601  Local / Off-Topic (India) / Re: [Indian Edition] How did you come up with your username? on: November 27, 2019, 12:56:15 PM
I already replied this in the main thread, but there is nothing special with my name, it is my real name and if i am able to change that i might do so, but then unless i say that is my name no one is going to figure that out too Cheesy. While registering i did not think twice about having a alias name and hence i used my name.

Currently Pakistan 13th time in Australia they already lost 9 time and draw 3 mean they never won any series in Australia.
So it shows that Pakistan won just 4 matches in Australia and the last win was in 1995/96 season and it is a very long time since they tasted victory and it is highly unlikely they will win a match anytime soon with the team they are having and even the world class bowlers could not give them the win because their batsman usually fail in green tracks and all the Asian countries was having this issue but India is playing better now.

Hamilton is good place for pace bowlers but right now New Zealand is in very good form and their bowling and batting are much superior then Visitors so I am not feeling they can do any resistance this is going to be one sided and New Zealand is going to win this series by 2 - 0 very easily.
The problem with England is that their main player in Test is Joe Root and he has not performed well in the past few matches and so is the reason you see that England is struggling and on the other hand the New Zealand players are in good form and Jofra Archer their main bowler did not have any impact in the match and he just took one wicket in the entire match and that is not what England was expecting from him.

Was he talking about Sreesanth? Because I remember Gavaskar badmouthing him very regularly. One thing that I don't like about Gavaskar is that he tends to be very biased towards players from Maharashtra. For him, players such as Ajinkya Rahane and Kedar Jadhav are legendary, but at the same time Ravindra Jadeja and Cheteshwar Pujara are very average.
Gavaskar used to be very vocal when the players show aggressive behavior in the pitch as the words he used to say is that it will destroy the spirit of the game and when he was playing he never cared about that as he punched and threw bat at players when he disapproves with umpire decision and the members who knew that history will laugh at all these comments, it is natural that he will hype and support players from Maharashtra. I still remember these people were mocking Jadeja for the number of triple centuries he scored in domestic matches when he was making his debut as if he got into the team because of luck.

Pakistani bowlers are relatively inexperienced and they had no previous experience of playing in Australia. They could have arrived a few days earlier and played a few more warm up matches to get acclimatized with the conditions. Anyway, lets see how they perform during the second test. Their morale is going to be low, but a few early wickets can change that.
I have not seen Pakistan defeating Australia even when they had world class bowlers like Akram, Akthar and Waqar Younis because their batsman always fails them, i am not sure about the win percentage they have in Australia but i am sure it is pretty low, the present team is much younger and there is no way they will trouble the Australian batsman and their bowling is lethal to any top teams and Pakistan will find it difficult to face them.

Manjrekar and Harsha is well experienced with their commentary and its expected to have different opinions from them. I think the visibility issues will decrease day by day when cricketers will play with pink ball from their academy cricket to local leagues.
The visibility issue or the issue in seeing a pink ball coming at your rather than the white and red balls. If it is simply a color issue it will be sorted out as every player will be facing them for the first time.

There is no doubt that Manju was always an over-rated individual. He was a below average player, who somehow found a slot in the playing XI, thanks to his connections. And surprisingly he has now become a regular in the commentary panel, despite his poor language skills and lack of enthusiasm. There is no doubt that Harsha is much better than Manju.
There are some below average players that are sitting in the commentary booth and give out opinions and while they were playing they were not even that good and they like to critic, i have heard Gavaskar giving his opinion when some players show some aggressiveness in the playing field and during his playing days Gavaskar got involved in many fights with players and umpires and even stopped matches and those people come out and criticize, Manjrekar is not even an entertaining commentator and yet he is making a ton of money doing this gig.
607  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The UFC Info and Prediction Thread on: November 24, 2019, 05:19:57 PM
Getting tired of this this Nick talking about not happy with Jorge "baptizing" his baby brother Nate.
For the Nate clan everyone is their enemy and they will challenge him once again and even Nick Diaz will come out of retirement to fight Jorge Masvidal or Conor McGregor. The Diaz brothers are the real super stars but the UFC never gave them the big stages they deserved until recently with Nate and Nick headlined some cards in the past and he is not fighting after the suspension he got for weed which is crazy.

