362  Economy / Economics / Re: If Bitcoin goes up very high should i buy a house? on: August 10, 2016, 04:33:57 PM
If Bitcoin goes up very high should i buy a house?

Ive been thinking if it went into very high figures i could cash out 80-90% of bitcoin and buy a house outright with no mortgage.  Is that even a good idea though? - basically 80% of networth in a house hmmm.  On the other hand i dont want to have a mortgage and im fed up with renting due to landlords, letting agents and lack of control.

because We can not say when the price of bitcoin will rise and what otherwise would. we also do not know how much it costs for you to be able to buy a home. so we have to find more ways to get more Bitcoins and invest.

the main question is how much bitcoin you save at wallet??
363  Other / Off-topic / Re: Will you quit your day job to go full time on bitcoin? on: August 10, 2016, 04:31:17 PM
iam quit my job is my age are already retired
because is in the community in my town still needs social status
but is my bussine offline run and is my earn bitcoin over $2000 iam ready quit in my job
well it depends on how much money are you earning daily though of course if you dont work right now there is nothing to lose to be honest

Yeah but I think we should keep on earning from both which will add value to our wealth, at least we should give 3 to 4 hours daily to bicoin and I think that is more then enough to earn descent amount of coins.

earning from both is good option if you can focus at both of them, because usually we can stop thinking to 1st job when we doing the 2nd job. at this case focus at 1 job is best option.
364  Bitcoin / Press / [2016-08-10] Bitfinex Exchange to Resume Bitcoin Trading Today on: August 10, 2016, 04:29:47 PM
Bitfinex has announced it will resume trading and withdrawals just over a week after it was robbed of more than $60m in bitcoin.

Trading functionality will be reinstated at 16:00 UTC, the exchange said in a new update. All listed currency pairs will be brought online and withdrawals will be enabled for bitcoin, ether, classic ether and USD. Deposits will also be reactivated.

Bitfinex revealed last week that it lost nearly 120,000 bitcoins, an announcement that sparked broad debate in the digital currency ecosystem and broader mainstream media criticism.

The exchange has said that it is imposing a roughly 36% loss on user balances as a result of the theft.

365  Economy / Economics / Re: How many coins did you have during the rise? on: August 10, 2016, 04:29:14 PM
During the 2013/2014 rise to nearly $1,400/coin, how many bitcoins did you have?

And do you regret not selling if you didn't?

im join bitcoin in middle 2014, then im not have any bitcoin in that's time but in the end of 2014 i have arround 7bitcoin. now i have only 1bitcoin Sad
What happen to your bitcoins, why it decreased? I think the value of bitcoins will only decrease or increase. If you were able your bitcoins then you could already enjoy the value of what you are holding now, the price is really good compared to the past years after the major fall back from $1,200.

i have needs, i withdraw my bitcoin each month to buying something, like smartphone, or just for paying electric fee. my last biggest activity is building mining rig with 4vga (2xR9 290, 390, 280x ) and building office computer i5 skylake. thats why my bitcoin decreasing.
366  Other / Off-topic / Re: What is your plan to get rich with Bitcoin? on: August 10, 2016, 04:16:04 PM
OP's friend's plan is a great one, but the hard part (heh heh) is getting that 100 bitcoin.  It must have been so nice back in 2009-10 when the price was low, and you could have easily become a whale in only a couple of years.  Now you have to be rich beforehand to grab 100 btc.

In either case, I think getting that amount might set you up with retirement level money in a few years.  We'll get to $5000 eventually.
If someone want to go back to the time when the price of bitcoin was in pennies then for them I will suggest that they adopt an altcoin which you will think will survive forever and after you support it and promote it one day it will be at the price where bitcoin is now.

I don't think no altcoin will ever reach Bitcoin's price to be honest... all altcoins seem to be pump and dumps, even the ones with good technology eventually end up not delivering and get stuck.

