We will be definitely having some sort of promotion for that fight, stay tuned.  Cool

FJ I know I've asked before and you guys haven't responded, but don't you think you should really be updating Majestic Seven rosters? It's brought up elsewhere too. Love the competition and what you guys are doing is awesome but it kinda feels a bit weird to see people still in the wrong team (Tosun in Palace since January for example). And Minamino not in Liverpool squad (hey who knows)... and Harry Wilson still there haha.

If you want, the community here would be glad to help out!

Thanks for notifying @, we're about to update the list, should be ready for the upcoming matchday.

Btw...  Khabib vs Ferguson is on April 18.  FJ!  Any chance we could get some early promotions up in anticipation for that event?  It's a yuuuge event.

We will be definitely having some sort of promotion for that fight, stay tuned.  Cool

Hi Dear Community,

I believe, even the data and ToC was clearly enough to consider this case closed for further development, there still are some questions to be addressed. I am here to make a quick recap of the situation and vocalize the official position of FortuneJack.

1. Accounts amelik2 and PatDugan were created on March 25, 2019.  Nothing special here, accounts get created every day. Still, as from operating this business for ages, we are aware of patterns of behaviors various types of players develop. I will make one of the public - players who love to win large or bet large, sometimes create two accounts. For obvious reasons: to avoid casino restrictions, to get more bonuses, cash backs, to rest one account if they fill it has gone unlucky, etc. It's impossible to detect if the accounts are created with this pattern on the day of creation (hundreds of accounts are created every day). Still, during the play, it gets obvious.

2. PatDugan occurred to be a great player. Even he took good advantage of us, still having a good player on you casino, is a pleasure of every business owner. PatDugan's playing pattern was a little bit abusive to the casino, but still on edge, not crossing the line. A player would make a bet on sports, get this bet approved by the casino. As it happened, he would throw lots and lots of other games in the bet slip, thereby going bigger and bigger. Yet, the practice is abusive, and the Player somehow managed to be in the rules. But if the play with casino gets out of hands, the casino reserves the right to restrict some aspects of the game with the Player. To be perfectly clear here: Adding option is a willing offer from casino to players, keeping the game going, like a cashback or other promotion. Every casino ever receives the right to restrict players' gaming practice, if the playing pattern seems to be abusive to its promotions. Hereby, here is an example of betslip PatDugan used to win some big bucks, the + sign indicates, that game was added in the bet slip using the promotion.

3. PatDugan was restricted this option on February 11. Surprisingly, account created the exact same day, on March 25, 2019, that has not logged in since June 28, 2019 logs on FortuneJack. Here you see Amelik2's log-in history.

4. But this is fine as well, people log in and log out, sometimes years later. Weird thing here is that, those two accounts get linked on two similar IP's.

5. Even more suspicious is that after logging in, first time after June 28, 2019, on the same day, when PatDugan was restricted options letting Player abuse the promotion, Amelik2 (hasn't been on the website for eight months) starts to play with the precisely same pattern. Making the first easy bet, to get it approve by casino and throwing in lots and lots of other games. Notion again: + signs are identifying the games that were added into bet slip using this very promotion option, PatDugan used.

6. So, as far as casino is concerned, two accounts registered the same day, getting linked with two similar IP's, using absolutely identical patterns of playing, abusing similar promotion are two accounts owned by one person and on FortuneJack (as on most of other casinos) multi-accounting is a strict violation of rules and will not be tolerated.

7. Bottom line of this is that, the ToC clearly identifies that YOU ARE ONLY ALLOWED TO REGISTER ONE ACCOUNT. And is clear about family, coworker, friend or friend of friends situations as well.

In addition to all this, PatDugan is indeed approved Player on FortuneJack and already has complete the KYC procedure. The Player has all the right to continue playing on the website, and none of his/her withdrawals will be withheld. In the case of MultiAccounting, and it is a common practice, Player Is always allowed the keep one, verified account.  But no player can or will abuse casino promotions, especially with multi-accounting, which is so obvious and easy to detect by experienced casino staff.

