661  Economy / Securities / Re: AMHash1: Cost-Effective Mining Contract on: February 26, 2015, 07:19:24 AM
So if Havelock is going down/gone, who at Amhash should we be asking about transferring our AMHASH1 shares to Amhash website?
For our dividends, I hope whoever is in charge at Amhash sees Havelock is down and does not pay our dividends to Havelock?

yeah seems like they been down for some time and having lots of issues here recently, i know they said maintanace some time ago, but at this point i am worried  Cry

663  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: [Beta] MyBitMine.co | New Type Of Faucet | Get Bitcoin From Playing on: February 26, 2015, 07:15:47 AM
What if there was a mining contract system that worked between players. For example, I pay 1000 gold for a person who listed themselves as a miner offering to mine for me. Whenever they click, it basically works as me clicking with my stats and upgrades, except I'm paying someone to do it for me.

You could incorporate a system so that it checks whether the worker/player made say, 200 clicks, in the past week. If they do, they get paid, and if not, they don't receive gold and the gold (or most of it) is returned to the person who bought the worker.

Could be a way to help new players earn at the start and get other players more gold without them having to click a lot.

WOW i must say that is a crazy good idea, would sort of be like that site, i forget its name its late here in my area lol. The site im reffering to lets people rent bitcoin miners for certain time frames
664  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: [ANN] ANX launches ANXPRO, support for Altcoins and AUD Direct Banking, 0 Fees! on: February 26, 2015, 07:13:30 AM
Today we've added support to keep track of your ANXPRO accounts to CryptFolio (BitcoinTalk thread). Adding the exchange was fairly straightforward Smiley

CryptFolio helps you safely keep track of exchange balances over time, and generates reports (such as your overall net worth in any currency).

So how are they generating revenues? From fiat money only?

Our profits come from many different sources, including but not limited to:
-Transaction Fees
-Debit Card Fees
-Fees from our physical bitcoin store
-Fees from our Bitcoin ATM.

see that is playing it smart getting revenue from multiple sources is a good thing, i wish i had a bitcoin atm set up somewhere i wonder if people would take interest in it
665  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Bitcoin debit card on: February 26, 2015, 07:11:19 AM
No USA on the list?

no, not yet, unfortunately. The card can be used in the US though, no problem with that

see i dont understand that what makes anx cards different that all the competition, they are in hong kong and they will ship the cards to people in the usa, i wish this card would be in the usa as well Cry
666  Economy / Exchanges / Re: [ANN] BIT-X.com | Exchange BTC, LTC, USD, EUR, GBP | Instantly Mine & Trade GH/s on: February 26, 2015, 04:43:39 AM
I would prefer if email address is used instead of mobile number verification. It is easier for me..

Do you have any plans on implementing that? (or just making option for user to pick any one)

That is in the plans, yes.

do you all have any plans to let people buy ghs with credit cards? The only place that i know that allows it as of right now is cex.io, i know gaw also let people back in the day use credit cards as well, when they was still legit. Also for the love of god please get the master card or visa debit card to us folks in the USA lol, with our names on it i dont want no issues at the bar
667  Economy / Exchanges / Re: [ANN] BIT-X.com | Exchange BTC, LTC, USD, EUR, GBP | Instantly Mine & Trade GH/s on: February 26, 2015, 04:41:46 AM

Bit-x is truther and reliable in mining ?

You can withdraw bitcoins/litecoins without the need of basic verification.

BIT-X has had its hashrate confirmed by BitFury, a ASIC mining company.

do you all have any plans on upgrading to more energy efficient miners or the new stuff coming out using the 28nm thats suppose to be supper energy efficient with less heat produced  Huh
668  Economy / Exchanges / Re: [ANN] BIT-X.com | Exchange BTC, LTC, USD, EUR, GBP | Instantly Mine & Trade GH/s on: February 26, 2015, 04:39:06 AM

671  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: Is Xapo a scam?? on: February 26, 2015, 04:34:39 AM
The message "You don't have enough funds to send the amount entered." appears sometimes. Just wait and withdraw will work again.

I'm not sure are they scam or not. I just don't like this wallet.
They attracted people offering +50% to every faucet bonus, but to withdraw money you have to verify your phone number. It's small cheating IMO.

I found out about them from Freebitco.in. I registered an account a month ago using the link provided by them and got the free 50 uBTC. But Freebitco.in also said that I would get an additional 1,000 uBTC after verifying my phone number. Well that's what I did but the extra uBTC still hasn't arrived. And to withdraw anything, you need to provide your address and passport number which I was never told about. Weird. Oh well, it's only ~25 cents so it's not like I care anyway.

Mr. Xapo, is it true that a client would need to provide his/her address and passport to withdraw funds? If so, why would you need this info in the first place? Are you a CIA/NSA crew on a mission?
Xapo is a financial services company, and we offer products and services that allow our users to store and transact with their bitcoins. It is important to protect our business and our users from fraud and to prevent, detect, and report any activity where our services are being used for money laundering, terrorist financing and other illicit activities. Part of this requires that we identify and know who our customers are.

