682  Economy / Services / Re: Get your Image sketched Only in 0.09 btc on: October 25, 2015, 02:27:28 PM
Yeah, I'm fairly sure that's just a Photoshop filter or a filter from another editing program XD That doesn't take any work man, and it's definitely not worth around 25 bucks. Care to show us some actual sketching that you've done, or a photo of your sketch in real life rather than an obviously edited image? Wink
683  Economy / Services / Re: >>Clash Of Clans : Gem Services 100% Legit| No Hack| Hassle Free| Proofs Inside| on: October 25, 2015, 02:25:56 PM
Still giving a vouch copy or you already gave it to someone ? If not I'd like to get one and post my review here .

Did you read what he said, bud? He did say minimum Hero Members Smiley

Though I probably wouldn't take him up myself as I'd want to see proof first anyway before giving him my login details.
684  Economy / Services / Re: >>Clash Of Clans : Gem Services 100% Legit| No Hack| Hassle Free| Proofs Inside| on: October 25, 2015, 01:45:01 PM
First order of 9,600 gems completed. Screenshots to be uploaded soon.

Can you upload this proof? Preferably a before and after if you took that.

Also:

1/1 Vouch Available : 500 Gems Available as Vouch Copy
If You Are A Trusted Member (Min. Hero Member and I will judge if you are trusted enough for the vouch copy) you can get FREE 500 Gems. Post in the thread and I will get back to you Grin

Did you ever get someone to take you up on that? Right now you don't have any real proof that you have performed this service.
685  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will BTC reach $300 this month? on: October 25, 2015, 01:39:09 PM

Yeah, that seems likely now. I don't like it, but there isn't much we can do about it, is there? Wink Though if we start rising up too high I'll probably end up selling as I'm fairly sure there will be a bubble which will pop.

I see less dumpers for the upcoming price kick in the following weeks because others expecting much more above $300 mark. Yes popping a bubble is really possible but not at the current price range.

Yeah, I don't think that we're in a bubble quite yet and we can probably hold around 290-300 with ease, but if it goes much beyond that then we're in danger of seeing the price go ridiculously high and a bubble starting to form.
686  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it a good long term investment to buy 1 BTC today? on: October 25, 2015, 01:37:58 PM
Investing in bitcoin "today" is much better if you will do it today.

That is true if you believe that bitcoin is going to tend upwards in the long-term. It's almost always a better idea to just go ahead and put your money into a commodity or a market that tends upwards over time, rather than trying to time the market which usually means you get left out.

Send me a PM if you want to know what forum it is etc.

Send me the link to the thread in question, please.
688  Economy / Speculation / Re: $300 before the end of this day or nah? on: October 25, 2015, 11:40:53 AM
Didn't call anything normal bud, but I don't think the refugee crisis will last more than a year or two longer.
At which point what? Unless we kick them out the crisis is ongoing, not over. Simply stopping immigration is not nearly enough. And how will the political sentiment change enough to do that? It won't. A violent europe-wide civil uprising is far more likely than the politicians willingly deporting the unwashed masses.

I think this is more the fault of the US and rich Arab states, which are causing a lot of this but doing jackshit. If they step up the "crisis" won't be nearly as bad.

Yeah, we had this thing called a world recession about 7 years ago. Recessions have happened before, but we're still around and kicking.
No fiat based money has ever survived. The entire world economy runs on fiat. A collapse of unprecedented proportions is inevitable, just a matter of when.

In a world like we are currently in there is no real valid source to back that claim up now, due to the massive globalisation of the world.

Also, that claim is esque to saying I have never died, therefore I will never die. No fiat based money has ever survived -> how do you know it won't survive until it is dead? You can never predict if fiat-based money will survive.
689  Economy / Speculation / Re: $300 before the end of this day or nah? on: October 25, 2015, 11:09:40 AM
I don't think that we are on the brink of a world depression, to be fair. People said similar things when Bitcoin shot up to over $1000 per BTC, and that didn't last, did it?

you have swarms of immigrants flooding the EU countries and you are calling everything normal?

Didn't call anything normal bud, but I don't think the refugee crisis will last more than a year or two longer.

0% interest rates have become the norm. still nothing? just because some people got it wrong last year does not invalidate their fears. for such large scale events you must give a much wider acceptable time frame.

Yeah, we had this thing called a world recession about 7 years ago. Recessions have happened before, but we're still around and kicking.
690  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will BTC reach $300 this month? on: October 25, 2015, 10:59:46 AM
Jesus, yeah with that bump to the 290s we could definitely see the 300s this month. I don't like this, though, we're in dangerous territory of a bubble forming with people getting too hyped about quick price increases. I'd much rather see the BTC price increase slow and steady than all at once.

