4961  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What happens to the Bitcoin Network if a World war Starts? on: March 18, 2017, 06:40:49 AM
I'm starting to get very worried about the state of international relations. Trump is a potential threat to world peace, and growing tensions with China and other countries are becoming a real threat.

So, if a World war starts, there are all sorts of scenarios we can consider, but what do you guys think it could happen to Bitcoin?

Do you think it is odd you worry more about a virtual currency that can't feel pain,

instead of Women, & Children & your Fellow Man.

Realize what is truly important while you are here, our time here is already too short to ignore the true beauty of this world.
And if you think BTC is the more important, then I Pity You!

 Cool
That's why being too fanatic is just not a good idea. There's no point of thinking about cryptocurrency in the world war, it's ain't worth my time whereas people are fighting and probably the world's crisis will occur.
Even I'm sure that if there's nuclear war, tonnes of gold will worth a dust, only food is the most valuable in this world at that time.
4962  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will Bitcoin overcome Paypal? on: March 18, 2017, 06:24:06 AM
Bitcoin is widely being accepted globally many websites are using it as means of payment with the way it is now it will overcome paypal in the nearest future, easy way of keeping Bitcoin in a wallet makes it even easier for it acceptability globally.

Well bitcoin is accepted globally but it is still not being accepted by majority of websites and I can say that they are still few in the market. However, those are already a good significant that bitcoin is getting stronger but the fact that PayPal is still good to go and online businesses and merchants are still preferring on using it.
it's about the time dude, you need to wait to see bitcoin becoming available towards the majority of website and it really needs a long time to go, we're now still in the middle of the way and still struggling on making it happen. Though there are some factors that slow down the acceptance of bitcoin to those websites and one of many is the regulation by the governments. By accepting bitcoin for sure will increase their coverage to their users but, at the same time the websites still worrying about accepting bitcoin because they're just want to obey the regulations nevertheless.
4963  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin To Cash - What's the best and fastest way?? on: March 17, 2017, 12:02:39 PM

if in my place was there an online site that peddle copies bitcoin currency with our own eyes, the system used in the form of a transfer to our bank account, it is very easy and the process is very fast, because we have to become members before deposit

in our country there are banks who associates bitcoin to in cash there are also banks that are capable to encash anywhere though there are some time that needs to attain.
Well, that's kinda good thing have happened to your country but I'm still pretty curious whether there's already regulation released regarding the use of bitcoin in your country that makes your local bank associates with bitcoin and makes their client could freely converting their bitcoin into cash with ease. Just it's not happened yet in my country and probably expecting that there's actually something that could boost the use of bitcoin inside an instance or organisation.
4964  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 4 Things I Learned as A Bitcoin Holder on: March 17, 2017, 11:43:01 AM
TLDR; You shouldn't buy overpriced stuff. They make you lose money. You need to buy when everybody is running away, that's how you make money. Let btc become 300-400$, let everyone say "btc is ded";

you buy all the cheap coins and become rich from their stupidity. Tongue
But that's probably, just probably will never happen again due to the latest halving and the price is now pumped too far above the price that you mentioned. I know that it's not entirely impossible but it seems hard to happen. I know that this thing ever happened back then when the price of bitcoin reached its peak and suddenly fall, but, when at that time, the block rewards still not being cut off half.
4965  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: you need to overcome your fear of losing money on: March 17, 2017, 11:36:24 AM
Losing is part of successfully trading. If you treat losing as part of trading then you are an experienced trader.

Fear in the trading platform has no space for the true traders. Because if you have fear better not for you to do some trade in the exchange sites, or if you continue but doubtful your just gonna loss your money.

I totally agree with you mate, this will stand for what other stated that no pain no gain. Earning more money will always take some risk and it totally requires it, and if you got the right way you gonna earn a lot and make some profit into it. If you have fear, you will end up with nowhere and will never gain any profit or money in life.
It's right that earning money will always take some risks but there's the method that only requires less risk and high risk. And it's just the way you could make a decision to whether choose this or that job. Being an employee who is working in an office itself actually just risking your time. And honestly, there's no need of overcome the fear of losing money while it could help you to be more aware.
4966  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The danger of the cyptocurrencies on: March 17, 2017, 11:16:50 AM
I would like to live in that world where we could pay with our crypto currency,
But it seems a long way to go before we could do that and also I think we could never get paper money out of this generation.
Yeah bro , it will take long time for us to reach at that peak where everyone understands well about the digital world and can fullfill Thier dreams in real ways .

