5941  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin has no competition on: August 31, 2016, 11:34:26 AM
I think you are right bitcoin do not have any competitors, as bitcoin is a bigger crypto currency and most people want to put their money in bitcoin and are using it as a currency while other coins are only used for trade,

You are right, now bitcoin is going to be a normal currency and a number of people have adopted it as a currency for their purchases, while all other currencies are for trade only their developers are not going to provide services with them.

Bitcoin has always been a currency. Same goes up for the investment aspect of Bitcoin. Bitcoin can be seen as a mult-purpose tool that offers features for the majority of the people. I say majority because there is no way to please all people.
There is a people is saying if bitcoin is not a currency?that's a very bad logic and the main purpose of bitcoin has become an alternative currency. we don't know if in this time bitcoin will have multiple purposes.
yes bitcoin created to compete with currency so it is not design to compete with alt and beside all alts are just relying
to btc price so how can they compete with their origin.
bitcoin is a cryptocurrency not like ordinary currency, bitcoin have so many advantages in digital world but could be easily beaten when it comes to real world, the ordinary currency having some sort of advantages in real world or call it offline because it was designed for this, actually altcoin could compete with bitcoin even it's still relying to bitcoin price
5942  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Why is offering escrow bad? on: August 30, 2016, 10:36:13 AM
We really have the same idea that was also a part of my plan but unfortunately i was also thinking that one. Good thing about being asked to be an escrow is better so i think i have to build  up my account first
well escrow is not just about building up your account but about how you can keep up with your trust, you will eventually having attempt to do such bad thing because you're escrowing money especially a big money, just see few escrowers back who just done a scam even they're trusted for a long time
5943  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Hosts that accept Bitcoin as payment on: August 30, 2016, 10:33:40 AM
I saw one good hosting service i forgot where did o just so that i guess it is in service announcement or services thread. That i shared hosting and you can only pay $1 for month of service
well can't expect that much from $1 monthly hosting service as it will have poor specification,so it'll basically match well for learning nor to start a business

i just figured out that namecheap hasn't being written down in the list yet,i think namecheap is also a hosting that accept bitcoin with having good reputation
5944  Economy / Investor-based games / Re: Coince.com has finally join the scam world on: August 30, 2016, 10:30:50 AM
There is nothing to trust on coince claims of 18% return per day plan and now they have started packing their bags to scam and run away. No any withdraw are processed for whole week and site may go offline anytime from now.
Any statistics on how much bitcoin they scammed.I believe scams patricularly bigger ones like these are the reason bitcoin price fall.Scammers usually want to get rid of their booty as quickly as possible and sell it below market price
well most of hacker just let the funds that they just steal didn't move, they didn't sell it immediately or in hurry, they will keep this until the right time just come, and the thing that make bitcoin price falling is the hacking news that give a bad opinion or bad speculation about bitcoin at the end
5945  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are bitcoin ATMs worth using? on: August 30, 2016, 10:25:12 AM
in present time as bitcoin is not yet so much introduced in the people and its users are also not so therefore i think itis not too much worth to use bitcoin ATM.
bitcoin will be well known and it's matter about the time,a bitcoin ATM could also help the bitcoin to introduce itself to people who just curious when seeing this ATM,so a bitcoin ATM is actually worth it,and also bitcoin ATM is not about how much people who use it but how the atm could make bitcoin users feel simple when using bitcoin
5946  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will Bitcoin be replaced by another cryptocurrency? on: August 30, 2016, 10:22:35 AM
I used think that was possible but now i see that it is not. Because no crypto currency will have the same natural distribution as bitcoin. That is unless bitcoin fcks something up very very badly. If not, bitcoin will always stay as the no:1.
you are right, even the most used altcoin are still using bitcoin as their base currency,in every exchangers site you will see the value of altcoin to bitcoin, that's clearly mean that the altcoin still count on bitcoin, when bitcoin's price just drop,so does with the altcoin, except there's some pump
5947  Economy / Economics / Re: How to save money. on: August 29, 2016, 11:44:50 AM
Few simple steps -

1) Do not gamble.
2) Earn and save and buy insurance and stocks.
3) Avoid unnecessarily eating food outside.
4) Spend only on very urgent stuff and rest postpone the purchasing.

this way to save money is awesome if you don't want to lose your money these steps will helps you on how because if you do gambling you dont have guarantee on wining where you can get lose sometimes and you are going to chase your money because you want to brint back your profit
well playing gambling when planning to save money is just plain stupid, there's no point to risk what he's just got or gather for a long time in just few minutes, gambling can bring you more profit in a short time but could bust your wallet when a bad luck comes to you since gambling is just pure luck
5948  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to explain bitcoin to teenagers or children on: August 29, 2016, 11:41:07 AM
Best way of explaining is using the gold analogy.