Of course there are still big pumps to profit from but its a lottery.

in fact the price of xau (c-cex market) some month ago more than 1bitcoin, i think altcoin can beat bitcoin price but for marketcap im not sure any altcoin can do it.
367  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it better to save money or invest it? on: August 10, 2016, 04:14:05 PM
As we all know, the risk is proportional to income, if you don't want to take too much risk, then you should choose to save.
there is no risk in trading to be honest unless you start doing something dumb with it you will most probably not lose your money so it is better to invest it somewhere

are you are trader..? are you know the bitcoin price can fail and rise in 1day ? if you thinking no risk at trader, you are wrong. each people who know how to growing his money in trading he will know how burn his money in trading too.
368  Economy / Speculation / Re: When Bitcoin will pass 1000 usd again ? on: August 10, 2016, 04:09:43 PM
yes please give your ideas and  make comments but please be realistic

i hope  1 week before halving .

yes I believe that it really can be achieved because now the price of bitcoin is double that of a year ago. So yes it's only a matter of time in which this will happen.
369  Bitcoin / Press / [2016-08-10] Thoughts On Kim Dotcom’s Bitcache on: August 10, 2016, 03:50:28 PM
Kim Dotcom is re-launching his Megaupload platform in early 2017. At the same time, he will reveal a mysterious blockchain powered project called Bitcache. If you have been following the developments recently then you likely already know that. What you may not know is that Dotcom has been talking about his “next” project for over a year, and he has dropped a few hints here and there in the interim.

Trying to piece those hints together leaves a frustrating amount still unanswered. Half the time, it is impossible to know if Dotcom is serious or trolling. We do know a few facts. Dotcom says it will be a mass online storage solution. Bitcache will use Bitcoin micropayments. and user privacy will be protected using encryption. He also claims that his technology will solve Bitcoin’s scaling problems, a lofty promise indeed.

370  Economy / Economics / Re: Best way for steady income on: August 10, 2016, 04:44:38 AM
yes if we do not have much time to collect bitcoin I think the best way is to invest. so we have a revenue of 'small and safe' from 'big and risky'. you will get steady income if you invest at bitcoin. buying 100bitcoin withdraw 0.1btc permonth.

is this steady income in my opinion Roll Eyes
371  Economy / Economics / Re: Can we Manipulate Bitcoin price? on: August 10, 2016, 04:41:59 AM
I know there are many big players who manipulate bitcoin price and make huge profits but can we the bitcointalk members also form a cartel and let bitcoin price never fall?is it possible that we manipulate price as I am sure most of bitcoin users visit this forum
it could be the only strategy for the forum can still be a lot of visitors, so the advantages of brand get from any site visitors who attend each day.

like bitcointalk.org, have a great active member. if mst of bitcointalk member trust bitcoin will rise, im sure bitcoin will rise again. because the strong comunity can control bitcoin price.
372  Other / Off-topic / Re: What is the Future of Bitcoin ? on: August 10, 2016, 04:39:02 AM
i think in future bitcoin can accepted by all people in the world, and each people have "smart card wallet" when we can receive and send our bitcoin just put PIN/privekey Roll Eyes

If  bitcoin achieves the physical form like credit/debit card then I am sure it will get more popular and more people will start using it as people have more faith in something that they can hold physically.

It would surely reach to that point but it needs quite a lot of time to reach there as before that it needs to get adopted by resources in physical because without that people wont believe it and wont be ready to use it like how they use fiat.

just a concept, or dream : the smart card wallet have a secure protection, every one can see the wallet addres and the balance of bitcoin, but the privekey only stored by bank. in this case only bank can move the bitcoin, but the pisycal of this wallet is legal like normal money, Roll Eyes

i hope in future bank can produce it  Cheesy
373  Bitcoin / Press / [2016-08-10] Counterparty and Bitcoin Apps Have Fun With Crypto on: August 10, 2016, 04:27:40 AM
The burgeoning online gaming industry is turning its attention to incorporating digital currencies, including bitcoin, into various platforms to get people excited about blockchain and the use of the digital currency.

Two companies taking advantage of the market are MandelDuck , the company behind such games as SaruTobi, Game of Birds and KA-GE  and Counterparty , a peer-to-peer financial platform built on the bitcoin blockchain that allows users to create and trade digital tokens, write smart contracts and execute them on the bitcoin blockchain.

