581  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The existence of bitcoin is still lacking on: May 02, 2018, 06:47:17 AM
In my country, less than 2 of 10 people know about Bitcoin. 3 of them think of it as a scam because of bad media publicity and remaining 5 dont care about new technologies. Its hard to see people neglecting something important, I try to make understand my friends and family about it and got success most of the time.
582  Economy / Marketplace / Re: BitcoinTalkShow on: May 01, 2018, 06:25:56 AM
I would definitely want something like this, Weekly once may be suggested with discussions regarding gain/loss of top coins and also suggesting future coins with different teams.
583  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Why do people use bad exchanges like YoBIt? on: May 01, 2018, 05:38:22 AM
I guess the major reason will be that some coins are only on these exchanges, common people may not know but exchanges ask a hefty amount to get your coin listed on them so smaller coins or those who dont wanna pay that will get into these exchanges.
584  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin as new hope for humanity on: May 01, 2018, 05:30:10 AM
Those who have trusted bitcoin in the past are never regretted. Only those who sold them for nothing are the ones who cry like a baby.
Bitcoin is definitely a hope for all the hard working people who want to become financially stable.
585  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: PayPal CEO said bitcoin SCAM ! on: April 30, 2018, 11:31:58 AM
Seriously..? Paypal..? Even postage money order is better than Paypal. Paypal discriminates people on the basis of the country they live or travel to, I have had so many issues with them that the first thing I did is stop using it for anything.
586  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I have 69 ETH, What to do? on: April 30, 2018, 11:23:00 AM
Hold them or buy new ICO tokens with caution. It is the best time to buy and hold so I guess thats what you should do. ETH still young in crypto and may get into huge in the near future.
587  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Some Gurus still think Bitcoin can go 5500 level! on: April 30, 2018, 11:08:41 AM
I am searching those gurus and want to buy bitcoin from those Gurus Tongue I would give them 6k$ for per Bitcoin.you can ask them for contact with me. Anyone can predict the price of bitcoin but without any good explanation predict are not valuable at all.

Most of them predict like this to their followers finding a time where they can buy bitcoins for low price. I bet those gurus are the one's who regret every minute of their life for not buying bitcoin when it was low at price.
588  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Best investment is bitcoin on: April 30, 2018, 08:40:18 AM
BTC is a stable investment project!

The nasdaq market is open for BTC trading in October!

I think BTC will go up quickly at that time!

This is the buy and hold period. There are many hurdles before it gets into Nasdaq but once it does, there is no stop for the fame of Bitcoin.
589  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Eth Worth $30. Is it possible? on: April 28, 2018, 10:13:49 AM
I dont think it will ever come that low, even after turning to POS, ETH will have a good value mainly because of all the tokens present on its platform.
590  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Oyster Shell (SHL) - Dawn of a New Era on: April 28, 2018, 07:11:17 AM
Statement from Bruno:

Quote
The one year anniversary of me designing the Oyster Protocol is coming up. In that time I have had in-depth constructive conversations about the utility and operation of the protocol with around three, three people. Stefan, Automyr and Rebel. The last two are devs who work for me.

Do you know how unbelievably disastrous this is? Do you know why the token sale raised only $75k? Because I didn’t hype Oyster into a part of this mindless crypto-bubble. I focused on the substance/utility and 99% of people glossed over it.

Yes, the b-word you’ve all been dreading: bubble. Do you know when financial bubbles form? When everyone is impatiently greedy at the same time and follows the next person. When no one focuses on utility and only on their own short-term greed and how their cousin made money, bubbles form and always pop.

Are you kids too young to remember the dot-com bubble? Would you like me to rename Oyster to pets.com? Pets.com had millions of dollars in revenue, was a household name in the US, and 2 years after their IPO they declared bankruptcy. Why did this happen? Because greedy investors of the IPO were only thinking about making short term gains and didn’t focus on the real utility of the business model.

So why are you here, a ‘part’ of the ‘Oyster Community’? Is it because you remortgaged your house, bought ETH, diversified into alts, and consider yourself a genius? You bought PRL at 80 cents, then the price goes to 60 cents and you think you have a right to complain? You consider green candles as entitlement, and red candles as injustice?

I and the team make no allusions, implicit or otherwise, to the promise of profit or a price increase. What you are promised is the utility that I have defined in the white papers. That is it. If I and the team fail in delivering the promised utility, you have every right of complain. If we deliver the utility to you, you have no right to complain even if PRL gets crushed to 5 cents.

If you understand how the storage-peg works then good for you, you realize that current price shocks are ephemeral and that the price of PRL will eventually become bubble-resistant and associated with the fair-market value of storage.

If you don’t understand the storage-peg, sell all your PRL and stop turning Oyster into a bubble. You are the same ass-hat who posts gay-porn and green arrow memes in Oyster Trading and you are not welcome here. I’m sure you’ll find plenty of pump-and-dump bubble coins on CMC, go knock yourself out.

That is some hard statements from the dev. I didnt find anything wrong in his words as most of the community is just using the market for pump and dump. I have trust in the oyster protocol and will see a better future with it.

Rg,

Someone is trying to apply a scam again with this coin.

592  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: [BOUNTY] DAOstack: Complete Tools for Decentralized Collaboration at Scale on: April 28, 2018, 06:50:56 AM
Joined signature bounty from yesterday, would want to know whether we can start posting or we need to get accepted first.?
593  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will other coins beat bitcoin in the future? on: April 27, 2018, 11:15:06 AM
Ethereum got a fair chance, may be in the future. I presume all of the coins which have the ability to be a platform for other tokens will have good future. Waves and NEM also boosting good with their performance.
594  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Investing to Bitcoin is not that easy on: April 27, 2018, 06:43:43 AM
It depends on how many BTC you want to hold or trade, in any investment process, you need to learn the basics first and understand how it works. Cryptocurrencies are not that much complicated to understand and you can know what you are getting into. Another good thing is paying very less fees compared to the conventional investments.
595  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN]💥💥💥[ICO - GYM Rewards]💥💥💥 - Get Paid for Exercising on: February 20, 2018, 09:59:19 AM
Where do you see yourself in 2019.? Are you planning to make products also for your mining.? Is there any beta app or platform for us to check the model.? Would want to know more about it.
596  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: BYTEBALL: Totally new consensus algorithm + private untraceable payments on: February 20, 2018, 09:32:35 AM
I think this is for the betterment of the Gbyte community. I see more than 75% people here for the free BTC they get by selling the airdrop Gbytes, Only some are holding for a long time and very few intend to use it.
I just hope Tony will find the right way to spend those remaining.
597  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Zilliqa - What are your thoughts? on: February 15, 2018, 04:26:56 PM
I have heard about Zilliqa recently and saw some discussions on it. Frankly speaking, I dont think it has too much potential but anything is possible in Crypto world so as usual am holding some of it in my bag.
598  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Really? Next Bitcoin is Litecoin on: February 15, 2018, 04:06:34 PM
I dont think litecoin is next bitcoin because simply no coin can take Bitcoin's place for at least 2-3 years now. Litecoin is still low and the team is strong but the community support is too high right now.
599  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [ICO] SocialMedia.Market - Blockchain Based Influencer Marketing Platform on: February 08, 2018, 11:49:02 AM
Excited for the token sale to start, nice to see good participation from team here answering all our questions. SMT may not be a unique project but it is definitely getting good hype as the token sale is starting.
