622  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: No Alternatives to Directbet? on: May 22, 2017, 12:54:56 PM
Is there any explanation why they suddenly closed their site? I believe casino site is really profitable and site like directbet will always get some profit in the end and also they have really good traffic. But why they suddenly closing it? Any information about this? Because I check on their main thread nothing was explained there

It looks like someone has forced them to close the site otherwise there was need of closing this site. They had a good traffic and also had a good reputation in this forum and many people have trusted this site. With so much of good things, no one will close the site so suddenly. Maybe later they may provide more details for closing this site. People who were using their wallet service should withdraw money ASAP.

Today best are very slow and need to wait for few seconds to see the results after placing a bet. Is it only me seeing this slow bets or others also having this issue?

After pressing bet the rolling will keep turning for few seconds then the only result will appear. I even restart my PC and verified a couple of times still seeing a same slow betting issue. It looks like the server is slow down.
624  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum Spike? Any news? Just conference related... on: May 22, 2017, 09:17:32 AM
They announced 80 odd companies joining EEA and there are more to come apparently.

In last two to three days it has gone up almost 100$. It is nice profit and whoever owns more of this coins will surely make more profit than having bitcoin in near to longer term. Since bitcoin fee also went up so many smaller transactions also will be done using these altcoins. I'm just having around 10 of these coins and will keep it for another one to two years.
625  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Create a Waves Platform Wallet.Lease your Tokens and get Rewarded.Trade on DEX. on: May 22, 2017, 08:16:55 AM
Your post is quite clear but I want to know is this leasing address 3P4MRJvttkghWsXxGZ61kqd2M79GtLujoey same for everyone?

How does it work? means how they make a profit from these waves when these waves are still under our control and in our wallet?

626  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How do you decide on lottery/keno /bingo numbers? on: May 21, 2017, 04:32:27 AM
I make predictions based on the past numbers played and the machine numbers played in a particular week and so I workout the possibile likely numbers to play especially when a number follows a plan or pattern.

I never waste my time on doing all these calculation because in the lottery there are plenty of permutation and combinations which we can't full fill. So just to try my luck, on the spot I will decide some random number and buy it with a very small amount. Anyway, we all know these lotteries can win only if one is lucky so I will not waste my time to do calculations.
627  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is more risky. Sport or casino bets ? on: May 21, 2017, 04:28:48 AM
I find the casino bets are a bit more risky as with sports bets you have a lot of different options and way s to choose your bets on predicting the outcome.
Which is a lot more leeway then if you were to just play a casino game like roulette or poker.

Even in sports betting many matches are fixed so you can't just guess based on their past performance all the matches. So as per me both casino bets and other skill based games bets are almost have same risks. So in gambling, there are no such things called no risk. Better always gamble with a small amount and enjoy your games.

Regarding that alleged Bitsler hacked with leaked username/passwords its most likely not Bitsler since I have never joined Bitsler and I am getting unauthorized login attempts with various bitcoin related websites.

Luckily I used different passwords for each site so I am not too concerned; plus I always use 2FA. And most of my holdings are in Cold storage but this is to warn everybody to change their passwords and enable 2FA.

As long as you enable 2fa function then hacker can't login into your account. So it is must everyone before depositing your money to any gambling site or any other sites must enable that security 2fa feature to protect your account. But if you don't enable 2fa function then must change your passwords immediately.
629  Economy / Gambling / Re: BEWARE - FortuneJack on: May 21, 2017, 03:56:07 AM
give it a little bit of time , your screenshots aren't showing any thing suspicious
most of casinos do the same thing , but since you are a VIP " as you are claiming " it's a shame that they are taking time to process a 2 btc profit withdrawal

Fortunejack for quite some time they are no more providing instant withdrawal facility whether it is the small or big amount. But it looks like only for few member they may be sending instant and don't know what basis they are deciding that part. I too had same issues of waiting few hours to receive less than 01BTC. They will surely send money but they should remove that instant withdrawal statement from their website otherwise it is considered as a cheating.
630  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: RANSOMWARE impact on: May 21, 2017, 01:24:32 AM
I think the bitcoin will fall because of RANSOMWARE,it is impossible/Difficult to track who did this and in futur Bitcoins will be considered as a motivation mean for such act
Bitcoin is not going to fall for such a small thing, this creates bad publicity of course, but think of it this way, windows machines are prone to get virus unlike mac and Linux machines and yet people keep using windows despite all the disadvantages, bitcoin will be the same, bitcoin will be used for bad stuff but most people will use it for good.

