761  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it better to save money or invest it? on: May 10, 2016, 04:34:14 AM
I would say save as much as you can whether it be btc or money because you need something incase of a rainy day and you can never have to much surplus money (or bitcoin for that matter) on hand.  Grin

Yes that is a good plan. But if you already saved enough, which can support you for 6 months without work, you should also put the excess money to investments. This will make sure that your money is not idle in a bank or anywhere you decide to save it. Put your money to work thru investment and that will create a passive income to you. Those passive income can serve as an retirement money for you. That means you earn money without working.

how about combine both of them..? you save your money at fiat/bank, after your saving account reach your goal, use it for capital, you can start invest at bank with interest arround 10% Per year, i think it's good idea.
762  Other / Off-topic / Re: Will you quit your day job to go full time on bitcoin? on: May 10, 2016, 04:32:10 AM
There are different types of jobs in which you could squeeze in BTC to go with what you're doing. If you are the type who's fixed on the computer the whole day, might as well find the time to join signature campaigns. If you have some knowledge and funds to burn, get your feet wet in trading. It's always better to just mix both if your schedule allows it.

it's good idea use salary from signature campaign to trading, maybe you can double your bitcoin.

if you want to go full time on bitcoin, i think better you go full time on online earning, so you can get more source, you can get money from youtube, blog adsens etc.
763  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How earn 1BTC a year? on: May 10, 2016, 03:19:02 AM
You can earn more than 1 btc if do you have a skill on trading or offer your a skill that pays in BTC you can make a lot more in a year

Trading we can make more than that, Faucets are enough to earn 1 BTC a year if you're going to invest time and effort but I don't think its worth it with signature campaigns and you can earn 1 BTC in less than a year depending on your rank, which is kind of worth your time.

1 btc a year its too low and need a long time.it possible earn 1 btc a year from faucets but you can make more that if join in the signature campaign plus avatar campaign.

i don't think it is possible or even wise thing to do.

using faucets is such a big waste of time, and doing it for a year will drive you mad.

it's very posible if you have more "free time" to waste it, better to waste your time to collecting bitcoin than you waste your time to playing game.
764  Bitcoin / Press / [2016-05-10] Blockchain: It's Not Just About Bitcoin on: May 10, 2016, 03:10:35 AM
While Bitcoin gets all the attention, the blockchain technology it’s based on can be used for a wide variety of applications, such as tracking ownership or the provenance of documents, digital assets, physical assets or voting rights. Here are some of the ways blockchains could improve business and government.

Blockchain technology is not just useful for creating digital currencies such as Bitcoin or developing new financial technologies. They can be used for a wide variety of applications, such as tracking ownership or the provenance of documents, digital assets, physical assets or voting rights.

Blockchain technology was popularised by the Bitcoin digital currency system. But, essentially, a blockchain is just a special kind of database. The Bitcoin blockchain stores cryptographically signed records of financial transfers, but blockchain systems can store any kind of data. Blockchains can also store and run computer code called “smart contracts”.

If I was able to get rich with Bitcoin then sure why not but if I was not sure I would not take the risk. I would just work and also do some Bitcoin.

keep your real job as main source Smiley
and bitcoin as side job.

but bitcoin is best way for investmen job, so we can hold earning/salary from bitcoin as intvestmen.
766  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are you holding your bitcoin for a price increase? on: May 09, 2016, 01:08:01 PM
If people have a smart mind than they are of course holding their coin and that is because they all think that they can earn money with it because the halving is coming.
But there are also people that is thinking they it wont reach that high value because it already kept stable for a long time.

in same case the long time stable price can be accumulation phase, so after accumulation ended the price will be rising to the moon, but in other case price can be fail after accumulation end, to make bubble chart Roll Eyes

Gemini founders Tyler and Cameron Winklevoss planned from their company’s beginning two years ago to provide a platform to allow customers to trade digital assets in addition to bitcoin. Over the past six months, Gemini recognized Ether as a credible candidate for inclusion on its exchange, according to Cameron Winklevoss, company president, on a Gemini blog. Gemini allows customers the same security for Ether storage that it offers for bitcoin.

768  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How earn Bitcoins fast and free?? on: May 09, 2016, 09:19:01 AM
If you want to earn it free then go for faucets and solving captchas

If you want to earn fast then go for gambling  Grin
You need to understand, there are no possibilities of earning bitcoin for free in quick time. Faucet earning are not for free and gambling is not a way to make bitcoins. By doing faucet you are wasting time and by playing gambling you are wasting your bitcoins.

i agree with you. he need more free time to spend in faucet if he want to get bitcoin free. it's very imposible to get bitcoin free and quickly.

faucet = free but need long time
gambling = can be quickly but need capital and illegal
trading = need capital can be quickly too and legal

It’s the start of a fresh week, and the weekend just gone has been a bit of an anomaly when compared to the last couple of months’ worth of action. Often, we will see a large, distinct, and usually sustained, price move.  Across the weekends just gone, however, price has remained relatively flat. What this means for the week going forward – as yet that she was unclear, but chances are we will see a bit of movement as volume returns to the market. So, and as we head into a fresh with straight, what levels that we’re focusing on in the bitcoin price, and where will we look to get in and out the markets as price matures? As ever, take a quick look at the chart below to get an idea of the range in question. It is a 15-minute candlestick chart representing the last 24 hours’ worth of action in the bitcoin price.

