kingcarsen Hello again. I still didn't receive the answer about POS%.
PoS is currently in effect since launch. PoS is set at 0.06 (6% per year) Currently due to PoW being in effect, more PoW blocks will be found than PoS blocks, roughly 11% of the last 100 blocks have been PoS, thus you will receive a bit less from PoS than without PoW. The block reward structure for PoS blocks is as follows: int64_t GetProofOfStakeReward(int64_t nCoinAge, int64_t nFees) { if (pindexBest->nHeight > (YEARLY_BLOCKCOUNT*9000)) // Over 9000 years. return nFees;
int64_t nRewardCoinYear; nRewardCoinYear = COIN_YEAR_REWARD; // 0.06 6%
int64_t nSubsidy = nCoinAge * nRewardCoinYear / 365 / COIN;
if (fDebug && GetBoolArg("-printcreation")) printf("GetProofOfStakeReward(): create=%s nCoinAge=%"PRId64"\n", FormatMoney(nSubsidy).c_str(), nCoinAge);
return nSubsidy + nFees; }
This is what the nSubsidy (Reward) of PoS is set to: int64_t nSubsidy = nCoinAge * nRewardCoinYear / 365 / COIN; So the PoS block reward is currently CoinAge * 0.06 / 365 / COIN; Ok. So please explain why I've been running wallet for 2 months (at least). Have 880DNR and receiving ~0.0001DNR a day at max and usually 0.00001-0.00005 Even if I get 0.0001DNR a day - it is only 0.0365DNR a year. It is nowhere close to 6% or even 0.6% POS. Other coins with 5-10% POS gives something - at least a coin in several days (with several hundred coins it stack). DNR doesn't - it is definetly something wrong with POS%. I

Hey Everyone,
Like trgnn has already tried to tell you guys, it's important to make a strong network by not all being in the same place mining. This makes recovering from mistakes just that much easier and mining fairer. This is why we would recommend using bearded pool and or mining on the x17 script as it will give the coin a more stable going and increase its lifetime.
Thanks, the SHIELD team.
May be you can tell where 90% of x17 is mined and also 93% of myr-gr?

Guys I want to echo - X17 chain is moving on beardedpool. This is a big step for the SHIELD network. Get your x17 on, and get that hash spread.
Can anyone get pools up for the other 3 chains? Ony Myr-gr and X17 going as far as I know.
bigmine has lyra2v2 algo but I think something is broken. No blocks at all. Where do all those gigahases mine? X17 on beardpool is only 10% of hashrate.

Don't you think that before Enllighten you'd better make all things work. At least wallets, multialgo pools. As it is your "enlingten" looks like Enlightment without alphabet.

Hi fellows miners, I am wondering how much should I expect from 2 1080ti? And what is the best miner ? thanks
33 MH ASUS Rog Strix 90% PL bitcore SP2. Lucky sample and a lot of OC. Mine do ~31 at 90PL +170CC

MAybe I missed the post. But what about chain split and mined coins on split. Waste of time or maybe dev will compensate if he will have unswapped coins left after swap?

What is the POS % I'm getting something like 0.00002 - 0.0001 a day. It is 0.0365DNR a year. Doesn't look like a % to have wallet running. Without letting us know how much you're staking, it's impossible to know what you should see. Right now though, staking is low. It's supposed to be 6% at the end of 3 years. I think now it is still 6%, but that's only based on current coin amount, which is at like 1.5-2M, so staking amounts are lower as a percentage function. Generally speaking, you get a small stake amount + whatever the transaction fees for that block are. Sometimes, that's decently high, but many times, it's pretty low. 880dnr. All that ideas is good. But I asked straight question. What is the POS % today and when it will change to something worth running the wallet.

im no expert, but is it possible a chain split just occurred? lychee wont resolve host name and wont connect to the stratum, and sopool does work but with some way different block # and difficulty?
Yes - I think it's split. umine also has different numers.

you need to submit shares first And also those 7 miners with advanced "alexis" miner moved to umine ccminer/alexis-1.0 7 0 7 53.7% 435.9 Mh/s average 62MH/s impressive, 7 miners produce twise more more power than 22 is "ccminer/alexis-1.0" really supports Xevan algo??? No - of course it is modified version. It is more than 13х1080 (very good ones) in krnlx Someone is making money That version was selling for 0.5 btc, for current price of XLR he will need to mine 2500 XLR to get his money back Anyway - someone did much better job. So there is a lot of room for improvements. As I understand 2x17 can do ~8400/2=4200 - some extra work needed = ~3500 on 1060.

something broken at http://www.lycheebit.com/ . it stopped producing XLR block, and sgtarted producing orphan amsterdamcoins! Not only that. It shows 2Gh on BSD while no BSD blocks are solved (at least shown) And also those 7 miners with advanced "alexis" miner moved to umine ccminer/alexis-1.0 7 0 7 53.7% 435.9 Mh/s average 62MH/s

Probably someone else would wrote the xevan code,
xevan has been harvested for months with a descent profit. The profit is now gone. So the big farms that invested in the development of a private xevan miner are loosing alot of money right now. The profit used to be 3x per card. Feels like a robbery indeed... Should we blame krlx? He just took the bounty that was there for him to be taken, and he doesn't share the profit with the real developers. Low moral, but not a criminal. The big farms just lost $5 a card per day and they have more than 100 cards. The only way to keep the profit is to optimize the code. Again. So as I said before. The "dirty" work is done. Now sp_ can make some tricks and release an optimised version. But I think optimised version already exist - someone was mining with 7 rigs with avg speed of 58Mh/s - it is more than 10*1080ti per rig with krnlx version.

The 1060 can do 15MHASH with #3
So what's the point of it?

What's even funnier is that CUDA9 makes all the other algo's work faster as well. My 5x 1070 rig went from 131mh to 142mh when mining lyra2v2.
5*1070 makes 185-190mh on Lyra2v2

Started Mining this Coin yesterday as i like the concept. But, something i do not follow is why, if the initial coins have been given back to the market, Zpool can not honor the payment with the following message: "We are short of this currency (75922.73888045 BLAS). Please STOP your miners and switch to BTC until we find more BLAS blocks. YOU are responsible if you continue to mine for BLAS dispite this warning." It is common thing with pools that mine algo's and not exact coin (zpool, hashrefinery). They will pay but later - BLAS should become more profitable so they will mine it.

Someone made much better miner: ccminer/krnlx-xevan 153 153 73.85% 1.8 GH/s 12 MH/sccminer/alexis-1.0 7 7 14.35% 355.4 MH/s 50.8 MH/sOr let's hope he has 10 1080 in all 7 rigs