But I think explaining it to a person in his/her early teens will be quite diffiicult. Best to wait till the person reaches late teens and then explain
Yes ,it is so hard to explain to them especially if they are not interested to waste just like 2-4hours a day spending time to bitcoin .
But its easy to explain if the teenagers are openminded with business and money and they know how value each money that goes on their hands
what do you mean with wasting 2-4hours a day if they use bitcoin? you know that bitcoin is just like ordinary currency and works like that but the difference is bitcoin's getting used for digital transaction, and when you're going to make a transaction it's only took about 5 minutes to get done,so no wasting time at all
5949  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why do people use so many Bitcoin wallets? on: August 29, 2016, 11:38:28 AM
Just wondering why people use so many Bitcoin wallets.

May be they think that "this wallet is safe". Some other guy will think "np this wallet is safe, and it have lots of features". Ultimately I would suggest use only blockchain wallet, because that's official and died have smartphone app too.
blockchain.info is not officially developed by the one who create bitcoin or even the dev, i think the most trusted desktop wallet for now is the one which always popping out in the bitcointalk's header,it's bitcoin core but you need to download the whole blockchain to get synced and it's quite huge
5950  Other / Off-topic / Re: Will you accept bitcoin as your salary? on: August 29, 2016, 11:24:05 AM
The use of bitcoin may change things a lot in near future, but there is still a high risk on accepting Bitcoin as your salary, given the fact that the price is unstable, may inflate or fluctuate, affecting your total salary.

my salary usually go through the banks, an usually the bank did not charge anything, but if i received bitcoins, when i convert it to fiat i will have to pay the fees for witdrawals..
unless i could find someone who do offline transactions

I would like to receive payments on bitcoin, it would be easier to receive every month. But I'd rather wait for the price to stabilize.

Aside from those fluctuations, we should think about the inconvenient of converting back to back so you could use the value of your money...We should think about accepting bitcoin as a salary if we could go to the market and buy a fresh fish with it or all the things that you eat or use daily... Smiley

Now every company is trying its best to adopt bitcoin for their payment, so I hope that at the time when we will get our salary in bitcoin, the fish shops will also have an option of bitcoin payment for their clients.
well most of techy company are now starting to accept bitcoin indeed but not for a large marketplace just like amazon or ebay, they're not planning yet to accept bitcoin,in other side there's appear a service that allow you to pay to those two sites by using bitcoin, bitcoin can get its own way to be adopted widely
5951  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: People hate Bitcoins? on: August 29, 2016, 11:21:42 AM
The word should be "don't understand" instead of hate.

A lot of people just don't understand what Bitcoin is and supposed to do. If they did there'd be no hate.
when you realize that so many people who say they're an educated person saying that bitcoin is just for criminal,or bitcoin will be dead repeatedly then you will understand that hatred to bitcoin is actually exist being done by those who know bitcoin very well
5952  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Baidu Stops All Bitcoin-Related Advertising on: August 26, 2016, 11:46:48 AM
Baidu stopping advertising on bitcoin probably may be because government regulations , as bitcoin still not legalized in many countries ,some organization may not opt for advertising such things , but as i know there is always growth on bitcoin
then why the government didn't give a warning to those chinese miners? they're still doing mining activities just like before

Quote
now almost all the internet websites are using the bitcoins for transaction.
definitely not right, bitcoin still not that mainstream, bitcoin is now still trying to be accepted worldwide but not yet getting used for almost all of websites
5953  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: What's the heck with YoBit signature campaign ?! on: August 26, 2016, 05:39:35 AM
Btw is yobit campaign still running?I have checked that they have locked their signature thread
That's right, Yobit signature campaign is always running with smoothly. hilarious is closing the yobit signature thread because yobit is not accepting a new member to join with them, that is a decision is made by yobit's administrator and to prevent the signature threat just used for spamming.

The campaign is still running because their stats are being updated o their websites and also payouts are being processed. I managed to make a payout yesterday and I don't think there is any cause for alarm. The moderator locked the thread just to block those who like spamming about the withdrawal button not working.

I dont know why people still didn't notice that yobit campaign is not accepting new enrollee anymore, maybe they are done enough and get the participants they want and dont want to add spammers anymore, and thats goof for them but the only thing bad is the payment is still the same and the numbers of post are still so many.
they want to press their monthly spending in order to maximize the result and minimize the funds needed,by the way it's their right to set how much the reward per post and nothing wrong to be honest, but the one which really bad is their daily max posts, with 20 per day it could potentially trigger people to spam
5954  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Baidu Stops All Bitcoin-Related Advertising on: August 26, 2016, 05:31:10 AM
if their government really ask baidu to stops all advertising which is related to bitcoin,i wonder how's about the chinese miners in the near future?
but i guess it's have nothing to do with their government if those miners are now still mining normally without getting warned by their government

