http://www.alloscomp.com/bitcoin/calculator

http://bitcoinwisdom.com/bitcoin/difficulty

Hash/sec * seconds/day * blk reward / 2^32 / diff = BTC/day

This is only accurate for the diff window you entered.

63  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: R9 290 problem please help on: January 02, 2014, 12:21:12 AM
A 290 should have 2560 shaders if it is not unlocked.  Try setting TC to multiples or half multiples of that to avoid HW...IDK how people come up with TC numbers, but I know this works on all my Linux rigs.  My 290 is at TC 40960 I 20.
64  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: [WTS]XFX 7950 DD 3GB on: January 02, 2014, 12:09:07 AM
.40BTC US

Already receive local offers that were a bit higher.

A bit...like 1.4BTC  that's a good offer  Tongue

I picked up a pair for .9 so I'll go to .45, but still a hassle for shipping vs local.

68  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: [WTS] 30Ghash Hosted 30 days 0.217BTC $0 hosting costs on: January 01, 2014, 05:19:53 PM

Agreement to lease 30Ghash of sha256 "bitcoin" mining power.

EnJoyThis agrees to pay (Undisclosed)BTC to miaviator in exchange for 30 days of mining power rated at 30Ghash +10%/-5% variance.

TimeFrame:  From 1/1/2014 13:00 EST through 1/30/2014 13:00 EST (delivery may be early depending on payment confirmation)

Terms:
1. miaviator hosts a dedicated miner with 60+Ghash of total mining power using various asics.
2. miaviator will use cgminer --quota to provide the hashing power equivalent to 30Ghash (+10%/-5% variance) to a pool of the buyers choice.
3. miaviator will cover all hosting/electric/cooling/network/hardware maintenance costs.
4. In the event that the miner is unavailable for any reason a refund will be provided to the buyer calculated on an hourly basis (in one hour blocks) based on: contract price / 30 days / 24 hours * hours of downtime = (undisclosed)BTC per hour
5. In the event the buyers pool is unavailable for any reason cgminer will automatically move the mining power to miaviators other pools (which may include other Buyers pools)
6. In order to maintain a "vested interest" in keeping the miner online miaviator will maintain at least the equivalent of the leased mining power (30Ghash) for internal use.
7. The maximum liability for miaviator is limited to the initial purchase price decreasing per hour the purchased ghash are available.
8. Any increase in hashing power will not be considered a breach by either party.
9. Ghash numbers are as reported by cgminer.  The total contract hashing rate is after HW errors are taken into account.  Pool rejects/stales/availability are not considered a decrease in the provided hashing power.

I confirm this agreement.

Thanks for doing business miaviator
69  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: What are the actual good companies out there? on: January 01, 2014, 05:58:56 AM
If you're looking to buy an ASIC with BTC and make more BTC than it cost you, you're chasing unicorns.  Other than first batch Avalon, I don't think any have done this, and none look to any time soon, even if they met their deadlines - which again, none have so far.  Do your own calculations, with your own risk analysis, don't trust the profit calcs.
70  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast announces specs for new ASIC: 400GH/s on: January 01, 2014, 03:40:12 AM

Amount Paid: US$ 36,267.70 (44.5001466 BTC)

Oh if only...many of us were at 60 BTC...
71  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: A call to the Custom Hardware community: Please let the world know about HashFas on: January 01, 2014, 03:19:42 AM

[And now I have to go figure out how to split all this OT stuff out of this thread. ::sigh::]

Is discussing shipping timelines and company communications of custom hardware vendors really OT?
72  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Hashfast Scam Timeline (Do not give hashfast your money) on: January 01, 2014, 03:12:56 AM
I think ScamFast is using puppet accounts to downvote this.

Come people, let's get some more upvotes on this.

Now we're moving from scam accusations to conspiracy theories?

That is not good for the Custom Hardware sub's signal/noise ratio.

Which is why the rules say:

Quote
If you feel you need to investigate a party that has scammed you, take it to the scam accusation sub-forum.

Hey look there you are again, not shipping my miners but harassing the people you robbed.  Earning your paycheck heh, overtime for the holiday?  Sure HF can afford it with all the $ they stole.

Making multiple threads about the same subject is spam.

Well we would be busy with our miners instead if you would have made some.
74  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: A call to the Custom Hardware community: Please let the world know about HashFas on: January 01, 2014, 03:07:45 AM
Lol...well we can't really talk about your custom hardware now can we, since you took all our BTC, lied to us, and gave us nothing.

To avoid wasting people's time avoid bumping threads with pointless +1s, meme images, or "inb4" messages. Silence is golden. If you don't have something substantive to say, please say nothing at all. If you're not sure what the topic of a thread is either don't post in it or only post to ask for clarification.

This thread is about letting people know you haven't provided your custom hardware.  Stop bumping it with useless posts and spend more time shipping.
75  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast launches sales of the Baby Jet on: January 01, 2014, 03:02:40 AM

We did it!! Shipped the first Baby Jets and Sierras today.

Then why did my email not have a tracking number but some big long refund or wait policy instead?
76  Bitcoin / Hardware / Split from: A call to the Custom Hardware community: Please let the world know about HashFas on: January 01, 2014, 02:58:29 AM
If you want to improve things, as a mod you can easily have a positive impact. Abolish all discussion of hardware that hasn't shipped in volume to mining speculation.

I agree that the Custom Hardware sub should be about Custom Hardware, in accordance with Gmaxwell's own rules.

That means Scam Accusations should be moved to the Scam Accusation sub, not left here to lower the signal/noise ratio.

The baseless, now-rubbished "Is HashFast Self-Mining?" thread is a sterling example of why following Gmaxwell's rules is a good idea.

Of course, being both a disgruntled customer and a mod presents an increasingly apparent conflict of interest for him.

Lol...well we can't really talk about your custom hardware now can we, since you took all our BTC, lied to us, and gave us nothing.

Wtf are they shipping if everyone got the we're f ing you email instead of tracking? 1 unit to Luke?
78  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast announces specs for new ASIC: 400GH/s on: January 01, 2014, 01:32:02 AM
Hey HF thanks for giving another US company a bad name.  I'll be buying from non US companies from now on since the US ones are full arrogant lying a holes.
79  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: [WTS] 350Khash scrypt 30 days 0 hosting costs on: December 31, 2013, 09:52:42 PM
Can you be more specific on the terms and details?  I've never seen one of these work before.  Does the winner just give the btc receive address and then can go to middlecoin to monitor that address for payouts?  Seems like that would make sense, then the user/customer could verify the mining speed from the website.

I would guess, winner pays and provides pool info.  Miner is redirected to wherever you want.
80  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast announces specs for new ASIC: 400GH/s on: December 31, 2013, 02:21:27 PM

I can't believe the optimists on here still counting on getting any kind of a reasonable or timely MPP after all of the shit ScamFast has pulled.     Huh Huh
It should be pretty clear at this point that these pricks have no conscience and will screw their customers every way possible.

My guess would be MPP gets magically changed to $ value of unit - at $5600.  Any bets?
