621  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Nonito Donaire vs Alejandro Santiago for WBC bantamweight title on: July 08, 2023, 11:59:31 AM
Unlike in the 80's, maybe the era for most of us here who started to watch boxing. And then we see those legendary fights, even trilogy just to settle the score. Now it's a totally different era. And we really don't know who is really the best in the division unless they face each other.
The world has really changed; everything now is only about the money. Well, boxing is a form of entertainment, and those who entertain the people get paid. So, it's understandable that some boxers would evade opponents they think are hard to beat. That way, they can stay in the business for a long time and continue to make money. Nowadays, pride has already been replaced with price.
That would be missed for sure and good thing that we saw those great fights rather on what we see these days. The only thing that matters to be honest was the gambling part considering most who's watching these fights do tend to gamble on their favorites. I think I can understand if a fighter doesn't the other one if they're strong but to fight an opponent just for the sake of money even if it isn't worth a fight to watch is really too lousy.
I think maganda na from gambling sites > mixer > unknown secondary wallet address/es > gcrypto/coins.ph wallet address. Hindi ko alam kung hassle ang ganitong proseso pero if you're into anonymity naman mas secure mo nalang details mo.
623  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will another ETF be immediately bullish for Bitcoin? on: July 08, 2023, 04:37:06 AM
Mr gary seems dont like the bitcoin etf
He really is, I wonder if he steps down and we will be able to see a spot Bitcoin ETF, maybe in the coming years. There's still time left before these recent filings expires and it's still up to September the next year and if approved by ser Gary even one filings that would be very bullish for the whole market, no doubt. We even see the sentiment gearing up even if it's just still a filing, how much more when it's within investor's grasp? Too bullish.
624  Economy / Gambling / Re: Some poker terminologies you may want to know on: July 08, 2023, 03:25:03 AM
Actually I heard these terminologies whenever I play poker but never know on what it was, especially the other terminologies that are new to me. We often heard of the word "ante", "big/small blind" and pot whenever we play on the table but the other terminologies surely came from your opponents or other players or often if we watch it on TV. Thanks for this list OP.
625  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: BRC-69 tokens, a new standard in Bitcoin on: July 07, 2023, 12:24:01 PM
Looks like another way to drain retail investor's pocket. Not gonna lie but this doesn't differentiate from BRC-20 and it doesn't have that future in the space, they have but just likely not that great. I think BRCs should be left out, the network would be thankful if these founders will end this scheme.
626  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: July 07, 2023, 05:57:15 AM
Not sure if this is worth something to discuss here, hehehe,

https://twitter.com/SportsLine/status/1677084397764333570

There were reports that Wemby's security or body guard or whatever you call it, assaulted Britney Spears.

It's not even the start of the season, and yet he is in a controversy already. And for sure Wemby's detractors and haters are going to used this one to picture him as someone is not approachable.
Looks like it has been deleted by the poster and likely been involve on Wemby's camp for it to be deleted. I don't think it has weight if they will just make some argument about how his bodyguards behave, it's not like he's at fault on that. The controversy will fade and it's not really about him so for a week there will be no talk about it already.
627  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Discussion - Being an Active Poster in the Gambling Board on: July 06, 2023, 04:43:13 PM
  • Has being an active participant in the gambling section helped you develop more effective strategies for winning bets?
  • Has it aided you in overcoming gambling addiction (if you were addicted) or developing healthier gambling habits?
  • Have you noticed an overall improvement in your gambling experiences?
• No, I don't think so. I think I develop more of it especially on sports betting if you'll research it yourself outside of the forum, evaluate those research on your own as well.
• I'm not addicted so it doesn't matter, I'll just bet with my usual self.
• I think yes considering there are a lot of good threads and responses here to check to. Though I do my research outside of this forum, I still think some of of replies of the OG here will make a difference.
628  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Referral bonuses are waste of time on: July 06, 2023, 03:02:42 PM
I have seen some people that have only one down as affiliate marketers and they are not making any attempt to make any improvement to that situation,  this could be the reason why some people see affiliates as a waste of time.
I think you're on point to that considering being an affiliate means you need to have good connections across most industries. What I mean on across industries is that anywhere you'll find a gambler, they might not be seen on their physique but we have lots of gamblers. These days to be an affiliate means you need to try all platforms where you will need those links, you'll never know who you might end up convincing.
629  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Larry Fink of the day, Larry Fink of today on: July 06, 2023, 11:27:19 AM
They're just conservative at that time I guess and didn't have enough education and experience in the market that they said that thing I guess. Well, they are in FOMO I guess that they are eyeing this industry already, besides, it's a good thing for crypto as long as they're bullish in it. But, I think I won't doubt if they will change their views once again.
630  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Have you been threaten to stop gambling on: July 06, 2023, 06:10:05 AM
It's unfortunate to hear about your friend's situation with his wife discovering his gambling habits. Sometimes, such revelations can lead to difficult conversations and tough decisions in relationships.
Man, there's always a problem in relationship because you're married with someone who have it's own mind, not to mention you're also need to face her parents and families which is you need to deal with many people personalities.

