployed for the account management API, and they did great with nodeJS integration. The code is strong enough to let the node run for around 15 days without any problem (my own node)
Bitcoin: This one can't be argumented, the code quality of bitcoin is an objective for every Altcoin/Cryptocoin to achieve.
Litecoin: I like how litecoin is moving slowly but surely, and they have less concensus problems compared to Bitcoin, the code is clean, and strong, and she is the mother of a lot of Coins.

You can vote for multiple cryptos.
579  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: what framework use this app? on: April 04, 2017, 05:51:45 PM
It ses jQuery, but it is made in javascript, you can try and open a console, then type : var t = new VideoPokerSystem()
It will ask for the Prize and maybe other informations, i did that just to test it and see what is the language, but i am sure at 90% that it is only JS. Especially when you check the sources, if it was something like scala, the sources would be different.
I think they are using something like Vue.js to render frontend as i found a JS object with informations about the page etc who are arranged for such framework.
I also checked more pages and it is all made in javascript, i like it.
580  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Poloniex API for PHP on: April 04, 2017, 12:33:08 PM
Hi
I try use Poloniex API to test some script but it always say some error like this. If I access link from browser it will stuck at security check. Is it wrong with my code Sad

Code:
echo file_get_contents("https://poloniex.com/public?command=return24hVolume");

PHP Warning:  file_get_contents(https://poloniex.com/public?command=return24hVolume): failed to open stream: HTTP request failed! HTTP/1.1 403 Forbidden

The correct usage is :
Code: (php)
$url = "https://poloniex.com/public?command=return24hVolume";
$query = file_get_contents("https://poloniex.com/public?command=return24hVolume");
echo $query;

In your snipper you are asking to echo the function, always segment your code, don't try to use short codes as they are buggy, instead, declare variables and use them to work.

Now in order to use the informations you receive, do this :
Code: (php)
$url = "https://poloniex.com/public?command=return24hVolume";
$query = file_get_contents("https://poloniex.com/public?command=return24hVolume");
$info = json_decode($query); //now you can use the informations in php
echo $query;

Just remeber not to be lazy.