Quote
Chinese probably have a better knowledge about Bitcoin then most of the Bitcoiners so I don't think they could fall for Ponzi schemes that easy s, In the other hand I don't think government asked them to do that either.
i think it's not right, even in china,i guess there'ss still exist a dumb people who still fall in ponzi
5955  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Cloud Mining Some Questions on: August 26, 2016, 04:38:34 AM

1) How much The difficultity change?
1) i invest 25$ 4 m going to receive 34$ by month i think i wil get my roi

about difficulty see this stat : http://nextdifficulty.com/
getting ROI from cloudmining will really took so damn long time because they will cut off your daily earning from mining with the maintenance fee and will leave you really low amount,so i think such a wasting time, although so many cloud mining out there just running a ponzi scheme, definitely not worth it
5956  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: Blockchain is charging high fees - $0.25 for sending 1 Bitcoin transfer on: August 26, 2016, 04:33:53 AM
the fees depend on fees/byte so if your second transaction is bigger than the first it's very normal especially if you send big amount or sending to many address in one transaction,it'll increase the transaction size
just see this if you curious about the fees/byte : https://bitcoinfees.21.co/ ,by the way you can customize the fee yourself as long it meet the minimum requirement it'll be a normal transaction just like you're spending a little higher fees
5957  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC price pretty much flat for the past few weeks. Permanent? on: August 25, 2016, 11:55:42 AM
Not much has been going on with Bitcoin's price for the past 3 weeks or so now. How stable do you think this price point is?
Yes BTC price pretty much flat and stable not big movement.I really think pump and dump really bad for bitcoin in this way some people are winner and most of the people are looser.we do not want to see bitcoin 2013 situation. We wish no one can show their finger to bitcoin as ponzi.
what makes people thinking that bitcoin is ponzi just because of price fluctuation,it doesn't make sense to be honest, but this stability of the price seems  good for me who wanna spent to buy stuff online with bitcoin, sometime if you just paid some stuff online and suddenly price increasing,it's such a pain in my ass,and there's still a regret,so this price stability definitely not a problem
5958  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Email services on: August 25, 2016, 11:50:57 AM
as long as you are using the well knows email providers like gmail or yahoo which has been around for a long time you shouldn't worry about receiving emails and in case you did not receive it, contact the sender (the exchange or whatever sent you the email) because it is their fault and the bug in their system.
Honestly we have to be worried about receiving emails because some emails are for one time pin financial account verification which must be used in less than 15 minutes delay in receiving this might make it to expire.
well i recommend you to use outlook or yandex if you dont want to use gmail, the best amongt them is outlook because you'll receive an email instantly just like gmail, but with yandex it's sometimes having delay but easy to use and you'll not bothered with any kind of account locking or etc,but i guess outlook have far less restriction than gmail and the best
5959  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Give me some Virtual Bitcoin Debit Card Providers! on: August 25, 2016, 08:57:06 AM
You can try cryptopay.me because they have currently enabled unloading feature from your card which is not seen in other bitcoin debit card providers till now or i may haven't checked them.
There are also others like coinsbank, xapo, spectrocoin, bit.cards, wirex etc.
Spectrocoin has an unloading feature like I said, but they have a current scam accusation against them.
Okay spectro is snatch 90 BTC of their member with unknown reason and that is a scam. we removed them in our list.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1515839.0
well that seems fucked up,they was providing a free debit cards before and now suddenly removing their user account which contain 90BTC in it
the user is indeed doing mistake by giving fake data but spectrocoin need to atleast giving a warning because 90BTC in account is such a huge amount
by the way until now i'm using cryptopay and wirex,it's quite good from my opinion
5960  Other / Off-topic / Re: Bank or Bitcoin Wallet? on: August 25, 2016, 08:49:31 AM
I will still chose my bitcoin wallet because it has more security and i will have enough peace of mind

Look at this

Bank disadvantages:-

Seize of funds if you fuck up
The charge you Large transaction fee (it can blow of your mind)
The charge Larger transaction fee if you are doing a swift transfer
Pay for account maintenance
The can block your account if you have not used it for a long time

But with BTCbitcoin wallet i have less worries

even your bitcoin could be seized when using bitcoin just see in australia, they're seizing about 24,500 bitcoins and they're just now done auctioning it off to people, but i could agree with your another point, bank is actually plague in this world, get the money from people and robbing people, such a satanic things i guess
seizing bitcoin is possible, but you can prevent it. if you have bitcoin in an online account where the website owner can get there hand on, then it is possible to seize it. also if you have some paper wallets at home just on your table same thing. but if you have your private keys encrypted and stored in a safe place (by that i mean where you can safely reach it) or copies of it. then you should be fine, since nobody can access it besides you.
well i guess if a government wanted to seize the bitcoin,it's not about how to secure privkey or anything else, the government could possibly doing any extreme action just like make the one who was raided getting jailed for life or will have even heavy punishment from the govt, and they could do anything to detect the wallet owner, remember it's a government