I speculate that his return fight might be versus Francis Ngannou.
Rumble Johnson and Francis Ngannou are a dream match but i do not think that we will see that in the return fight.
608  Economy / Speculation / Re: Devastating signal: bear market, 6.4k support, 12.4 resistance on: November 24, 2019, 04:20:22 PM
At least the OP has open our eyes that $6k-$7k is now in the radar and I do hope that with this warning, traders specially newbies will learn and adjust their strategy. To be fair, there are a lot of TA's floating around months ago that we are in the entering a bearish trend, but that artificial pump (because of China news) put that on hold, but now we are back and this is the reality, no more artificial pump.
Now the support of 6,4K support seems real as the market is floating around 7k and it is not looking great as the market can go down further from this stage and for the market to break a couple of support level is alarming in a normal market but i am just guessing how the market will end this year.

First inning fifer Ishant
Second inning fifer Umesh
2 mins silence for Indian spinners...
The fast bowlers were really brutal as two of the Bangladesh players are injured Liton Das in the first innings and Mahmudullah in the second innings and this is the first time i am seeing the fast bowlers dominating in Indian pitches and the spinners does not have any role in the entire match and the day night match was interesting and hopefully we will see more matches like this in the future.

610  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: November 24, 2019, 01:21:09 PM
No matter what indian selectors are doing and which team members they are selecting, the main thing is that India is winning in all forms of cricket and that is what matter most. The win by the Indians will stop all the pointing fingers on selection of the team.
Even with the selected team, i am sure India will easily win against the West Indian T20 team.
There is no doubt that India will win the series against West Indies with the bowling and the batting power India has but in the series the West Indies is bringing back their specialist players and hence it will be a really good contest. When you are selecting a players and not giving a chance to play he is not gaining any experience, they should allow the player to play a couple of matches if they are selected rather than warming the bench.

612  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bitcoin: Long term prediction. on: November 22, 2019, 05:30:06 PM
For the long term it's clear that the price of bitcoin will improve by remembering that halving will happen next year, but for the short term we must first correct whether this bearish will continue to $ 6000? I'm not expecting Bitcoin at the end of this month and the chart shows that the resistance will go up.
Since you are claiming that the resistance will go up does that mean that the price of bitcoin will take a long time to breach the current resistance level, i am not looking at the technical details nor any chart simply because the market is relatively new and you cannot have an accurate prediction on how the market will go, you can make any number of prediction on how the market will move in the future but it all depends upon the investments coming in and the trust level each and every investor has on the market.
613  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Altcoins or Bitcoin? on: November 22, 2019, 04:50:52 PM
I don't know what use of altcoins is increasing, but from what I see a lot of people are complaining about the price of ETH and slow development of ETH, people don't want to settle for the fact that the price of ETH may never go back above $900. eventually no one will use BCH... If we look at the long run we have:

