1621  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How would you prefer your casino reward? on: August 23, 2022, 02:22:10 PM
For being practical, I think direct deposit is best but having free spins that you don't have control over is fine too. The thing with free spins is that you still gambling when in fact you want someone to keep your rewards like money or something like cryptocurrency (e.g. Bitcoin, Ethereum, etc.)

1623  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: August 23, 2022, 05:05:32 AM
Many didn't feel him during the last season. He really has to redeem himself and get back in shape for this season.
Because some critics are finding a way to criticize the Lakers. That treatment to Westbrook isn't that harsh when he was playing in Houston Rocket and Washington Wizards. There are just of people who don't like Lakers and Lebron James that's why these people are finding a way to always throw a bad impression at the whole Lakers. There are lots of issues that the Lakers faced but didn't highlight.

Anthony Davis, an injury prone, didn't even receive some backlash for being soft. Westbrook can't carry a team while AD and LBJ are not present.
More like it, but his performance in Lakers was really tough this past season and that's why they criticize that much. In terms of Lebron's haters, it's countless and most of the stuff that throws at him is if he's probably the GOAT whatsoever which even if who NBA player in the past and present doesn't care at all, they can vote for themselves but they have their own GOAT too.
1624  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The digital ID for Gambling on: August 22, 2022, 08:36:47 PM
From the government point of view this sounds like a good idea, as some of you have alreadysuggested this does not only restrict access to glambing to children but also it is a measure against tax evasion and money laundry.

However, when comes to preventing children from gambling this ID will not be an ultimate solution, people tend to underestimate kids and teen's intellegence when comes to avoid filters and rules. Will this ID prevent teens from using a VPN and signing up on KYC-free gambling websites? I doubt it.

Not mentioning the fact this could be also an attack against one's privacy.
Exactly, this is not a solution considering how huge scams to be perpetuating anywhere like manifestation of documents. This can be easily access with just people who are willing to get paid for such kind of activity. The solution is starts in the home, parents should monitor their child/ren, if there's something weird going on they should be the one to know that.

I have a plan to buy 10,000 Doge coin but at the same time I cant take my eye of Fantom, if you are in my shoe which one would you go for and why? Also has anyone heard about doge chain project? A friend talked about this and I want to ask.
A no brainer for me is to pick Dogecoin. It wouldn't set an eye for Vitalik to continue supporting the foundation, he even donated for about $1 billion in ETH to prove that he's into it. Well, the thing is that you'll decide for it after all but I'm just giving you a clue.
1626  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Influence of "Paid" Streamers on Online gambling..... on: August 21, 2022, 06:03:01 PM
Most paid streamers are those who has a decent number of followers so there is a big chance to attract more players to come to the casino.
The effect of paid streamers in online gambling is absolutely good for the casino as it can be considered to be one of the most effective strategy to attract more players.
I'd say for about 5k or such will be enough for a streamer to be paid for the views, I mean if the streamer want to do some kind of bounty stuff to whoever shares on every required media platform will get paid. That's more than enough to get some traction or traffic in the gambling space, and as far as I can tell this will be the case even in the near decade since new streamers are flocking in the industry.
1627  Economy / Gambling / Re: Rollbit.com | Crypto's Most Rewarding Casino 👑 on: August 21, 2022, 03:57:03 PM
But its really amazing that some people can afford to bet a huge amount even without assurance to win. Imagine the value of whale's bet for average gambler can be considered a jackpot already. Oh well, they're lucky to live as well-off and gambling is a kind of entertainment for them to kill time.
Gambling was never meant to make money in the first place so there is nothing wrong to those whale gamblers that spend huge amount of money like it's nothing because it won't hurt them financially even if they lose it.