In the long run it might happen but still there are pros and cons that we cant neglect. You are right that it will really took a very long time to be able to fully use bitcoin in which it will be hindered by the culture of a certain community, but who knows what tomorrow brings.
You're actually too far overthinking about what might happen and expect something which needs really a long time to be reached. About half of population in this planet still not connected to the internet and at the same time it mean that half of population don't even know what's internet and how to operate technologies.
4967  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: BIT.AC :: MULTICURRENCY WALLET :: BUILT-IN INSTANT EXCHANGE :: Affiliate Program on: March 17, 2017, 05:02:54 AM
2FA shoud be implemented for log in. This feature is like a "must" with those type of sites. I think it's easy to implement within the site, for any dev. Started to promote now to take part of the affiliate program. Wish me good luck  Cheesy
That's right and also enabling or giving the second password would be a good decision. As I've seen many various exchangers have been implemented it and there's nothing wrong with it, then, it's fine.
These things should be existed in the future just in order to make sure that clients' account is safe. Better prevention than a cure
4968  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Fake Transactions at Bitcoin Exchanges on: March 15, 2017, 11:11:30 AM
Exchangers are always competing with each other in order to gain as many users as they can and to make it succeed they need to have a good method of marketing and make up a good image for them, it's actually a normal thing happened that it's even existed in real life, just by seeing from this, you can distinguish that the exchangers which use this kind of method are not honest and rather not recommended. So, better to get out from these services I suppose.
4969  Economy / Economics / Re: Passive Income on: March 15, 2017, 11:05:09 AM
Another way is to create a bot that autoclaims from different faucet sites and you can specify the interval time for each website as well. If you don't know how to code and you're going to hire someone to do so, I don't recommend this at all because it will take a while for you before you can ROI for the payment of a coder.

This is recommended when you're at the office and your computer is idle most of the time or you have an extra computer with you that is idle. You don't have to pay at the electricity and at the same time you have stable internet connection. It's not that much money, tbh.

Money from faucets isn't much. Moreover you will get banned from websites for trying to use a bot.
If you do know coding, you can sell that as a service and make much more money
true, the faucet will not be able to replace it. in addition, the faucet will really spend your time. Well, coding indeed provide substantial additional income, but, skill of coding is very difficult to understand, especially for a beginner.
I think the risk of using a bot on the faucet not because banned dude. but the reward at the faucet will you get will not be worth paying a robot to complete a captcha.
That's actually right but some faucets may provide pretty big rewards at the beginning of the release and you can still take advantage of it by using a robot ( I don't recommend it, though) and it's still profitable for you.
Some people even link their account to make some additional profit out of referral rewards and still keeping up using the bots. But still, the time you need for faucet is rather too much that once your accounts were banned, you will lose your money for paying those capthas typer.
4970  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin be used by ordinary citizens? on: March 15, 2017, 10:42:47 AM
Bitcoin doesn't require any qualification or degree for its usage. Anyone can use Bitcoin, as long as they take care of these points:

1. The user must have basic computer knowledge and understanding of the currency and how the transactions work.
2. The user must know how to store coins safely and securely.
3. The user must know how to use Bitcoin payment gateways, if he intends to do online shopping using Bitcoins.
4. The user must be knowledgeable about the local laws and tax implications regarding Bitcoins.
5. The user must remember that the Bitcoin transactions can't be cancelled.
Well, the 4th point, there's actually many people out there who just use bitcoin without even knowing the laws regarding the use of bitcoin and the tax they must pay to the government and until now they're fine unless there are even strict rules released. I think as for now, the 4th point is pretty optional but really recommended for bitcoin users to be educated with it.
4971  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: In what situation would Bitcoin die? on: March 14, 2017, 10:35:00 AM
How and why would the end of bitcoin (and any other cryptocurrency) occur? Value decrease? Legality issues? Different technology/ideas to supersede it?

