603  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: mining bitcoin getting payout on: January 28, 2015, 06:43:05 PM
it says i have 0.00035 btc ready to payout
i really have 0.00305 btc
how do i get it to my bitcoin wallet
my address to my bitcoin wallet is right
how long it will take until i get my bitcoin that are ready to payout

HI,

i think clevermining offers automatic payout once a week. Or more often if you reach certain amount ... minimum payout is usually around 1 mBTC (0.001 BTC).

Bitcoins should be ready to spend within an hour after you see the transaction (just need few blocks to get confirmed)

Where did u get that OP is talking about clevermining ?

I asked the same thing to my self , I thought I don't see well and I'am just halucinating xD
Check his poll that makes no sense , he says Clevermining there .

Check the top of thread, there is POLL

EDIT

it says i have 0.00035 btc ready to payout
i really have 0.00305 btc
how do i get it to my bitcoin wallet
my address to my bitcoin wallet is right
how long it will take until i get my bitcoin that are ready to payout

Where it says that , I don't get it to be honest .
Are you using any Cloud mining company? give us more informations so we can help you out to solve your problem

EDIT : Give more informations on the thread , just saw that you made a poll which make no sense .

i'm using clevermining.com from my win 8.1 app bitcoin minier look here my address

I affraid you won't get paid. You have to reach at least 0.0001 BTC IMO

...
1) I have read somewhere that after 100 transactions the poolkey/adress change in wallet etc... I cant remember the exact name. Does this also effect the paperwallet?

I dont fully understand what you mean by poolkey. Maybe you mean the seed (from which are all addresses generated)? In this case no, this seed remains unchanged for eternity and there is no limit (of 100 or whatever) transactions in single addy, nevertheless its much better to always use new addy.

Quote
2) if you get 1000 small amounts in your paperwallet, once you want to sweep the wallet will the fee be higher? if yes, how higher?

Could be a problem in future to sent these bitcoins out.
TL:DR - Yes, be aware of this, fee could grow very high (half of balance).  Check the formula at wiki/Transaction_fees and read the bold.

I had a same issue in the past ... used single addy for all my mining, testing various pools, companies, buying small contracts .... A BIG MISTAKE.
Had around 300 transactions in single addy, but only 0.02 BTC in total. When i want to send them out, the fee was more than half. Sweep to blockchain.info didnt work (too many transactions).
This was year ago, when BTC price was high, so I was looking for any way to avoid high fee and to take all the coins out took me whole month.

When sending larger amounts you can add these small dust transactions without raising the fee ... like sneak them in.
So whenever I made a bigger transaction (from different addy in same wallet) I add a small amount of BTC (usually sum of 5 or 8 transactions)  - you need to have wallet which can do this, I used armory.
This way reduced total number of transactions to less than 200 and then sweep to blockchain.info worked. This all cost me 0.0001 BTC and lot of time.

Question 3)

Is there any downside if you let the pool payout every hour instead of every let say 6 hours? Because I can imagine that if you let payout everyhour, after a month there is a huge transaction in your wallet. So once you want to spend it, you pay a lot of fees.... am I right?

Setting hourly payout is not a good idea, especially for small amounts. Should avoid keeping many small transactions. Check my answer #2.
606  Bitcoin / Electrum / Re: how do I create multiple wallets on electrum. on: January 16, 2015, 09:54:09 PM
go FILE/new/restore

P.S you can have multiple wallets (no need to delete old one, they can be all at same place) but only one of them can be open at the time.
607  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Faucet asks BTC signature on: January 14, 2015, 08:15:44 PM
Why faucet want signature? I think that are not necessery for faucet

To sing addy is necessary for pass recover ... you have to prove you are owner of address (and no just somebody who knows your address)
608  Economy / Services / Re: Can someone teach me how to make an animated gif banner? on: January 09, 2015, 06:01:28 PM
I made a good one by using html5maker  : http://html5maker.com/#/

After everything, I found that I can only get them in html format or swf format. Plus they got a Powered by html5maker on the bottom of the banner making it look really stupid.

I don't have Photoshop or Adobe Flash Professional, etc. installed on the computer.

How do I make a proper gif banner? Can I do the animation effects?

How complex banner you want?

Simple banners can be made using GIMP2 (free). You just put pictures into layers over each other and make gif (slide show). Easy for making text banners, but complex animations are time consuming and final picture can be quite big. Its real amateurish work, and you have to draw (made picture) of every frame.
This way i made btcrock banner.

To convert swf to gif you need to get install some app. search google, perhaps there is online converter.
609  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Confused Newbie on: January 09, 2015, 05:06:18 PM
What is a faucet? I still am confused as to what wallet is and it makes money and does it have to be financed or do I just use my key on these other options?

Faucet is general nomenclature for website giving you small amount of bitcoins (satoshis) after solving a captcha. This webs earns money from ad place and part of this income they are giving to their visitors.