Our business is subject to regulation in various jurisdictions. As such, we have implemented anti-money laundering, or AML, policies and procedures designed to meet the applicable regulatory requirements. Information you provide is held in accordance with the terms of our Privacy Policy.

so all this sounds good and all of this things american goverment like as step in right direction, so please just tell me why cant we have cards shipped to american address

I'm not him (Mr. Xapo) but I decided to finally go through the verification step and it's easier than I thought. The site just asks you for your address, passport number, origin of passport, and date of birth. You don't have to submit any documents and the verification step is instant (or at least it seems to be). I still only have 50 bits which is only worth 1 cent and I'm pretty sure that's not enough to withdraw. Maybe the 1,000 uBTC bonus will come into my account now but if it doesn't then not to worry, as it's only 25 cents.

I was never asked for my SSN unlike some of the reports I've read. Perhaps that is because I'm not an American?

Honestly, I'm not interested in this service that much since I prefer to have control over my private keys and I don't think Xapo allows that but I can see myself using it for purchases if it becomes big in the future.

sweet thank you for sharing that on what the verification process entails, would be ironic if they made americans verify the accounts in such detail but cant send cards to them

674  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: Is Xapo a scam?? on: February 26, 2015, 04:28:52 AM
yea they pretty much are. if you try to withdrawl a small (unspecified) amount you just lose it, and they wont pay you back. i guess if you dont want a desktop wallet and you are dealing with large amounts of bitcoins its good. they prey on people that sign up for bitcoin faucets and dont read the fine print. bottom line, if you dont want to store your btcs in xapo permanently DONT use store them there at all. i just lost a who payout to them.
It's not very clear what you mean by "they wont pay you back", but I'm happy to help you out. I'm sending you a PM so I can get your account details and create a support ticket for you. It's been made pretty clear throughout this thread that our legitimacy is not in question. We gain nothing out "preying on people that sign up for bitcoin faucets".

I don't use a Xapo wallet, but I've heard people say that Xapo (like Coinbase) doesn't require its users to pay the transaction fees. Here's my question, does Xapo pay the fees for its users, or just sends bitcoins to other wallets outside Xapo without paying the fee at all?
Good question tee-rex. Transaction fees are paid, Xapo simply covers the cost.

Cool thanks for the verification, i had never thought about it but good catch
675  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: [Beta] MyBitMine.co | New Type Of Faucet | Get Bitcoin From Playing on: February 25, 2015, 09:16:34 PM
Site is not working right now Shocked Some kind of update, migration or crash Huh

Apache had crashed on the server, but everything is up and running again  Cool
You should switch to a linux server

It was a difficult choice between WinOS & Linux, but ultimately my choice fell on WinOS because I am not experienced much with Linux.
Maybe at some point it will change, but I will keep it like this for now.

lol always the tough choices

edit: don't get me wrong here, i WANT everything he is reporting to be true. but you can't just say yea man, lie to me about everything else so long as you tell me what i want to hear then i'll allow it! if you take 10 minutes out of your day to do some research on this guy you'll come to the same questions and conclusions once you realize who this guy is.

You aren't trying to suggest it's all a conspiracy created by Josh are you?

come on noone in their right mind would ever suggest such a horrible conspiracy theory / lies created by good old josh / homero. just thinking that should make people feel bad  Roll Eyes
678  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: [ANN] CLOUDMINR.IO Mining contracts || 0.0015 BTC / GHS on: February 24, 2015, 03:55:39 AM
Mining involves quite a lot of variance and the results on the dashboard are directly related to our mining results instead of a calculation.

However, we'll check this week's results and compare it to your accounts, just in case.

OK, fair enough.

We have indeed been having some bad luck and your account is 14% below the theoretical average in the last 3 days which reflects our recent results accurately.

All right, if you say so. Hope it improves.

yeah i noticed that as well but in all honesty it seems even ghash payouts seem to be off from what i acustomed to so might be the rise in bitcoin difficulty and other pools getting more luck vs others  Cry  everyone take out the rabbit foot
679  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: GAW Miners Paybase Paycoin unofficial uncensored discussion.ALWAYS MAKE MONEY :) on: February 24, 2015, 03:51:29 AM

Sounds similar to what is happening with LTC Gear. The Beelievers don't want to admit they have been scammed. Delay tactic after delay tactic is used and the Beelivers lap it up like a ravenous dog.

What pisses me off about that scam is that they all seem to be on first name terms with the scammer.  Whenever I see a post about it on either litecointalk or reddit they all refer to him as "Chris".   "Chris is going to make an announcement soon" , "Chris is asking for more maintenance fees"

Fucking imbeciles.  You just have to look at the ltcgear website to see what a sham it is.

What is even worse than people calling him Chris are the morons that call him "Bee" like he is their friend because his forum nickname is "Beekeeper."

Does a legendary thread like this one exist for the LTC Gear stuff? I might have Leo start looking in to that whole situation and seeing what turns up.

i am not sure if one is out there or not but can always start one, i am sure people will come to it and follow it if it is good and has enought people to keep it alive
