I would say that the combined value of all the altcoins i had there might be something like 0.01 BTC. I was one of the lucky ones who managed to pull out pretty much all coins i had there (i have to say i had to make a few unfavorable trades to do it but in the end pulling out 90% is still better than getting nothing at all). I know however quite a few guys who did not get their coins out in time, most of it was BTC and LTC so the chance for them to get the coins is slim to say the least.

Someone wants to holding Crypt under2K sat  Indeed, seems someone is trying to keep the price down for as long as they can, but not with a huge wall but with one that just shows downwards pressure. Once that wall get eaten im guessing there will be a very nice jump up followed by another wall will appear to give time for even more accumulation. This alone is a strong sign that something big is coming and involved parties are getting ready for it. |

First time in CasinoCoin history - market cap over 2M  It should go up a lot more  Now I stand at 15k and it looks like I cant buy any more. I will however invest in more when the trade volume rises. Seams like there is not a great deal on alcurex in order to determine a realistic value. Bloody Cryptsy did this. I am just like you mate. I am waiting for the price to increase more so that I could sell most of my CSC. I have already sold some, just in case, to secure some profits. I am hoping for CSC to become #3 or #2 in market cap. Things will get pretty interesting by then. But I am just dreaming.  I think top 5 may be reasonable. We're the only coin that solves a problem for a $41.6b industry. Reaching top 5 will be pretty difficult. There are quite a few contenders for the top spots and soon there will be more im sure as the crypto world doesn't sleep. If the coin does go to 1$ then anythings possible really, first step would be top 10, that itself is nice achievement. The Pyro part was the first step, is there any word on when the casinos will announce they will start accepting csc ? Or is it still unknown |

To add to the exitement, .... look what i received today   Bump. just in case people missed it. lol Looking good! We got to see it sooner than i expected . That pump on the price was amazing after the images of the card hit, too bad i was away when i happened or i could have made a nice chunk of more CSC with the ride up. I am pretty sure that if CSC was on Polo for example then the pump would have been a lot bigger and it would have stayed high most likely. The volume CSC alone pushed on Alcurex was impressive |

The new logo looks pretty good. That being say'd i like the old logo also. When will we see the update or did i miss it somehow ? Would be nice to get some news on the progress of the app and when everything will be ready for use by the community. It seems someone is expecting something big because the price has been pushed way back up again, it has pretty much tripled from what it was just a week ago or so. |

looks like prypto.com made a little artwork change to the bottom of their site: http://prypto.com/They must be getting close to launching the new csc cards if they are putting the artwork up now. Oh nice, starting to see some movement on that part also, i hope the cards themselves are close to follow. Price seems to be recovering a bit also from the slump it has been for a while, but movement up is still slow. Im guessing as soon as those cards hit the price will make a jump up immediately. Hopefully it will be in February  at least if i remember correctly something big was supposed to be coming this February. |

What is the scale-ability of Bitbay and Blackcoin?? How many transactions can be handled per minute?
What happens to the dollar peg if the dollar hyper-inflates and the new global trade settlement standard becomes gold?? I expect this by 2020 and Probably a lot sooner. do you have time frame for when your are going to attempt a dollar peg?
The peg might not be hard set at a dollar... Regarding pegs, I'd like to bring the following analysis on the subjet from the "nubits" experience. I jope it is useful for Bitbay: ... Conclusion In short, NuBits uses increases in its total supply (through various ways) and thus inflation as the only method to combat both an increasing and decreasing price. This might be able to hold for a while, but leaves nothing but a time bomb waiting to go off. The developers might have created NuBits with the best intentions, but until any adjustments have been made it is advised to avoid from this digital currency. So coins are tagged as to how they freeze and unfreeze. Example, lets say the deflation rate is 50% And someone had coins that he never spent since it was 100% inflated (0% deflated) Then he tries to spend. Miners force him to send 50% back to himself tagged as frozen 100-50 which is basically his coins divisible in 50 parts. Then the remainder he wants to send is now liquid 50-0 which is liquid coins set to deflate in at least 50 parts. If the currency inflates again the user can spend some of his frozen coins. Lets say it inflates 5% Then he can unfreeze 5/50ths of his frozen coins and tag them a liquid divisible in 5 parts over 5 points. Merchants will always require good quality coins and this is all going to be done under the hood. Frozen coins can be transferred when totally frozen under one condition: That you put at least a 3 month time lock on it. At least im leaning towards a 3 month exemption but it should be in the range of 1-6 months. This is superior to NuBits because its totally decentralized. There is no custodial addresses, there is no sustainability problem, there is no voluntary parking. Nubits suffers from major front running/inflation/centralization problems all of which are solved here. This creates a series of asset classes based on how much liquidity your coins have. It also allows us to roll prices up and down by controlling the supply. AND it doesnt favor the rich, anyone who held coins that froze will benefit by having them released later. And also it creates some really interesting possibilities for transfers of liquidity for frozen coins. Similar to loans, trustless bonds and futures, etc. Thats the core idea, I've been in discussions about how to make it user friendly which is the first priority. This is the basic core principals and we can build on it from there. Deflation/Inflation per day will probably be 1-2% and might follow a sort of linear curve where that is more of a target rate. Although im still deciding over the minor details. This seems like a pretty good way of doing it. Takes a lot to fully understand how it works tho, toke me a few reads and im still sure i didnt fully get it lol. The main thing is that it happens under the hood and the user does not need to worry about it. The best way is the trustless part, makes everything so much better. And yes, it has to be user friendly to gain mass adoption because that is the only real way to go, to reach out to people outside of cyrpto also. |

