drastic doesn't work for x and y roms because it's a 3ds game an drastic only works for nds game. The x and y runs on a more advance game console. Afaik there is none. They stopped accepting newbies since it no longer is beneficial to them because of the limited signature design you can fit in a newbies signature space. As a newbie you should not think of joining a signature yet. Explore the forum first and wait for your account to rank up.
