without building an entirely new coin? doubt it. this coin code is obviously 'special'

well we're killing it. c-cex will pull trading of gas soon. letting everyone know the coin is no good. dev lost out for being a small minded idiot.
We are not here to decide what coin is good or not. The only reason to pull coin from exchange is problems with blockchain/wallet or no trading. GAS wallet and blockchain are good. And there is some trading. So it is always up to traders to decide: trade it or not. Terrible idea. Amateur hour at ccex. Ann thread lists 2.8m pow coins and existing coins are 17m and rising. This is way beyond just being an instamined scam, this should be pulled from c-cex now. it really shouldnt be defended but what can you say. i guess just leave the coin on exchange while dev mines on a hidden blockchain for ever and ever coin will go nowhere. dev forever sell lower than anyone else and give noone a chance to make a profit. probably getting 1million coins per block at difficulty .00001 mining solo on cpu LOL. what we really need is someone release another gascoin with similar setup but without the gimmicks this time. i think maybe we should just make a rule as traders. never buy coins from a newbie dev. just dont do it.

The hack is a very serious setback, but a rollback is certain death for OPAL. The hacker wants money, not 51% to kill OPAL
You can still get money by killing Opal as you dump (or double-spend attack) at the same time. Your logic is flawed. Also please stop referencing 51%, that is for Proof-of-work attacks, not Proof-of-stake, which needs much less. Reading your past posts, you sound like you either are the hacker, or know the hacker based on how hard you're fighting for him to keep his coins. Just my own personal opinion. they sound desperate. 100 bucks theyre the crooks.

it goes without saying i support the rollback as the only solution that really solves the problem faced by opalcoin atm. i had hoped that they wouldve caught this before the thief made off with more coins. if only the 2.7btc dumped on bittrex was all of it we'd be ok for no rollback. but 2.5million is too much and im sure the users will be glad to know that justice will be served by a rollback. hopefully the decision and action can be taken quickly so we can resume trading. i am unable to buy coins from investors who want to sell for cheap atm. lol
rollback is madness ... everyone just needs to get down on their knees, the hacker dumps for a profit, prices crashes momentarily, we all get a facial, we wipe it off, and move on. Important point is the blockchain integrity remains, so confidence is 100%. rollback for this is a slippery slope into centralised oblivion. it's not a fatal hack i dont know who ur trying to sell that "rollback is centralization" garbage but i wont buy it. we take the money back from thieves. opal team provides security to it's investors from largescale theft. no rollback he says. let the thiefs cashout for profit. lmao

damn we had the bot running scared with his coins with some relentless buy pressure before bittrex froze the frikkin market. so we have a network weight problem? i think the dev knows how to handle this so it should be sorted within 24hrs. have a chat with vrc devs if ur stumped.

it was a sweet dump. caught both bottoms great to get back in fibre so cheap after selling at 100k I woke up too late but managed to buy some freebies Cheers i switched to checkup on fibre on bittrex and found something didnt look right. i was like "20k for fibrecoin is this christmas?" lol placed a bid at 19000satoshi and it got filled 1 second later. thanks whoever that was. maybe it was someone rushing to take another opportunity. it happens. after the first buy i didnt have any more free btc on bittrex. tried to send some from other exchanges. that was taking too long. said screw it, bailed some other slower growing investments really quick and luckily caught that 16000satoshi sell just in time.