But many people who don't know about the bitcoins with this incident it has created a bad impression about the bitcoin in those people mind. Even many of my friends were also talking that bitcoins shouldn't be allowed in any countries because mostly used in these kinds of bad things. It is quite hard to explain to those people.
631  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How many people are asking you about Bitcoin now? on: May 21, 2017, 01:15:12 AM
No one. If I tell people about Bitcoin, won't last long until the wrong people ask me about it(federal revenue, scammers, crooks, etc...). I prefer to keep a low profile

After recent ransomware attack, worldwide bitcoins has created a bad impression about bitcoin on those people who still don't know about bitcoins. Because those people now thinking that bitcoins are using only for these kinds of illegal activities and it is not safe to invest in bitcoins. Some of my friends was discussing these thinks and they are not worried about how much it has grown in short term,
632  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Do you see alts have chances against Bitcoins? on: May 21, 2017, 01:10:52 AM
We are see some altcoins getting very close to cross the market value of bitcoin, but with a huge difference in the price, and well there are some altcoins that can replace bitcoin, since they have what crypto always wanted, fast transactions and low fees.

Today I paid $1+ fee to send $4.4 to someone. Not bitcoins are no more attractive to send smaller payments so soon or later some other altcoins will pick up for these smaller transactions. I see the potential in ETH. I was using all the while XAPO for sending smaller transaction and didn't notice the pain but today they started charging fee for all transactions and noticed this high fee too expensive and it is worst than Paypal fees now. I paid almost 20% fee for this transaction.
633  Economy / Gambling / Re: Happy Birthday Primedice!! [4 Years] on: May 20, 2017, 05:06:56 AM
A long history is made by primedice serving the users with trust through the bitcoin usage. Hope the success story continues for a longer time. Now the competence have increased as the dice and Casinos functioning on bitcoin have increased much in number.
So far so goo. PrimeDice is still number one Dice service provider out there - we can see statistics here: https://dicesites.com/
New Dice sites might be more advanced and offer interesting options (instant deposits based on confidence level, investing option, jackpots)
but PrimeDice is probably the most trusted Bitcoin gambling platform, and trust is the best asset you can have in this business.

Happy Birthday, PrimeDice.
Not just those feature has the other site. You can also played with altcoin on them and there are people suggesting it to pd but I guess it's no need to add such feature, btc to play with is enough.

Since now transaction fees went so high for bitcoins so some of the smaller players don't want to waste their money in fee so they may want to play with other altcoins which can reduce their transaction fee and save more coins for those players. I think primedice need to seriously consider adding at least another one alt-coin which is having a lesser fee and faster transactions.

Those are the good reasons to consider to introduce altcoin gambling on PD. But if the site is still having the same traffic or more traffic with bitcoins then they may not be interested in adding another coin. Nowadays bitcoin transactions take a lot of time to confirm if you don't pay the premium transaction fee.

this has been suggested a lot of times before in this topic and i still don't know why they have not yet added any altcoins to their sites (last time i checked).

this was actually one of the reasons i went to find other dice sites that had altcoin betting option, not that i play a lot of dice but just to test some and dump some of my altcoins like Doge.

p.s. for some reason i though PD was a lot older Smiley

Yes, they may lose many players particularly now because bitcoin prices went up so high. If you want to play with dogecoin then you can consider bitsler site because they allow playing a dice game with doge coins. But PD is the best site for dice and they should consider introducing some altcoins.
634  Economy / Gambling / Re: ▂▃▅▆█ BITSLER █▆▅▃▂ 9 BILLIONS bets Promotion🎁 50% affiliation promotion 🎁 on: May 20, 2017, 05:02:47 AM
It looks like this site has reached 8 billion bets quite fast and from 8 billion to reach 9th one taking a lot of time. This is just my observation and do you guys also feeling same?

