A wise player would take out the funds as soon as possible to re-strategize but you know the gambling spirit, let me try again, I'm sure I will again! Grin Grin
Certainly it's a big win but it's also certain that he has lost quite handsome amount before he won this huge multiplier. That's what only a regular gambler can do. He will go for chasing bigger amount & probably lost again LOL. I have one friend who made $48k from $500 in two months; but sadly he lost it all in just three days probably. He wanted to win more but he wasn’t lucky enough.
662  Bitcoin / Wallet software / Re: Sparrow Bitcoin Wallet on: September 17, 2021, 06:15:31 PM
with legacy addresses, which you can't do with Electrum anymore, so that's a plus.
I guess you still can use Legacy in Electrum but you need to work with the command line, IIRC. I'm on bed now and with my mobile. I can't check it out to confirm whether it's possible or not but it should be possible I guess. I didn’t like this update personally at all. Legacy must be an option & preference for users.

How bad is it that my transactions can be seen on a public server?
You are sharing your tx details mean which address belongs to you & whom you are sending BTC. If you aren’t concerned enough about this, I guess no problem at all. Why don’t you run your personal server for electrum. That would be quite handy to keep your things private and secured.

small limit for daily transactions of only 0.02 BTC daily or only 0.006 for single transaction.

Yeah that's ridiculous that even if you withdraw the max limit a day, you are going to spend approx. $105 only for fee. However, I guess it's a limit for non KYC member though I haven’t checked it out as I'm not yet planning to move my small bets there. Nevertheless, I liked the platform. I may switch here in near future if the fee issue is fixed. I can't afford to pay such insane fee for small bets LOL.
664  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: COINEX EXCHANGE IS SCAM? on: September 17, 2021, 05:02:10 PM
Do you have any source to your claim? I didn’t see any such news anywhere. If you have been scammed or someone else, you can report according to the format here. I got their ANN here in bitcointalk; not sure whether official or not but it seems official- https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5239667.0
Besides, post this text on their ANN thread if you got some solid proofs to back your claim.

What’s BUSDT  Cheesy I got 10k of that. Is it kinda demo balance to check out the platform?

I registered on Bitgame website and I wanted to see how much are withdrawal fees for withdrawing bitcoin, but I can't find that information anywhere.
Fee is available in withdrawal page. You probably have missed it. I just have checked it. Current fee for BTC withdrawal is 0.00057 BTC or approx. $27 at current price which seems quite high ATM. I really don't get why the fee is so high; that's ridiculous.
On a side note, why Bitgame doesn’t support the bech32 format addresses? It only supports the legacy (address starting with 1) & P2SH addresses format.
Here's a screenshot of the withdrawal page-

667  Economy / Economics / Re: vitalik's contribution is also great on: September 16, 2021, 06:12:32 PM
Ethereum 2.0 will bring great things to the investors and users I believe.
You probably don't know that ETH 2.0 is live and all the expected great things are there. But the problem of high fee is still there though ETH 2.0 wasn’t supposed to be fixing the issue. I was trying to send a token other day and I was surprised to see the fee is above $20 for a faster confirmation. This problem still exists and no good solution is proposed either; not at least to my known. Do you think people will adopt this with such ridiculous fees? I doubt.
668  Economy / Economics / Re: Now UK is facing inflation so choose the best for you.. on: September 16, 2021, 03:25:48 PM
Inflation going up, in the case of the ons statistics, only means:
1. More people are spending
2. The cost of living is rising
3. A mixture of the two.
Govt aren’t bothering about these I guess. What they are on is only to print more fiat and directly involved in the inflation. In such a pandemic, it’s quite normal to have inflation higher than usual but it seems UK is going to have some trouble in the near future.

not to mention that they need to have some sort of electronic device to use before they can access or buy their bitcoins and some people just don't have that kind of money.
What sort of electronic device you are talking about? A smartphone through one can use electrum wallet along with the lightning network? Isn't it available to everyone these days? Or what are you exactly talking about? A hardware wallet which cost less than $100?
This is not the perfect thread to discuss about this.
669  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread -- Group Stage! on: September 16, 2021, 02:09:07 PM
We have seen Messi - Neymar - Mbappe trio playing for the first time against Club Brugge. And I was expecting this match to be an easy one for PSG. But Club Brugge had more goal chances than PSG. A 1-1 draw is not good enough for PSG and it is unacceptable. Messi and Neymar weren't that good. Herrera scored their only goal with Mbappe's assist.
When it’s Champion League, you can't expect the matches to be as usual. Besides, we really don't follow the games of most of the leagues; for instance, I have never watch a match in Switzerland League. Manchester United lost to Young Boys the other day.
Though I have watched few matches of Club Brugge, they were supposed to be lost the match. Currently, PSG squad worth more than $1 billion while Club Brugge maximum worth will be $200 million. But they gave a huge fight against PSG last night.
That's why it’s Champion League. You can't simply ensure your place in the next round so easily.
670  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread -- Group Stage! on: September 15, 2021, 06:02:40 PM
What's your position in the Inter Milan vs Real Madrid? Madrid seems to be good under Ancelotti so far while Inter Milan will be playing without Lukaku and Achraf Hakimi; two of their star players. Although it will be an away match for Real Madrid, I believe they will have a good start in this UCL.
I'm going to take on both team to score, Madrid to win. What are you taking on?

