Is there a way to query balance and mining stats using CLI? Linux Server doesn't have a GUI and Lynx doesn't seem to work with it.
Also I read that a different wallet address is needed for each external hard drive, is that true? Or can the same wallet address be used? What about copying this install to a laptop, and just adjusting the plot size for it, then running it, same wallet address etc.

Is there a way to check mining info and balance if you can't access the web interface? Using CLI, and Lynx isn't very friendly with it heh.

First coin that made me laugh, and not out of pity. Way to go! TO THE MOOON ETC

If I have a second PoCMiner on an external doing run_generate.sh, do I also need a second run_miner for it or in burst/run.sh? Or will it talk to the API 8125 to aggregate them?

Without the website api, how can you check your balance using CLI?

A config file with paths to look into would be nice so you could run one miner over multiple drives... xD
Was already planning on doing that. Cool, just looked into the source, Miner.java Line 108 - read an .ini and loop the paths, done. Be prepared to get paths with whitespaces though Hmm i might try to do this myself ^^ are there .jar build instructions somewhere? I was going to do json config since I already am using a parser for that, but that works too. If you're using linux: sudo apt-get install openjdk-7-jdk chmod +x compile.sh and then to build just do: ./compile.sh Cheers, JSON would work but i think it would just over-complicate things for my dirty hack ^^ Would be a nice feature! Any instructions on what the ini can handle and if it works in Linux as well?

For example, if the external drive is /external and poc is installed in /home/user/pocminer ? ln -s /external/plots/* /home/user/pocminer/plots Thanks, I'm needing to do one plot inside the normal location (/home/user/pocminer/plots/ ) and then another on another drive that I didn't want to put a copy of pocminer on, but I guess if that's the only way then I'll have to do it lol. I tried making a symlink to just one file, but I must be doing it wrong as it's not putting the 2nd external plot, on the external.

In Linux, is there a way to have a single pocminer install have plots on different mounted drives? Symlink would only allow redirect of the plots folder, but looking to use both the main drive and an external with a single install.
why dont u just symlink the plot file instead of plots folder? What's the command that would work for that in this case? For example, if the external drive is /external and poc is installed in /home/user/pocminer ?

Ping Pong buy and sell orders are doing great though. 27BTC on bter, for investors it's been fun.

why dont u just symlink the plot file instead of plots folder? Thanks, tried this out. I would then run 2 instances of run_generate correct? One for each plot? Or is there a way to specify 2 plots in just one run_generate?

Logo submition for Burst: I like that one the most so far, maybe the front needs changing or colors to be perfect, but I'm no artist. Also, is there a way to make a plot on an external drive, but without putting pocminer on it so I can just have a single instance of pocminer on my main drive? Wasn't sure of the command to state the location of the plots folder if not default.

Due to my own cause, I can't access the Web UI. What method using CLI can I check for blocks found/balance? I really like this coin concept, not giving up.

What would be the command to use 7GB for example? ((7 * 1024MB) * 1024KB) /256KB = 28672
run_generate.sh account# 0 28672 8191 2
Does this mean things are working? When I try to run the .sh files in Supervisor (or any monitoring program) it seems it can't find the files needed, absolute or relative paths don't seem to help.
Error: Could not find or load main class pocminer.POCMiner

Try http://javarevisited.blogspot.hu/2011/06/noclassdeffounderror-exception-in.html. Cleared up most errors using directory to set the launch directory for the .sh file and set static locations for the jar in sh. When I try to run the wallet run.sh in Supervisor (or any monitoring program) it seems it can't find the files needed, absolute or relative paths don't seem to help. Using directory to set the directory, works for the other two sh files but not the wallet it seems.

xcn looks great today Damn, it sure does. I bought between .000014 and .000015. I only wish I had bought more. I'm very happy with my filled buy orders in that range too, I'm almost sad I had 50% set at such a now "low" sell price, it's more than tripled what I sold 50% of my coins at. Almost Sad And of course, I had to remake all my new buy orders on the higher buy floor =) The majority of my coins won't be let go until it hits 0.0001 and even then I'm a bit scared of it surpassing that and having sellers regret and simply holding some once I buy. Someone dump some cheap coins to fill my buys

One thing I noticed is Difficulty goes up even as hashrate goes down.
The difficulty is based on the block times over entire adjustment window. The hash rate estimate (you can't measure the hash rate directly, just estimate it from block times) is based on some shorter window. Thanks! I didn't know this. Is there a place I can read more about this, and perhaps a formula? Use the source luke. Probably beyond my current IQ so feel free to ignore me lol, https://github.com/MiniblockchainProject/Cryptonite/ where to start?
