741  Other / Off-topic / Re: The reason that bitcointalk.org add value to the world on: April 18, 2017, 03:58:49 AM
there is the same thing on other forums too. i have seen signature campaigns. and it is not just that, the incentive for money is always there one way or another. people are either getting paid from a signature campaign or they are advertising a referral link, an affiliate program, their own website to generate traffic and make money from ads there, and many more. and everywhere there will be people spamming nonsense and others who don't, there is no stopping that. this is The Internet. you get all kinds of people on forums.

in my opinion people are focusing too much on so called signature spammers and meanwhile there are lots of spam happening in other forms. worst of all FUD and shilling. and it seems like literary nobody cares about them.

you never see people wear a signature in red color saying "Paid FUDsters are a plague on this forum". whereas they are the real plague because they are harming the community and bitcoin. but apparently nobody cares about them and they are happily spreading crap.
742  Economy / Exchanges / Re: 16/04/2017 BTC Done.. Dead, Epic Dump 0.06 USD 1 Btc on: April 16, 2017, 04:18:48 AM
bitcoinwisdom's api is known to do some stuff like this, and they are just bugs because of errors that happen in their connection to the exchange api (coinbase may have given wrong data) or in the calculations the bot makes.
and this is nothing new. first big one but not new.

You can't be serious.
You don't have to post meaningless things within this thread to increase your post count.

Did you even visit Coinbase and look at the chart?

i made the part you missed into bold. please read my comment again.
and i don't need to visit coinbase to know the dip to 0.06 USD is a bug. since (as i said) this is not the first time.

and if you look at the volume the volume doesn't even show such a dip. you know there is resistance in going down.
743  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: a new strategy for dice (all or nothing or double or nothing!) on: April 16, 2017, 03:43:52 AM
to the two posters above:
why are you calling it "reverse martingale" because from what i read once about martingale and its reverse. the reverse version is when you start with max amount and if you win you put the same amount again and if you lose you decrease the amount. and it actually is called reverse because you decrease it not increase the amount like martingale.
or am i missing something?

to OP
i have to try this, it should be fun Wink
744  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 60,000 Unconfirmed transaction and counting on: April 16, 2017, 03:30:37 AM
Yesterday I was transact some money and I have no problem :/ I have no idea there were so many unconfirmed transaction until now. And yes, of course we need bigger blocks because more and more people are using btc and that will be more and more difficult to make a transaction, I hope this problem will be solved soon, especial now, Easter.

ETH probably spamming to promote their awesome blockchain  mean time in BTC idiots are fighting Segwit/notSegwit.
1MB block no limit. ***
When BTC spammed ETH blockchain they forked 2x in 3weeks... Problem solved.
And this is main difference between those coins BTC can be played like children in kindergarden.

well that is the clear difference between a complete decentralized system without any centralized authority to decide whether actiate segwit/nosegwit or anything else.

and a centralized system called ethereum which is performing like a bank and the decisions are made by that centralzied authority without heeding what the rest of the users say.
745  Economy / Speculation / Re: People selling alts to go back in BTC on: April 16, 2017, 03:20:32 AM
Well altcoins were always safe haven for short time if btc slows,
but I think that some alts are really alts that people will keep supporting, wont get affected by btc, like ethereum.
indeed, there's some alts which really working a part from btc as we knew that they played some roles coming out from
btc, alts like eth, xmr, xrp are coins which also working in progress even btc is rising back they can manage to keep
their value moving as well together with btc.

none of these coins are moving with bitcoin, they are actually moving in the opposite direction. go fetch both the charts for each of these coins and bitcoin chart and put them on top of each other with same dates and you will see.

as soon as bitcoin price rises all of these altcoins are getting dumped down to nothing.