With this, we apologize to be linking this information public. Still, as the community has been involved in the case so actively and the Player has been so vocal, we believe that full transparency of the case is crucial. So all the information is decided to be public, to avoid any misjudgments over the matter.

According to our Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to terminate all the accounts onto the same IP. The rules apply to the accounts, coming from the same family, household, relative or a connected person that might be somehow linked with the acc.

I'm starting to lose patience with Fortunejack .... it's in no way related to the upper case , where it's clear the accuser is most likely involved in multi account abuse .

I'm speaking about the constant problems with withdrawals . Personally I've had 3 in a row last week fall under "standard security check " which they say it happens rarely .
And now having a problem with a deposit , deposited some ETH , over 2 hours ago , plenty of confirmations , but it's not showing in my balance . Support is saying it's under investigation for 2 hours . Don't really understand what needs to be investigated for so long ? The Eth is confirmed , blockchain proves it , Eth is in the Fortunejack address , but it's not showing in my balance.
It seems there's not a week where I don't have to deal with any special situation here ....
I think the promos are really great , but the constant copy-pasted answers from support ( We'll reach back to you via email ) are giving me headaches already.

Sorry for the inconvenience, hopefully it's all good on your end. As a matter of fact, feel free to DM us here or post a reply and I will most definitely help you solve your problem in the shortest possible time frame.

Hello everyone, here’s the second part of the report that we’ve been working on:

First of all, we would love to once again clarify what the actual meaning of the term ‘last IP’ is, which was included into the screenshot above. It’s the IP address that the certain user used for the last time of logging in into the FJ account.

On another hand, the IP address (107.77.204.49/) that was placed into the search filter is the one that was used by both of the users while logging in as well as playing onto FortuneJack platform.

As for amelik2 case:

Here we’re sharing one more IP address that gets linked to both of the accounts:

Please take a look at the history of the IP addresses that have been involved with each of the username:

-

Additionally, both of the accounts were registered onto the same date:

-

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
We’ve decided to restrict patdugan with the functionality of adding new positions to the upcoming tickets (under the campaign called the ‘Control Your Game’) and after doing it so, he/she logged into the username of amelik2 and bypassed the previous restriction of ours by utilizing other account.

Here’s the screen that showcases that the amelik2 has not been logged into the account for a while and only after patdugan receiving the restriction, it gets immediately into action:

P.S – most of you might have already payed attention to the fact that there are already 3 users under the IP of 107.77.204.49 (the above-mentioned user possibly continues creating the new accounts), which definitely supports the idea that we’re dealing with multi accounting. However, the 3rd account appearing onto our radar is still under investigation, will keep you updated if there’s any news to share regarding this case.

589  Economy / Gambling / Re: FORTUNEJACK.COM |Deposit 777 play with 1777 mBTC |Live Casino, Slots, Betting on: February 21, 2020, 03:00:59 PM

Hello amelik2,

Your account [amelik2] is associated with another FortuneJack username [PatDugan], the given fact makes us think that we’re dealing with the multi-accounting fraud.

We can only disclose shared IP address between the above-mentioned accounts. However, in case having a need of showing more detailed proof, we’re ready to provide official representatives with all the mandatory documents.

As for not taking any bonuses, both of the accounts have already used/activated the bonuses into the forms of free bets.

Team FJ

Stay far away from this shady ass site.

Fortunejack robbed me over 5.25 BTC. Got on a hot streak one morning earlier in the week and went to withdrawal a couple BTC. I go to withdrawal and it says to contact customer service. A day later I get an email accusing me of Multi-accounting with some random ass username.

They are refusing to give me any additional info on how they came out with this BS accusation. What benefit would I have to make another account? I have never taken any bonuses.

Funny how when you deposit and lose they have no issues but the second you win they claim some bs to not pay you. They are some sorry ass losers who are just mad that I took them for over 50k.

