I am coming to you today as a recent player on it's website who has not been paid my earnings and have been robbed because of a bug which occured on one of there games. Below is a full break down of the events that have occurred.
The Player has already received Large Bug Bounty (0.2 BTC) plus his initial deposit back, and as a personal present from me, 30 Free Spins with minimum x2 wagering requirement. I am afraid this is all we can do here, I was personally curating this case and wanted to be 100% sure, that's why it took a little bit of time. The Player himself is a very gentle and polite human, and casino staff shared deep sympathy towards him, but in this case, there is nothing else we could do. We are deeply sorry for the inconvenience, but consider that our treatment, in this case, is entirely fair.

So, basically, you gave his deposit back and about $80. You guys are pathetic... Anyone who deposits at this place is a doggone fool. Poor support, withhold withdraws, steals deposits when someone violates a term, slow pay or no pay, 40x wagering on bonus (ripoff), and makeup excuses to not pay out jackpots. You guys have held withdraws for weeks and months, and then ignore some of the complaints coming on other forums. We have acted within the policy and rules that are recognised by casino and we always do so. If there is a delay in withdrawal we give the explanation like now and we try to be as friendly to players as there is possible. But we firstly need to be stable and follow the rules and policies thoroughly, we are unable to issue the bug winning and no casino on this planet will ever issue a bug winning, we clearly explain why the winning came from bug and spent so much energy and time to precisely investigate this case. This case was very delicate and I need to state, we share deep sympathy towards player, but even this sympathy can be higher than rules recognised by casino, because those rules are what make us stable and those rules are what guarantee fairness on our website. And we are fair client, nobody can argue with this, we listen to community and we listen to player, that's why we have open discussions on every case. Below is a full break down of the events that have occurred. (TL;DR below) Yesterday, I had made a small deposit to FortuneJack. They had recently sent me a notifcation asking to try a new game and I was intrigued. During the game I had accrued some amount of funds roughly amounting 2 BTC. I, in my belief was that I had acquired these winnings fairly without any fraudulent or illegal play. Later I try to make a small withdrawal of roughly a quarter of my winnings around .45 BTC, which then said was undergoing review. I thought everything was fine up till this point. This is where it gets interesting. As the night progresses, I am still on the site gambling for nearly 8 hours, eventually heading over to there plinko page. I keep playing and playing and then the jackpot hit. You should understand I was literally speechless when this happened. It was a payout of 20 BTC. About 15 minutes later however, all the funds in my account were subtracted and later they had claimed that my winnings on Adrenaline were obtained due to a bug, and that they therefore would have to penalize ALL the money I acquired. Clearly this is unjustifiable. Even if the winnings I won in Adrenaline were from a bug. I had been on the casino website for nearly 8 hours. I am sure I have wagered over 10000x my initial deposit. Even if the casino were to claim that I won a small amount from a bug, the plinko bet was won fair and square. They even know this because they have nothing to say about it, but simply because of the Adrenaline game which THEY advertised me to play, they are refusing my winnings. I am coming to the community here today to see what they have to say about this. I am being robbed for playing a game they had suggested to me? TL;DR Won a total of 22 BTC -20 from Plinko jackpot 1000x and 2 from Adrenaline. Fortunejack siezed all earnings claiming a bug from the game Adrenaline which was advertised by them.   Hello Dear Player, As a FortuneJack Casino Representative, I would like to issue a final response on this thread to clear up the situation. We have launched an investigation within the company for this very delicate case which involved several departments, including thorough relations with game developers to determine if the win was made from the bug money. This is what we have finally concluded: In the attached file you can see Bet ID (first column), Spin ID (second column), Real BPS (third column), User BPS (fourth column), Bet Amount (fifth column), Win Amount (sixth column), Key (seventh column) and Hash (eighth column). In the usual cases of winning Win Amount equals of Bet Amount multiplied on RealBPS. WinAmount = BetAmount × RealBPS View Bet History: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1iLLzeap4MdHwMeVyun3lHA2JxUkPG8lg/view?usp=sharingAs we can see in the file Win Amounts are almost the same every time and are more than Bet Amount × Real BPS. Based on these facts we can state that bet from the player was affected by the bug from the game and finally, an inadequate winning was made. Also, I’m attaching the screenshot of our back-office. (all the personal information is hidden due to a privacy policy.) In this screenshot, you can see that in every bet BPS is 200 which is another proof of the sad happening on the game site and evidence that game had an unexpected and undetermined bug.  As said in our Terms & Conditions and I believe that any casino representative would agree with me, we are not able to issue a winning made with bug money. According to all mentioned above and because of the bet made by verusfides was with money earned by the bug we are unable to consider winning as a relevant. We, of course, realize the delicacy of the situation and we are not trying to put the blame on players. We understand this is the inconvenience and we are deeply sorry for this confusing situation. But despite everything and our positive attitude to the user verusfides, we have to strictly follow our rules this is the only way we can react in this case.