In my idea about in how bitcoin will gonna die, I think if the internet in the whole world will disappear. Many businesses will get affected on it too if ever that happen. And also if all bitcoin users will disappear and stop using bitcoin in any aspect of its features . And the value of BTC will drop into zero.
yeah bitcoin is depend on internet if internet disappear in the whole world then bitcoin will be die.
However, the situation is unlikely to happen since the internet has been a part of people for many years. People know how to maintain the internet and do their best in order to keep the Internet survive. In general, the Internet can not be destroyed. Therefore, Bitcoin can not be affected by this issue. Altcoin will be the main problem. It can replace Bitcoin Cheesy

When world war III started and there's nuclear explosion everywhere until every technologies destroyed due to its effect and then the whole world would turn out just like when we're as a human being still in the age of stone, then it's possible to be happened.
4972  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: can't load bitcoin "e coin card" on: March 14, 2017, 09:12:45 AM
You should ask this guy https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=409314 or go here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=917350.msg10071873#msg10071873. it's not the right section to ask about the service mentioned above though.
4973  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Have you ever lost BTC from getting infected? on: March 14, 2017, 08:42:00 AM
So far with in a year of using bitcoin I haven't experience this I only used my mobile device or my computer accessing my wallet in a web wallet service and never installed like electrum or any desktop wallet on it. And I'm always careful and doubled check before installing an app in my device if it has malicious program on it.
better to use an online wallet like blockchain or Coinbase I think it would be spared from the virus that might steal your bitcoin
moreover also extremely secure  with online wallet #imo coz I never lose because in dikes
If you think that by using online wallet you will be free from those viruses then you're definitely wrong. This virus can steal data or record what you've submitted to the internet and it's ain't safe even if you're using online wallet. Your internet activity can be recorded once you're infected and it's no different. Also, using online wallets have several problem that cause losing your bitcoins. It's all depend on us as the bitcoin users and owners ourselves to face and prevent this problem.
4974  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Future on: March 14, 2017, 08:35:22 AM
The OP is right. There are not so many sites or projects involving bitcoin. I am not telling its not there. Its there. But not that much. The only reason behind this is bitcoin is not that popular. Nowadays its getting more popular because of its price and more people started using bitcoins. And because of that in near future, we can expect more projects or sites based on bitcoin.
That's right. The projects which involve bitcoin mostly come from the crypto world and it's the kinda normal thing that bitcoin is involved but if you're looking for many projects which are outside this crypto world you'll rarely find some that are involving bitcoin or at least use bitcoin as crowdfunding payment method or any kind of these.
Unfortunately, people still prefer to use Paypal or credit card to invest onto many projects nowaday.
4975  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: To speed up transaction via fiat money is a Shame for Bitcoin on: March 14, 2017, 08:25:30 AM
Well, it's has been discussed in Reddit recently: https://www.reddit.com/r/btc/comments/5xhd1z/btccom_transaction_accelerator/. You're able to accelerate your transaction as long as you can pay the amounts given and then you'll get fast confirmation, even though it's just an optional for bitcoin users but still, it's against what people often said. " low costs for every transaction ". Just my 2 cents.
4976  Economy / Speculation / Re: When will we see $1300 again? on: March 13, 2017, 07:52:25 AM
It's very difficult to tell honestly since we still have the BU vs SegWit concern as of now and the community can't decide which way would be the best way moving forward. Also, we've been falling back from $1275 to $1170 almost each and every day and we are struggling to at least keep some stability in the current times. It might be months from now until we can see $1300 because we're still struggling to find a solid floor from where we're at right now.
well, the price is now actually recovering after the drastic fall due to the rejection of ETF but I guess that it's just a panic selling and after that everything will be fine, bitcoin is now as today has reached 1,218 USD according to satoshindex and it's kinda good move even after the rejection occurred. I will honestly not be surprised if the bitcoin will reach 1,300 dollar easily.
4977  Economy / Economics / Re: Tell me a secret: any way to earn 0.1 BTC per week? on: March 13, 2017, 07:16:54 AM
I would like to know if anyone of you earns 0.1 BTC per week or even more? Is this possible and what is best way to earn it? Your experiences, suggestions and advices are very welcomed.

