let me also suggest, that we have donations for projects done in other currencies besides bc.. and done in btc/ltc etc. as donations in bc would have to be sold down on our order book and provide more "sell-pressure" to convert to btc to convert to fiat.

and kill bc giveaways.. ppl who receive free coins head straight to the dump. those who really want them.. will find a way to obtain them and hold some level of value for them based on the price they paid.

the multipool's failure is a direct result of poor profitability. regardless of multipool comparisons.. i am able to do .01+ btc per mh mining other coins and buying bc manually. this blows out any multipool's profitability currently. so u have to ask yourself, why would i mine a multipool when i can gather more investment power myself.

this has to do with the fact that where multipools go, coins are dumped.. significantly lowering the profitability to mining time because of the multipool's heartless abuse of the chosen coin to mine on their buy order book. i message soepkip/iconic about my concern regarding thisa couple weeks ago i think it was and was assured that measures would be put in place to mitigate it.

but now we have a further problem. as many know crypto is a flowing, moving and changing game. you have to calculate every day and sometimes 4-5 times a day. running a multipool efficiently is hard work. it means calculating and searching for the highest profitability option all day.. searching the markets. im pretty sure the multipool doesnt do this and is as a result re-active to profitable coins rather than pro-active.

i recommend some upgrades for the multipool and more prizes. noone cares about knc miner because they wont win. i believe that will be the general consensus of most miners.. especially small time.

1. give users the ability to stipulate their bid price on the bc orderbook through their account
2. also give them the option to hold certain coins the multipool mines (good coin expected to rise in a couple days will increase individual profitability and investment in bc)
3. multipool owners must keep up to date on new currencies with good potential and investment backing so that they can be added as option in the multipool asap upon being added to an exchange.

i disagree with most here on the power of the multipool. i believe that attracting investors to invest via the multipool is the surest way of gaining investors who will hold for more than a rise from 27k to 30k before they dump/downtrade the margin. i think it is in this communities best interest to make use of the multipool as attractive as possible.. and then make it more attractive. this is our baby.. and i dont think we should give up pioneering further usefulness out of it.

im all for PR on the coin. but maybe we can catch 2 birds with one stone by doing some pr on the multipool. ill voice my opinion once more, that i think multiple cheaper prizes will give hope to many more miners entering and increase the probability in their minds that they might actually win something. think about $10k in prizes given via multipool to loyal miners. this will encourage users never to leave the multipool.

good luck with the wallstreet bid. im not sure how the professionals there would take it. but this whole campaign may have worked alot better if there were already blackcoin atms around so ppl can go buy some blackcoin to put on their empty wallet gifts they just got. meh, i can go on. but i feel like noone listens to me on here and just overlook my posts.. whatever.

i really wish he had with the mention of the cards. im guessing all future cards will also have this special software including the 'first edition'? this information couldve been helpful to increase limited edition orders and in making my decision to buy or wait. otherwise to me it was just the wallet on a flashdrive so i personally didnt get very excited. but thank you for being the first person to recognize my question. i will continue to support and see to getting one of those blackcoin cards at some point. i was more excited about the debitcards. really looking forward to those.

can you please handle this more professionally? i dont see what is wrong with revealing the features of the software. you want more investment for blackcoin and these features are a very good selling point to make your cards stand out.

i've worked in the point of sale industry for years.. so these cards as youve provided information about them arent really special to me. i can make these cards myself with an custom graphics i want.. including "elite edition". with programmable chips.

tell us what is special about the software and you just might get more funding. this is probably the 4th time im asking on this thread. i dont understand the need for secrecy behind the features of the software. wouldnt it be open source anyway?

well i asked this question before.. but if i order now do i still get a limited edition? still not sure im happy about the chip.. will it be forever just be a dud chip or can it be programmed later?? as u can probably tell im purely practical at my core. the card does look nice tho.

i think government acceptance and recognition of crypto-currencies as "property" being written into law is enough to make this viable. this is a product with steady investment and increasing value. if we could make the necessary arrangements with enough merchants we effectively have a method of holding savings with appreciation.. not from cashing out on other buyers.. but from having to use smaller and smaller fractions to pay for the same goods each time around. the opposite of what money does.. with fiat.. today it's 50 cents for a coke, tomorrow it's $3. this is more like, today it's 50 cents.. tomorrow it's 49. it really all depends on the participants.

We are Blackcoin!! Resistance is Futile.

The possibilities are endless with Blackcoin. but today id like to talk about 1 possibility in particular, which i see as the goal of all cryptocoins, but only blackcoin has what it takes to achieve it. Because of Blackcoin's POS feature and that the POW mining stage has been complete. blackcoin is essentially a true stock item. shares are limited and the market is large which tells investors that what we have here can be classified as "a product". but what's this vision? ill get straight to it..

what would happen if we acquired enough merchants around the world to accept blackcoin in such a way that all of our daily requirements could be met with locations that accept blackcoin? groceries, meds, car parts and accessories, restaurants and outlets, books, clothing, farming and dairy products, electronics, furniture, travel and hotels.. the works. would there be any need for fiat? by bringing usd into blackcoin but not taking it back out (since there is no need to) essentially gives the cryptocurrency worth. cashing out removes value from crypto. and i believe it is the goal of every well-meaning cryptocoin and it's community to gain wider acceptance for the very purpose of being used in commerce. otherwise, crypto is just an intangible collector's item. but so is not the case with blackcoin. already forging ahead to be accepted by a wide range of merchants it is that we have a tangible product in our hands.

if we could structure a community and group of merchants in such a way that even the merchants can get their supplies from blackcoin accepting distributors and create a closed loop of currency circulation.. we would essentially have an effective money system which admittedly was originally pumped by fiat. as we move away from bitcoin-pegging, demonstrating independent trading of bitcoin's rises and falls on the graph, many are realizing as investors, they dont have to follow bitcoin's value if they have a 'real product'. if bitcoin's value falls by 50% then all traders do have the right to double the price of their own stock to compensate. and therein lies the vision.

the idea is to begin a "NEVER-SELL" campaign. yes.. we are never going to sell the blackcoins we buy. not for fiat, btc or for any other alt. only to trade for products and services in the real world. get as much as you need and can hold longterm and up-trade the rest with your extra btc/fiat as many wont read this post or choose not to take part in this campaign. what will happen as new investors come on board over time together with the multipool investors? the day-traders get left behind and have to begin trading at higher levels. then we are left with a community of believers owning the coin at $20 each.. and we're still not selling. from there we can set each new buy at a higher price than the previous and take the stock value to $1000 each.. and even at that price.. never cashout. just keep it like a bank and use it among the community for everything. this will ensure that even the distributors can enjoy higher value when they go to use the blackcoin they received as payments for their everyday expenses etc.

please feel free to let me know what you think about this idea/vision for cryptocurrency. if encouraged i will get to work on formulating this closed loop economic system to be used with blackcoin. i could take a list of categories that blackcoin users would like to use their blackcoins for. and see if i can map out a worldwide network of.. Trade. based on supply and demand.. if ud like please post what you'd like to use your blackcoins for in the real world. i personally dont see why we shouldnt start tackling this early.