Wallet is just place to store your BTC (like regular wallet) and no it does not have to be financed, its free of charge .... Wallet can be empty.
Only if you want to send bicoins you have to pay fee (this is the only cost).
610  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Confused Newbie on: January 09, 2015, 04:53:27 PM
I'm newbie to bitcoins and I'm totally confused. One thing I don't understand is how do I start making bitcoins? Do I have to finance it? If so, how? Any other answers would be greatly appreciated! Huh

Welcome aboard. This is one of the most frequently asked question and answers are.

1 - Mining - you have to invest into mining device and the profitability is questionable at the moment. Do some calc before entering.
2 - Income from ad - this is for for webmasters. Some sites are paying bitcoins for banner view etc. (coinurl, bitmedia, coinadvert, bitclix, adbit...)
3 - Signature campaign (rent your signature space) - after some while you will reach member level and you can participate. more info here
4 - Offer your skills - are you coder, designer, writer or can you translate? look around forum "marketplace/services" section
5 - Faucets - easy but very limited income, no special skills required
6 - involve bitcoins in your bussiness (if you are running any)
7 - Giveaways & promoactions - this is most easy, you will get some registration bonus, but usually you have to invest to be able to withdraw.

Hope this helps you a little.

wallet is not synced ... wait till green "online" appears at bottom left.

For how long has you wallet been offline? Sync could take quite time, maybe you can use bootstrap.

BTW what a terrible imghosting ... it took almost minute to load Smiley
612  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: The Best way into/out of Bitcoin, any unusual ways on: January 06, 2015, 07:07:37 PM
Aim: This is just to see whats out there and any better ways to do it,

1a> What do you think is the best site for buying Bitcoin online and offline too?

1b> What are the advantages /disadvantages or each?

1c> Any unusual ways?

Background

I tend to use localbitcoins secured ESCROW quality sellers, very fast transaction and release time.

Localbitcoins is always a good choice but where are you from?

1a
Im located in Europe and not a high volume trader, but I was very satisfied with localbitcoins as all of my trades went smooth.  Once i have used a btc-e but now there is to much issues about so better avoid them. I was not able to pass bitstamp authorization, otherwise would possibly use them but now most used is bitstock (mainly because they support my national currency and EUR).Also thinking about cex.
Regarding US users I heard the best is coinbase but can't judge.

1b
Localbitcoins:
A - Worldwide (lots of currencies), quick registration & trade, safe (when using good ranked traders)
D - usually higher price (and lower for sellers) then other exchanges

Bitstock:
A - safe (sending and receiving bitcoins to own address), quick deposit (instant when using given bank),
D - only CZK and EUR, not so many traders

1c
this forum "Market section" , use an escrow
buy a physical wallet with bitcoins (silverwallet...)
ATMs
use money to buy stuff and sell it for BTC

and if you are looking for very unusual way to get out just donate some charity, faucet or make a giveaway thread.

BTW good idea, Im looking forward other opinions.

614  Economy / Games and rounds / Re: Tutorial - Start Your Own Faucet! on: December 23, 2014, 10:58:34 PM
Who will use faucet with 15 satoshi every hour?

My guess: BOTs (if any) only Smiley
615  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Question About Address on: December 23, 2014, 09:24:09 PM
you can  generate addy with any required sign (even word) at beginning.

But more special signs you want the more you will pay for that.

Check more details about vanity address
616  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: A question about BTC on: December 21, 2014, 08:09:32 AM
Hey people. Today I had a couple of dollars in my pocket, and I stopped to think how easy it is to work with dollars compared to BTC. I mean, you can count $25.1 really easily in units and cents, while with BTC you have to get the long decimal 0.07739. Of course this is not a problem for most people in these forums who work with BTC, but when BTC becomes viral (if it succeeds) it would be a little pain for common people to check their transactions like that...

My question is, why was each BTC made to be worth so much? is it something about the way it's coded that doesn't let you make more BTC than the 21 million there are? would've it been possible for BTC to be valued like dollars or other currencies? I don't know so much about the technical system behind BTC so...

Thanks Smiley

Hi, try using miliBitcoins-mBTC) or microBitcoins-μBTC (microbitcoins are also known as BITs)

yes, max count of 21 million is given by the code but bitcoin price not .... price is affected by supply and demand like all other valuables.
Of course 21 million border has certain price impact also, but I think its minor now.
617  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: New AD webpage idea on: December 16, 2014, 07:01:35 AM
Hey guys, I have a nice idea for an advertise web ... you know, like: bring viewers to customer website. Customer will pay and the viewer will  also get something ... just like faucet for the viewer

Im Looking for trusted members, programmers to discuss this. Anyone interested? PM please.

just want some profit share...perhaps cooperation with the project development but Im not a programmer, thats the catch.
Thanks

Would it be something like an ad rotator with a faucet or ?

Yea, sort of.  Its like regular faucet for visitors, and auction for customers (it can be similar to adbit.co)

HYIPs are profitable for owner and early adopters only. When the owner earns enough money he just take your money and run away. So be careful.
620  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: is anybody here using CEX.IO for mining on: December 12, 2014, 09:37:24 PM
only for mining is not a good idea. But if you have skills and luck you can made profit by trading Ghs and other currencies..