Messi - Neymar - Mbappe.
I can't wait to see them play together. These trio looks good together, and now it is time to prove it on the pitch as well.
Was it announced or the lineups came in? I can't see anywhere. It’s likely that all of them will play though. Nevertheless, I wouldn’t surprise if this trio don’t perform as expected or beyond expectation. No doubt these three are with best performance individually but that doesn’t necessarily mean they will perform the same while playing all together. Won't this be the first (if) match playing this trio? I guess it will take time before we can see them most destructive trio.
671  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: 1xbit scammed me for 550 mBTC (0.55 BTC) on: September 15, 2021, 05:42:08 PM
Wondering how 1xbit even send you the deposit even. They are such scammer from long time that I wouldn’t surprise if they didn’t send you any amount. Regarding your case, I can't see anything good to be happened as they are doing this for a long time and tagging them would make no different as well.
Always DYOR before you start gambling on online casinos. There are number of alternative reputed casinos. You are lucky enough that you got your deposit back.
672  Economy / Exchanges / Re: He who have ears let him hear on: September 15, 2021, 05:34:23 PM
Well, this is risky as hell to get yourself in trouble but when you don’t have a lot of ways, what can you do? Maybe the buyer didn’t want to go through the hassle it had to take for depositing money into the exchange and avoid withdrawal fee. Or what about the buyer wanted to buy BTC without any info shared with CEX? There can be a lot of alternatives why anyone would avoid buying BTC from exchanges.
This is exactly the reason we should be more cautious; ensure more privacy. You have coin mixer for that to leave trace. Wondering why didn’t the scammer do that LOL.
673  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🚀📈 Satcrash.io - NO KYC - First 5 to deposit gets $10 each 🚀📈 on: September 15, 2021, 04:44:31 PM
Is this for real? I haven’t created an account yet; was checking the site & what does it offer. 86x!! Someone had a 17x bet on this one and he won although the amount of total bet wasn’t a big one.

On a side note, does this only have this crash game? No more games? Any plan to add more games in the future? For only crash games, I guess no one would be that much interested to join. I for one wouldn’t be interested to be honest. Need more games IMO.
674  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Michael Saylor buy the bitcoin.Bitcoin prices are likely to rise. on: September 14, 2021, 07:03:47 PM
I can tell how much Bitcoin: around 114041BTC
There's a topic about it, but it's outdated now. But if you follow there the correct links you end up at this spreadsheet showing up-to-date amount, including the buy from yesterday.
Michael Saylor always add all the info on his tweet announcement including total number of bitcoin holding, avg price per bitcoin and avg price of the latest purrchase. You can check out his twitter.
Quote
I've read somewhere that they're selling shares and such for buying Bitcoin. I don't think that he actually keeps much cash (fiat) at hand.
They have issued commercial papers few months back to purchase more BTC, I can't remember the exact amount ATM; probably $300m and used to purchase BTC at that time. If I'm correct, they had recently another of such announcement.
675  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread -- Group Stage! on: September 14, 2021, 06:16:42 PM
The young Boys team is not young, they are experienced enough. They are proving their strength. Although Manchester United was in full control in the first half, the Young Boys showed remarkable performance in the second half. Manchester players are not able to keep the ball in their possession. If there was an experienced striker in the Young Boys team, they would have crushed Manchester United's defense today.
Also don't forget Man United is playing with 10 players which turn any strong team into a weak one. Bissaka was an RB. Nevertheless, I got my bet win as I had placed my bet both team to score.
CR7 has been replaced by Matic who plays as defensive mid; this should be done from the beginning of 2nd half.
676  Economy / Reputation / Re: BADecker is one of the most dedicated and successful trolls on the forum on: September 14, 2021, 05:37:28 PM
I don’t know if BADecker is a troll or not; I can't remember seeing his post recently.
But what BADecker being a troll have anything to do with the forum? Doesn’t forum allow troll? If it doesn’t, proceed with "Report to mod" and it does, what's wrong with that? If you don’t like personally, put him in your ignore list.

At best, you can move the reputation board. That's better fit such kinda post.
Edit- It's in reputation board  Cheesy
677  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread -- Group Stage! on: September 14, 2021, 05:25:58 PM
Damn! Right after the red card for Bissaka Young boys missed an opportunity. I have placed a single bet; both team to score though I will be hurt if Man United draw the match LOL. It was a somewhat easy opportunity to come back for Young Boys.
With 10 players, it will not be easy for Man United to lead the game till the end.

I wouldn't be surprised if they beat Monaco. However, the match is more likely to be a draw.
I will probably go with Marseille to win or draw & both team to score. Monaco has scored a total of 4 goals in their last two match against Troyes and Shakhtar in UCL qualifying matches. On the other hand, Marseille seems to be playing good. So, I guess that would be a safe play for me.