You all have provided some screen shot and highlighted the middle number and claimed this is the bet amount and this is the amount missing. First of all the middle column in the transaction history is NOT the bet amount. The FAR RIGHT column is the bet amount. You can clearly see i was wagering .001 wagers and you all have said i was wagering .039 wagers. You all do not want to pay me the 99.5 mbtc that is missing from my deposit credit and you are desperately reaching for any absurd explantion that you can fabricate in order to weasel your way out of those obligations. I noticed some discrepencies in my history and my transactions. I told them that there was a significant amount of bitcoin missing from my account which was due to a system miscalculation, there were no withdrawals made during the time at all so this is ruled out first. Then they sent me several pages of transactions and provided several different stories as to what had happened. The first story was that they just needed to figure out whether the amount missing was a bonus amount or a real balance amount so that they could begin the process of returning the funds to me. Since I know I dont use bonuses, I knew it was definitely not a bonus amount, but i respected the fact that they had to check to be sure before issuing any refunds. The following day they came back and told me that the bet amounts were removed during the confirmation of the amount. This is why the total amount didnt reflect properly on the transaction history. They sent me a screenshot with the center column highlighted which showed .039 and then said that I was making .039 bets while the deposit was confirming. This was completely false and they did not even highlight the correct column as the amount of the wager is in the FAR RIGHT Column and the amount missing is .0995btc. So this turned out to be categorically false. At this point I was certain that they would see the errors in their explanation and would have no choice but to make this right and simply refund my money. Obviously They did not done this. Instead, They have come back with ANOTHER new story of increasing complexity and technical explanation which required numerous pages of transaction history to be forwarded to me and some lengthy explanations about how their system is unique in it's calculations and this is why the numbers arent adding up.... It seems like they are just attempting to wear me down emotionally and mentally to the point where i concede to their story. I had almost reached that point as i have spent sooooo many hours dealing with this that even my family has become upset as I have been too often taken away from other aspects of my life bc i have had to keep battling to get FJ to return my funds. I will post the image of the detailed transaction history that THEY sent to ME and insisted there was no error. PLEASE tell me and Fortunejack if ANYONE ELSE SEES THE ERROR. They have insisted is not an error. I think it is rather clear that it is. But, now we want to give a public response and explanation. (we’ve hidden transaction IDs in every provided screenshot due to privacy policies) At 01:58 , User requested deposit from blockchain side, Which started to reflect on balance at 02:05 and fully been confirmed and credited at 02:17. The screenshot of transaction is clearly showing Balance after, balance before and amount columns. While the transaction started to reflect on the balance (02:05 UTC) users balance was 0.13905242 BTC, Which is the exact amount of the bet made during 02:05 , shown in the screenshot While the transaction was unverified (waiting for blockchain confirmations) From 02:05 till 02:10:54 user was using the balance and the final outcome and last bet before making a deposit has been made at 02:10:54 after which the deposit has been credited (02:17) Balance before the deposit has been fully confirmed and credited on the account was 0.03955242 BTC (02:10:54 ) after which the deposit has been credited 0.541499 BTC (deposit amount) which gives us the balance after funds (After confirmation). Hi verusfidesDavid responding from here. Pardon for delayed response from me, its the first day back to office after a vacation, your case is the first and delicate one I am gonna be handling. As I have figured out from your comments and from inquiries in office, the issue is that: you have deposited amount on our website and due to bug of the game you made a significant winning. The game bug was notified to us by the provider and it was quite simple, but as well quite damaging - the automatic cashback have allowed players to basically write in bar the amount of money they wished to win and after spin the winning was there. This was brutal and our internal investigation is on to determine the causes of the bug. Thankfully to our most honest and loyal players the bug was soon detected. Most of the players wrote us what was happening and we were able to act fast and find the solution. We have rewarded to everyone who was affected by the bug with bug bounty of 0.08 for the damage, because we take responsibility on what happened on website. Sadly, some of the players took advantage on bug and got more and more until they could, but of course we are not able to issue the winnings that have been made due to bug abuse or any sort of unfair activity and we kindly ask our players to be understandable in this case. Your case, however, is extremely delicate as the winning on Adrenalin came because of the bug and you were able to claim 2.1 BTC, but you kept on playing and made a huge bet with bug won money on Plinko, were you got the big win of 19.17 BTC. We decided to seize the winnings because of the valid reason, of initial win coming from the bug, you were refunded your deposit and given a bug bounty (like all other players effected by bug) of 0.08 BTC. We are sorry to hear about your poor experience, but I think at the end we did everything to end up on fair point, you were returned your money back and plus given additional bonus for damage and help in successfully spotting and solving the bug issue. Screenshot 1: The Deposit was made and Playing the Adrenaline has started. Also, we see the bug effected game win of 2.1 BTC here. After bug wins the player has requested to withdraw the amount, but due to the already known to us bug issue, the withdrawals were suspended from the website.  Screenshot 2: Player Continues to play after denied withdrawal and starts playing on Bounce.  Screenshot 3: Player spins with bug money and as seen on the screenshot, wins Bounce Jackpot of 19.17BTC.  I would like to hear from BTC TALK community about the fairness of our decision. You all perfectly know that, I am always on a players side and I do my absolute best to be a watchdog for our community inside the office. Is there any options to make the plinko game looks bigger something like fullscreen mode? It is too small on 14" screen, I cant even see the multiplier rows clearly especially for the HIGH game level with 16 row. Also for the all bet features including, can you make in one column? Scrolling up and down is a little bit annoying, especially if players arw going to use a strategy by changing bet amount on every xx bet.