Well I was expecting the $290 range to be tested before the end of the month but it sure came quickly
If it breaks the $300 - $310 range it will probably increase its momentum and go higher.

Yeah, that seems likely now. I don't like it, but there isn't much we can do about it, is there? Wink Though if we start rising up too high I'll probably end up selling as I'm fairly sure there will be a bubble which will pop.
691  Economy / Speculation / Re: $300 before the end of this day or nah? on: October 25, 2015, 10:56:03 AM
I sincerely doubt the next bubble will be an order of magnitude higher. I don't think there's enough buying force or even a possibility for enough hype to be created for Bitcoin to reach 10k any time soon. It's just so, so unlikely that I doubt it. Yeah, if we do have a bubble we probably won't crash below $300, but...

buying force? What about the buying force of the whole world? Your error lies in the fact that you assume that the world remains the same. There will be a lot of new buying force as depression kicks into other asset classes.

I don't think that we are on the brink of a world depression, to be fair. People said similar things when Bitcoin shot up to over $1000 per BTC, and that didn't last, did it?
692  Other / Meta / Re: These bots are getting better on: October 25, 2015, 10:46:28 AM
Banned him after I saw your report and that all his other recent posts were c/p. He might just be manually doing it rather than using a bot though.

Ah, I see. Cheers! Yeah, he might be doing it manually...his copy pastes seemed like they were a little too accurate for a bot. Doesn't matter either way, though.
693  Economy / Auctions / Re: Domain Auction: Swag.pw on: October 25, 2015, 10:41:58 AM
$15 Wink
694  Other / Meta / Re: These bots are getting better on: October 25, 2015, 10:36:09 AM
Post them here and they'll soon get banned: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1163169.0
-snip-
and they have a signature ad!

They're getting better at detecting what to copy and paste, they really are.
Can't see a signature ad on that account. And as for copy paste, they probably use one of the Article Rewriter

I think it got removed, as they had a signature ad before, I'm almost certain of it. Smiley

EDIT: Yup, modlog says he got banned. Thanks for alerting me to that thread, though. I'll lock this one Smiley
695  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: A friendly warning: the SEC is all over these boards. Don't break any laws. on: October 25, 2015, 10:34:26 AM
Funny thing is, BS&T was used by a whole bunch of people and was considered really trusted. Shows how easily people get sucked into that stuff, and even now you see the same old ponzi sites pop up, get a decent amount of deposits, pay out for a couple weeks, and then vanish with a bunch of profit.
696  Other / Meta / These bots are getting better on: October 25, 2015, 10:29:32 AM
I'll be honest, this one seems very good.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=365159

Check through the post history and you'll see it's all copy pastes, and they have a signature ad!

They're getting better at detecting what to copy and paste, they really are.
697  Other / Meta / Re: Requesting-Vod be prevented deleting posts Self Modded thread/Removed from DT on: October 25, 2015, 10:21:49 AM
Funny thing none of them are claiming that.

Is this something you have personally verified or are you just piling on top of others post?

Have you yourself ever traded with QS?

~BCX~

Don't worry guys, if I stab someone three times in the stomach and they die a horrible death from internal bleeding, it's not against the law because the dead person didn't complain about being stabbed to death to the police. Right? Right??
698  Other / Meta / Re: Seriously? "WARNING: This user is a newbie.." on: October 25, 2015, 10:16:15 AM
Quite necessary, because unfortunately a large majority of Bitcointalk can not work out the difference between a usergroup title and the personal text under your name or even your signature. People generally either have the attention span of a goldfish or are unfortunately too inexperienced to spot these scams, at about a 75/25 split. I'm sure plenty of impostor scams still occur even with that warning.
699  Economy / Speculation / Re: We are in green 6 weeks in a row first time in 2 years on: October 25, 2015, 10:08:44 AM
What worries me is this:

Daily Change:
$8.86
+3.13%

At this price level, when we were recently seeing a really stagnant and slow moving price hovering around $250, daily changes in price like this just don't seem sustainable to me. If a rally starts, it's almost definitely going to cause a bubble.
700  Economy / Speculation / Re: $300 before the end of this day or nah? on: October 25, 2015, 10:06:38 AM
Even if it does, that's not an optimal outcome that I'd like to see. I would much rather see a slow increase to $500 over the next year than a burst straight up to $1000 which will soon collapse back down. What would it collapse back down to? You can't really predict that.

Yes I can, it won't collapse low enough to make you lose money if you buy in right now. the range for the next bubble drama will be in between 1k and 17k. Or to put it another way --- the next order of magnitude.