747  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: when will chinese exchanges resume withdrawals? on: April 14, 2017, 02:38:18 AM
When do you think chinese exchanges will resume withdrawals?
Quite uncertain but i am concerned more on the market move after all this suspension will be lifted. What chinese traders are thinking to do when they will get their bitcoins in their hands from trading platforms.  Roll Eyes

they have had their bitcoin from those platforms it is their money that is tied inside of these exchanges and that is because it is tied to the banks. in other words a bank is required to deposit or withdraw your fiat to and from an exchange but bitcoin doesn't need it and you can do it on your own.

and i thought they have resumed the process by now! it is strange because i can see their volume already picked up.
748  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Dice Stettings at 92% Chance on: April 14, 2017, 02:32:05 AM
i mostly try the reverse strategy meaning i have about a 92% chance of losing and 8% chance of win or a bit higher sometimes. and that way i can bet with faucet and if i get lucky i can earn a good amount of bitcoin and then move on from there.

although this strategy of yours seems to take it one step further. although i can't find any logic of why you should win after a loss but i think i will give it a try and then report back here. maybe i win something good.

i came back to report:
i tried the strategy and it works and it seems like it is working well enough. i have made some bets with this strategy and also won when i was supposed to win.

but i have to say i have a bad feeling that this is one of those strategies that is working until it doesn't Cheesy
which means i probably won't use this much because i am afraid of losing big.
749  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin by Christmas 2018? (POLL) on: April 14, 2017, 02:23:20 AM
we are forced to vote for $2000 because all the other choices are wrong.

the $200 is stupid because unless end of the world is supposed to come to bitcoin tomorrow there is no other way that price is reached.

the moon is also stupid and i go as far as saying $5000 is also. the Japan has created a big market and a massive new demand but apart from that i cannot see a rise that big inside this year.

and i didn't vote $1200 because that would meen no rise at all and that is also impossible.
750  Economy / Economics / Re: where should i invest my 0.5 btc ? on: April 14, 2017, 02:16:45 AM
Don't invest anywhere lol, keep your .5 btc in your wallet. you'll make more $ by holding bitcoin than investing. Smiley
It is a pretty good advice if you do not have a clue about anything. There are many ways to multiply your coin, trading and gambling are the popular ones here, what ever you do make sure that you learn everything including the risks involved and if you are not able to take those risks then keeping your coins in your wallet is the best thing you can do. Smiley
One thing i did not agree with your statement is investing in gambling because OP is wanting to earn for his money and gambling is not profitable it is only for fun.
Try to invest in altcoun which has a possibility to increase its value but take care on that more coins now are already a scam.

investing in gambling =/= investing in a gambling site.
the first one is not even an investment and people should not even call it that. you spend money on gambling is a much more accurate thing to say.
but investing in a gambling site's bankroll is a legit way of investment and as long as that gambling site is honest the investment will give you a good profit without a doubt.
751  Economy / Speculation / Re: Say bye to Triple Digits on: April 13, 2017, 06:14:35 AM
For now it's too early to say something like that. And you started this post in feb and there was a 3 digit in march. We can say in one way 3 digits is coming to an end to soon but for that to happen we need the price to reach 1500$ otherwise three digit would keep occuring

not nessasarily.
price can stay above $1100-$1200 and never even break the $1100 every again let alone go back to 3 digits.
going down at this point can only be acheived with a massive market manipulation. because when you shake out the weak hands, they drop of of the market and there is no more of them to shake out! then the hands become stronger making any drop harder.
752  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Alert to those you hide face! on: April 13, 2017, 06:05:19 AM
they are simply killing their own business and pushing the players away!

what they need to realize is that online cryptocurrency gambling is a competetive market and the competition is fierce. there are a lot of the same sites offering the same games and the new players will simply stay away and old players will quit their site and soon they will go under because they have failed to compete with the rest.
753  Economy / Economics / Re: One Reason not to be "All Inn" on any Single Investment for Long on: April 13, 2017, 05:57:28 AM
there is a simple solution for you all in scenario:
invest the money you don't need and can afford to invest.

all of us usually have some funds for emergency that we don't touch. and it is always best to invest some additional money you have which is just lying around and does nothing.