I was looking for one of the most likely/next coins to double or triple soon. I noticed DigiByte (never heard of it until tonight) had a small increase over the past 7 days, compared to many other sleepers. Then I noticed it had the number 13 highest trading volume from the top 100 list, yet has the lowest market cap. I don't care about coin clubs, or saying this or that coin is better. It's just math.. this coin is going up 2x soon. Yea, you can thank me later.  It could very well be the next real bump up. Even if it is not, the coin is very easy to trade as there are constant swings that are easy to trade. I try to pick up some every time it goes down, its a pretty risk free trade as i know the price goes up again and if it stays down it is still good because the coin is solid and will move up at one point anyway. The marketcap already is looking nice so it seems it only needs a nudge in the right direction |

It makes two days since I won 43 bitcoin at moneypot.com mainly through plinko, and am still for my withdrawal. So far I have heard nothing back from multiple support forms and nothing has been sent to my address I did my 30 bitcoin withdrawal to. Should I be more patient or was I scammed? I am not really happy with how this has been addressed and turned my joy into stress.

First of all congraz on the winning! That is a serious amount of bitcoin. Im sure MoneyPot is just looking into the code and making sure that all the bets made were valid and that everything is in order, seems to be standard procedure when someone wins big. You can always try message them here on the forum or send a support email and see why they have been holding it back for so long. This is a good opportunity for the new team to prove themselves. |

Hey everyone, mainnet launch date is 12:00 PM CST February 8th, 2016. Some extra information here. This will mean extra work completed on PoW pools and a simple PoS pool on launch. Hopefully now everyone can make their arrangements for the big day! Thank you for the info! The launch is a bit later than i hoped (about a week to go now) but at least we have a official date now. I really hope there are no more big issues to solve so we can get this party on the way. On the other hand it gives me a chance to buy some hashing for the launch as i am sure some miners will start selling hashing (hopefully on miningrigrentals also). Releasing everything 1 day prior seems like a long enough time. |

lol 3k and not higher It will take quite a long time for the price to go much higher. As the dev mentioned this will be a long time project because building the actual games is a time consuming process. The first games will be simpler ones and the real games will start coming soon after. The time you can buy SCRT for this price will soon be over because the overall supply is very small and the holders are not planing to sell. The team also needs more coins for their own exchange so the buy support is there. |

In-game assets and free market trading in-game with GP and HYPER will make this rock. Once we start marketing this game seriously, the in-game economy has the potential to become huge. So excited right now. In this testing phase Inkha is using GP only, but as soon as I have an ETA on HYPER integration I will let you all know. He has 100% confirmed he will also add HYPER integration. I fully agree that it has huge potential and i really hope they push it to the full potential. "Entropia" is a really good example of a game that allows users to make money by playing, but to really make something it needs a small investment. Something along those lines would be really nice. If it was an absolute certainty that BTW would tank then i would most likely convert it to FIAT. If i had to choose an altcoin i would most likely go with something like ETH (im not the biggest fan of it but it seems to hold value and is pretty popular with huge volume right now). The honorable mentions would be coins like BAY, DGB, NXT. I could consider going into those also, from the 3 most likely BAY.
It is really hard to say what happens if BTC indeed does get rekt as everything is connected to it.

pushing 1.7GH/s on my radeon hd 7870 for the past 10 hours. 208 decred in my wallet right now Wow, that's pretty much. I tought it will be much harder to mine some. I heard some guys here made some insane rigs. Really ? That seems like a lot of coin to be honest, well there aren't many miners so the rewards will change a lot but still it seems mining DCR will be profitable maybe it will even be profitable buying some hashing. (Hint Hint to anyone who wants to rent some hash right now, if you got the rigs set them up). I tried mining a bit also but my card is way too weak to have any kind of hashrate. If the launch was a month later i would have been better oh mining power wise |

Hmm it would be pretty good to have the coin there especially as there is not much to do currently but only stake. Would be the perfect opportunity for someone like be because i cant really keep my laptop open all the time so i only open it up once a day or so to stake. Now if we could only remove that 1 sat sell wall on YoBit , the buys are there but it feels every time someone buys, the same amount is added back. |

10 years really feels like an eternity at the current crypto landscape. If i was to choose a few i think i might go with something like NXT, DGB, BAY. There is no telling if they will even be around when the time comes but the best choice would be coins that have a use or some unique features. I got a feeling BTC might be a lot higher or not exist at all in 10 years, so if it is still around and the altcoin is also around the profit will be there.

If you are using faucets, you might have noticed that payouts are dropping in the last days. Some of them have already shut down.
The main reason is that Google AdSense is disabling most of those accounts. AdSense was the highest source of advertising income, therefore most faucets owner will dramatically loose the great part of their income and will not be able to pay users, unless they cut drops.

There is less successful ones for sure. Faucets however are still profitable if done right but it requires finding private/good advertisers. The main issue is fighting the bots and proxies that are used for claming because advertisers dont usually pay for proxy traffic and the bots also take away the funds from legit users. There are quite a few small tricks that can be used for faucets but i havent seen them used yet. |

It should definitely be taken as a very crude measurement. As we know, an IP address isn't the most reliable representation, but it's an interesting picture nonetheless - that's why it was included. Because of the now successful airdrop with a lot of participations? How will it go further, when will hit decred the exchanges? Would be very interesting investment opportunity. Looking forward to the start and want to buy some!
Miner source code has been released. Signed binaries for convenience are coming today for that as well. And testnet should go live today. There will be signed binaries for that too. Then depending on what happens after testnet is live, mainnet gets turned on in a week - as stated earlier, just repeating it here for visibility. Oh nice! Finally we can see movement and get a step closer to the launch! Even better that there is a chance that the launch is only a week away, seems i need to start getting some BTC ready for the buys because i am certain there will be a lot of dumps from airdrop participants in the beginning.
