i talk with wayki chain direction and we decrease weekly posts to 20
because they not love spam and they are serius project
First, good to hear that you managed to talk them into decreasing weekly posts to 20, but I am not so sure about the other part, that they do not like spam. On the contrary, they even hired bumping service to promote their project, and that is worst kind of spam you can get, I reported dozens of their spam posts few months ago, others probably did the same thing as well. You can read more about it in this thread that was started by zasad@
New Shill farm: 11 accounts connected

They kept opening new threads with various news, and sock puppet accounts were promoting them. Most of those ANNs have been reported and deleted. Well, at least they gave up on those bumping services and decided to promote themselves through signature campaign.

Dvije moje prijave, ko i inace

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5241796.msg54255763#msg54255763

How yes no.

6425  Local / Hrvatski (Croatian) / Re: regulushr ban on: April 20, 2020, 07:01:49 PM

6426  Other / Off-topic / Re: [POLL] Which browser do you use for bitcointalk? on: April 20, 2020, 02:47:44 PM
90% of the time Firefox+VPN (Express VPN)
10% of the time Brave +VPN, mostly while on the mobile phone.

I was using almost exclusively Brave for a few months, just to check it out and it was a fine browser but in the end I reverted back to Firefox that I've used for many years now (my primary browser since 2005 I think).
6427  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [SCAM] CXC token and AK mining new Ponzi scheme PLUS TOKEN 2 ? on: April 20, 2020, 10:14:31 AM
Personally i don't buy that 180k BTC claim, it seems like a bait to me, they will say just about anything to get people's money. In that cryptoslate article you linked they think the  same thing, that number is heavily inflated. But i wouldn't be surprised if real number is few hundred/few thousands BTC, and that still makes it pretty big and successful scam, that should be stopped before more people get sucked into it.  Same tactic is used by bunch of shit ICOs where they claim to raise millions of USD, but without any proof.
6428  Economy / Reputation / Re: [LIST] ANN threads that are using bumping services on: April 19, 2020, 08:26:23 PM
Three new announcement threads added to the list today:

1.[MASS] Decentralized HARD DRIVE mining cryptocurrency | PoC | Low Energy cost
Another ANN that hired known bump group that is working on several other threads.

2. [ANN][FUND]🚀🚀🚀A Smart Index Fund for everyone | BETAFUNDS 🚀🚀🚀
This is 2nd BetaFunds Ann, since they deleted first one after I reported them for plagiarized content. They removed plagiarized content, but something else was discovered by @morvillz7z- they have fake team member photos as well. For those that want to check more info and support the flag, here is the thread
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5239245.0

3.[ANN] [CHND] CashHand (The Next Giant E-Commerce)
CashHand made ANN few months ago, but they started shilling their thread today with bunch of newbie accounts, and for some reason in Portuguese language

[MainNet Stage] Cocos-BCX‘s First Batch of 38 Ecosystem Buidlers & Angels List thread has been deleted, so their current status has been updated as well.

6429  Economy / Scam Accusations / [Warning] GlobalCryptoX Exchange offering 20% BTC bonus on each deposit! on: April 19, 2020, 02:40:16 PM

These are the bonuses they promise. I don't know who can sustain something like this, giving 20% bonus on each BTC deposit and not run out of business.
Get Bonus and Trade risk Free

BTC Sign Up Bonus :- Get registered and get 0.01 BTC bonus

BTC Deposit Bonus:- Get 20% bonus on your each BTC deposits.

BTC Referral Bonus:- Get 5% bonus on each BTC deposit of your Referrals

BTC social media promotions Bonus:- Follow our social media and get 0.01 BTC bonus

Even though it's mentioned that they offer 5% referral bonus, on their website it is actually 10%

From my experience,  when something is too good to be true, it usually is, and it is some kind of scam. Be careful, and do not deposit money there, as i don't see how can their business model be sustainable.

On top of plagiarized content and fake photos(they decided to ignore questions about recent findings by morvillz7z), BetaFunds team went full retard and decided  to shill their own thread too. Flag against @patrick_betafunds raised, please support.
Flag Type 1 https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;flag=1676

In some cases its quite hard to detect this kinda faces and thats why recent scam scammers are using those pictures heavily.
That's true, software has been improving constantly and yeah, that will be big problem in the future (not that already isn't). I hope detection programs will follow them with the same pace, so scammers have tough job.
6432  Economy / Reputation / Re: Autopsy Bumping Groups. on: April 19, 2020, 07:13:23 AM
MASS was on my watch list for some time, but they really increased the activity in the last few days, known bumpers shilling their thread. There is no doubt now whether they hired "marketing agency", as they like to call it, so it's time  to add them as well to the list .
6433  Local / Hrvatski (Croatian) / Re: Kako povlacite lovu na ruku? on: April 18, 2020, 05:09:28 PM
Hvala.
Svu lovu do sada sam izbacio preko BTC ATMa.
6434  Economy / Reputation / Re: Another ANN bumping group+ Interesting merit transfers on: April 18, 2020, 04:44:36 PM
Yes, every time I did something wrong too my account was compromised and I changed my email and password to prove this theory. Roll Eyes
Yep, in this case that excuse is as plausible as that old one  with dog and homework.