all in, diversify,... are for that money not all your lifesavings. in which case i think your argument doesn't apply. because you invest and you never get to a point where you abosolutely need the money so you can only sell when the time is right.
754  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: You can't avoid taxes by investing in bitcoin on: April 13, 2017, 05:49:24 AM
actually this is one of the reason why people use bitcoin because of the bitcoin animosity the bitcoin don't pay taxes .,
But even if it don't pay taxes you should be careful in the transaction fees and or the exchange rate..
Bitcoin is popular now days so definitely recommend using bitcoin and earning bitcoin for a good profit..

well then that is a false assumption that people who are in bitcoin because of what you said, are making.
bitcoin is neither anonymous nor free of tax.
the anonymity part is obvious, you can even google about it or even read the bitcoin.org page to see it is not.

and about taxes, there may be countries which has not yet decided but in most places you have to pay taxes when using bitcoin.

756  Economy / Economics / Re: Can you really make money on Forex? on: April 11, 2017, 04:36:08 AM
Anyone tried or currently trading forex is it possible to make money on it?
I think its just a normal trading but in forex that is the biggest company in trading so I think yes because the pumping and dumping of coin there is so huge. And I think you can make money from forex just like any trading sites but you can loss some money there too. So I think you need to decide to invest there or not.

you are mistaking Forex market with something else and i have no idea what it is you are talkinga bout.
forex is foreign exchange market and it is where you trade currencies, the real currencies such as USD, EUR, CNY,... and it is a global market. there is no pump and dump, that is for shitaltcoins.

757  Economy / Speculation / Re: [UPDATE] $1,200 HITTED (Next goal is $1,300) on: April 11, 2017, 04:28:11 AM
As what we see now the price is stable in $1,200 to $1,225. In this month we can say that "ATH" price can break through in this month. I hope so true that "ATH" would nreak in this month

Update:

Brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrreeaaaaaaaskkkkk ooooooouttt iiiiinnnnccccooommmiiinnnggggg!!!!!!!

See it here:  http://www.newsbtc.com/2017/04/10/42499/

No need to get over-excited here, as there are different waves with different resistance regions out there, so everytime it crosses a range, a new range arises ahead because of this ATH part, and as witnessed always, we have always been dumped. But still, I have faith in price as well as many more good news to come ahead in the near future, so I think that $1300 is not too far if we stand still and hold on with our coins.
Lol newsbtc is almost wrong everytime lol. Its fun to read but they really suck at analysing the market.

all news sites are like this.
the thing is that they are not really analyzing the market, and they don't even want to. they will always post things that they think will get them the most traffic. and it is mostly based on timing. for example now is the time to post positive news about the rise and everyone talking about their predicted price of from $2000 to $10000.

last weeks it was all about what they can say about fork and how bitcoin is dying and price going to hell.
tomorrow it will be some other clickbait!
758  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Have you been scammed BTC? What will you do if your bitcoin get scammed? on: April 11, 2017, 04:21:09 AM
the only time i can say i was "scammed" is when i invest in an altcoin and the manipulators dump it and i lose money. and that is only because no amount of research or analysis can predict their dumping.

other times i always do extensive research before doing anything and this is not just bitcoin related, so no i have no other cases fortunately.
759  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Monthly Best Gambling Site (April 2017) on: April 10, 2017, 03:13:21 AM
once again i vote for bitsler.com as my favorite gambling site of another month. it is interesting to see others are starting to see that too and the votes are so much bigger this time around.

anyways their promotions have been very good. they keep on giving and they simply get more players and earn more and then giveaway more and then earn more.
it is like a simple cause and effect.
760  Economy / Speculation / Re: Imagine how the guys that sold at $800 feel now on: April 10, 2017, 03:04:37 AM
i really hope this time more people realize what has been going on in the past month or so. because it will keep happening but with a different form and a different topic as it always does.

and peole invested in bitcoin will continue to fall for the FUD over and over again until they stop for a second and THINK. look back at what has been said and what really happened and anyone can realize it was pure FUD to buy cheap coins.

in other words whoever sold their coins, they sold it at a $400 discount to those who were spreading the FUD.