I am not going to give up and will continue to slander them until they pay me.

I feel sorry for you.
They are known for user funds embezzlement without valid reason.
However you can try opening Scam Accusation here and fill complaint with Askgamblers (Askgamblers is almost always on casino side)

We're about to make the official announcement. Detailed report will be released to get things clear.  Smiley

While I do appreciate getting a response, the only reason I took it upon myself to write this all publicly on Bitcoin Talk's board was because I could not get any kind of response when I was trying to get a hold of anyone that seemed concerned about the gravity of the situation.

My inbox is still empty from you guy though, and I don't want to waste our time having you explain to me how secure your system is, when I know beyond a shadow of a doubt, that isn't close to the truth.

Although your security practices have worked in the past, they fell short in this regard. I am concerned that you just want to list off the things you have done right, while still ignoring the things that are currently going wrong. The MFA once again does not hold much weight, seeing the nature of this exploit, and account takeovers are indeed a huge issue with this industry, which is why I would think you would rather fix the problem, rather than explain to me how their isn't one.

My main questions and concerns I have regarding 2FA related security issues, is what would be done for the players on this board if someone other broke into their account, and drained their funds because of this flaw?
Regardless if it was $20 dollars or if it was $25,000 dollars, by incorporating the 2FA features on your site, you are protecting yourselves just as much as it protects the players.
The players on your site should have the security to not have their accounts possibly in jeopardy, and they should not be subject to dealing with the after affects of  having something as irreversible as a crypto payment removed from their account.
At the same time, this gives your company the protection from players who fair and square lost their bankroll, who may desperately approach you and lie about having their account breached by hackers., This shouldn't be possible with 2FA, since you need to have the physical device as well as knowing your login details.

This is only when it is working though. Right now, the tables have sharply turned against the players, because you have your entire customer base more exposed to this vulnerability / exploit
While you still are able to maintain arguments, similar to these

https://www.askgamblers.com/casino-complaints/account-hacked-2

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=934177.0

Offer is still on the table though. Maybe a random higher ranking Bitcoin Talk user (who doesn't have an account with FJ currently) would be willing to set aside a small amount of time so I can show this to.

I have spent a lot of time on these forums, and learned a huge amount of information throughout the years on various topics. I really like this community, and I am appreciative on all the knowledge and all the insightful and nice (for the most part) users on these forums I have got to interact with over the years.  I want to make it very clear that I am not brute forcing accounts, or doing any  of these takeovers. I have not told anyone else this, nor do I plan on doing so.

My inbox is now able to receive PM's

Fortunejack have you resolve the problem with the sms confirmation?

Not yet, technical department is actively working on getting the issue fixed. I will make sure you guys are aware of any updates, if there's any  Smiley

UPDATE - we did double check your concern, yet there's all good on our end. I will get back to you after having the right info about it.
594  Economy / Gambling / Re: FORTUNEJACK.COM |Deposit 777 play with 1777 mBTC |Live Casino, Slots, Betting on: February 18, 2020, 01:40:54 PM
Fortunejack, the website looks very decent with nice layout. Only thing I am not sure about are the betting limits. Maybe it is also an idea to put the rollover requirements more clear in the conditions, so users are aware of therequirements.

Thanks for your feedback. We're working hard onto making all the related information you mentioned, easily accessible.

I will get you updated, if there's anything to note.
595  Economy / Gambling / Re: FORTUNEJACK.COM |Deposit 777 play with 1777 mBTC |Live Casino, Slots, Betting on: February 18, 2020, 01:32:41 PM
Apologies for my delayed response, it was a hectic weekend, but I am now able to finally sit down at my pc.

To clarify, this doesn't allow the ability to alter/change a 2fA on account by just knowing the username. In order for an account takeover to be necessary, both the username and the password need to known. This is done through brute forcing, credential stuffing, phishing attacks, and other types of malware such as clippers or cookie stealers. There are many ways your login details can become exposed on the web, and this is an entirely separate topic itself.