771  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How earn 1BTC a year? on: May 05, 2016, 01:38:05 AM
I agree that a signature campaign could get you to 1 bitcoin but you would need to have good post quality and get on a high paying campaign.  Most of the better ones are very restrictive.

But the fact is there no active campaigns available at a moment which will allow new participant to join so we should also try to find other ways to earn bitcoin.

because so many new member at this forum, and i think more than 50% of member use signature campaign for sidejob, for extra income.
772  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: my wallet got cleaned out and questions on: May 05, 2016, 01:34:51 AM
blockchain.info is good service, without password recovery, so only you who know the password, the 2nd problem are you use same password for your email, other account web ? are you use internet security?

for all blockchain member im recomended using new wallet system from blockchain https://blockchain.info/wallet-beta/#/signup

- IP restriction
- 2fa Sms/google authy
- TOR IP blocked
- 2nd passsword

if you use all security system, im sure your bitcoin is safe
773  Other / Off-topic / Re: Are you buying bitcoins? Why? on: May 05, 2016, 01:28:28 AM
People are going to buy Bitcoins because their main reason is that they want to earn some profit with it and that would be nice for the Bitcoin.
But you have to know that you can wait a really long time before the value will be more worth.
I do not think you always have to wait a long time to get a big profit if you're still in luck. maybe you will benefit in the short duration.
in bitcoin trading everything can happen, sometimes the bull come slowly, and sometimes the bull come very fast, and don't forget bearish market will come after bull.

we must control our emotion and trustly in bitcoin, if you think our profit is enough we must sell our bitcoin, and waiting price fail.
774  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it better to save money or invest it? on: May 05, 2016, 01:25:24 AM
Overall I think investing is way better due to the profit you can make with investing in the bitcoin.
There is just such much profit in investing in the bitcoin in a relative short time.

for short time inevesting we can selling our bitcoin with profit arround 1%-2% per day it's higher profit then interest from bank.
775  Bitcoin / Press / [2016-05-05] Is Dave Kleiman The Missing Link In Craig Wright's Satoshi Story? on: May 05, 2016, 01:17:04 AM
When Wright, an Australian computer engineer and inventor, publicly claimed that he is Satoshi this week, he also alluded to receiving help from Dave Kleiman, a Palm Beach County-based computer forensics specialist who died in 2013. According to Wright, Kleiman provided extensive help with the writing of the so-called Bitcoin whitepaper, the document that introduced the digital currency to the world in 2008.

As the Internet argues over the identity of Satoshi Nakamoto, the creator of Bitcoin, a search is underway in Florida for what may be his fortune — or at least a part of it. An attorney representing the brother of one of the key players in Craig Wright’s Satoshi story told Gizmodo that he and his client are searching for “buried treasure.”

Bitcoin’s Block Chain: The Transaction Ledger of the Future

Everyone the world over, including the biggest players in the financial industry, have praised the Bitcoin Blockchain’s revolutionary capabilities. The blockchain is a virtual shared and public ledger that is at the core of Bitcoin’s protocol. It provides procedures for keeping track of any BTC transactions and in this way, Bitcoin wallets are able to calculate their spendable balance while new transactions can also be verified to confirm that the Bitcoins being spent are actually owned by the spender. In the future and as the technology evolves, it will be used to dealing with common challenges that are currently experienced within the fiat monetary system.

Future transactions will be conducted without the need for lawyers and paper trails since there is a record of all Bitcoin transactions in history. The Blockchain is definitely the 21st Century’s financial record keeping technology that all central banks wish they had.

779  Bitcoin / Press / [2016-05-03] Larry Summers: Blockchain Can Succeed Without Bitcoin on: May 03, 2016, 11:53:25 PM
Summers told the audience:

"Is the blockchain technology going to be fundamental? I think the answer is overwhelmingly likely to be yes. Is bitcoin going to be a valuable store of value, the same way as people use gold? I don’t know, but I think that certainly the answer is 'no' doesn’t seem like the right position to take."

780  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Best way to spend Bitcoin? Newbie's opinion. on: May 03, 2016, 11:50:19 PM

I think spend on internet is better, direct payments to the site where you are buying, without extra fees and banks involved. Buying virtual stuff I mean. But convert BTC into your country money can be a good deal, so you can use it daily on your life. Because many stores don't accept crypto-currencies yet.

use bitcoin as paymrnt processor is good idea, more big market not accept bitcoin, but we can use coupon feature, buying coupon code use bitcoin then use the coupon code to buying anything what you want.