Some Merits seems to have been sold.
Based on your last merit transaction, I would say business is still going strong. You sent tome merit few days ago to Piskaev, known sock puppet account that worked on bunch of threads (Crybet, IndexChain, Burstex, MalwareChain, Livecoin etc). Or maybe this is just one of your alt accounts?

Just don't say it's been hacked again.
6435  Other / Meta / Re: What is exactly the functionality of "Report to moderator"? on: April 18, 2020, 12:38:42 PM
I could try to do what Rikafip suggested - to report again all those posts - but that will take a lot of time, as I'd have to pass again through 600+ posts.
My situation was a bit different though - my reports were marked as good, but posts weren't deleted, that's why i reported them again. On top of that, it was only 7 posts and I knew exactly which ones to report again, so it was much easier for me, than what you would have to do. As o_e_l_e_o said, it would be waste of time to go through all that process again. Imho, best is simply to wait, sometimes reports stay unhandled for days until some mod comes and deletes them.

What you could do in the future with similar posts is to report just 1-2 to see whether reports are good or bad, and act upon that. At least that's what i was doing in the beginning. Once you reach 300 good reports it becomes much  easier, as before that you don't really know which ones are  good/bad when you report in bulk.

6437  Other / Meta / Re: What is exactly the functionality of "Report to moderator"? on: April 18, 2020, 07:51:00 AM
So there seems to be an error. If I reported 100 (or 103; don't remember exactly) and I have an accuracy of 34%, this should mean that 34 posts were deleted. However, only 8 were deleted, which means 8%. Why?
Similar thing happened to me few days ago. I reported bunch of posts, and according to post history reports were marked as good, but they were not deleted at all. So after 24 hours or so i reported them again, an this time they were deleted. I guess mods simply forgot to delete them in the first place. I made post about it in Spambusters thread.

Besides, as I mentioned above, if only 1 such report was correct, then all should have been declared accurate, as in all posts reported by me these users shilled their side. How could be only 34% (and 34 in numbers as well, as I reported ~100 posts) declared accurate and the rest inaccurate?
Weird stuff like that  probably happened to all of us that regularly report spammy posts, like few posts out of bunch marked as bad while all other similar were deleted, but in your case it's pretty extreme number. All you can do now is wait, as sometimes i waited for days before someone  deleted the reported posts.

It would be much easier to track all those reported posts if we had access to report history right from the beginning, and not after 300 successfully reported posts like it is now.

The current forum staff seems to be ICO/ANN bumping friendly, also off-topic and derailment friendly. I would exercise caution reporting really unless this changes sooner rather than later.  Undecided
Dunno about off-topic reports, but in the last few months i had approximately 2k reports (mostly ANN bumping and fake ANNs with malware) and maybe 4-5 of them were marked as bad, so it wasn't that bad I think. But yeah, you have to be careful when reporting, probably best idea to focus on the most obvious ones.

Besides, in many cases incorrect information was stated (such as Bitcoin not having a 21 million cap and so on). But to see that you have to know Romanian.
So this happened in the Romanian local board? I thought posts reported in local boards are sorted by local mods.
6438  Other / Meta / Re: Time to cut the altcoins sections loose. on: April 17, 2020, 05:34:29 PM
Sure, kill altcoin section....and expect to see all the spammers and bumping groups moving here Smiley
No altcoin section=no bumpers, as nothing really to bump, altcoin projects are the ones that usually hire them. And they won't spam mindlessly for free. No bounty campaigns too, so way less spam as well. But it would affect traffic on the forum though, therefore BTC signature campaigns too, and I'm not so sure that many would be in favor of that.

By removing altcoin section completely some other forum would probably take the piece of bitcointalk cake (altcointalk maybe), at least here the most obvious scams are regularly busted.

It is true that signal-to-noise ratio on that part of the forum ain't good, but I don't think that removing it completely is realistic.

Nisam bas neki veliki fan Podcast Inkubatora jer me voditelji znaju iritirati, ali ako me bas jako zanima gost, onda bacim oko.
