What's the reason for me to do that? To mine your devfee? Smiley)
To increase your profit. Do you want a 35MHASH bitcore miner? Or do you want a 31MHASH bitcore miner?
The point is that #4 is faster, but it use more power and you need to run with the correct launch configuration.
The point is that it could be faster if you burn your card. Smiley
602  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: CCminer(SP-MOD) Modded NVIDIA Maxwell / Pascal kernels. on: November 16, 2017, 08:15:56 PM
With the same settings and even -i 22 the system goes to reboot after some shares.
Thats because ridiculous frequency changes - even 1568-2164 is reached sometimes.
But these OC are used for all other algos and miners and works perfectly.

That's why I don't overclock Pascal cards by simply inputting +xxx in clocks and setting the powerlimit. It's very easy but also very imprecise. Not to mention downright useless for discussing with other people (and SP regularly exploits it by not saying the actual clocks/voltages but only something like +200 MHz which makes it harder for other users to figure out when we try to assess the actual difference between the free miners and the paid sp mods). When you simply set the max powerlimit and +/- clocks, you allow the GPU to set the clocks and voltages however it sees fit — the only limit being the power limit / TDP. So voltage and clocks jump like crazy, especially with algos like timetravel10.

If you don't want it, adjust these parameters with curves (msi ab and evga precision have this functionality). With curves you have complete control over clocks and voltages. It's more time-consuming to figure out the stable clocks for each card/algo, but a lot more predictable as well since the card will stay at the clock/voltage pair that you set.
Yes I know that. The problem is that it can be done if you have 1-2 rig. But if you have 10-20-100, then you won't do that. May be there is some way to spread setting to all cards?

every algo needs to be tuned differently.

You need to find out why your card is trottleing. Open gpuz and check the perfCap reason. Reboots and freezes is often caused by lack of power or missing powered risers, or that you have to many powered risers on the same cable in the psu. Tune the kernel with one card first. Then add more cards later.

No thanks - free sp2mod is better and faster. But it crashes on some rigs frequently.
604  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: CCminer(SP-MOD) Modded NVIDIA Maxwell / Pascal kernels. on: November 16, 2017, 07:55:18 PM
Something is very wrong with your statements
sp2 => TDP95 ~2000/5054 -i 20 6*1080 = 145Mh/s
sp4 => same OC and -i 20 6*1080 = 135Mh/s - devfee.

The intensities has changed in sp4. (memory usage has been reduced in the kernel code) To run at full speed You need to run with -i 25 and not -i 20. sp4 also need alot of oc on the memory. -500 on mem is slow. +750 is good.
With the same settings and even -i 22 the system goes to reboot after some shares.

sp-mod #1 and #2 are unstable and not supported anymore. #3 and #4 are working fine. Bitcore is using more power than other algos so you need powered risers and bigger psu's. If not you need to run at reduced tdp and intensity, and then you loose hashrate..

Something is very wrong with your statements
sp2 => TDP95 ~2000/5054 -i 20 6*1080 = 145Mh/s
sp4 => same OC and -i 20 6*1080 = 135Mh/s - devfee.
606  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN]Bitcore- BTX - SEGWIT - BLOOM - ONLINE - new virtual fork 1:0.5 of Bitcoin on: November 16, 2017, 05:57:41 PM
No it doesn't match emission rates even with the 25% drop. The original amount was 1,195,602.

so
1,195,602 x 1.03 = 1,231,470.06
1,231,470.06 x 1.03 = 1,268414.1618
1,268,414.1618 x 1.25 = 1,585,517.70225
1,585,517.70225 1.03 = 1,633,083.2333175
1,633,083.2333175 x 1.03 = 1,682,075.73031703

So only 1,682,075.73031703 should be in circulation. Unless the devs broke it in to many smaller wallets for exchange purposes?
Yes, you are completely right. We put the missing coins in some special addresses just for you. We want to sponsor you a reading class so you perhaps are going to be able to read and understand the content of the first post of this thread, especially the part about the new snapshot that was made on 2nd of November.

You don't have to be a dick, I highly doubt every single BTC holder claimed the coin in the span of 14 days at a rate of 1-0.5 btc. I am just noticing the massive shift of coins and I was curious. also https://bitcore.cc/pay.php

Payout = 589548.39443733 BTX for the April snapshot
There's no need to claim the coins. They were directly written to the blockchain to the corresponding addresses, as you could have known if you would have given it just a little effort read the first post of this thread. I'm just getting annoyed, as allegations, like the ones you made implicitly, are a very serious thing.
You can call it whatever you like. But anyway BTC holder need to take some steps to get coins.  Your opponent is trying to say that 70-80% of coins will be lost - (unless BTX will cost XXXX$). Even with todays price minority of btc holders know about BTX.