374  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why is Amazon.com still resisting the use of BTC for payment? on: August 10, 2016, 04:15:12 AM
Is it a business reason? Or perhaps the complexity of bitcoin accounting creating potential issues?

What do you think?

i think amazon want make his official payment aplication to beat bitcoin, in fact amazon not interesting add bitcoin because bitcoin is decentralization money, this is the problem for merchands who want to protect his customer.
375  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin without Altcoin ? on: August 10, 2016, 04:14:10 AM
I just wanted to get your opinions on this one , what do you think Bitcoin would be if there was no Alternative coins such Litecoin & Dogecoin and the others ...
I mean it would be better with or without them Bitcoin would have no value at all ?

alternative coin make bitcoin more strong in marketcap and volume.
in fact im sure all people who Interesting with bitcoin will know altcoin and sometimes use it too.
376  Other / Off-topic / Re: Will you quit your day job to go full time on bitcoin? on: August 10, 2016, 04:07:36 AM
If it gives a good assurance for a good source of income then why not, but as of you know bitcoin after a stable job then as should say that maybe bitcoin is a part of mysideline job .But if in long run if it gives you more than your stable job, then maybe I will stay focus on bitcoin and quit for my day job.

Reasonable answer for this thread, it can be assumed that at the point where you make more from BTC than a real job that there's definately some skill of reading the market(or enough knowledge to make an educated guess of market trends) so if someone gets to that point switching jobs sounds completely reasonable.
Because it is not always our job will give us a better income, it is apparent that our job can give us a stable income but the question is, are we satisfied with that? If not, we have to venture into other business and we need to risk a little bit to reach our dreams in the future.

wow nice word to motivate my self.
in this time my salary arround $200 but im use bitcoin as my sidejob, my earning from bitcoin arround $400 permonth it's higher than my salary, sometimes i want to take the risk and go out from my job. but im not have mental to do it.

now i prepare my self by collecting bitcoin as much as possible then building mining rig, after have 1000mhs power to earning ethereum, im sure i will leave my daily job Smiley

it's good to take risk for better life, but if we can minimize the risk we must do it.

>plan
>prepare
>do it and action
377  Other / Off-topic / Re: Bank or Bitcoin Wallet? on: August 10, 2016, 03:53:55 AM
I recommended Bitcoin Wallet.. Cuz low fees.. Fastest transfer money and controlling with your wallet 24/7...

maybe you must thinking again, research again.
we can't use only bank for daily usage, because bitcoin is not a famous processor payment.

so we still need bank.
378  Other / Off-topic / Re: Bank or Bitcoin Wallet? on: August 10, 2016, 03:51:28 AM
lots of people are going to use banks ! why because lots of people are don't know or they don't have knowledge about bitcoin thats some people are not interested to use bitcoin wallet , if they were and they know where they can invest their money to grow as easy as 5% of the money they want to grow then they probably use bitcoin wallet because people had a different idea's
maybe a lot of people who do not want complicated they will chose to use a bank, or it could be they just use it occasionally just not as often as we know why many people choose to use a bank of the wallet.
379  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is their any safe methods to gamble? on: August 10, 2016, 03:49:35 AM
away from gambling is not as easy as we say or we say because people are addicted to gambling they will continue to addiction. several ways you can do remove gambling sites on the record that we have and will have a strong determination of the question.
380  Bitcoin / Press / [2016-08-10] Bitcoin Price Eyes $600 as Trader Optimism Returns on: August 10, 2016, 03:43:12 AM
The price of bitcoin has begun to test $600 following a high-profile exchange hack that left a wake of uncertainty for traders last week.

Bitcoin prices reached a high of $598.64 this weekend, but since then have largely traded tightly in the $560 to $580 range, CoinDesk USD Bitcoin Price Index (BPI) figures reveal.

These figures were much improved over the low of $480 observed last week and come amid new transparency from Bitfinex, the troubled exchange that lost 120,000 BTC (worth more than $60m) in a theft that has to date attracted ample mainstream media attention.
