I think using AMD 14.6 or 14.7, instead of 14.9, substantially helps hashrate.

Wolf0,

I know your .cl mod works with AMD 14.9 but it also works with earlier versions, and is faster, too.

I tried AMD 14.9 and got 137.5kH from a 7970 with the Stilt BIOS at I13 gpuclock 1000 memclock 1500 g 2 worksize 48
when I uninstalled it and went back to AMD 14.6 I got 156.7kH (that is substantial)

another rig that I have with 7970's  that runs AMD 14.7rc1 gets 156.4kH (not much difference)

interestingly, I cannot get the 280x's to match the 7970's, the 7970's are beating them,
280x's are getting 152.8kH, even if I bump up the gpuclocks

LOL!  Nevermind.  I found it.  I copied your .cl file to the wrong folder.

I can confirm that this .cl file works with 14.9, too.

Kudos, dude!

p.s. it also works with 14.6 and 14.7
HD7970 at 1050/1500 avg. 117.5
280x at 1050/1500 avg. 115

compile windows ? version

Download my CL file, delete your bins, and replace the existing CL file - it will work, as that's all I've changed.

I have tried out some new configurations using your new .cl file and can confirm it works with 14.9 drivers.

Thanks for your work on this!

Wouldn't work for me with 14.7 so upgrading to 14.9 now.

Nope, nothing but HW errors, must be something else wrong.  win7-64, 8mb, HD7970s, amd 14.9,
Code:
setx GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT 100
setx GPU_USE_SYNC_OBJECTS 1
del *.bin
cgminer.exe --neoscrypt -o stratum+tcp://ftceu.nut2pools.com:5567 -u USERNAME.1 -p PASSWORD -I 13 -w 64 -g 1 --gpu-memclock 1500 --gpu-engine 1050

any ideas?

Huh   one guy got
above 5.7MH/s stable with my 280X on X11, using a kernel I heavily modified.
290X is getting 6.5MH/s at (almost) stock clocks, that is, 1000/1500.
7950 pulling around 4.87MH/s at 1120/1500.
And 270X getting 3.53MH/s at 1150/1500.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=623409.1560

who knows to get it?

Not me.  Would love to know.

Patrike, I am attempting to install the latest Awesome Miner Remote Service.  I have completely uninstalled the previous version.
Using Win 7-64.  The installation hangs as it is attempting to start services it then has a popup that says that the IntelliBreeze Software Maintenance Service failed to start.  Please advise.
I will try to reproduce this problem and get back to you. Is the Windows user you are running as an Administrator?

Yes

When using a conf file for the miner, what parameter should "--no-extranonce" be?
?

"device" : "0",
"extranonce" : "false",
"intensity" : "18",

?

"no-extranonce" : true,

Patrike,
I tried to do the upgrade. to v1.06.  I clicked yes, it seems to be downloading something, the program shuts down and then nothing.  Next time I start the awesome miner it is still v. 1.05.
Win 7-64 currently using v1.05.  Please advise.

Yes, that is what I had in mind.  I'll look into Script API.  Thanks!
The Script API might be a bit difficult to use unless you are used to C# development.

You will find more information, and including the source code for the Awesome Profit Switching script here:
http://www.awesomeminer.com/help/script.aspx

At some point I was planning to do the development of this new script for stopping low profit miners, but it may not be the next few weeks because of many other feature requests.

Thanks, I look forward to your new features.
653  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [Awesome Miner] - Powerful Windows GUI to manage and monitor Cgminer & Sgminer on: August 21, 2014, 05:01:08 PM
A feature I would like to see would be one that turns off the miners if a certain value per miner is not being reached.
If this is already possible please elaborate.
Is the idea to stop the miner if the profitability is lower than a specified number of BTC/1MH/day? And start the mining again if the profitability get higher? That feature is currently not available, but is fully possible to develop using the existing Script API for Awesome Miner. It will however only work for Managed Miners, not for external ASIC's for example.

I had similar requests before, and this is good input to future development.

Yes, that is what I had in mind.  I'll look into Script API.  Thanks!

Great program, looks really neat. I have a question, I have miners scattered in various locations around my state (3 GPU rigs, and 4 antminers) and it looks like this program would fit the bill for managing them all from my home computer, but how do I set up the miners seeing as they are all on different networks and what is needed exactly to talk to the miners? Port forwarding? External Static IP's? DYN DNS?

Thanks

try a VPN like logmein hamachi

I don't see my address in the to be paid array:

Sys5Db55ib7AEhvy47Vsc3JddV2RA452ab

I post daily, I visit this thread daily, my signature is correct.  Signature.today regularly reports me as status accepted.
I don't know what else I can do.

I took a video, http://screencast-o-matic.com/watch/c2jIbFnsCO
here you can see system actually works.
I apply some fixes now and tomorrow we will see results.
Will those users who did not receive the last 2 payments get 3 in total to catch up ?
No but system did not pay coins, so system will pay coins when properly crawling member profiles, i applied fixes system should better crawl profiles.
LOL
Great so from 800 registered users only a 50+ got their rewards and the rest is simply screw you Huh

No, not screw you.  Just wait until tomorrow...like yesterday. LOL!

Well, clearly your system does not work properly.
2 days now no payment.
If you can't make system that works then do it manually.

Agreed.

Let me repeat the rules you may be triggered one of them
1- You changes signature less than 24 hours before the last payment
2- You did not login past 48 hours. (in active)
3- You did not post in all bitcointalk last 7 days. (You simple logginer)

There is slight change the issue related with my settings i reverted all so should not be cause for tomorrows payment.

I did all of the above and still you didn't pay me.

I smell bullshit.