4,843 altcoins, these altcoins are competing with each other, which means they will have to compete a lot and few of them will survive in that market.
The truth is that the shit coins are competing with each and there are still people trusting the ETH market because apart from bitcoin ETH market rallied a lot when the token projects starts appearing and majority are still in that flux thinking that the ETH market will rise once again but they forget a fact that the token market is done and dusted for majority of the part and if you are looking for the long run the only coin you can trust is bitcoin.
614  Economy / Economics / Re: finding investors on: November 22, 2019, 04:18:53 PM
it is very difecult to find lot or big number of investors  for businesse by internet . i think this good that investors know now lot about internet and they are aware from lot of fake sites because . for example fake icos that already happend past two years at latest and lot of fake business with crypto
The token market created a monster, if there were legit businesses without any scams it would have been a revelation as many projects got many investors through the magic of ETH but the problem is that majority of the investors never got their returns and it is really difficult to trust a decentralized anon market and now you will not get many investors unless you are a reputable team.
615  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Test Cricket Prediction and Discussion Thread [self - mod] on: November 22, 2019, 11:46:52 AM
Now 1 wicket down for India, Fellas anyone want to predict anything  Grin
The ball might swing in the evening and it all depends upon how well the Bangladesh bowlers are going to take advantage of the pitch and condition, but one things i did not understand is that when Liton Das was injured another player came out to bat who was not in the team, when did this rule changed as they start allowing substitute players and Mehidy Hasan came out to bat, so if Liton Das gets better whether he will be allowed back in the team to play or Mehidy Hasan will continue.
616  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Dogecoin about to Make a Comeback? on: November 21, 2019, 06:51:20 PM
Agree, although Dogecoin is not stable, the price reflects the stability of prices in the market. Seeing the value of transactions over time that has continued to increase, I think Dogecoin can potentially be above 50 sats. Doge is one of my favorite coins because it is quick to transact and also has low cost
The price is almost stable and the most important aspect is that there is not much volatility in the market like the rest of the coin and the number of coins in circulation is really high and hence i am not expecting any huge rally in the market but the transaction speed and the charges are really low and so is ther reason you will find many people interested in dogecoin, if the entire altcoin market rallies expect the price of doge going up with it.
617  Local / India / Re: FAQs Regarding Bitcoin's Status in India | Newbie's guide on: November 19, 2019, 07:01:14 PM
~snip
But an OCI cannot claim the rights of an Indian citizen. An OCI status acknowledges that you are an Indian by giving you residential rights but it doesn't acknowledge you as a citizen because you are Overseas citizen.
I am sorry for derailing the topic, i am sorry what rights are you talking about, i am a NRI for years and when i return to India what benefit i will be getting from the government, 1000 INR per month as pension and that too every 3 to 4 months you will get that in your account, no health benefits and what rights are you talking about, casting a vote  Roll Eyes.  I am getting all the benefits of the Canadian government as i am a tax paying citizen here and the pension is around $1000 CAD per month and i have all the health benefits as well, what benefits the government offers in India for all the retired citizens after paying all the taxes, can you explain that to me.
618  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin $400,000 (?) on: November 19, 2019, 05:38:56 PM
These predictions will all come true at some point. The big question is "when".

With an on going printing of Fiat paper money the prediction is bound to come true. (Of course as long as the adoption of bitcoin stays the same or rises significantly higher in the future)
If you look at the scaling solution of bitcoin, it was not meant for a wider adoption and people are not tech savvy to understand everything about lightning network and have a massive adoption and hence the question about when the price would increase depends upon when the developers can find a solution for a good scaling model so that you can have a million transaction and without those solution thinking about higher valuation is fruitless.
619  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: be careful with projects that offer you great prizes, that is not a guarantee of on: November 19, 2019, 05:09:34 PM
In the crypto sphere, any projects that offer a guaranteed income are bullshit since the market is volatile and we only have a small portion of the world's population that has interacted with crypto which means it would be hard for a new project to drive demand for their coin or token unless they have a reliable and effective marketing strategies.
These marketing strategies consist of lying and fake guarantees that they will provide huge bounty prizes to lure people to advertise their project and in the end they run away with the money and we have seen that time and again and even the shitty campaign managers supports those fake narratives in the past and that definitely had an impact on the view of all the token projects, majority wanted to make a quick profit and even though the projects are not convincing they usually invest to sell when there is a pump and that too died off as scammers took over the market. Legit projects with legit team does not want any promotion, they will get seed funds.
620  Local / India / Re: FAQs Regarding Bitcoin's Status in India | Newbie's guide on: November 19, 2019, 03:56:16 PM
You mixing up the terms citizenship and residency. Indian Constitution doesn't allow dual-citizenship. But you can have residency anywhere in the world. Just because you are residing/ having a residency in a country doesn't mean that you are a citizen of that country. Many Billionaires have residency in several countries, which doesn't affect their citizenship in anyway.
There is an option called Overseas Citizen of India and i hold dual citizenship and having two passports, i migrated to Canada and i am having Indian and Canadian passport and citizenship, so the idea of it is not possible is not entirely true, but according to constitutional rights i am not an Indian citizen as i am not able to cast a vote but i have life long multiple entry visa to India, so technically i might not be Indian but i can do everything i was doing earlier and i can settle back to India and still earn the Canadian pension and perks Tongue.