You should not be jealous to them and don't treat gambling as a way to increase your income or else you will just end up ruining your life.
I think not at all times, some whales are likely in it as well. It's like expanding your portfolio, we may think they are just in it for the leisure but we may never know considering how huge the industry is now, and the competition to get more crypto these days is getting crazy. It's getting fast and fast, was likely they're into a FOMO state too.
1628  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Touching the life of random poor kids with all my 3wks campaign BTC on: August 21, 2022, 02:03:35 PM
These examples of yours are truly blissful, especially to those kids who have been given such offers. Maybe, it's little but it touches truly their hearts, hope someday that will bear some fruits of what you did to them. There has been some kind of charity around here but I am opting out of it as an option considering the past charities we've had here get a lot of concern.

I admire those prints and the quotations, short but quick to understand too.
1629  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Portfolio on: August 20, 2022, 09:42:47 PM
I think that's a great way to diversify a portfolio but investment like this one on altcoins should be focused to mid term timeframe because most of the altcoins in the market are having short lived life of pumps. When it's time to corrections, they suffer a heavy amount of losses.
1630  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Either Bitcoin will end or we will be at the peak of inflation on: August 20, 2022, 09:23:03 PM
Either Bitcoin will end or we will be at the peak of inflation where hourly wages will be million of dollars in upcoming years due to the circumstances we will face, The global wealth which is currently 518T might reach to100kT at the end of 2030. It is possible that we can see Shiba Inu coin to be traded against USD at 1:1 ratio.
I think it's not Bitcoin that will end rather it will be Shiba Inu token. It's not that impossible if Bitcoin crashing since market gets exhausted and with the noise now from the general market, it wasn't that a surprised that it nosedive. The most ridiculous speculation crypto space have seen so far I guess.
1631  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: List of psychological tricks that casinos use. on: August 20, 2022, 01:47:09 PM
For number 2 on the list in the article for traditional casinos, seems can't be done in online casinos since there's predetermined clock in our phones. I think the future of online casinos are to be hyper realistic that people may think we're still in the physical setting and I think the Metaverse is the key to this success.
1632  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH Sentiment Poll for August on: August 20, 2022, 07:36:13 AM
For Ethereum, the news sentiment is bullish, because there is important news regarding the Ethereum Merge,
it looks like Ethereum has increased to almost touch $2k, but the sentiment from Bitcoin is still very bearish,
this caused a dump, and Ethereum failed to break its heavy resistance at $2k
Here we go again, you don't even looking on the price history of a coin before you reply in a discussion? Ethereum for God's sake has touched and even above $2k just a few days ago. Next time feel free to research first before you reply to a discussion.

The luck of ETH is that somehow people still continue to believe in this altcoin and that is why the price of ETH in relation to bitcoin is at 0.07 BTC and thanks to this price that ETH is still above 1400$ even when the price of bitcoin drops a lot
It's still about the merge that keeps Ethereum hanging in these levels and I think it will continue to hold until the outcome from it.
1633  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Influence of "Paid" Streamers on Online gambling..... on: August 19, 2022, 02:20:35 PM
Aren't paid streamers has something pinned on their live video with something like the logo of a casino? Maybe gambling streamers are just doing it for affiliate or something that will try their referral links, after all there are folks out there that are still searching for gambling contents. Maybe with sheer luck they'll get noticed and support them, even just one can make a difference over it.
There's money to be made in affiliate marketing, especially in casino-based affiliates, you only need at least 5 whales to make a lot of money without doing much work its the best residual income, the majority of casinos offer a percentage on deposits and more incentives coming from your referred actions and betting results, streamers are good in referring people because they are performer and artist and they are good at convincing people, I've seen some streamers who are very excited on what they are doing, they have to do this to compel their viewers to join through their affiliate links.
Yeah I get that but I think when it comes to getting people it will be credited to streamers as they are the one that has more reach and with just a simple ads on noticeable platforms like YouTube, Twitch, Discord for gambling, it's huge. I think second to get people on the platform are through contests and bounties or are they even top to get more people?

