Be Careful When Buying Digital Goods
Many items in the Digital Goods forum are purchased using stolen credit cards or illegitimate methods. Sellers may also reverse payment on the item, leaving you either on the hook or with worthless stuff.
Beware that escrow is more or less useless when buying something digital. Only trade with sellers that you trust. It's better to miss out than to lose money or worse.
I'd shorten it to this: Warning: Many items in the Digital Goods forum are obtained through illegitimate methods. Sellers may also reverse payment on the item. Using escrow will not guarantee your safety. Moderators do not remove likely scams. You must use your own brain. Only trade with sellers that you trust.
the moderator part is there to reduce the possible complains of "if you knew then why didn't you remove it?". if anyone have anything better don't hesitate to speak. have someone PMed theymos about this? if not then I'll PM him to get a fast answer.

I haven't cancelled the actual escrow yet so there no point with the scam accusations unless I don't pay right?
if you're going ahead with the deal then no problem and I'll remove my feedback after. I understand now that OP's might have been too hasty in accusing you. but you did lie so my neutral will stay if you don't complete the deal. it's shouldn't be a big deal since I'm not on DT.

All he is trying to do is to comeback at my claims. I have not spent a single Btc on this guy and he claims I owe him $30 for no service whatsoever.
well, maybe you should explain the conversation log that was posted on the other thread. it looks to me that you lied that you already sent the btc to get OP to send you the goods. by the way. let's keep your part of the problem on this thread to avoid confusion. I was trying to see if the user was trustful, I even went to the point of seeing if he was going to accept escrow. No goods were dealt with. So no scam? no scam but an attempt of one. you only agreed for an escrow after you lied about sending him the payment. I would believe it as technical difficulties if you did complete the deal using an escrow. but you didn't.

i beg you please post it so we can see that you 2x told me you did SEND bitcoins and later you said no you did not send them and we will see the funny and idiotic reasons you get that you can not send bitcoins
pretty please post it
Let me post this
Jesus. anyone got a TL:DR here? the other guy said he already sent the payment. the seller claims he didn't receive it. then the other guy (from the looks of it) try to stall. He is just trolling the scammer trolling or not. he lied that he sent the btc to get wouchstack to send him the goods. that warrants a feedback. gave him a neutral (I know. me no DT). will remove it if he somehow are able to prove that the log is fake.

funny how you're accusing him 4 minutes after he spoke against you. oh well. proof please.

dude, this thing is still going on? just leave the alt accusation behind and stick to the msdn account sale until wouchstack is able to proof that they are legit. end of story.
im not like this red in my profile for no reasons why doing this? I've heard that msdn admin account on sale here are mostly earned thru hacking and will stop working in the future. I'm not going to give you a red because of I'm not sure how these stuff works but it's a good enough reason for anyone to neg you. you get mdn admin if you apply for it nothing about to hack oh. must've misunderstood vod's feedbacks then. can anyone confirm this? and is it legal?

so.... since a lot of the threads there probably won't get deleted, why not put up a warning similar the one on the investor-based games there (on digital goods)? I originally thought that pinning OGnasty's topic here will do, but I figured that half of the internet tend to skip stickies. ofc doing both would be better. I'm not 100% sure that this will reduce the amount of people getting scammed there though. mainly because I don't know how many users there know what kind of risk they're taking. what do you guys think?

OP, prove that he's an alt of idyu or hush. being suspicious because of the msdn admin account is okay, but your other accusation are just full bullshit without proof.
So now I can't accuse anyone in the scam accusation forums? Again I'll just bump this up after he scams someone because its only obvious to a few. GL newbies idyu will balls your chin or whatever dumb sht he says See it like this suppose i call you a scammer without proof. What will you ask ? OFCOURSE "GIVE ME THE PROOFS".You can't accuse a person without proof. It would be disaster if all the people turns out of their mind and starts on calling each other scammer without proof. So post with proofs from next time onwards. Well I can pm you some proof, I rather not post it here where scammers can learn dude, if you got a proof then why are you not posting or giving it to a DT member so that they can actually do something to prevent this guy from scamming? from what you've been saying it looks like that's all you want. sounds very self-contradictory to me.

FYI for anyone who want to lend BTC to OP. he just started being active 2 days ago and his (and mine) sig campaign payment is due today. and his pass was changed 3 times on 23rd.
I wouldn't be surprised if he defaults. account collateral or not.

More than a year on sea. How did he keep alive for such a long time?
Sea birds began lingering around their boat. For them, the fiberglass vessel was an unexpected place to rest in the vast water. When Alvarenga grabbed the first one, he recalled, Córdoba stared at him in horror. He ripped it apart like a raw chicken. But unlike processed chicken, these sea birds had a vital source of liquid: their blood.
"We cut their throats and drank their blood. It made us feel better." Desperately hungry, they tried to eat every part of the thin birds, right down to their feathers. The only part they discarded were the contents of the birds' stomachs, which were often filled with plastic and garbage. Everything in the ocean became a possible food source -- sea turtles, small sharks, and seaweed. But the ocean and the skies rarely provided for them consistently. The men counted the days in between food. Three days, catch one fish. Another three days, catch two birds.
yum. I'd like to try sharks sometimes. only not on the middle of an ocean... and cooked. good thing that he didn't get eaten by sharks. I've read that they can detect blood.
