The ask side is getting huge. I don't think we should be surprised to see some massive dumping soon.
1402  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: July 13, 2014, 05:13:33 PM
Traders dumping pre World Cup Finals.

 Huh
1403  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: July 13, 2014, 05:09:24 PM
People dumping.
This is very bullish. The price is about to explode. Train is leaving. Just shaking out the weak hands. Let me adjust some trendlines to show you how this is expected and nothing to worry about. To the moon!

Did i miss anything?

bitstamp keeps pushing, but no one is following.
Europeans are in trouble for sure but I hope this is not a new MtGox too..

How many coins did you recover?

glad to hear you got some coins back klee. i hope you get the rest too.

what do you mean europeans are in trouble? because of the portagul bank in the crapper?
Look into his thread it was 4xx but if i'd be on your place klee i'd request 600 atleast as he is clearly worried about his life and future..

Just accept the money and then claim more afterwards. It's not like you need to keep the moral high ground when negotiating with a thief.
He is probably following klee's posts and he is probably member of btctalk so i'm not sure if posting this is good idea, but otherwise yep it's true.

I didn't post it in Klee's topic for this very reason.
Guys he had access to my emails, computer etc, not only my coins! Everyone can find my real ID very easily and I have a family...
Well, but it would be threatening and police would maybe help you but yeah it's really better to get atleast this summ of money than nothing...congratulations.

I didn't follow the story. How did he get access to your mail and computer?
Not sure - maybe from a dropbox plain txt file I had all my pwds in..

Err ok. But that doesn't explain how he had access to your computer.

Feel free to stop dumping and let it go up a bit for once. Yes, thank you.

Even worse. Every buy results in people dumping.
1408  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: July 13, 2014, 10:08:24 AM
There is no such thing as shaking out the weak hands.
I have read that same sentence here at least 50 times already. When we go up. When we go down. When we are stable.
If this was the case there would be no weak hands left.
Weak hands sell to other weak hands. So it will never end.
1409  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: July 13, 2014, 10:04:41 AM
Still at a stable 630. This is keeping okay Smiley

i'm hoping this is just some normal choppiness with a few weak hands getting shaken out before liftoff. i'd hate to see a retest of the $60x levels again, not sure how they'd hold up.

Ah the good ol weak hands.
1410  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: July 13, 2014, 08:34:50 AM
The market itīs getting ready for the 1000$ bubble. Very, very soon!

Source?
1411  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: July 13, 2014, 06:50:13 AM
Just checked the 1 hour chart. Was there a 800 buy a hour ago? The price didn't react.
I can't believe we're dropping below 630 again. Non stop selling.
1412  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: July 13, 2014, 02:46:22 AM
It touched THE LINE, but didn't cross it.

Does it matter? If it did you would simply find a new support line.
1413  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: July 13, 2014, 02:23:11 AM
Dumping across exchanges.

Bullish, calm before the storm, train leaving, the last weak hands, etc.
1414  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: July 13, 2014, 12:39:26 AM
I already posted this:

It really seems that some people are actually trading based on that trendline.

It gained significance over the last few days:

In a week's time (July 21st) the line will reach 666. The irresistible force will meet the immovable object.
And in 3 month's time (Oct 8th) it will reach ATH!  Grin

Funny how everyone previously said this would happen early july based on some random lines. Now it's october? And in oct it's gonna be jan.
Could it be that these lines don't predict shit and all you are doing is adjusting them every time to make them fit whatever theory you have?

Well this is pretty cool..

Finnish National Digital TV Broadcaster Starts Sending Bitcoin Blockchain

"Finnish national digital TV broadcaster Digita co-operates with startup company Koodilehto to start transmission of Bitcoin blockchain and transactions in Terrestrial Digital TV (DVB-T) signal that covers almost the entire Finnish population of 5 million people. The pilot broadcasting starts in September the 1st and lasts two months. The broadcast can be received by a computer with any DVB-T adapter like this $20 dongle. Commercial production phase is planned to begin later this year."

i also think this is incredible news. I wonder if there's something else related about to launch, something like "secure home bitcoin box" where you can keep your wallet offline from internet, synced with blockchain (thanks to dvb-t)  and able to securely broadcast your transaction via a pc related application.

very bullish  Grin

I'm sure all the sellers missed that memo.

We're going down again. What a surprise.

What are you talking about?

That we went down a while back. Do you have problems reading?

Not at all! I just don't think price fluctuations of a few dollars mean we're going in any direction. It's a choppy market, the last move was up from 610 to 640 or so. I don't see how 630+ is 'down' in any meaningful sense.

When we go from 640 to 630 it's called going down. Not sure why that's so difficult for you.

Nice panic buy from a large investor.

Hehe, yeah that's a nice long shadow on that candle. There's definitely some buying pressure here, we're just at a resistance level. This looks like a pretty natural pullback, haven't even made it to the .382 on any of the exchanges. No panic selling here.

Not panic selling indeed. Just people taking every little profit they can. We go up 8 bucks and everybody dumps straight into it. It really shows that a big rally up is not something they are expecting anytime soon.
We've had some large buys the last few days and instead of it motivating people to buy it motivates them to dump.

Nice panic selling right away from other people.