It looks like the attack on the site has reduced the bets for some time.

Indeed it takes longer time for the 9th milestone but I think it is not only because of the attack, I guess the attack does not really affect players to bet. Other reasons could be the recent btc price that makes people thinks twice to gamble. Also Bitsler has done maintenance several times after the 8th, of course it is also reducing the number of bets. But it has reached more than half to the 9th, still big number of bets imho.

I too think because of bitcoin's price went up so high quite fast so many people may think many times to go for gambling. But the good thing with bitsler is they also allow another two altcoins to gamble like with ETH and Doge coins. Actually, the site was not attacked but some users last their user id and passwords by providing details to the wrong site.
635  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Pros and Cons of these Coins on: May 20, 2017, 04:57:26 AM
In this list, I have invested only in four of them like ETH, Litecoin, NEX and waves and rest of them don't know how much worth to invest. I also invested on IOTA for very long term perspective like one to two years time. ETH looks the best choice for now because it is going to be the second most used cryptocurrency after bitcoin.
636  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: So I look for interesting alt coins to invest and I find Sexcoin (?) on: May 20, 2017, 04:51:39 AM
Sex coin is not a bad coin to collect it has maintained value over the years. I think it deserves more attention then it gets and I am quite shocked it doesn't receive more. Low volume coin. Dev is active though but he needs to run some promos to attract people I am not sure that many people even have heard of it yet never mind read the Ann.

I never heard about this coin until I see this thread. We have so many already known good coins then why one will go to these unknown coins to invest and wait forever to see profits from their investments. It is better to invest in top 10 altcoins to make some good profit.
637  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: Freebitco.in as a wallet? on: May 19, 2017, 07:59:46 AM
i will not trust that site as my wallet, we don't have any access to their wallet they only third party who can stole our money without any announcement lol, freebitco.in is only faucet to get small bitcoin so i don't think it will good to be a wallet

That is correct. They are started to investing money in mining business so all these stored coins they may move to that business and we all know how risky mining business. Even though we are not directly involved in mining but if site losses big amount then surely it will impact on all the users. Also, it is gambling site so not recommended to keep your coins on any gambling site. Don't fall on those small interest they offer on your coins, just keep your coins with you safely.
638  Economy / Economics / Re: Selling Bitcoin = Opportunity loss?! on: May 19, 2017, 07:54:29 AM
The volatility is unpredictable, It can be dumped so hard. but selling your bitcoin will never give a result into the loss.

Assumed if the price get dump and you can try to buy back on the lower price. that's why to sell on the price will not actually bring you another loss.

No one can tell accurately when to buy and sell any product not only just bitcoins. So you should learn to book profits now and then and some coins you can keep it for long term price appreciation. Because if you don't set a target then you will never sell them and always expecting more and more profit. Because we know that our mind never satisfied and always want more and more money.
639  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: why people use dice bot? on: May 19, 2017, 07:39:58 AM
Those who are not confident will definitely use the bot. They are afraid of financial pressure and losses.
Because gambling is not something that can be ascertained. Gambling entirely relies on a fortune.

That's true. I am not confident enough while betting with manual method. I changed my base bet very often especially when I met long red streaks. Sometimes I missed a good opportunity because of it. Hence I prefer to use dice bot or automatic roll.

I don't use bots to play dice because of two reasons. I'm playing this game for fun so if I use bot then I will not get any fun. Secondly, I'm good in controlling my bets manually so I prefer to go with manual instead of auto betting. Each session I maximum play around 15 to 20 minutes and never played more that dice game. Even though I miss opportunities sometimes but most of the time I can save bigger losses from dice bots so I prefer manual betting over bots betting.
640  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Favorite type of gambling? on: May 19, 2017, 07:35:21 AM
I love gambling on sports and especially on the game of cricket and tennis where you always have an opportunity to adjust the bets and make some money and it is surely better then casino games where everything is dependent only on luck.

I too like betting small amounts on cricket matches sometimes only, not every match. Tennis never tried to bet because I'm good in guessing cricket matches then tennis. Also, I like to play dice game sometimes whenever I'm bored. You should play these games only to enjoy your free time and don't try to make a quick buck because these are very risky games including sports betting.