When you have 2fa enabled, after you enter your login details, you are presented with a screen asking for the 6-digit code which revolves in a timed rotation on your Google Authentication app. For an attacker, this is where the dead end would normally be. Without access to the device which has the authentication set up, there is nothing you should be able to do which would side step this.

This is not the case for Fortune Jack. This 2FA feature is useless if an attacker knows your login details.

Fortune Jack never responded to anything I wrote them, whether it was through a direct email, making an account on their support site, talking to their live chat, etc.

For reasons unknown to me, this is not important to Fortune Jack, as I never did, and still haven't received as much as a single word. They close my open reports with them, they respond to other people commenting on this thread, I really just do not understand it.

When a user creates a new account, the first thing you see in big, bold red letters at the top of the screen states, "DUE TO THE NATURE OF THE ONLINE GAMBLING INDUSTRY, ACCOUNT TAKEOVER IS EXTREMELY HIGH. PLEASE SETUP TWO-FACTOR-AUTHENTICATION TO ENSURE THE SAFETY OF YOUR ACCOUNT" (might not be word for word, but it is something close)

This is not any kind of bait or phishing attempt.

This can be replicated as many times as you like. If someone makes a new account (The information used can be all made up and not tied to you at all) and enables 2FA, if you supply m e with the login username and password to the account, I can have full control of the account in less than a minute.

I am more than happy to do this, and to show you that what I am saying is valid. However, if you don't want to believe what I am saying, that' 100% up to you.

I made this post to tell the players of Fortune Jack, that you are using a system with a completely flawed security practice. The company in charge of holding all your balances and account info safe, doesn't seem to give a shit. I will tell you right now though, that if you log into your account and some malicious actor drained your balances, Fortune Jack's response to this will informing you that you have two-factor authentication setup, and this ensures only YOU are able to log in to your account.

As s leading crypto casino in the world, securing company digital assets and keeping user data secure from various online threats is a top priority for us. So far, we have rolled out successful application security strategy as a defense-in-depth approach, constantly adding additional layers of protection to reduce the risks, attack surface and to prevent and detect real-time cyber attacks on the FortuneJack resources.

Especially we pay a lot of attention to ATO (Account Takeover) protection, preventing attackers from compromising user accounts through brute-force or credential stuffing attacks.

In addition, we offer multi-factor authentication (MFA) as a service for our customers, which is the top-of-the range among other solutions.

P.S - If there are any concerns regarding the MFA or account takeovers, feel free to get in touch with us. We would gladly answer all of your questions.

Nice competition FJ, I hope I was one of the first to place my bets. I went for broke on the Last 16 rounds, made all my picks without a single draw! One question that's not very clear. If you get a streak, let's say 3-wins. And then you lose on the 4th, it resets to zero. But if you get another 3-win streak, do you win the prize a second time as well, or is 1 prize winnable only once?

Also, is the 1mBTC fee payable per stage or is that only a one-time fee?

It's a very cool concept, but the rules are a bit hazy on some parts. Sorry to ask;)

-
Participants should pay 1mBTC for only once. As a matter of fact,  free bets can be redeemed every time you hit the winnable streak. (though you get the free bet onto the account balance only after making the wrong choice)

Wish you nothing but the best, hope you get that 29 right.

^  10 BTC WTF!

Huge reward but so hard to get because we need to have 29/29 correct prediction on 1x2 market  Grin Good thing is that there are many other consolation prize starting from 3 correct prediction that will get 5mbtc free bet. The hardest thing that it should be in a row (streak) prediction, once player make a wrong choice then players needs to start from zero again. Am I right?

you're absolutely right!  Wink

Almost forget that I joined the last isofbet promotion, just checked my account and I received the prize. Seems that there is no one overtake my position on the leaderboard (4th or 5th) not really remember it as I did not play again on the last two days of the competition. Payout competition is always nice to participate. Thanks FJ