1635  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH Sentiment Poll for August on: August 19, 2022, 09:43:33 AM
For an Ethereum class, it could actually easily touch $2000 if the response to the market is much more positive, especially the more aggressive market focused on Bitcoin so that it will automatically give a little boost to Ethereum. This sounds positive, especially after the Ethereum 2.0 update clearly gives a little hope that it doesn't rule out the possibility of the end of the month being above $2000.
You didn't even look at the chart -- it did break $2k, 3 times in the last 3 days... These are our 'Hero Members'  Roll Eyes
Didn't look out the chart nor read previous messages from this very thread, exhilarating kind of stuff tbh.

The price already went $2k recently, it should be able to bounce again to that level in a few days knowing there is a good response to the announcement made about the merge which could happen earlier than Sept 15th.
It's clear that the market has been exhausted and that it was overbought during the touchdown at $2k so this correction is something expected, I guess. I think the merge isn't the thing to look out for here but the fork as well, it's been the talk in town especially in Twitter and YouTube. I saw someone labeling it as a disaster and potentially that could affect Ether's price.
1636  Economy / Speculation / Re: Buy coins at 17k weeks ago could be the best time to buy on: August 19, 2022, 01:00:03 AM
You might get another chance at this rate, we pull back to the 30 day average.  Seems we have stalled in recent nice uptrend and have to find support nearby or like retrace further the wider action since the June bottom price.   I did think we were alot more positive but that has to be proven not assumed to be correct.
Till we beat the recent high and hold it as a low presume neutral at best as the ongoing status for BTC progress.   We move about 2k lower if not holding here I think is a fair downside target.
As far as I'm concern in the general market overall that has still an effect to the crypto space itself, a further downside is expected. I wouldn't be surprised if $20k is still a thing if the price wouldn't hold in this level. What if this is a double bottom? What do y'all think?
1637  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Will You Turn Down Your Old Friend on: August 18, 2022, 09:47:36 PM
THIS IS THE SITUATION: You are undergoing treatment for gambling addiction for two months already and only your family knows it, then one day one of your long-time buddies who you used to accompany to gamble in casinos wants to treat you for a night in a casino, and you have not seen each other for a very long time and he just want to reminisce old times.
Will you turn him down or agree to go to the casino for old time's sake.
Turn him down, it's not that bad to tell him that you're changing and it's the only way to not get back on what you use to be. You can still try to reminisce old times without gambling  in the table, there are plenty of ways to get in touch. I'd rather say a moderate drink will be enough to reminisce those days with him.
1638  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Best Price To Buy Ethereum on: August 18, 2022, 03:00:40 PM
Ethereum was dumped down to 950$ in latest Bear market and now it's trading 2x from that price. My question is , what is best price to buy ? Buy now or wait to down 600$?
What makes you think it will go down to that level, at $600? I think that's ridiculous after it rebounded 50% then goes down to -70%. I think the time for buying will come before the merge and it's this time but as always not a financial advice, we never know what will happen since there are huge institutions that aren't that favor in a PoS Ethereum.

If you ask me that question my answer will be for you is , don't believe on these kinds of websites who are giving this kind of signal. Because now most of the case those signal provider provided signal for dollar. My advise will be for you that gain your knowledge about those sports where you wanna gamble and invest there and rely on websites
They're just the same as those groups that giving predictions, they'll start for free then at the end they'll charge you for something in return, more just like a trial. Be careful in these schemes, likely all of them are not to be trusted. You just want confirmation on what you believe to be honest, so why not trust your own instinct and judgement on sport predictions, am I right?
Yes, that's correct. It's like they give that information away for free and wait until you get addicted to waiting for more information.
And once they feel that you're getting attached to their info, they'll start billing you for a monthly subscription fee.
If you don't want to pay, they'll be fine but you've seen what they offer, encouraging you to try their service by paying a subscription fee.
We'd better rethink if we want to join a group or read such offers because not all provide information for free and it's better if we look for the info ourselves and learn to trust our instincts and judgment.
If you don't want to pay, you'll be restricted on the premium stuffs or be limited on what can you see on their daily/weekly/monthly share of informations. I think it can be learnt, it can be observed on how to master the art of prediction or to master sports betting in general. Of course, that will take a lot of time and effort to be on the pro level where you can really profit over time.
