641  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [Auction] 1 x Roll of Loaded Satori Poker Chips (48 Hour Auction-Let's Go!) on: March 23, 2018, 10:46:02 PM
The chance of any more Satoris being made is almost zero and a lot of collectors want them.

Expecting this to go for over 0.1 question is by how much:)

@AT101ET perhaps time to lock this thread. Thanks again for a great auction.
646  Economy / Collectibles / Re: Satori IS***** CLOSING***** IMPORTANT NOTICE !!!!! on: March 23, 2018, 02:54:00 PM
Will have to be another country than China or Japan. BTCC already gone and Satori speculatively shutting down due to high cost of meeting Japan's AML/KYC requirements. What are the bitcoin friendly countries with the manufacturing capability for chips already in place? There is a void to be filled some entrepreneur may step up to the challenge.

Same here but I would not hold my breath. They appear to be moving on to vending machines that can accept Bitcoin.
648  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [48hr Flash Auction] Full Satori Roll! on: March 23, 2018, 01:59:17 PM
Out of curiosit, what is the face value of the roll?

0.025

These 25 chip rolls used to sell for about .035 - .038 no longer looks like 0.1 is the floor and will probably go higher. Great auction!
649  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [WTS] Satori Roll #473 potentially a 1 of 4 (out of 500+) roll on: March 23, 2018, 02:46:22 AM
.04

Not even close these are going for 0.1 BTC now:) Satori stopped production, no stock for sale and the latest auction today was for 0.102.

This is an odd roll by all accounts.  I originally made a post here in attempts to find information about this oddball: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2870477.msg29481012#msg29481012

to little avail.

Thus, Ive ever seen an oddity like this make its way to sale, so I have no set price and thus am taking offers. Feel free to PM offers or post in thread.  All bidding done in btc. Payments accepted in LTC, BTC, SYS, VTC.  Any partial or full trade offers for other loaded items also welcome.

Happy haggling!

In the thread quoted you stated you opened the sleeve (not a big deal) so did the serial numbers match the sleeve or not? Very curious to know.

I have a supplier currently looking into producing these https://imgur.com/bpP2Ggw for me in a clear, soft silicone material https://imgur.com/rgJJ0HT

Looks good and great idea with soft silicone

Yes no concerns with scratching looking forward to production hope all goes well.

Well the letter changes my mind certainly. What a shame, but Moto seems determined to come back but how long that takes is unknown.

660  Other / Archival / Re: [ENDED] 1 x 2013 Lealana Silver Dime - ANACS MS68 - #825 Serial number on: March 21, 2018, 09:16:03 PM
Curious just checked the Encyclopedia says 490 black minted so what is with the 825 serial number? Did they just use 1 - 2000 irrespective of black or green? Still a great coin!

From MJ's post of Lealana mintage thread:

Quote
The ser 1 coins were to ea have a printed serial number on ea, ranging from #1-500. To further complicate things, of the original 500 numbered holograms, Lealana ended up using some of the upper number holograms for some of the Ser 2 green label coins. The black writing on the 500 ser 1 coins is contained on the private key label visible underneath the hologram thru the "window", which is what makes them a ser 1 coin and assures authenticity of ser 1 coins.
Therefore, you will see Ser 1, black label coins ranging from 1-10,000 on the serial numbers. (even though only 500 were made and only a few hundred or less were known to be released.)  We consider the "low" number coins to be the rarest as they are from the intended 1-500 hologram stock. The upper numbers in the 501-10,000 range are still very rare and still Ser 1 black label from the orig 500 made.

Sorry for so much info, but it seemed to make more sense when put all together. Smiley

Thanks I scanned MJ's thread but missed that:(
