I don't understand why all you traders keep crying about nothing happening.
What the fuck do you expect exactly? Every time we go up 10 dollars you dump the shit out of the market because you want your 50 bucks profit.
Your behaviour is exactly the reason why nothing is happening. Nobody wants to get dumped on by you idiots.
Stop fucking crying!

Ah those who just bought got dumped on by traders.
I bet they can't wait to buy again.

Redditor takes out $30,000 on a credit card in order to "invest" (read:speculate) it all in Bitcoin.

The worst part to me is that it might pan out for him. If there were a crazy run on bitcoins and they temporarily shoot up, he could make out like a bandit. That would really piss me off.

I bet he is one those guys you find in the comments of news stories telling everyone how Bitcoin sucks and is a scam.
564  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: October 22, 2014, 11:01:15 AM
WTF why Huobi wants to go down?? Anybody??
They have tested this BID wall already and it is not fake come on go up!

It's this simple. The market indeed does want to go up. Everything points that way. But nobody wants to go first. Buyers learned from the last 15 times that when we go up 10 dollars traders will dump everything they have like their life depends on it.
You know, dumbass traders like the ones who post here daily, wondering why we just won't go up.
565  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: October 22, 2014, 10:58:16 AM
And today we go down. Again the dumpers control the market.
566  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: October 22, 2014, 05:13:48 AM
Bid support on Stamp looks solid.

2000BTC to 380$
5000BTC to 370$

Huobi

14000BTC to 2300CNY
lol

Conclusion:

Breakout imminent!

Buy orders are definitely solid. We should be going over 400 soon.

We could be sliding sideways for a while, too.

Or down.

Ha. 3D MACD going green. Looks like main engines are primed to me. Short away!

Predicting based on a macd is as accurate as throwing dice. You STILL did not notice that?
568  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: October 21, 2014, 06:51:06 PM
600 lol

cant stay above 400 for more than few hours.

It doesn't seem to be able to stay below 370 for more than a few seconds either..

Edit: once a few more of you doomers are sucked in and go short, I expect a high volume breakout to squeeze things upwards. Sticking a line on bitcoinwisdom shows we only need to reach roughly 480 and the downtrend from the ATH is confirmed. A few more days of oscillation should do it.

Let me guess. We are about to go up?
569  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: October 21, 2014, 06:50:12 PM
Today's pump and dump is quite boring.
570  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: October 21, 2014, 02:58:37 PM
The closer we get to 400 the more coins are added on the ask side.
These people are extremely afraid we go over 400 and that their coins will be worth more.
571  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: October 21, 2014, 02:48:38 PM
I bet a lot of people are shitting their pants now.

I assume they will be back shortly but just imagine another Gox. If that would happen then Bitcoin is really screwed.
572  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: October 21, 2014, 02:32:55 PM
Oh shit. We're getting Stamped!
573  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: October 21, 2014, 02:31:35 PM
No volume. Don't expect fireworks.
574  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: October 21, 2014, 01:09:18 PM
And another pump and dump starting.
575  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: October 21, 2014, 01:02:57 PM
Volume is totally absurd these last days, doesn't look like an accumulation at all. Any reason, the experts?

There is no accumulation. There is no big money dying to get in. There are no whales secretly buying tons of coins.
There is no evidence for this.
The only reason you might think this is happening is because of a bunch of delusional posters here who just kept repeating it until they believed it is a fact.

The only buyers are some new guys who quickly leave again after their investment is worth 10% less within 2 hours because of the dumpers.

soon enough, patience is crucial Wink

What will happen soon enough? Been hearing that for the last 10 months. When exactly is soon?

Ascribing all downward movements to an evil manipulator and all upward movements to organic buying gets old after a while. Manipulator or no manipulator, the demand is obviously just not there to push prices further up. Simple as that. Bulls seem upset 'cause they probably went all in sub $400 and are now getting itchy for their long promised bubble.

There is demand. But they get punished for buying right away because of traders and dumpers who don't want the price to rise. This is manipulation and it scares away buyers.

Manipulator on Bitstamp is trying to suppress the price   Angry

why some green dildos more or less the same size of the red ones are missing the highlight?

Because those are more rare and add up for significantly less volume over time than the reds?

The 3day MACD indicator could be something to watch.

Hopefully it is a sign of good things to come. . .

Yesterday I changed from short to long position because of that (various indicators, not just 3d macd) and then the heavy dumping started. I lost a little more than what I gained during the last two weeks by making some very conservative trades (I held onto the position during the first mini-flashrash but I got out after the second dump, I didn't felt like waiting for the third, even though it didn't prove to be that big of a hit yet). Tongue

Thanks. A trader losing money makes my day.

Dump, dump, dump, go up a little, repeat.
580  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: October 20, 2014, 07:45:42 PM
I wonder when (who ever is controlling the btc price) is going to make a big move. I have  a feeling the next big move will be up. THen it will go down, so they can buy more at a discount, and then rinse and repeat.. its going to take some very big whales or something to get us out of this slump. (Like the chinese thing that happened last year)

just need to accentuate the pressure on stockmarkets worldwide. QE is not going to last forever.. people are going to seek some new safe heaven when the bails in are going to flourish here and there.
and then bitcoin will rise. big time.

TL:DR: we need macro doomsday.

Bitcoin is no safe haven.
When the economy goes to shit people aren't gonna be "i'm gonna switch to Bitcoin". Many here just keep blindly repeating this. Based on absolutely nothing. Bitcoiners made up this myth. The average person won't have a clue why you think this way.