Usually a women and her family would allow her husband bad habit e.g. gambling, alcohol, night party, drunk etc if he can give a lot money. That's why money is a big matter to make your life easier and make your life happier.
For those who say money can't buy happiness that's when they wrong, you can be happy gambling but make sure your family is supported so they wouldn't turn on you, sometimes that discomfort when you hear them rant was the unluckiness you get. I mean, it's difficult to be honest especially if it will lead to serious issues but gambling shouldn't be hidden especially to your spouse, they can understand for sure just don't make a habit that you loss a fortune regularly on that and has hidden debts as well.
631  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Virtual bug? on: July 06, 2023, 12:27:13 AM
In a matter of minutes? I think that's cheating on the casino's side if not other else. I could see it as such but if it's a virtual game that could be possible. Aren't this part of your NDA if you have worked for them? Well, good to know that one but for me it's likely a UI issue if in just a couple of minutes there has been change in score.
I don't know if they done extensive research pero hindi rin ako sang-ayon sa napili nilang blockchain technology partner, there are a lot of red flags for BSV at isa pa rito ay ano nalang ang ihahatid nilang vision at counsel sa government natin considering they still have that narrative na ang "BSV ay ang true vision ni Satoshi", which on my opinion na mali.
633  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: July 04, 2023, 03:42:49 PM
This is an anticipated event, and everyone is excited to know where Lillard will land. He has been a Blazer for his entire career, but now he has witnessed the limitations of the organization. Therefore, leaving the Blazers is timely, especially since Lillard is still healthy and capable of helping a team win a championship.
Too bad for the Blazers that they are about to lose their prodigy, but as the game of basketball in the NBA, teams should also consider their player's dreams wherever they want to be. Liliard is such a huge asset and therefore, the Heat will be giving them a huge offer that could give them assurance for their team also. That's right, as what the latest news said, he doesn't have any plan to stay in the Blazers. Instead, he wanted to be traded to Miami Heat as soon as possible.  Let's see what it would be like to have Dame in Miami this time.
I think the organization will understand if they can't meet what Lillard needs or he wanted to have another team that will may bring him on what others trying to achieve, NBA championship. Just being real, the organization didn't give him the best players that would surround him and he give all his best to bring the franchise in its best. I think he'd gonna be traded but would likely not come cheap to what team he may landed.

635  Economy / Gambling / Re: What other gambling sites offers free bitcoins like freebitco on: July 04, 2023, 12:23:20 PM
I would say freebitco.in is the best faucet site that still running today. In the past the reward there for every faucet was high compared to now, it wouldn't make a cent for a day unless you're really into it and waiting 24/7. It's likely a thing of the past but now I don't think there are people that still monitoring it unless they're using a bot.
636  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: what is the best strategy Trading configuration on: July 03, 2023, 06:57:21 PM
Hard to tell if you want to utilize the bot you're subscribe at or just wanted to hear other opinions. You can actually use both but for me it's still your strategy that matters in the long run and not because of a bot that you stumble upon scrolling on any social media platforms. Find strategy that suits your best interest and trust me that wouldn't be the best one out there but still you're learning something that you can rely on.
637  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: DISCUSSION-How hard is it to beat a sportsbook? on: July 03, 2023, 04:49:00 PM
Hi guys,
I just want to start a discussion here regarding the topic how hard is it to beat sportsbook.
As a sucessfull bettor for over a decade, I want to state that nowadays it's much harder than in past decade. The whole market changed, majority of sportsbooks became "soft" with low limits and quick limiting of account.
Well, they likely to have these measures because they learn from the past and this is likely that mitigating things are their priorities. I don't think that kind of soft but you probably have meaning on that but I think limitations are maintain due to casinos adhering on the rules set from where they get their licenses. Change is constant and casinos aren't an exception to this, this has been made and I know conservative folks out there are having a culture shock.
638  Economy / Speculation / Re: Less than 300 days left to halving - price predictions for The Day? on: July 02, 2023, 09:07:33 PM
I think it wouldn't touch the all time high yet during the halving day maybe it will be around $45-$50k and then we will just go up. At 300 days there are a lot of things that may happen but if we aren't yet finished the accumulation phase then it's likely we will just be in this zone for a long time, ranging $30k-$45k and for me that isn't a bad thing at all if you want to prepare the next bull run.
639  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: July 02, 2023, 03:48:28 PM
Looks like the Lakers are on a resigning spree as they have just announced that Austin Reeves has been signed to a 4-year deal for over 50 million dollars. If that’s correct, then I think the Lakers did a pretty good job of keeping the guys they should keep and at low enough contract rates for them to possibly be able to make some moves next year.
Happy for Reaves. It looks like this is the first big contract of his career, and I think he will be able to get a bigger contract in the future because he obviously has great potential.
Overall it's good that the Lakers' management has decided to re-sign some guys as well as sign some new guys. Although I think the Lakers need to find a couple more big guys who can at least partially replace Davis if he gets injured again.
That's good for him tbh and he earned it for what he have done for the team in this recent season. I think re-signing Rui Hachimura was a huge step for the Los Angeles Lakers too considering he can have big shots at biggest moments and he can be used to defend as well, though I think he got a hard time doing that to Jokic. Among the unrestricted free agent centers right now, I think Mason Plumlee is the best for them to have if they want huge guys.
640  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Minimum Age to gamble on: July 01, 2023, 09:20:31 PM
Yes, the gambling sites have our age data through the KYC documents. Do they ever restrict anyone who is underage to not to gamble?
Also, if we find any site allowing minors to gamble, can legal action be taken against them?
I guess they are but I think only if they are being watched by the authority but for sure there are casinos out there that might be allowing minors to gamble even if for sure it is prohibited. Online casinos should be difficult to track though but for sure there's is something out in the shadows that minors gambles and sites that allows it.