I am currently mining this coin in yiimp.ccminer.org as I don't have a lot of hash power and so far it's been working out well for me. Some days are better then others but overall I have been doing good. I think this coin has a bright future ahead and will continue to support it as much as I can.

@Dev,

Just like to know if you will consider adding me to the Twitter campaign as I tweet most of your tweets anyway and didn't know there was a campaign for this so if there is a free spot I would like to join

Odd, I don't see XLR on yiimp.
Old XLR Nist5 is mined on yiimp

Another miserable attempt to sell premine to fools.
609  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: 1080Ti Specific - Best mining option on: November 15, 2017, 09:04:31 AM
I see good result with alexis x32 cuda8 miner, my gtx 1080ti gigabyte aorus around 6800mh\s at blake2s and 1400mh\s at keccak. Very effective in some algo. Roll Eyes Memory -500, downvolt with afterburner curve, around 875\1800.

can confirm that!
also this miner very good with C11 (chains, itz), pretty ok with X17 and groestl as well
so if you ask me, it is very close to some SP's miner, but completely free
it is a pity, Alexis stopped his work  Angry

1) Alexis can't mine groestl. Only myr-gr.
2) It is not close - it is the miner sp_ based most his "improvements" on. Usually it is just - take new algo (which is a compilation of older ones) and change those old parts with alexis code - voula - new sp_mod is ready. All "new" algos are like that: Skunk, tribus, phi.
Another way - is some compilation tricks - that's why we see some weird CUDA7 of sp_mods.
Even xevan for nvidia became extremely fast compared to amd because krnlx used alexis x17 as the base.
When sp tried to outperform alexis miner in skein - he just failed to do that.

great coin to mine. I'm hitting arounf 435 kh/s with my R9

Yes the algorithm is easy to mine with the GPU, i pull out like 4.5mh/s with my 1080 GTX. To bad the price is low, maybe with some dedication from the dev and the community the price will go up.

Well I think once the POW ends soon and Boat is fully POS the price might start to go up and even break its ATH as people will then need to buy Boat to start staking. So at this low price I have been stacking as much Boat as I can, for the people mining Boat they can get the best of both worlds by mining and then by earning stakes on the Boat they have just mined. I used to do this very early on when I was mining Boat and now with the stakes that I earned, it has helped build a nice stack of Boat while I wait for the price to increase which I think it will in the long term.
When will people understand that there is no connection with anything and price except hype/fud and/or real development leading to reallife usability of the coin? POS or else has no influence on that. POS/MN/TOR or else are just hypes to increase value in short period. But in long term 99.999% of coins will end at 1sat price and 0 volume because thay are just numbers in the wallet. Noone will need those numbers.
5% POS in nothing special. Do you have SIGT - it is also 5% POS - but noone need it now? Most POS coins give the same or more. What else has BOAT to offer?
You can directly buy something for BTC much less you can buy for several other coins but you cant buy anything for BOAT.

Are you sure it was airdrop?
Yes - it was. Few minutes ago.

why not 100 000 coins per node? seems really strange to me. 10 coins per block and 10 000 per node. someone have to get 1000 blocks and get full value from them to make master node.
Ha ha. Buy these 100K coins from dev's premine. Isn't that clear?
Isn't that evident that it is another VIVO shitclone (INN,DSR). With the same purpose - to sell premine?
613  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Bitcoin Gold : Make Bitcoin Decentralized Again on: November 13, 2017, 11:17:57 AM
So whoever was mining in pool.gold is fucked. And now they did a reset of the pool stats and request a screenshot in order to give you the coins we have lost. How the f are we suppose to give that, when you cleared the fucin stats?

So the only pool that is fucked is the official pool!!! Stupid devs

I received my 5 AERM from the Airdrop. thanks. I'm getting 68mh/s from 4 x GTX 1060 ccminer palginmod
It is very slow. CCminer 2.2.2 does this.

Has anyone managed to compile a Linux wallet yet?

I run Ubtuntu 18.04 LTS and I was able to compile it without any problems. I wouldn't say a problem, but they had the default .config path wrong so I had to change it and then it compiled fine. I got the 5TRC airdrop about an hour after my survey entry.

If everything keeps looking good, I'm thinking about investing a little bit into this "7 day sale" thing before it hits markets.

Glad to hear it.  Would you be willing to share what the fix is and how you do it, if it's easy to explain?
Have you noticed that you are speaking with a man from the future?  Grin

Hey guys,
don't forget that you can check your current profitability for Denarius and compare it to over 20 other coins at:
https://www.crypto-coinz.net/crypto-calculator/
Are you sure that your calculations right? WTM estimates 4 times less.
ZERO also doesn't use equihash algo.

P.S. About DNR- it's better to calculate average diff. Because it showed 4.4$ for 1070 2 minutes later it is 0.7$. (while WTM estimates 1.07$)
