Suggest you trade on paper until you prove to yourself that you can make profits. Stay away from day trading, look for long term trades that last weeks or months. There are a lot of traders on all the forums talking their own books. Same on YouTube. If you want to start learning technical analysis you could do worse than watch Josh Olszewicz videos on YouTube. |

@Hhampuz so sorry to hear of the NWTM bankruptcy hope it has minimal affect for you. Kialara also used NWTM but I think he got the Moon series finished before the troubles.

I am heartbroken now by Hampz words + this design. Well done! I agree with Hampz, you should really pursue having some chips made up. I hope Satori at the very least changes up the color. IMO a small change in design would be good for them, their brand, desirability, and long term collector value. Markets are flooded with orange chips now..change is good.

It seems you would just need to buy the chips and make two really cool holograms, one for each side, and you'd have your coins. I'd be happy to assist if I can. Take a close look at a Satori chip. Better yet use the serial number and website to look up the public key. You can add more bitcoin to a Satori chip once you have the public key if you want BTW. Just noting there is a lot more work involved than just slapping two holograms on a poker chip. You basically would have to reproduce what Satori and BTCC have done. Not saying it can't be done but it would be a challenging project and you also have to worry about not infringing on any patents the other companies may have. |

Have a hard time believing the dream for a custom is dead. The buyers are here and the L.N . seems to be working in our favor and should only make things that much easier/better/more likely/etc when the time comes. Of course I'm not looped in like Hampz and look forward to hearing more from him. Glass half full for once here.
Satori seems to be going through some growing pains as they became more popular but high transaction fees are a problem for them loading .001 chips. I think they will work out the kinks just take some time. They may have to go to .002 - .003 chips, or even consider Litecoin instead of Bitcoin chips. They are certainly successful so far and a smart business so they will find a way IMO. |

The last group buy was for 214 rolls. With Satori limiting to maximum 100 rolls order per person now we will be fortunate if Hhampuz wants to do another group buy for the next batch from Satori. It sounds like custom coins are way in the future if ever.

From the Satori website: When our stock depleted in late January, we announced that we will resume sale on Feb 12. But we are afraid to say, we are going to delay the resuming date. The reason is this.
As you know by now, Coincheck hack problem arose. Our decision to originally use Coincheck payment service was for our accounting management purpose, to avoid the complex BTC/USD/YEN calculation burden. But to this date, we cannot retrieve our BTC .... Alas, everyone, please learn from our mistake !
So, we need to introduce a new set up and implementing that is going to take another week or two. We are sorry to keep you all waiting. As soon as we are ready, we will re-announce.
Now please take note in that when we resume, in order to serve as many people as possible, there will be a 100 pcs purchase quota limit per person. We cannot accept orders above 100 pcs. We expect to make close to 3,000 pcs.
Lastly, we previously indicated that after this lot, we expect to cease sale for a prolonged period (due to high transaction fee preventing us from manufacturing at a sensible cost). The good news is that lately, the transaction fee has come down drastically. Preparation to fully restock will still take a few months and we cannot promise any dates, but things are starting to look promising.

I really don't get the point of a mock auction. You really won't know what the community would pay until you run a true auction. I would enjoy bidding in a true auction.

Been following this thread on and off since my first bitcoin purchase in 2013 - never really contributed (the Newbie account is because i went away for a bit and the forum got hacked or something).
Came back in the last few months to see 100% nazi posts going on in this thread - WTF?
I guess mostly it's some troll clowns who think they are funny, but some seem so extreme they probably are nazis - I'm thinking primarily of Realr4cist or Realr3tard or whatever he's called. Thankfully not seen him for the last couple of weeks - hopefully his week hands collapsed and he lost everything.
Surely they could just go and hang out on 4chan or somewhere?