I guess you can't earn it unless you go all in in jobs and some sidelines in bitcointalk like signature campaign, pursuing bounties in bitcoin forum while your currently working, there is no way that you can't get what you've been wanting.
Only signature campaign will never allow you to earn 0.1 btc in a week as the payouts are not too high and it will also depend on in which campaign you are as there are also some campaigns that have reduced their pay rates due to bitcoin price going higher so I don't think that amount is possible to earn only from signature campaign.
Signature campaign is kinda easy task you need to be done within a week and it's not worth of paid above 0.1 BTC a week. If you're really looking for earning above 0.1 BTC per week then, try to offer you skill as services.
I think that the rewards which are given by signature campaign are pretty fair with the task so it's fine, if you're expecting too much out of it, you're probably just on the wrong pathway.
4978  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The reason why people do not get Bitcoin. on: March 13, 2017, 07:12:28 AM
I think why the did not get bitcoin because they don't know how to use and they most use the bank account or credit card because thehy think that they money are safe because it have security than  bitcoin.
Can't argue that by using services which are offered by banks are definitely safer because it also has an insurance and some kind of it but, it's not safe from the government, the government itself could just seize your money just by freezing your bank account whereas with bitcoin it's definitely impossible unless they have access into your account. If you're kinda good citizen then you're fine.
4979  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The Reason Bitcoin will always be #1 on: March 12, 2017, 05:57:45 AM
Is because the name "Bitcoin" is the best name for a crypto-currency.

No other name will be as good.

I am sure bitcoin's popularity and price is because of the name only. It is because of the path-breaking innovation of block chain technology. Bitcoin is the pioneer crypto currency and the world first known about the block chain technology through the bitcoin only. Being a pioneer, helped bitcoin to scale new heights and not the name. I'm sure there are other cooler names could have been found. But when quality is present in a technology, people never mind the name.
It might that not only the price have made bitcoin number one, and the new technology that it brought to the market played a part in its success, but you can’t deny the fact that the price have made people get more interested in it, because if there is a thing that attracts people is money.
yes i think the facilities that bitcoin is providing us is making it number one currency, i think in future we can hope that bitcoin will be more and more convenient to us. and that is the reason that bitcoin is becoming more and more popular.
Actually, there are some altcoins that are even better than bitcoin and I could honestly say that bitcoin is a bit backwards regarding of its feature if I compare to the altcoins have ever existed. Altcoins are existed to compete for bitcoin means it's supposed to have more features and meanwhile bitcoin is the first cryptocurrency and the first inventor of its feature, the altcoins just developing the features that have already existed to be even better. And it proves that the feature doesn't make the coin number #1, just the people could make it.
Then if  there is altcoin that is existing that is better than bitcoin then why you didn't say its name or share some experience with that altcoin? I believe that the altcoins are just copy cats because they just stole bitcoin's or satoshi nakamoto's idea in bitcoin to be able to create another crypto currency. Just tell us what is the name of the altcoin that you are saying that is better than bitcoin because it will be much appreciated Grin.
I don't want to mention those because it's ain't altcoin discussion. Technology keeps on growing and the older one will always be developed or replaced for better purpose, don't be close minded person, there's so damn much altcoin comparison that's written either in form of discussion or article and yet those altcoins still have its own unique feature that keeps it different from other and indirectly making some sort of border.
And you're definitely wrong generalising that all of the altcoins is copycats of bitcoin whereas there's still some or I could say pretty decent amount of altcoins have been released recently building up its own system from scratch.
Have you seen the difference between ethereum and bitcoin? I guess not.

Note: Bitcoin is open source, there's no such thing as someone stealing satoshi's idea while satoshi himself published the source code and the definition of open source is: nobody owns or controls Bitcoin and everyone can take part.
4980  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it profitable to run a Bitcoin faucet in 2017 on: March 12, 2017, 05:46:47 AM
For me, its not profitable to run bitcoin faucet in 2017 because I think there will be no more people will be  interested on faucet because its very cheap and its wasting much time just by collecting mbtc or satoshi. But if you run a bitcoin faucet that makes attract to people maybe there are some but you didn't profitable but its up to you, we don't know what real happen.

You are 100% wrong. Everyday, thousands, if not tens of thousands of new users are being gained by Bitcoin. Many of these new users try to get their first Satoshis from the faucet sites. If you could maintain a faucet site properly, then you can earn decent amounts of money out of it.
Excuse me? where's the source of data and is it reliable? as far as I know that there are none of the methods until now that is proven to be relevant in order to gain the specific and real amount of new users every day.
Even we're now struggling to know the exact amount of bitcoin users around this planet.
