Yes, we don't have a soft cap. Even if we don't reach a hard cap we are not killing our project. The budget and components are planned, assuming that our fundraising efforts will reach the estimated maximum amount. Each manager will set their comission terms. The profit, received as a result of management of the total funds, is shared proportionally between the managers and investors. There are other managing platforms, but they are for classic stock and equity market, they all have brokers and are expensive, together with a lot of bureaucracy, even with electronic and virtual platforms already developed (way better than all hand by hand exchange), now genesis vision is a platform in the blockchain, where the key component is the trustless feature, you don't need to trust the manager or broker, you could put your money in and be safe of being scammed.

Quite right. Let them collect data on movements and coupon payments, transactions, but not personal data.
Data collection is necessary for merchants. The buyer must be able to agree or disagree on data collection. In general, the presence of internal impersonal coupons should preclude the collection of personal data. When such data is collected, it ends with annoying mailing of advertising and spam.

Haha, the ethereum blockchain will not be clogged just because of this ICO. Some ICO's had tremenduous amount of participants and did not clog the network.

I think there will be a standard price and a gas limit like at all other ISO it's 50 gwei and gas limit 200000..

That's the point. Sure, they could go on and just run the ICO now, but better to get the maximum out of it, with enough presence and preperation, even if this means it will take a bit more time.

Correct! Huge company's are only interested in what you do, what you buy and what you want.
They dont need your name or any personal things. They want this so they can send you discount coupons (tokens) for products that you are interested in.
